Gave our milkshakes to someone else

cheesy fries came as fries with no cheese but with cheesy sauce which wasn't like the picture

milkshake arrived spilt. don't know if it was the fault of the people rushing making the order or the delivery, but the cup had broken and the cling film was poorly wrapped so i was handed a bag of spilt drink. this is my second time ordering from here. the first time took abysmally long for my order. this second time was better, if not for the fact that the app underestimates how long it will take

the food was tasty, unfortunately cold, and kept on some kind of heater because the aluminum foil stuck to the paper bag and the fries literally melted into the paper bag, the cheese was supposed to be halloumi but unfortunately it was mozzarella in burnt breading, the sauces were tasteless,the only positive points of the order were the chicken burgers we ordered three different ones and everyone liked them unfortunately they were cold so they had to be heated up first. 😢😢

The restaurant was in prepping stage for 15-20 mins extra than their given estimate, even though delivery driver had already reached there.

Friendly delivery driver had a smile on his face ,polite too .!!

Absolutely terrible, took an hour to deliver, missing items, stone cold food that actually was delivered. Called them after 30 mins to confirm why the delivery time kept going up and they said rudely its coming! Still took another 15-20 to leave the restaurant. The courier informed me that there were no customers and the staff were just sitting around talking while my family is waiting, hungry for food. Will AVOID at all costs in the future. Sub par food, terrible service, worst delivery time

food was stone cold when it got to me. They use their own drivers so cannot track. my whole order was inedible. won't ever use again. When I called the shop the service was terrible and last couple of times I called, did not even answer. steer clear

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. 2 hours and still never arrived. They can’t even be bothered to give an update.

The Spicy Mexican Cheatmeals Burger was delicious and the sauce just added that extra flavour. The loaded fries were n crispy and the chicken pieces added an extra crunch. Overall 10/10 and would definitely order again.

It was extremely late with little to no updates

Food Never arrived. Restaurant is now closed and I’m unable to call the driver. I had no tracking on the whereabouts of my courier. Now I’m hungry and have lost money.

Food is good. Service is bad. Lack of staff. Sloww with making food. Dont understand when taking order. The staff really need training. And is overpriced. Why can i not buy a burger without chips? Absolutely stupid. Fix ur menu and staff. Prices soo high and staff dont even know how to run the business. Same goes for the harrow on the hill brance. Gonna be leaving a review for them too.

The burger bun is we wet and soggy so couldn’t eat the burger and I ordered cheesy chips I got plan ones.

Burger was nice but chips too crispy for my taste; couldn’t eat them. Delivery on time but their driver refused to bring it to the door because it’s late. I had to go looking for him. They know the time they choose to work & we pay for delivery

Burger was discombobulated - buns weren’t holding it together well. Aside from that, food was good, milkshake 10/10 as always. Delivery man was amazing!

I waited 90 minutes and my food never arrived. I called after 1 hour, they said it was in its way. half hour later they are closed and I have no order!

Best service received from Mustafa ,with all the delivery drivers orders he was dealing with still managed to give an excellent service

I had a very bad experience with Just Eat. The food arrived late and was cold due to poor packaging, which had leaked everywhere. The lack of communication regarding delivery delays was frustrating. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be using their service again.

They said the order was buy one get one free, so I ordered 2 and only received two? Surely if it was buy one get one free I should receive 4

If you want quality food, there ain’t no better place. Had a chicken bagel and it blew my mind away, really friendly staff and food came very quickly. 11/10!

Ordered buy 1 get 1 free still waiting for the free burgers! spent over £40 and not pleased. They packed my milkshakes sideways in a bag and it all spilled out in the bag. Food cold. fuming what a waste!!!

Half my order was missing, don’t select buy one get one free deals as they’ll make sure not to pack the extra item. They cant even get small orders right. Food was also very cold. This location is probably the worst one, don’t recommend at all. Phoned them up to give them a chance to make things right but the staff don’t seem to care at all. They just tell you to speak to JustEat to get your money back, no apology or anything. Stay clear folks.

Took over an hour and half to get my order and when it arrived driver admitted Into giving part of my order to someone else and then said it was very busy. When I called the place and go onto google it says that the business is closed and no one answers the phone. The food was so bad of which some stuff that arrived chips where loaded chips were freezing cold

Missing items from order- chicken nuggets and fruit shoot from the kids meal was missing- essentially complete missed meal. Very disappointing.

Their was missing items it said delivered but it never came we waited for 10 months for it to come he was very rude and in a rush when he gave us the food the food was cold and some items were missing we tried to call the restaurant they was not picking up very bad not happy at all want a refund and new food

The quality has downgraded big time but prices getting higher. Seems like they have downsize on the the burgers and bagels. The size of the cheesy chips has reduced. They have changed the chicken strips and its now terrible. overall not happy. Don't think I will order again. Disappointed

I’m so disappointed with the Rayners Lane cheat meals this isn’t there first time messing up my order and when I call the store they just suggest for me to come in and they can give me my correct order like say I didn’t order for delivery for a reason. I ordered at 1:14am at night and they expect me to come into the store!!!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go Rayners Lane cheatmeals at all not good service !!!!!!

My food arrived 24 miuntes after I hit confirm order!! That's so fast I'm kinda suspicious, except everything was there perfectly cooked and tasted great so I won't ask any questions. I don't know what to believe anymore...

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. When I asked a staff member if their food was halal, they assured me it was, despite there being no sign outside indicating it. When I requested to see their halal certificate, they admitted they didn't have one. It's unacceptable to mislead customers about such an important aspect. My advice: steer clear of this place, as they are dishonest and cannot be trusted.

Very messy place , everything everywhere ! Didn’t even get my order and this was in store , got it delivered a few times any they messed up my order , more than 3 times btw ! The Somalian dude not fit to manage the place , very rude talking to people and specially taking orders on the phone , take this guy out of there , might as well get someone with more professionalism and a hard worker , being on the phone does not make you look hard brother !

One of the best places in Harrow to order burger and fries late at night on Uber Eats. The quality is always consistent and they have never disappointed. The service is really quick too! I’ve ordered here and from Harrow town centre and they both taste delicious. Really great food and a great brand 👍

we didn't get what we ordered, we ordered chips with cheese on but we didn't get them.....the burger was squashed and didn't taste that good....the nuggets were nice, so yeah.... not great....!!!!

Have been ordering from cheat meals for a few years but they have changed both the chicken and beef they use in burgers it’s cheap and tasteless now the price hasn’t changed to reflect cheaper quality meat

I had a single burger and chips at the Rayners Lane, Cheat meals takeaway. The burger was lovely and the chips were good. Also the customer service was fantastic.
