The juicey Lucy was the oneeee. And the cheesy fries spot on!

Ordered via Deliveroo. The loaded fries was nice however I wish the chicken was tender was soft, this was hard and chewy but other than that it was good.

I got a takeaway chicken wrap and when I started eating all I could taste is the salad and no chicken, so i opened it and this is how empty it was. You pay for a wrap and when eat at home all u can tase is salad. Also the few pieces of chicken was not even fresh it tasted very strange. Very disappointed.

Placed large take away order yesterday (pick up). Found there was 1 burger missing when we got home. Called then and they sorted out burger and delivered it without any fuss. Excellent food as ever. Its great they have maintained their quality over the years. Their house mayo and mint sauce are amazing! It continues to be our go to place for a quick meal or a treat for the kids.

Taste was good but it wasn't warm enough.

Half hour of saying my order was on the way and then they cancelled my delivery with no reason given. Hour waiting wasted and hungry kids with no food coming 😒

The burgers are usually good value for money. However this visit was a let down. The patty was really small. Not something you would expect from a gourmet burger.

We ordered take away and she forgot to put our chips and drink. Also, the wrap was so small literally not worth price I ordered a bbq chicken wrap meal and not up to the standards compared to before. Honestly it’s so embarrassing because they used to make it so good what’s the point of it being so expensive for such a small wrap.

The Tex Mex spice is the best, especially paired with their garlic sauce!

One of our lovely staff working with us in their well known way - on delivery. I like it. We're all like it. And their burgers also a tasty one! U should try 'em!

The food was not nice! Don't waste your time and money unless you want undercooked and cold patties.

Excellent food worth the money really enjoy a cheeky lunch here. The only issue is the loud mouth college kids who are too busy shouting and acting hard, just eat your food and relax

My recent visit Tex Ann left me thoroughly impressed. The menu was a delightful blend of flavours, and my lucy juicy burger was absolutely delectable. The young lady with glasses at the till was lovely and cheerful. The attentive service and pleasant atmosphere made for a memorable evening. I highly recommend it. I can't wait to return!

Food is always delicious and the restaurant always caters to my request. I feel that sometimes the rice is claggy and salad is old and begginning to brown however its not often the case. I love their chicken, rice and salad, I've not had anything else from here before but the food in general looks really nice and the kitchens look clean. Would definately recommend.

Terrible cold burger meant to be a beef burger but more like a salad burger. Also was stone cold. Two buns it's alot better (and cheaper) I complained and the women at the till didnt seem to care. Avoid this place

Charging extra for the red salt on chips is a bit much. Burger was tasty and not bad value. Service was good with a smile. But charging for seasoning has lost this customer who won’t be back again. Better places nearby! Restaurant empty and the music was like bad elevator music. So it was takeaway for me.

I would like to say that on the last two occasions we have ordered beef burgers for collection they have smelt like burnt grilled burgers. There are black bits from the grill on the cheese when we have had a look inside. They also use a chemical/ oil to clean/ scrub the grill which you can smell in the burgers inside. Considering 6oz beef is £11.99 for a meal, and the service you are getting, it really is a miserable experience when you look forward to eating your burger. I don’t usually leave reviews but because of how bad the burgers have been the last two times we have ordered them, i am hoping then can improve their food quality and ensure each product is quality checked before handing out. :( we are regular customers and do not want to stop coming.

Ordered 2 burger meals for take away and after almost a 20mins wait for just 2 burger meals once arriving home I find only 1 burger which has the thinnest burger patty you could imagine and big bread buns with a salad with it! Absolutely disappointing! There seems to be 4-5 people in the kitchen yet still managed to get a simple order wrong! Never again! And I will go back for my refund!

What a joke of a place, charged me for a burger meal and didn't even add anything to the order. Got home with only the fries and coleslaw. Paid extra for both of them..

Burgers are always good, but on our visit yesterday I got slightly irritated by the delivery guys coming in to collect take aways, they're all over the counter with their bulky take away cases, they come in pushing and shoving and they go out the same way like animals!. Customers are finding it difficult to approach the counter when three or four delivery guys got themselves squeezed in there at the same time. Staff doesn't seem to be bothered. I hope the manager will look into it, ask them to be mindful of the customers in the restaurant.

Great food, chill atmosphere. I'd really recommend it for a good burger at a great price.

Ordered the quarter bird well seasoned fresh tasty tex Ann burger was delicious right amount of flavours seasoned chips also recommend.

Whether you are eating in or buying take out I think this is one of the best places to eat in Harrow. Where else will you get chicken burgers and lamb straight out of a real US style smoker. Yes it is more expensive than your average burger joint but IMHO the quality is much better. It is our regular takeout when we are too busy to cook. Staff are always great and the service is always good.

Just ordered a 5 wing meal from tex Ann harrow and the portion size will not even be able to feed a little kid. £10 for the smallest wings in the world 💁🏽‍♂️

Wanted to treat my brother to their Philly cheese steak meal deal and they did not disappoint!! Beautifully thin cooked beef and saucy cheese sauce with extra cheese and mushroom brought together by a baguette. It was super creamy, super cheesy and absolutely delicious.

Extremely average food and miserly portion sizes. To think they charge four quid for a portion of sweet potato fries and serve this up and don’t even get me started on the anaemic wings. This isn’t a gourmet takeaway, it’s a delusional establishment that serves up slop thinking that this dump of a borough is gentrifying when in reality it’s deprived as anything and people have more sense to pay spend the same money at a chain restaurant that provides better quality food for the same price. You live and you learn, steer clear of this substandard fast food eatery

My family are regular customers and have loved Texan but our recent visit was so underwhelming. They’ve increased their prices and started putting smaller beef patties in their buns. My patty was so small in my New Yorker burger, I went and asked and the reply was a shrug and that prices were increasing and this is what they were getting from their supplies. Which makes no sense, you just can’t put a smaller beef patty in the burger and blame it on costs. The churros that I loved are so small it’s not even enough for one serving. Compromising on your quality is never good. Don’t know if their drink dispenser was working because the seven up they served was just sparkling water. Really disappointed, we will now be looking elsewhere.

The Chicago burger was great. The fries were ok.

I paid almost £13 pounds for a burger, regular chips and one portion churros. They tasted okay. Posh burger and generous chips portion but Churros portion is too little 😱😱😱I don't think I will go back there again. Sorry. I didn't feel that I had a good value for money I spent.

Love the food but 20th September for launch I order 2 American burger meal and half chicken but the young guy refused to give me sperat sauce for half chicken I spend £28 what a disgusting customer service I used to go taxman at Harrow

Good food but sometimes not. I had a bad experience with the undercooked chicken wings last time, and next day we were sick 🤮. We had them a few times in the past but never experienced any problems. I recommend the burgers 🍔

This is the second order I am not satisfied. 1st I ordered a chicken wrap, they made the wrap with chicken wings with the bone! I just bit it hardly and almost break my teeth.Then ordered a c kids chicken chunks. The chicken was like been from the freezer, grilled it for 2 minutes then go. So bland, pale and a cold. I have to recook it. The my burger, I thought burgers are served with brioche bread?....

Their fries are very good, hot and crispy. One of the few burger places with more than 1 vegetarian option.

Was recommended this place by a friend and so glad I came! We were served by Ziwar who was super friendly and made us feel right at home - he looked after us the whole time with a smile on his face. ☺️ I ordered a chicken wrap with sweet potato fries and my partner got a chicken burger meal. The food is so fresh and you can tell the staff really care about the presentation and taste - not to mention the sauces are very unique (tangy spicy, some sort of honey garlic mayo and good old ketchup). Will be coming back whenever I’m about in the area - thanks for a lovely meal guys!

Absolutely delicious burgers (I usually go for the 10oz Chicago, which I think are the best but I have also tried the others) and food generally. It is expensive, but the quality of the burgers (which are grilled on wood fire coals) are exceptional. There is also very decent seating arrangements for those who wish to eat in, however there is no hand washing/ WC facility in this place. Given the size of the burgers and the sauces used, your hands will get messy, and given the restaurant prices that they charge, it would definitely have been more useful if they provided packets of fragrance wet wipes for customers who are eating in. This is the reason we do not eat in over there and instead take away. But overall I still recommend this place and it's food.

I would give zero stars if I could. The food was mediocre and it was cold. My burger and chips was missing and the supervisor was very rude and unprofessional when dealing with the missing food. It was Overall a very bad experience

My family and I were looking for food in Harrow and were on an adventure and we found this gem. We entered, place was quite small but we still found ourselves a place. The burgers had interesting names and toppings! I had the New Yorker burger at first and when that burger entered my mouth it was all smoky nice flavourful burger meat with some great condiments and sauce. They had some extra sauces which I recommend you put on your burger. Fries are nice and it’s great place for family if your ever in Harrow. Forgot to mention the price was reasonable so it’s a great place for lunch and dinner for me And when I always go there I get the burger as they are just so nice!

Philly cheese steak was great but the advertised size was misleading and not the standard size you'd expect for an American mains. Please make this at least two to three times bigger!

Awesome food for decent price. The burgers are nice size and deals come in reasonable portions. Enough flavours and cheese/sauce mix for American style burger lovers. This is a proper burger unlike other greasy chains. I prefer it to most of their burger spots nearby (which are also great btw) because of it's originality. Good place to stuff it in.

Worth it! Had the Phill cheese steak meal and it was delicious. Filled with lots steak pieces and mushrooms. Very good price too. Chickens wings not so much. I would not order them again. But i would definitely recommend coming here to eat some of their burgers.

Up there with the best burger places. I live so close but I don't know why I never bothered visiting! Everything was fresh and the pattie was perfect. Will visit again. Hopefully they keep the standards up, and not make me have to write a review of disappointment!

They have increased the price by 30% and reduced the food quality. Small portions, chicken wrap had one strip and fries small. Paid £35 for 3 wraps with fries. Definitely not worth the money. Don’t even bother with a promo code with Ubereats.

Throughly enjoyable experience with friendly welcoming staff behind the counter who served us. Place was kept clean and tidied straight away when the customer leaves. Food was fresh and tasty. Will definitely visit again.

I had the grilled chicken wrap and grilled wings. The wrap was standard and had some flavour but the wings were tasteless. Not worth the value for money.

Absolute garbage. Tiny portions and stone cold food. Without question the worst and saddest looking burger I have ever bought. Even a £1 cheeseburger from mcdonalds is more filling, better tasting and warm. First and last time visiting this dump.

Have tried a few burgers from this place. If you like spicy food, the Scoville burger is the one for you 🤤 Philly cheese steak was good too, but the steak pieces were a bit thick and were warm when food arrived so became a bit tough quite quickly as it went cold.

Burgers used to be very good but the last 2 times I went have been very unimpressed. Burgere are now smaller and do not taste as soon. Not sure if the chef has changed or something.

Not a burger fan but absolutely love them here! The ingredients go really well together and lots of variety too... And the bread is fantastic!
