I had a very bad experience at this place. I ordered food and was supposed to receive two extra sauces, which were clearly listed on my receipt. However, the staff refused to give them to me. When I asked to speak to the manager, a woman claimed she was the manager, though I’m not sure if that was true or not. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, treating me with complete disrespect. Terrible customer service—I do not recommend this place at all!

Beware when ordering from Drive-Thru from this place. I ordered and paid for my breakfast of Sausage & Egg McMuffin meal with Coffee today (8/03/2025). I collected the Coffee and a bag supposed to be containing my meal from the collection window and drove off home to enjoy the food. Upon getting home and opening the food bag, there was only the McMuffin in it and no Hash Brown or napkins or even the receipt of my order for that matter. I think this must be a scam as without a receipt you cannot even make a complaint to anyone. I wonder how many others have also been conned this way.

Disappointing Drive-Thru Experience – Poor Service & Order Mix-Up Visited McDonald's for a drive-thru order and had an extremely frustrating experience. We ordered a plain Big Mac with just cheese for my son, as he doesn’t like any sauce or extra fillings. We confirmed the order twice—once at payment and again while collecting drinks. Despite this, we were asked to park and wait. After nearly 30 minutes, a crew member finally brought out the order. By then, it was already frustrating, but things got worse when we got home—the burger was completely wrong, filled with sauce, pickles, and salad, which my son cannot eat. This means someone else likely ended up with our plain order as well. While waiting, we noticed multiple other customers going back to the window to correct their orders, meaning this wasn't just a one-time mistake. The staff seemed completely disorganized, mixing up orders, and causing unnecessary delays. This is more than just an inconvenience—it’s negligence. If someone had food allergies, a mix-up like this could be dangerous. Mistakes happen, but this level of carelessness is unacceptable. Extremely disappointed with the lack of management, efficiency, and attention to detail. McDonald’s needs to train staff properly and ensure orders are checked before being handed out. Will think twice before coming back. Rating: ⭐ 1/5

McDonald's is McDonald's. You can't complain. Staff are polite, food is quick enough, depending on when you go. It's pretty dry inside, although there is somewhere to sit. That play area outside is cool but at times pointless . It's not sheltered (for observers), and you can't really watch your children from inside because of the way the windows are, therefore can't monitor without getting cold/ wet or just not accompanying them. It probably gets its use during the summer. It is also near outdoor seating and moving cars (although there are railings for most of it), so this would be a great (Mc Ds) spot for the warmer months where you could sit outside and watch the children, otherwise it's in a convenient location with a smooth, new drive-thru so one can't complain.

Over the last few years I have eaten in but more often I use the drive through. It's close to a large school so if you're eating in it can be pretty noisy and hectic depending on what times you go. Lunchtime and after school. So I tend to use the drive through and this too gets very busy. But it's all well dealt with and the staff are always friendly.

As a paying customer I have received a parking ticket for £60 (if payed early) I have small kids and come here almost every Saturday. So not impressed when the kids play on games/tablets provided by Mcdonalds and 'overstay'. Food & servicen is what you would expect (it's not fine dining!) but a parking fine makes everything a little sour. Appealed with the parking company but it's my fault apparantly as terms and conditions are clearly signposted so I'm just income for them - I suppose they need a few fines to keep operating as a parking company. They did also give me a chese mcmuffin once when I ordered a sausage mcmuffin, so not particularly clever at giving you the correct items. From the sounds of it, this is a usual occurance at this branch.

Yet again, item are missing. How can you get this simple process wrong every time. You have the order, you check what you're putting in the bag and if necessary check again. The delivery driver told me that they are not allowed to check. Reporting any issues with order is a tedious task. I am sure I am the only one experiencing this. I’ve been using this branch for years and the food has declined over time. It’s always cold, always. But just take it home and microwave it if that works for you. The preparation is inconsistent - wasn’t McDonalds built on consistently prepping the same food the same way every time? Now the sauces are wrong, onions are sliced instead of diced and deliveries have mistakes more often than not. I wonder if head office sends secret shoppers anymore? They’d be SHOCKED. I've made a complaint to Head Office based on the advice of the Franchanisee Manager. I have had a bad experience with an employee called FOUZIA on multiple occassions now. The first time she was speaking Hindi through the Intercom in the morning when I was ordering a mcmighty meal and she kept repeating her question in another language about 5 times. I drove ahead to the window and she scorned at me and I said that she needed to speak to me in English in order to take my order because I didn't understand. She then threw a mini temper tantrum and started slamming things down. The second occasion was when I was assaulted by FOUZIA at the first booth, she took my order wrong and I attempted to correct her and she took my money and essentially threw my change at me, some of it ended up in the donation box and she exploded and shouted at me really aggressively. All of this should be on camera. FOUZIA needs to be removed from this position, retrained or sacked. She cannot go around assaulted physically and verbally against drive in customers.

This store has good location and friendly staff member. There are plenty of inside and outdoor seating spaces. Wide and convenient parking capacity which is very nice. Food short delivered couple of times and this time I ordered 4 meals and received 3 again, so contacted the restaurant and the manager Jonny had no responsibility to sort this out but asked me to contact customer service. And there is not much information on customer service about missing food. It was frustrating we order food for delivery for some reasons and I lost my money and have to make my own breakfast at home. Like an idiot k thought there would be no way they would shortchange me a nugget but I get home and only eight nuggets. Great if you like cold food. They take it out from the heat lamp and put it on a tray. Do several just eat orders then eventually give you your food. What the hell was going on in here 9th August 7PM shift. The woman who was on drivethru sounded like it was her first day and she'd never been trained, she literally opened the conversation with 'hello?' I was so taken aback given how McDonalds are usually identical in service standards I'd never been greeted like that in any service industry location ever. Then she kept saying 'one second' and disappearing and coming back, it took me 10 minutes to order two items. Then when I got to the 2nd window to collect the food it was like they were having a party in the kitchen, without a single shift leader/manager in sight. Only reason not a one star is the food was actually fine and the lady who served me in the 2nd window was lovely. But seriously, what was going on?

The store is supposedly "24hr" however be prepared to be told you must order via the drive through in a car to take advantage of these 'too good to be true' hours. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the McDonald's drive-through located at Shaftesbury Circle, South Harrow, London (Store 1005). On July 27, 2024, at 13:44, I visited the drive-through and was served by a staff member whose behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. She closed the drive-through window in my face for some reason without offering a "thank you" or "sorry." This lack of basic courtesy and respect was quite shocking. Following this unpleasant encounter, I reported the incident to Johnny, the Assistant Manager. Unfortunately, he too was dismissive, rude, and showed no interest in addressing my complaint. His behavior further added to my frustration, as he did not apologize or attempt to resolve the issue. Such conduct from both the staff member and the Assistant Manager is unacceptable and does not align with the customer service standards one would expect from McDonald's.

Ordered a delivery via McDonald's app. It arrived in a timely manner, but not only was it cold, but I was missing an item. When I called the shop, they said its not their problem and I have to take it up with UberEats however they packed it and the bag was sealed, so don't understand how it's not the branch who is at fault. They basically fobbed me off and told me to call the customer service number. On doing so, I was put in a hold system for nearly half an hour and still no one answered. It is very nice and happy atmosphere in this McDonald's location in my area. They have plenty of space and children play area. My kid love to visit this place often.

Ordered a sausage and egg meal bacon roll meal and a pancake syrup not the meal, just the syrup.. made a very explicit point about it just being the syrup I wanted twice, the person at the window understood, charged me and I pulled up to the next window. Why 1, was there still a pancake meal in the bag which i had been charged for and 2. The bacon roll was another pancake and sausage meal..with a stocker that said bacon roll. 🤨 it's really not that hard

If you are making an order of more than 3 items for take out, make sure you check everything is there. I made a larger order for 3 people, and got 2 items short. Only noticed once I got home to Pinner Green (not in the neighbourhood), I had to go back as noone bothers answering calls. Once I got there and told them what was missing, one of them said that order was a while ago.. Guess what, I had to drive home 20 min, checked the order, and drive back 20 min.. So yeah.. was a while ago. Then he said to the otherone, just give it to them, as if I am making stuff up, and goung through the hassle of going there and home again because I want a blimey hamburger and cheese bites for free.. If I hadn't asked then to please be sure everything is there, and hadn'tpaid over £40, I wouldn't have gone back, but come on.. Is it really that difficult to make sure you put everything in that bloody bag?? When I made a remark, that it would be good if they made sure the orders are right, so people don't have to come back once they r home, they started laughing between each other. I assume they were laughing at how incapable they are to put an order together correctly, and at their own idiocity.. I will not go there again, and rather go further, but get my order right and be treated ith respect!
