Don't ever believe the 24 hours open lie, it never is

Yet again, item are missing. How can you get this simple process wrong every time. You have the order, you check what you're putting in the bag and if necessary check again. The delivery driver told me that they are not allowed to check. Reporting any issues with order is a tedious task. I am sure I am the only one experiencing this. They must have had thousands of complaints but after years, still no improvements. I honestly believe they are doing it on purpose

Shocking that McDonalds do not offer hot beverages with any plant-based milk alternative. Also that they don't offer decaf beverages and or coke zero/no caffeine option. And why even when you're collecting the chips from inside the store are they hardly warm when they should be piping hot.

Standard McDonalds but plenty of parking and I can always get a seat inside. Ordering machines working and had a swift friendly delivery of food brought to my table. I find it's kept very clean in here.

It was late and staff members outside the front smoking, horrible smell of drug use too

I’ve been using this branch for years and the food has declined over time. It’s always cold, always. But just take it home and microwave it if that works for you. The preparation is inconsistent - wasn’t McDonalds built on consistently prepping the same food the same way every time? Now the sauces are wrong, onions are sliced instead of diced and deliveries have mistakes more often than not. I wonder if head office sends secret shoppers anymore? They’d be SHOCKED. Avoid at all costs.

I've made a complaint to Head Office based on the advice of the Franchanisee Manager. I have had a bad experience with an employee called FOUZIA on multiple occassions now. The first time she was speaking Hindi through the Intercom in the morning when I was ordering a mcmighty meal and she kept repeating her question in another language about 5 times. I drove ahead to the window and she scorned at me and I said that she needed to speak to me in English in order to take my order because I didn't understand. She then threw a mini temper tantrum and started slamming things down. The second occasion was when I was assaulted by FOUZIA at the first booth, she took my order wrong and I attempted to correct her and she took my money and essentially threw my change at me, some of it ended up in the donation box and she exploded and shouted at me really aggressively. All of this should be on camera. FOUZIA needs to be removed from this position, retrained or sacked. She cannot go around assaulted physically and verbally against drive in customers.

Food short delivered couple of times and this time I ordered 4 meals and received 3 again, so contacted the restaurant and the manager Jonny had no responsibility to sort this out but asked me to contact customer service. And there is not much information on customer service about missing food. It was frustrating we order food for delivery for some reasons and I lost my money and have to make my own breakfast at home. No more trust on this place. Another incomplete order today 20/10/24. Paid on drive through and when we reached home my daughter’s mayo chicken which we paid for is missing. This is been going for long and I cannot see any improvement.

Worst ever McDonalds! At 3 am only drive thru open. Worst ever service! Toilet is dirty or closed. I ordered many days in the row but I didn't get receipt. U Very u nprofessional staff!

This store has good location and friendly staff member. There are plenty of inside and outdoor seating spaces. Wide and convenient parking capacity which is very nice. It has disable access to the dining and toilet areas. The front level staff are very friendly and accommodative - they help in serving food to the table specially for disable and people with kids.

We were there at 4.30am and it clearly says it’s 24/7 for the drive through but there wasn’t a single person in sight to take our order. Why label it 24/7 if you’re not going to have any staff around! We were tired and hungry from our long journey back home already so this was just the cherry on top. I would give them 0 stars if I can

Count your nuggets and double check your order before you leave. Went through the drive through and only had 8 nuggets and no sauce o requested. Like an idiot k thought there would be no way they would shortchange me a nugget but I get home and only eight nuggets. I thought for sure they would put my sweet and sour sauce in the bag and like an idiot I didn’t check so no sweet and sour sauce. I thought for sure they would give me Diet Coke but like an idiot…it was regular Coke. Probably won’t be back. Thanks McDonald’s for setting my night off to suck a terrible start.

I ordered through the app, food arrived cold, and missing nuggets for my son, i have called around 10 times, the 9th time someone answered and put the phone down on me straight away. This isn't the first time they've missed items but the last time this happened someone answered, spoke to me and redid the order again even included a free apple pie for the inconvenience only downfall was i had to go get it myself from them when i paid for delivery. Also uber eats aren't much better as i tried getting the food either refunded or re-delivered and they refused, so basically they stole my money

Great if you like cold food. They take it out from the heat lamp and put it on a tray. Do several just eat orders then eventually give you your food. When you say it’s cold they treat you with distain. It’s clean but very loud with music and half the car park is now spaces for just eat drivers only

AVOID this McDonald's at all cost. 1. Rude staff 2. Incompetent staff that can't even complete orders correctly and can't even make a big mac properly. 3. They mix up people's orders. 4. Won't answer the phone to resolve issues. 5. If u order on McDelivery/Uber then good luck cause this McDonald's won't resolve issues with your order especially when things are missed and Uber won't give you a full refund on your order. Pretty much a scam.

Decent place, family friendly and plenty of parking.

I ordered a breakfast wrap meal with an extra hash brown. The latte I asked for was cold, the hash brown was cold and the breakfast wrap was lukewarm at best ..... I'm not sure far in advance they cook the food but it was way to far.

0 stars because whenever I order breakfast including pancakes and syrup they literally never include butter or pancakes or cutlery?!?!? Also the service is abysmal because in the drive through they seem to be extremely confused and I always have to repeat my order 1 million times and they somehow still get it wrong

Drive through for a coffee, the person taking my order didn't know what an Americano was. Not a major as I said coffee and that took my order. Coffee tasted a bit grainy but needed something while on route somewhere else.

Guy short changed my by a pound in drive through. The look he gave me when I told him was shocking. It was almost like I was a liar. Made me think how many people does he do that to that pay cash - as most people don't take the time to check. Will not pay cash there again as the trust has now gone.

What the hell was going on in here 9th August 7PM shift. The woman who was on drivethru sounded like it was her first day and she'd never been trained, she literally opened the conversation with 'hello?' I was so taken aback given how McDonalds are usually identical in service standards I'd never been greeted like that in any service industry location ever. Then she kept saying 'one second' and disappearing and coming back, it took me 10 minutes to order two items. Then when I got to the 2nd window to collect the food it was like they were having a party in the kitchen, without a single shift leader/manager in sight. Only reason not a one star is the food was actually fine and the lady who served me in the 2nd window was lovely. But seriously, what was going on?

I went to the drive through and ordered through McDonald’s app, I was told the app is not working when I asked for the manager who gave me his name as Pavi on Wednesday 31st July at 11:15 PM he said app is not our problem and shut the window. I was throughout calm, didn’t swear, didn’t raise my voice it’s a case of poor customer services and untrained staff.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the McDonald's drive-through located at Shaftesbury Circle, South Harrow, London (Store 1005). On July 27, 2024, at 13:44, I visited the drive-through and was served by a staff member whose behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. She closed the drive-through window in my face for some reason without offering a "thank you" or "sorry." This lack of basic courtesy and respect was quite shocking. Following this unpleasant encounter, I reported the incident to Johnny, the Assistant Manager. Unfortunately, he too was dismissive, rude, and showed no interest in addressing my complaint. His behavior further added to my frustration, as he did not apologize or attempt to resolve the issue. Such conduct from both the staff member and the Assistant Manager is unacceptable and does not align with the customer service standards one would expect from McDonald's.

The store is supposedly "24hr" however be prepared to be told you must order via the drive through in a car to take advantage of these 'too good to be true' hours. If you're unfortunate enough to arrive on foot during these times you'll be oggled as if you're mental to think you can get a cheeseburger at 2am...Good luck to the targeted clientele... hopefully you can support the antisocial decisions Shaftesbury McDonalds has decided to pursue.

Very dissapointed that as a paying customer I have received a parking ticket for £60 (if payed early) To be charged this amount despite dining-in and being an actual customer is deplorable McDonald's need to do better

Ordered a delivery via McDonald's app. It arrived in a timely manner, but not only was it cold, but I was missing an item. When I called the shop, they said its not their problem and I have to take it up with UberEats however they packed it and the bag was sealed, so don't understand how it's not the branch who is at fault. They basically fobbed me off and told me to call the customer service number. On doing so, I was put in a hold system for nearly half an hour and still no one answered. Just a joke ... as this is how they make money on both sides and you get ripped off. This branch just lost my custom and I'm a local user! Sort your customer service out!

Nice Mcdonald in Harrow with good free parking space free up to 90 minutes and customer toilet

I share this McDonald's but it is generally in London, there is NO option to change the bread to gluten-free as if it can be done anywhere in Spain. Unfortunately this is a huge delay that the British have.

The order was perfect today, we customised the burgers into adding more stuff and everything was on point. We are regulars and come almost everyday around 8-9. This mc Donald’s is VERY clean everyday . The floor is clean and so are the tables.

It is very nice and happy atmosphere in this McDonald's location in my area. They have plenty of space and children play area. My kid love to visit this place often.

I ask the manager Johnny to give me fresh fish fillet patty, says the fish is fresh when tasty it not fresh, customer service not good and the managers are rude, can someone train them. Staff touching chicken and fish at the same time.

Hate is strong, but when you repeat your order 3 times wait patiently and then they still get it wrong... You have to ask why... The big Mac is so small with even smaller, thinner patties, then a 50p coin. Order 2 cheese burgers, they are bigger and cheaper. ..

Ordered a sausage and egg meal bacon roll meal and a pancake syrup not the meal, just the syrup.. made a very explicit point about it just being the syrup I wanted twice, the person at the window understood, charged me and I pulled up to the next window. Why 1, was there still a pancake meal in the bag which i had been charged for and 2. The bacon roll was another pancake and sausage meal..with a stocker that said bacon roll. 🤨 it's really not that hard

If you are making an order of more than 3 items for take out, make sure you check everything is there. I made a larger order for 3 people, and got 2 items short. Only noticed once I got home to Pinner Green (not in the neighbourhood), I had to go back as noone bothers answering calls. Once I got there and told them what was missing, one of them said that order was a while ago.. Guess what, I had to drive home 20 min, checked the order, and drive back 20 min.. So yeah.. was a while ago. Then he said to the otherone, just give it to them, as if I am making stuff up, and goung through the hassle of going there and home again because I want a blimey hamburger and cheese bites for free.. If I hadn't asked then to please be sure everything is there, and hadn'tpaid over £40, I wouldn't have gone back, but come on.. Is it really that difficult to make sure you put everything in that bloody bag?? When I made a remark, that it would be good if they made sure the orders are right, so people don't have to come back once they r home, they started laughing between each other. I assume they were laughing at how incapable they are to put an order together correctly, and at their own idiocity.. I will not go there again, and rather go further, but get my order right and be treated ith respect!

It's macdonalds, does everything you expect and is fast. Foods the same. It's got seating and wasn't too busy. Just the quality wasn't as fresh for the fries so a few stars off and the apple pie wasn't that hot. So a star off. Service was slow even when it wasn't that busy. The tables still were covered in used food wrappers. So took a few stars off.

Kids love McDonald's food. They can eat it real fast. I only ever eat the wrap, and the chicken nuggets.

Ordered via uber eats. What happens pretty often is items are just completely missing. It's not the uber drivers fault, the items are just not packed. Last time it was the drinks completely missing from the meal, today its the fries. It really shouldn't be that hard!

Went there yesterday, used drive trough. Paid what I ordered, but I was short with 1 cheeseburger. Didn't get receipt either. Also who handed out our food was given me faces 😏 Today we went back, talked with the manager she gave us the extra burger. But instead of offering by herself she had to ask us "what's she meant to do". Today we got our order right, but if you don't ask they don't bother to ask you if you want any sauces. Also no napkins, before didn't have this problem. I understand that they working hard but I didn't give any reason to the girl to given me faces as I sat the back in the car. Sorry to say that but before living the window just check if you got your order right. So disappointing.

Drive thru, they forgot item, realised when i got home, called them, not helpful. Wouldn’t refund, said I had to drive back. I don’t have 25mn to waste for the mistake.

McDonald's with a drive through. Service is slow and they always ask you to park as rarely the food is delivered at the counter when you go through the drive through.

Problems with order not being correct.

The restaurant was like a doss house, service was very slow and poor and the server didn't know the difference between ketchup and sweet curry sauce even after numerous attempts.

9 times out of 10 the chips are cold. They waste a lot of sauce if you ask for sauce at drive in I get given about 3 and end up binning 2 . If they don't take them back Service is always hectic because of delivery drivers

Best food I had from McDonald's so far. Was hot when they gave it to us and beyewt... atmosphere was great as it was drivethru and our cars pretty nice apart from the curbs we scraped going round this place. Was quick though. 100% recommend 👌

McDonalds is always good. A minor observation though on cleanliness of this branch needs improvement otherwise everything else is as per the expectations.

I ordered Medium Double Quarter Pounder™ with Cheese Meal and Mozzarella Dippers Sharebox®, but they delivered without Medium Double Quarter Pounder™ with Cheese burger, and tried to contact the McDelivery, and Shaftesbury Mcdonald, but I couldn't get my burger!!!!!

Waited over an hour for delivery and they blamed it on the courier but the same happened the week before and it was a different courier service. Ordered at 8pm delivered after midnight. Fast food?????

Very clean. Nice atmosphere. Had a problem with the order. Two items wrong. The manager, "Lee", sorted it out immediately; with no question . Great helpful staff and manager.
