Every time I order home delivery item. Every Time missing . Never come all item .

Not a bad Mc Donald's, quite clean but it does get busy when there are a lot of school kids there after school times

Ordered via McDonald’s app. Breakfast wrap was missing. Called them, they put me hold for about 40 mins and rude lady says she can only refund £1.30 but breakfast cost £6. They don’t care at all. 😡😡😡

It's macdonalds, does everything you expect and is fast. Foods the same. It's got seating and wasn't too busy. Just the quality wasn't as fresh for the fries so a few stars off and the apple pie wasn't that hot. So a star off. Service was slow even when it wasn't that busy. The tables still were covered in used food wrappers. So took a few stars off.

Kids love McDonald's food. They can eat it real fast. I only ever eat the wrap, and the chicken nuggets.

Staff are very rude and clear away tables when customers haven't finished eating.

No one is picking up call We have to call them for atleast 10-15 times after they pick our call once !

Ordered via uber eats. What happens pretty often is items are just completely missing. It's not the uber drivers fault, the items are just not packed. Last time it was the drinks completely missing from the meal, today its the fries. It really shouldn't be that hard!

Service is always great, but the food isn't always fresh, especially later in the evenings

Always hot and fresh, quick with fantastic staff at this branch. Tables are always clean and milkshakes and ice cream machine usually works. Unlike some other branches.

No one in the kitchen wears gloves, they all touch the food with their bare hands - very, very unhygienic. Staff are always rude and unhelpful, every time.

Don’t ever order from Uber eats here it takes longer than an hour and the food comes either wrong or cold can’t even contact the restaurant

Went there yesterday, used drive trough. Paid what I ordered, but I was short with 1 cheeseburger. Didn't get receipt either. Also who handed out our food was given me faces 😏 Today we went back, talked with the manager she gave us the extra burger. But instead of offering by herself she had to ask us "what's she meant to do". Today we got our order right, but if you don't ask they don't bother to ask you if you want any sauces. Also no napkins, before didn't have this problem. I understand that they working hard but I didn't give any reason to the girl to given me faces as I sat the back in the car. Sorry to say that but before living the window just check if you got your order right. So disappointing.

I've seen the best McDonald's so far one of the best McDonald's in the United Kingdom

Staff was incredible has a playground I love it so much here happy 50th anniversary 1974 I would recommend go to this place and edware

It was fun as always like the brand new swing. Some nice music on the background. This is the best mcdonalds in the United Kingdom.

Drive thru, they forgot item, realised when i got home, called them, not helpful. Wouldn’t refund, said I had to drive back. I don’t have 25mn to waste for the mistake.

McDonald's with a drive through. Service is slow and they always ask you to park as rarely the food is delivered at the counter when you go through the drive through.

Problems with order not being correct.

The restaurant was like a doss house, service was very slow and poor and the server didn't know the difference between ketchup and sweet curry sauce even after numerous attempts.

9 times out of 10 the chips are cold. They waste a lot of sauce if you ask for sauce at drive in I get given about 3 and end up binning 2 . If they don't take them back Service is always hectic because of delivery drivers

Some time mecd staff was behaving a worthless with a driver so plz make it change bcz driver also good customer so plz change a behaviour with a driver

Best food I had from McDonald's so far. Was hot when they gave it to us and beyewt... atmosphere was great as it was drivethru and our cars pretty nice apart from the curbs we scraped going round this place. Was quick though. 100% recommend 👌

I ordered Medium Double Quarter Pounder™ with Cheese Meal and Mozzarella Dippers Sharebox®, but they delivered without Medium Double Quarter Pounder™ with Cheese burger, and tried to contact the McDelivery, and Shaftesbury Mcdonald, but I couldn't get my burger!!!!!

Waited over an hour for delivery and they blamed it on the courier but the same happened the week before and it was a different courier service. Ordered at 8pm delivered after midnight. Fast food?????

Very clean. Nice atmosphere. Had a problem with the order. Two items wrong. The manager, "Lee", sorted it out immediately; with no question . Great helpful staff and manager.

McDonald's restaurant and drive through, with children playing area and sitting area outside and inside. Party area for kids inside. Car park and pick up spaces for all orders.

Its very busy Mc D But service is good and fast staff very helpful Bits and peace negative points but its everywhere good thing does get rectified asap.

Ordered online to go and collect, got there, and had to park and wait as our order was not ready. I use the app, they send too many notifications, but you can turn them off, and they do have better deals on their app.

they have a table with projected games and it’s just families constantly smashing the table while i’m trying to peacefully eat 🤦🏻‍♀️

This place became so disgusting looking. The front of the place where the seats are looks like a homeless shelter with the deliveries waiting for the jobs. Taking over the seats 🤢🤮

McDonald's - Thank you very much ! Their services are exceptional & you can really tell how well-trained their staff are.. They are very kind to customers and they always make sure our needs are met.

Food was almost inedible, service was slow, food was cooked & left on a tray, so when we finally received our food, it was luke warm.

Place an order and wait for it more than half hour. Disappointed as 3 children were looking at another people eating and asking for their food.

I visited McDonald's few weeks ago and food was awesome, I took vegan option and it was really satisfying and also the service was nice and fast and the dining area was was neat an clean. This McDonald's has kids area where kids can play while we waiting for our food to be served and also there is drive-thru was also available. It is located on the roundabout so it is very convenient for people who don't want to dine in and want their food in their car. So, overall my experience was awesome with this McDonald's in food, service and dine in area.

Late-night cravings led me to McDonald's, and I must say, the food was absolutely fantastic! The familiar taste and quality we all know and love from this fast-food giant did not disappoint. From the juicy burgers to the crispy fries, everything was spot-on and satisfying. My only gripe was with the service in the drive-through lane, which seemed to be a bit slow during my visit. It's understandable that late-night hours can be busy, but the wait was longer than I anticipated. Nonetheless, the staff remained courteous and friendly throughout, which made the delay a little more bearable. Despite the minor inconvenience, I'll be returning to McDonald's for their mouthwatering menu and convenience. I hope that the drive-through service can be improved in the future to match the excellence of their delicious offerings. Keep up the great work, McDonald's!

I would like to know when you are going to fix or get a new milkshake machine? It has been months with this machine broken - not great specially during the summer months.

Awful service and food quality gets worse and worse

Just based on today, worst customer service at the drive through. Started taking order 3 times and kept cutting off with no apology. Got to the food window and woman flapped her hand in front of me and snapped go park.

Every delivery has something missing, or the portion is not complete and it will be cold. Not sure why food items are missing when you order from Just Eat. Best thing is to drive they are get it yourself and the double check the order as often things are missing if you take away.

Don't ordered from here on uber, they don't check the orders they send out, I spent £12, all I got was a burger and a drink, 2 items missing, they don't answer the phone, so you have to go the long way on uber, absolutely useless, not the first time. Thing is I'm still trying to get my money back from uber eats, which is not easy, I received a burger only and drink but I still paid £10+

Not a drive thru although they claim to be.... always make me park up after I've paid for my drive thru food and I wait 10 to 15 mins for it come... terrible

Egg muffin was perfect, hash browns were too crunchy/overcooked.

It's McDonalds. Relatively clean, outdoors could do with jet wash esp about bins.

Just got my order and returned home - ordered a large fries and there were only 2/3 full - ie they had only filled it with the same amount of fries of a medium fries. Also had an apple pie - didn't notice until I had finished it that it has yesterdays date on it and it should have been discarded yesterday at 14:10. I bought it today at 15:29 so ate it more than 24 hours after it should have been discarded. Tried to call them, no one is answering the phone - so who knows who else is being served out of date food?

Food at any McDonald is below than average for vegetarian. No taste, and a very limited selection. Although the store has ample sitting space, with great interior and clean.

Is mixing orders a lot . If any objects u missing that just because they completely don't care and even they 😡 do tell u if u need to wait they will just not put in the bag .

This branch has a play area outside. The usual order with the app to arrive at your table as usual. Beware 90 min car parking should you have kids that want to stay and play with the tablets.

How can I phrase this politely? From a former catering worker... that has to be the worst McD I've ever experienced in 26 years in London! First there's the service... we ordered through the screen and sat ourselves to wait. When our number came up, our order wasn't ready aside from the neat row of pre cooked and served chips waiting. Then the food... dry, warm fries that no one managed to finish as they turned cold quickly. They seem very greedy with the sauces too. There was hardly any in both the big mac and the chicken burger. And the dryness of the meal wasn't helped with the cold supposedly coffee thing I'd ordered and am working hard to forget I ingested! It was as horrible as the men's loo were. I didn't check, my source has harly any sense of smell and he commented on the similarity of the state to 80s bars bogs after a long busy night... I love McDonald's but that wasn't their best location. Shame though because years ago, I had a very different experience.

Nothing exciting basic McDonald's food

This McDonalds has gone from being ok to just plain useless. In the last two months I’ve been given a Mc Spicy when I ordered a Mc Crispy and the receipt said McCrispy, a Mc Crispy with an actual Mc Spicy burger in the Mc crispy burger and box, and most recently a strawberry milkshake with just ice cream and no strawberry flavouring. On top of this, the burgers looked old and like they were cooked yesterday. Prices increase but standards at this place are going downhill. I’m not sure what’s gone wrong with this place but every single time there seems to be an error. Someone needs demoting !!! Won’t be going here again

Just Eat delivered promptly. McDonalds did not send items , on this large order. Phoned manager, Kulufi, who informed me that they couldn't rectify shortage as I had to contact Just Eat although it was not their fault totally McDonald's south harrow error. She refused to rectify this large order and kept repeating that her protocol was correct. She insisted I contact Just Eat, I do not know how they were going to get the missing items to my door immediately. After 20 minutes of debate, I had to hang up and Eat my ,now cold burger anc chips, whilst my son had not received his. He was not happy. This issue was of no importance to the manager, kept repeating that I contact Just Eat for a refund. Pathetic customer service and its not the first time this has occurred. Even at the branch items are missing often, at least then, it can sorted at the counter. Even one star, is too high. I have seen reviews stating that this is a regular occurance. Items missing on orders. Manager not interested in checking orders before leaving. I informed manager that was doing a pathetic job. Clearly, there is a big problem there. Cant keep blaming Just Eat for inept service. No apology, just excuses and how to get a refund.

KUMUDHU is very rude, she shouldn't work in a food chain. She called out once for my cuppa was ready, as i walked towards her she just turned around and put my cuppa away, as i was trying to get her attention she just ignored me another person had to hand it to me, she then started arguing saying she called twice but she NEVER called twice!! She needs training AGAIN as i assume she already has had training. KUMUDHU change your attitude or find another job.
