First and last favourite 😍 ❤️ ever

The second time this order has been over an hour late and I’ve been told it’s been stolen by the driver. I suggest Tex Ann stop using Just Eat as couriers as they’ll lose custom (including mine). It used to be so good! Food would be fine if it wasn’t freezing by the time it arrived.

the order was missing my chips!

Burger was cold, almost as if it was pulled out of the fridge after being cooked an hour before. Chips were hot and fresh when they arrived and the wings were hot in temperature but not spice , despite offering the “Scoville” flavour

Food excellent as always, really flavoursome and great value overall. Driver was lovely, apologising for the delay as the food took a while to be cooked.

The restaurant is easy to find. The place is small but nice and clean with good staff. You can eat in, take away or order online. If you're coming with your car you can park in the parking behind situatated 5 minutes walking distance (paid parking after 1 hour). The price / quality is very good especially if you go with meal menus. At busy hours you might have to wait a little longer due to the many pick-up orders the guys deal with. Different shops are in a few minutes walking distance. Will be going back.

Bad quality food. Bad service. Over priced. Wow what a disappointment tex ann was, who ever is behind this establishment need to get a grip!

The service at Tex Ann was super quick, and the staff were really friendly. I enjoyed the variety of seasoning options they had for the chips, making the experience quite enjoyable. Definitely worth a try!"

Although the service was a little slow, absolute mindblowing and cooked to perfection burgers.

We went for a meal in my daughter’s birthday, first time. The staff were calm getting their orders done in complete silence, the lady at the till was genuinely nice. The food was served beautifully and was yammy delicious 😋.

Just got food delivered ordered loaded fries. On the menu fries are described as below. Fries, plenty of melted cheese, spicy grilled chicken, house garlic sauce, cajun and finished with spring onions. What I got. Chips not fries in a box that was wet. Chips drenched in mint sauce. NO CHEESE AT ALL..!!! NO GARLIC SAUCE. NO SPRING ONION. AND A SPRNIKLE OF CHICKEN. TINY LITTLE PIECES OF CHICKEN. Disgraceful, why do takeaways do this. It's a joke, pay good money for food and get treated like this.

I ordered a lamb burger, however the burger was the smallest burger I have ever seen!, the lamb pattie was non existent, the buns tiny.when I opened it up I thought they gave me a kids burger complete rip off. For £11 what was a paying for.please sort the portions out

An hour for the delivery of a burger a milkshake and wings. Add that to the rudest staff on the phone line you could possibly imagine, and never mind the bland food. Don’t make my mistake - miss this place

The thin tall lady ,during its opening in 2013 i been regular customer I know every stuff of this shop even owner ,never had bad experience ,but today the girls made me disappointing about the extra cheese and sauce tap I am asking two tap of sauce but she give me only white sauce even in my burger she put only one sauce ..I highly requested pls don’t keep this type of people who don’t know the customer service …even she start arguing with me ….i hope you take action against her thanks

The chicken was smiley and it wasn’t delicious at all . I don’t recommend it.

Having enjoyed eating from Tex Ann Harrow from when it first opened, it's clear they have given up which shows through the food currently served.

food is decent but staff clearly don't look at the orders, ordered a few times from them and always missing items and due to not being a main item I cannot get a refund on these. avoid!

I usually love their food and go there orftrn but sadly I must say the chicken rice box has gone smaller the for the same price and rice is really spicy hard to enjoy

Ordered via Deliveroo. The loaded fries was nice however I wish the chicken was tender was soft, this was hard and chewy but other than that it was good.

I got a takeaway chicken wrap and when I started eating all I could taste is the salad and no chicken, so i opened it and this is how empty it was. You pay for a wrap and when eat at home all u can tase is salad. Also the few pieces of chicken was not even fresh it tasted very strange. Very disappointed.

Food was cold and stale neither did my burger have cheese

Placed large take away order yesterday (pick up). Found there was 1 burger missing when we got home. Called then and they sorted out burger and delivered it without any fuss. Excellent food as ever. Its great they have maintained their quality over the years. Their house mayo and mint sauce are amazing! It continues to be our go to place for a quick meal or a treat for the kids.

Half hour of saying my order was on the way and then they cancelled my delivery with no reason given. Hour waiting wasted and hungry kids with no food coming 😒

Haven’t checked delivery time but to be honest I wasn’t impressed, just simple wings with some bbq sauce thrown on top, server forgot to add my side sauce. Nope had enough wings, thank you

The burgers are usually good value for money. However this visit was a let down. The patty was really small. Not something you would expect from a gourmet burger.

We ordered take away and she forgot to put our chips and drink. Also, the wrap was so small literally not worth price I ordered a bbq chicken wrap meal and not up to the standards compared to before. Honestly it’s so embarrassing because they used to make it so good what’s the point of it being so expensive for such a small wrap.

The food from the restaurant has down grade heavily since i last had it. I barely had pate of meat in my burger. I wouldn’t be ordering from there again definitely

The Tex Mex spice is the best, especially paired with their garlic sauce!

Guys my food wasn’t even delivered to me, the disrespect is crazy, they gave me garlic sauce and water when I ordered the chicken burger with chips. Who in their right mind would order only water and sauce?

Chicago burger came with ketchup and mustard, lettuce. No caramelised onions or mushrooms or relish. Very disappointed

I ordered my food at 7pm it arrived 8.25pm this is so called fast food. when I called and asked to speak to a manager they closed the phone on my face. When I called for 2nd time they said manager is on break. The worst service I have ever seen. They call this a business??

Excellent food worth the money really enjoy a cheeky lunch here. The only issue is the loud mouth college kids who are too busy shouting and acting hard, just eat your food and relax

My recent visit Tex Ann left me thoroughly impressed. The menu was a delightful blend of flavours, and my lucy juicy burger was absolutely delectable. The young lady with glasses at the till was lovely and cheerful. The attentive service and pleasant atmosphere made for a memorable evening. I highly recommend it. I can't wait to return!

Food is always delicious and the restaurant always caters to my request. I feel that sometimes the rice is claggy and salad is old and begginning to brown however its not often the case. I love their chicken, rice and salad, I've not had anything else from here before but the food in general looks really nice and the kitchens look clean. Would definately recommend.

Terrible cold burger meant to be a beef burger but more like a salad burger. Also was stone cold. Two buns it's alot better (and cheaper) I complained and the women at the till didnt seem to care. Avoid this place

Charging extra for the red salt on chips is a bit much. Burger was tasty and not bad value. Service was good with a smile. But charging for seasoning has lost this customer who won’t be back again. Better places nearby! Restaurant empty and the music was like bad elevator music. So it was takeaway for me.

I would like to say that on the last two occasions we have ordered beef burgers for collection they have smelt like burnt grilled burgers. There are black bits from the grill on the cheese when we have had a look inside. They also use a chemical/ oil to clean/ scrub the grill which you can smell in the burgers inside. Considering 6oz beef is £11.99 for a meal, and the service you are getting, it really is a miserable experience when you look forward to eating your burger. I don’t usually leave reviews but because of how bad the burgers have been the last two times we have ordered them, i am hoping then can improve their food quality and ensure each product is quality checked before handing out. :( we are regular customers and do not want to stop coming.

Ordered 2 burger meals for take away and after almost a 20mins wait for just 2 burger meals once arriving home I find only 1 burger which has the thinnest burger patty you could imagine and big bread buns with a salad with it! Absolutely disappointing! There seems to be 4-5 people in the kitchen yet still managed to get a simple order wrong! Never again! And I will go back for my refund!

What a joke of a place, charged me for a burger meal and didn't even add anything to the order. Got home with only the fries and coleslaw. Paid extra for both of them..

Lamb chops are great, soft and tasty - would recommend. They should add back complementary salad with it though (as portion is small). Someone there needs to look into the Philly cheese steaks - the one I got today was poor, the meat was too chewy to eat. Prices are always creeping up, which is discouraging. Hope prices can drop and quality can be consistent

Worst experience ever! Food took over an hour to arrive and was cold on arrival. First driver cancelled my order

I have never had such a bad experience with JustEat. My food took over an hour to come. I called the restaurant to see if we could pick the order up ourselves to which the restaurant said yes. We got there and they told us sorry that our food had just been taken by the delivery driver. We live a 5 minute drive away and it took over 40 minutes from when the driver apparently left with our food until he arrived at our house. The food came cold and the driver didn’t apologise for being so late. Not only that, the driver was extremely rude and when we asked for a phone number or even a contact number about how late the order was he completely ignored me and my husband and walked away. The food itself was half there. Drink and chips were missing. Considering we were fasting as it was Ramadan and there were things missing made it even worse. I am absolutely appalled by the whole experience, especially with how bad the deliver time and customer service was from the JustEat driver. I will be asking for a full refund as my time, money and efforts have been completely wasted.

I ordered wings Tex Mex and they sent me smoky bbq. Also, it was cold. Fries were soggy. May be somebody else’s order was sent to me.

Burgers are always good, but on our visit yesterday I got slightly irritated by the delivery guys coming in to collect take aways, they're all over the counter with their bulky take away cases, they come in pushing and shoving and they go out the same way like animals!. Customers are finding it difficult to approach the counter when three or four delivery guys got themselves squeezed in there at the same time. Staff doesn't seem to be bothered. I hope the manager will look into it, ask them to be mindful of the customers in the restaurant.

Driver didn't knock, when I got the notification the driver had arrived I went to open the door, I saw him driving off. Not a happy bunny, but will try Tex Ann again at some point. The Philly Cheese sounds great, so for sure I'll be back.
