The second time in a row, the milkshake was only 3/4 full. Why is that ?

The food was cold upon arrival and my cheeseburger was missing. The coke cup leaked and was all over the bag and seeped into the other bag also causing the wrapping to be soggy on top of the food being cold overall a horrible experience

All the food was missing and only drinks came. We are appalled with the service. You still have not got back to me regarding this we paid around £30 and this is the service we get in return. You said you'll get back to me asap. And I still have not heard back. I'm expecting full compensation for this and a reply as soon as possible

Always great. Although one item was missing from this order, the double cheesburger part of the meal.

I ordered 3 brownies i got only 2

Ordered a share box, extra 3 chicken selects with a McSpicy meal. Food was ok but none of the sauces I ordered came in the delivery, no napkins or straw. Imagine all the chicken and no dips, on top of that nearly £3 service charge.

I waited 30 mins to get my food delivered! It came cold!!! Not happy at all!

Another forgotten item… Terrible as always

EVEY SINGLE TIME! Every time there is something missing from the order, it's to the point of being ridiculous. I don't know how they do it but they do. I haven't ordered from here in such a long time but received a discount voucher, so I thought I give it a go, and yet again they manage to leave things of the order.

i order 2 large milkshakes and they were not even filled to the top the chocolate one was half way full

He didn't bring the cheeseburger that i ordered and he didn't bring ketchup or tissues. It always happens with deliveries so I'm very upset.

Somehow, out of 10 times, every time something is wrong. 1 time is ok, but 10 times is an issue with a restaurant. Delivery people are fine though, always nice and quick. It's a shame the restaurant is not as good

OK some of my order was missing. I order to dips none were included in my delivery. The fries were soggy and were not usual large portion.

The staff is unprofessional and don’t know how to do their job. Always making my order late need to ask again and again for the order. And even it’s not busy time.. 1 star for their service.

If I could it give it zero stars I would. I was given a mouldy bun 🤢🤮 and the manger tried to gas light me saying it was flour. Picture attached, disgusting .

why do you not supply napkins? none were provided with my takeaway meal. maybe you should advise all staff preparing meals to provide the necessities e.g. napkins. please note this for future reference. thank you

Food is fine, just McDonald’s. I’ve ordered three times and each time my orders have arrived late. I also paid for condiments which did not arrive, and hadn’t arrived the last two times either. Disappointing really

If I could rate this place ZERO stars. I would. This level of incompetence is unthinkable. Every single time I have ordered a takeaway, my large fries arrive completely cold and half or a quarter filled. If I wanted to save my money and also eat less, I would have ordered a small portion. I called to speak to someone and find a solution, the LEAST they could have done was give me another small fries portion for free, because I SHOULD have gotten what I paid for. Of course, this was not possible. This is daylight robbery. I will never be ordering from this McDonald’s again. Common sense really does not seem that common. This is a very simple task, fill large portions to their accurate size. Someone should be spoken to.

My order was incomplete. The “Wrapped off the Day” was missing, and the large fries were barely filled.

I had an uncomfortable experience at this McDonald's. A cleaning staff member asked to use my phone for a survey, entered receipt details, and started filling it out herself. When I asked for my phone back to order, she insisted I'd get a free meal. After I declined, she dismissed me with an unprofessional attitude. I completed the survey later, but the code was already used because she’d been doing this with multiple customers. Very disappointing and dishonest behavior. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the store’s customer service and integrity.

What a bunch of idiots, just got my delivery for my wife in Northwick Park hospital. Pancakes with no syrup nothing at all on top of that the egg muffins were burned. I wish I can throw these pancakes back to the branch where I ordered from.

Hello! I ordered 20 chicken nuggets for the kids and instead I was sent 8 chicken nuggets. This is not correct, please fix the problem.

Horrible, every single time I have ordered from them via Uber eats and paid for my sauces, they never arrive, it seems like the store manager loves to swim in sweet and sour sauce. Stingy greedy and irresponsible. If I didn't pay and requested and it wasn't sent, I could understand but I paid for them every single time. I can understand a mistake once or twice but this has happened more than 5 times now. Keep swimming in your sauces you stingy people.

Missing fries, the driver spilled the juice on the ice cream, the food was cold!! I don't know who works there but they are not serious at all and it's not the first time this has happened! For me it was the last time I order again!!

It took over an hour for my food to be delivered and the chips are always under cooked. Not happy!!!

McDonald's their food is always lukewarm verging on cold. On the last two orders the fries have been cold and under portioned. I order large fries but I'm always short changed. The Vanilla milkshake was melting. Not great. Pretty poor experience.

It used to be nice, but now it became bloody horrible. Nothing "e" works... E- till doesn't give receipt, Table service was unavailable, even though I found a table it got busy because I couldn't do anything from my supposedly "great" McDonald's app... I wanted to eat my favourite fast food, but it makes me feel feel totally uncomfortable.... I just hope they'll make my burger properly 🥲
