The chips came cold and tasted stale like they were out for a while i before being packed into my order. The chicken had to be reheated as it came cold too. I had order this before and I enjoyed it that’s why I ordered again but SAMS disappointed this time .

food wasn't the normal quality of what they offer, burger was small and crispy chicken wasn't done properly also the grill chicken wasn't cooked properly may coz of late hours.

Pretty sure beef patties were deep fried as they had crispy edges and were dry. Peri chjcken meat was dry and tough. Possibly microwaved. All these shortcuts that diminish the quality and still arrived late. Never again !!!!!

very unprofessional behavior from the staff. about to place my order and while i was placing my order she started to joke around with her colleague and then asked me to repeat my order. i wanted fiery wings and they said they dont have it and it was 2 pm in the afternoon. why do you put it in the menu if you dont sell it?? very very unprofessional.

There are a lot of problems with this place. First of all, the staff is really rude, they also do not have a manager on the shift in the restaurant, and they treat customers without any respect, this is because what they offer on the front is not true. The offer said "Any 2 for 6£", however inside they said "they have to be different", therefore they do not stick to their word. Another very important thing, they also do not have any information about where you could contact / or complain about the restaurant.

Took near an hour to come. Food was cold!! Chips reheated. Burger drowning in mayo.

Messed up the order of the person infront of us twice messed up our order and forgot to put one of the fries into the bag very poor service and attempted to convince me I ordered something I didn’t food was good just poor service

Sam’s chicken has always been my favourite place to grab rice and chicken wings. Price is fair and the quality of south harrow branch is really good. Staffs are really friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Driver working multiple apps. Made 2/3 drop offs/pick up on his way to me. Went South Harrow, Harrow on the hill and then North Harrow, then finally to me. Never again.

THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL STANDARDS ARE MET AT THE SATISFACTORY LEVEL. THREE SET OF BREACH: 1. FOOD SAFETY REGULATIONS 2. HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 3. ADVERTISING AND CONSUMER PROTECTION INCIDENT 25th July 2024 On 25th July 2024 at 9.45pm, at the counter staff recommended me spicy drumstick. I took their recommendation and placed an order as a takeaway. At 10pm when my son had a bite he vomited. Chicken had horrible smell and was not prepared properly meat inside was pink. Kindly note It is a serious thing, if chicken is not cooked properly. Raw chicken can be contaminated with Campylobacter, Salmonella, or Clostridium perfringens germs. If you eat undercooked chicken, you can get a foodborne illness, also called food poisoning. At 10.30pm I made a visit to the branch with evidence, complained and requested to see the manager. I was inform by the staff manager was not around. I told the junior staff this is something very serious and need to see someone senior. When they realise I was not joking they called their manager MR PATEL. When I asked MR PATEL where he is, Mr Patel informed me he was in Southall attending another business. When I made a complaint to him, Mr Patel advise me to wait in the branch. UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR After 20mins later Mr Patel arrived. There was no sign of a apology for being late. I asked Mr Patel first to explain to me what are the legal requirements for running a fast food in UK. He had no clue. Being a manger he should know this. After failing to explain the legal requirements, I showed Mr Patel chicken bought from his branch, that it was not cooked properly. He defended by saying it was a marenation. I asked him to explain the smell. He had no answer. He said that chicken is ok to eat and there has been nothing breached. Mr Patel advised me to go ahead complain to authorities. MR PATEL DISPLAYED DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE TO ME. There was no apology or any satisfactory solution provided by MR PATEL. Shop floor was also dirty however they started cleaning when they heard legal words.

I didn’t get the what I ordered a lot of items were missing and when I called the restaurant the guy who pick up the call he didn’t even say sorry he said you can ask for refund .Order delivered on time but items were missing,I ordered devils box and loaded fries which should include burger and 3 wings ,there were only two wings and they didn’t put mionaize, also loaded fries also missing

I am not giving any rate of this restaurant because staff and owner nature not good and after paying for food they didn't give us good bag for food safety.

The delivery person called me to ask about my address??? I’ve spent a time I should’ve to explain where I live! The driver finally arrived and was very rude, impolite, he just gave me my order and left without closing my front gate even!!!! What is that, who are you hiring?!

I have paid for 1.5 L drink bottle which I have not received, instead I was given two canes of drink not enough for the family meal! The driver was paid tip online which he has not received, I have spoken to Resturant they say it’s Just Eats ordering fault and they have experienced that before as well, Just Eat need to improve your ordering service. Because the Resturant do not receive the proper order which was requested on line. Thank you

Like others have said, Sam's has fallen off a cliff. This place used to complete with KFC but at way less cost. Now? Chicken fried off in advanced, poor quality being used, fryer oil not being changed. Big Sam himself turns 77 this year and you can tell he's stepped away from the business the past couple of years as the branches have turned into a joke. Better off going to Morley's at this point.

this use to be my favourite take away but now they are getting more and more dissapointing. firstly there quantity has decreased and its more expensive. I ordered loading chicken popocorn rice and all i got was 4 pc of chicken popcorn in whole box of popcorn rice. truly dissapointed. I also ordered chicken wings 2 of which were bas smell and all of them seemed to have been fried again. i used to recommend this restaurant but no more. utter dissapointment

the food ordered was not correct the 8 wings weren't what I ordered + wer cold not fresh at all had clearly been sat for numerous hours the bread roll was stale, beans were cold, overall waste of money expecting full refund !!!
