The manar in the evening doesn't know the customer service. Both of them are worst.

MC Donald's sells meat on a very big scale. Animals are slaughtered in colossal numbers to supply demand? Why do people need to eat so much meat? Slaughterhouses indicate Demonic Civilization not Humane one.

I am pleased with the employees that take extra care with every order. I don’t remember the name of the employee that I called to make sure my order went trough, but she deserves respect and an appreciation towards her service. Thank you so much.

It's a MacDonald's. No better or worse than any other one. Very friendly staff.

Deeply unreliable restaurant, which occasionally decides not to open (e.g. 11/03/24 and a day about three weeks prior)

Food was consistent as always, service was somewhat rude, asked for a sauce and had it literally thrown into my bag.

I asked for large fries and I got small. I asked for extra cheese in my burger and what they did was just add the cheese and charge 40p But the cheese that is meant to be in the burger already was removed! ??? What's that all about? Is McDonald's losing money? You need to rob me of a little cheese but still charge me for it? Are the fries put into boxes by blind people? Please let us know....Thanks

It's McDonalds, what can you say. Staff are friendly. There's never paper in the order machines when i visit, which is annoying.

Treated my nieces to a meal, post cinema, it was great, the food was fresh, hot and tasty.

At the ketchup dispenser. I mistakenly place my tray of food too close to my hip. That the entire tray fell that all the fries were over the floor. The staff were extremely kind, and helpful that even they gave me new fries. I was very content even after this incident. Really good staff!

Had a night out with friends tonight. Staff were very helpful and professional. Food came quick and on time. I believe Tina was professional with his job and serve us professionally.We had a massive order as we were around 8 friends in group. However, everything was on point and top notch. I would personally recommend particularly this restaurant for his fast and efficient service and appreciate Tina for her help.

Tina is very rude. I have ask for order which is ready already and she refused to give me that order and went away as well as she was very rude at other customers also

Order two meal deals and extra fries…only rec’d one fries…!! Called the restaurant and was advised contact just eat they will refund…so rude…this is the second time my order has been messed up…don’t know why I gave them a second chance..never gonna order from this branch again…!!!!!!

Unprofessional staff treating people like animal

Man with beard left serving customers while taking order went to fight with delivery driver and snatched food from his bag which given by other employee and ask him to cancel the order . Do mcdonald's employee have power to snatched food back from delivery driver

Mobile networks dont work.. As you must have all experienced, milkshakes are not available all the time.. Fries and veggie wrap are my favorite.

The food is ok..cant get much wrong with a burger but a bit too busy for me..only a few tables downstairs but delivery drivers in and out and a lot of school kids,(not everyone with food they were just hanging out) plus a big negative a manager of sorts chatting at a table to an elderly couple very loudly in his own language..not a place to chill with a coffee more of a place to pay and go as it is so small

Today 06/09/2023 I came this place for first time. I used order machine it didn't have roll paper to print order. When I paid and I spoke with someone who was behind till she was really rude I said I didn't get my recipe. Unfortunately right person in public place like Mac Donald.

It has a family like atmosphere. It has a very clean environment. The facilities are very clean

Nice McDonalds but usually crowded and busy Visited at 9am and the hash brown i ordered was hard and oily compared to crunchy with a soft centre idk i prefer the St. George one tbh

I was highly satisfied because of your staff member called Curtis. The only reason I am doing this review is because I want to commend him for the care and attention he gave to my partner's order on this occaision and last week because of coeliacs. My partner is coeliac and has to have a gluten free diet, we understand traces are inescapable but Curtis explained the kitchen process for hash browns and eggs really well, with care and consideration. We believe it is not easy to find this type of expertise and knowledge with service industry staff in our experience in the UK and that is why we want to commend Curtis highly. I hope his exemplar standards are recognised.

I placed an order via the McDonlads App for delivery the order was not fully deliver, the driver said it not his fault, contact customer service.. contact unber eats and they can only deduct the missing meal, not the delivery charge or the tip I paid. They said to contact the store. The Store manger Pritesh Patel answered. So you need to talk to Uber Eats. He does not care was his attitude..! We can not do anything, is this how McDonald’s deals with you? I eat McDonalds all the time and my son. I would Hope McDonald’s is listening! I am asking for help from McDonalds Corp to get a refund on my Delivery and Tip, due to MCDolands not sending the full order out..

Today the food was particularly nice, hot, tasty, quick service.

My first visit in three years. I ordered for three people and was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a table number and said the food will be delivered. Much better than having to hang around in the crowded ground floor and then having to negotiate your way up the stairs with a tray full of food and drinks. The food met the usual standards expected at any McDonald's around the world.

Very bad experience with pritesh and raja they try to discriminate people and discuss our matter to other customer we found this offensive they only allow to speak in Gujarati with delivery guy not to customers. This location needs to improve recruitment system. Not recommended this location.

Raja and his colleague Pritesh try to Discriminate the people with language. They allow to speak in Gujarati with delivery guy but not with the customers. Funny thing is they both sift manages. Not recommend this location. Worst service I’ve ever got.

Unprofessional behaviour by the managers(Raja, Tina, Kanta) towards customers. They use delivery drivers phone to complete the survey also they have no sense to talk with the customers.

I order online and something is missing i called mcd and let them know about it but the manage Raja talking me with like very unresonsible way and rudely. He don't have talking sence with guest.

It's always a mess in there and the moped guys out front are intimidating.

One of our favourite and chosen Fast food Restaurants, affordable prices. We are regular customers but now afraid of eating hayes McDonald's also few others. Warning signs about hygiene relation to Toilet. Who is accountable or in charge needs to be recuirerd inspection regular basis. Downstairs Disable access toilet is for only Disable only but using as a Public toilet. I myself found very very dirty unhygienic toilet looked like didn't cleaned for few days. Stools was everywhere especially over the lid and commode. Next to the toilet has foods and Customers Services. At first make sure foods and hygiene rather than selling. I was sick for few days because of seen awaful dirty unhygienic toilet. We all knows how the deadly COVID taken our relatives family members and upto today we all are suffering. Poor management, lack of health and hygiene.

I always use this MacDonald's even though there's one closer. the staff here are friendly, and they always have the items on the menu. DO NOT go to the one in St George shopping centre the staff are not helpful at all and they run out of even basic menu items...

If you can fight through the delivery boys, you are then handed food that someone else in front of you has just returned. Abysmal

My burger was cold not enough salad

I have always wanted to dine at a quality restaurant and was lucky enough to get a table here on Saturday. We started with a quarter pounder, delicious rare breed meat, seasoned to perfection, layered with a quality cheese and pickles that bring a zing to the pallet. I went for the “French” style fries that were crispy on the out and fluffy as you like in the middle and, again seasoned perfectly - I don’t know how they do that. This feast of magnificence was washed down with the fuzziness of sugar free cola packed with ice, sooo refreshing. For dessert a homemade apple pie was selected and the flavour of the bramley apples and pastry second to none. I can only imagine the chef has worked at some high end ( if not Michelin) restaurants in their time. My only criticism is that some of the other diners were not dressed appropriately being of sloppy appearance in jeans, trainers and hoodies. I suppose you can’t expect everyone to make the effort. Overall a good meal and I will return as soon as I have saved enough for another special event. Oh, I would definitely recommend visiting on the 1st day of April every year.

Quite slow. Also workers need to check in the bathroom. There are always people sitting there drunk not allowing anyone to wash their hands. I'm taking specifically about the female bathroom.

Every time I go into this McDonald's there are always groups of teenagers loitering around causing noise taking up seating space and generally being a nuisance to diners. Food is however always prepared well and on time

The staff are always busy but not sure for what. Went in for an ice cream while my bus is coming in 6 minutes, and of course they made the ice cream but no one was at the counter (surprisingly given the amount of staff they have) to notice and give it to me. Pretty inefficient overall.

I always found the staff friendly When I first used to go in there and get a burger I used to find not much filling and not much sauce. I came yesterday in the evening and I was number 79 I think if that helps and I just had a hamburger I eat it when I went outside I had so much filling and sauce it was dripping on my fingers the way I like it . In my opinion I think the person who made it should get a pay on the back it was the best I had in a long time from there . I wish I had got two if everyone made them like that I would come back more often and give u a better raiting

Pretty standard Mc Donalds Menu, the service is a little poorer compared to other branches I've noticed, large fries look like medium, drinks being filled only 3/4, Mc Flurry only being filled 3/4, missing cheese dippers if you get a share box. It's like they're trying to increase their margins and hope you don't notice. You do get your food hot if collecting and eating in/ DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY There is always something missing from your order, always arrives cold, they always forget the sauces and dips you pay for and never answer the phone. Go to the one in St Georges instead, much better service.

Delivery took 1h thru uber eats and food was ice cold.

Awful customer service. Hot chocolate watery, Mcflurry only filled by a quarter of the cup, and the straw was wet.

None of the staff looked happy , tables not cleen this was 1030 @night, food on floor.as i went to get my older no thank u from them,i work in retail always thank them after they finish paying,,&greet them when thay come to my chek out.

A place where they clearly are so busy that they do not value individual customers anymore Frequently looks like a tornado has hit the place and is extremely messy. Toilet in a horrible condition and they should hope they do not get a heath and cleanliness inspection . The bottom line is we have many customers you are of no value as a individual!That's the message you get!
