Mcdonald's Restaurants in Harrow

Bad and soggy fries. I requested the manager to change it, all he says is “this is how we do it” also i was new to the uk and asked the cashier to help me count the coins, she literally stole £5 from me. I always had a good experience with this restaurant abroad. But this was an awful experience.

Slightly slow service but the food was great

The drinks were handled badly as it leaked onto the food bag, this made the bag soggy and the food cold and wet.

Had such a bed experience on this morning with MacDonald harrow. I had served by namely Celina who were annoying to me. Sadly say that she was not good in this place.

Disgusting service to customers and delivery drivers as well from Celina. She was behaving so rude, disrespectful and ungraduate as she was not having such manner of customer service.

I was so disappointed by service of Celina as she was giving service like so Rudely and I had seen that she was misbehaving with all customers and drivers who were taking orders with her. Just request to managing team that give her proper training of customer service.

Nothing showed up, marked as delivery and I’ve been charged

I ordered ketchup x5 and nothing came

It was disappointing from the McDonald's to keep a staff like Preetesh, who do not know how manage people as well as given orders, instead of checking system for the transaction of money for the orders he just blames to customer that they have not paid it. I will request McDonald's HR team to look after this person behavior as not only me but after having conversations with customer around everyone complaining about Preetesh behaviors.

Missing two chip and a mc crispy meal. Would like a refund or credit on my account this is very disappointing.

This place always misses out sauces. I never receive the 3 rich tomato sauces that comes with mozzarella sharebox and even the extra garlic mayo I paid for. Harrow McDonald’s actually need to start paying attention to their orders, absolutely abysmal each and every time. Get it right for once!

Missed a burger out of the order, the chips were cold and chewy and god only knows what they did to the coke. I got refunded the £2.64 delivery charge but nothing for the meal I ordered and never received. Trying to contact McDonald’s to make a complaint is extremely difficult. I wouldn’t use the service again.

Staff don't have sense to talk with the costumers and they don't work as a actual macdonalds process They talk very rudely customers Even managers don't have sense to talk with costumers They should improve their language and should talk politely with the costumers I visited at 10 pm and asked where is the washroom and manger said we don't have washroom so I asked back you don't have really? After that he said we have its closed though it was open And timings of closing is 2am than how can washroom be closed at 10pm Disgusting awful manager don't have sense useless staff Should improve

No sauces I even called to make sure they’ll put them in left a note with capital letters too. If you can’t do your job properly don’t do it.

Disgraceful service. I ordered from here on just eat. The food took over an hour (a very simple order). After 45 minutes, I phoned the restaurant and the guy told me that the food was on the counter and he was waiting for the delivery guy. In told him that he should make up a new order if the good has been sitting there for 30 mins. When the food came, it was cold, stale and inedible- the mcflurry had completely melted. It’s just not good enough. Thumbs down for this McDonald’s and just eat

Driver refused to come into the block after I said I had a baby upstairs alone. Continued to argue on the phone and left the food outside which was taken

Great driver polite and fast. Food was awful. Didn’t even want to eat it. The chips were literally crunchy. The mozz sticks were like rubber. And both the burgers were cold. Not to mention 1 of the burgers had pickles onions ect.

First they forgot a drink , I ordered two meals and an extra drink so because they automatically thought two meals I only got two drinks and not three (extra one I bought) secondly my son was really looking forward to his burger plain !!! But they decided not to take out the extra bits I requested not to have !! So disappointed

I have never felt embarrassed in my whole life asking to use a toilet especially the disabled toilet. Had a knee injury where I can't bend and go up the stairs. I asked if I could use the disabled toilet and I was answered with go upstairs rudely. I explained that I can't go up the stairs it's difficult for me. It took 5 different staff to ask each other then ask me to go upstairs again. They did not want to give me the key to use the toilet. Absolutely disgusting service. What If I had disabilities that where hidden. Disturbing and disappointing. Staff need to be trained in how to speak with manners and never question a person's reason for wanting to toilet be it the disabilities toilet. Never will I grace that establishment in harrow again.

Driver driving up and down didn’t call went out to look for the driver as says on the road no there no food delivered but saying delivered

Awful experience with McDelivery at this restaurant. Missing food items and food very cold on arrival. NEVER EVER AGAIN. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOUR STUPID.

They never include the free sauces anymore, even when they’re selected as part of the ordering process. I wouldn’t even mind having to pay for them, but the only ones available to purchase are the larger round pots which aren’t as nice.

Did not provide the sauce packs again, eating dry nuggets. ~What's wrong with this branch. Evan when you pay for them like this time they don't give them or only one or two.

I ordered a big cola but recieved just 2 sip inside all of it was spilled in the packaging.

No lettuce in my Mac!!! Some lettuce was in a corner ,but just a sprinkle !!! Straws were soaking wet in transit. As were tissues !!! Terrible !!! I should have s refund !!! Not fit for a Yeti!!

The delivery person was late and was arguing that it was not his fault that he was late and he could find the building were as the map was already updated and the address was clearly mentioned on the order. Really bad experience
