Subway in Surrey Heath

Camberley subway is the new store here in town centre. Unquestionably best service from camberley subway. Very nice & clean place. Good location & huge space for family friends.

warning! poor hygiene! Avoid at all costs dirty work/prep areas, dirty glass screen. i saw meats in pots not in fridge. a staff member sat eating his foof gets up to serve customer but doesn’t wash his hands. plus they were all unfriendly and could be considered rude

Do not order from them. First they sent me the entirely wrong order… then when they send me the second order the sub melt is WRONG. They don’t have the panini grill to make them in so you’ll receive a soggy sub.. and they admitted it to me after TWO incorrect orders. Why are you selling sub melts if you don’t have the right equipment??? So you’re LYING in order to sell more items. Absolutely useless. Only go to Bagshot Subway if you want your order to be correct.

The toilets were disgusting I hope your kitchen is a lot cleaner. Put me off eating there so went elsewhere

I AM VERY MAD WITH THE AMOUNT OF TIME MY FOOD TOOK. I ALSO WENT TO THE BATHROOM CAUSE I NEEDED A POO AND THEN I WENT IN THE CUBICAL AND THERE WAS A MASSIVE POO SLIPPING DOWN THE WALL THEN LANDED ON MY HEAD!!!! >:(((. I AM EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED TO THINK THAT NO ONE BOTHERED TO CLEAN IT!!! YOU SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT ON YOUR HEAD WITH YOUR ABSERLOUTLEY DISGUSTING BEHAVOUR!!! ITS JUST DISGUSTING RUDE AND UNACCEPTABLE OKAY??!!! YOU SHOULD BE EMBARASSED!!! NEVER GO HERE EVER!!!!!! THE SERVICE SUCKED! It's one of those where only Subway has the answer. Fancied something different and quick. Did the job.

They make the best sandwiches I've ever had from Subway anywhere.

placed an order through Just Eat the worst subway ever by all means. They use their own delivery "drivers" probably driver, food arrived cold and soggy after almost 2 hours!!! Also they checked the order as delivered after 1hour 20 minutes and wasted my time checking and calling just eat until the driver showed up 30 minutes later telling me that the system marks the order delivered automatically!! Not even a sorry! Never again

Charged me more than any other subway I been to for the same thing I always get?... Returned years later, camberley never failing to disappoint, cold in the middle chicken sub. Watched her take it out the toasting machine early. Ruined my lunch. Hot on sides. Cold as milk in the middle. Last time.

Friendly staff, on-street parking nearby & you can usually get a space. Easy access for wheelchairs, good for families, some space for sit down eating at tables (though don't know about that as of Thursday 4th November 2020). We go quite often.

First time I have used this store and the first time I have ordered a delivery and the last time. Wow what a difference there is from going into a store and getting it delivered. I have used about 5 different subways over all and this one has to be the worst. There wasnt that much filling in the foot long and I asked for extra cheese on top. I also ordered 12 cookies. Now the meal came with a cookie so I should of got 13 cookies, I didn't all I got was 12. Yes I know its only 1 cookie missing, but that's not the point. If you place an order and pay for it then you should get it. Very disappointed, won't be using this subway again.

Ordered a footlong, 2 bags of crisps, and a drink. I also paid extra for the bacon and hash browns to be added. When the food arrived, no hash browns or bacon, and despite ordering cheese, no cheese. Both bags of crisps were also wrong. I rang the store multiple times over a 40 minute period, before heading into the store. They replaced the sandwich, and nicely gave me another drink, and another box of hashbrowns. However, upon getting home, the sandwich was wet and cold, and did not include the cheese, the tuna itself tasting a bit off. I then found a brown hair in my food, a lot longer than my own hair, and a different colour from my partners. After eating the sandwich, I became ill, with suspected food poisoning. A formal complaint has been made with Just Eat, as the store does not ever answer their phone.

Missing itens on the first order, missing the same items on the second order. Lack of customer service from the manager on duty. Unlucky? Maybe, but after almost 2 hours, 2 orders we have no lunch and we lost our money. £20 for nothing.

As someone who fairly regularly orders subway from your Aldershot branch and is accustomed to their quality, I was extremely disappointed with an order I placed a few days ago at your outlet while staying with my girlfriend in Camberely. We placed the order at 11am. Only to realise estimated delivery was 12:50. Which was no good because me and my girlfriend had to leave for work at 1pm, so we tried to cancel the order to reorder from somewhere else, only to be told we can’t because our food is already being prepared. Really? It takes nearly two hours to make two sandwiches? I realise 11am is your opening time however as a chef myself I find it hard to imagine you don’t prep ingredients BEFORE you open. We tried to ring to cancel, but nobody answered. We rang another 4-5times, before finally at 12:55 (5minutes past estimated delivery) they answered. We asked how long the food will be and were told it’ll be 10minute as they’re just leaving. Odd but ok. It arrived 15minutes later, wrapped like a 5 year old did it (half of mine wasn’t even covered) hers was missing her cheese and the extra sauce. Both were barely even luke warm. We rang up again to complain, only for the man on the phone to try and argue the cheese was there it’s just melted (because we don’t know what melted cheese looks like??) After a bit of back and fourth he finally decided to pass us to his manager but it was too late we had to leave for work. Never ordering from there again, and to anyone reading this if you can order from a branch further away, I suggest doing so.

Made a order and after waiting 1hour and 15 minutes for it to come my order was wrong I had a 12 pack of mix cookies missing 3 bags of crisps missing soni called to ask them to bring me the cookies and the crisps and my kids were really excited about having them as there treat for the day and they said no sorry we cant the man is back now and on a different delivery witch was a lie as he had just left my flat and had to walk back round to the security man at the door to get to his car and drive 10 minutes back to Camberley I think it is disgusting they lie and they don't give you the right food that you paid and ordered will never order from there again..!!

As usual Frimley High Street Subway does not open at 7 as stated, more like 8 if you expect everything ready. Do like Subway in general though so I go to the Camberley one on London road.

Great food and lovely staff. However on this occasion, the food was quite late and a few items were missing, but the nice chap Kaium offered to provide the cookies and drink next time we make an order :)

Not the most friendly subway I've visited and ran out of sauces.

It was just ok this time, sub was made well and was really tasty but the Italian herb and cheese bread had no cheese on it! They didn't even tell me, I noticed after he cut it. He put some extra cheese inside, but it wasn't the same and I would have chosen a different bread if I had known. He told me it's because the cheese didn't come in on the order in time to make the bread. But if that was the case they should have taken that type of bread off the menu!

The best Subway customer service I've ever been to. The guys are always smiling and always very polite. Also they know what they're doing so very efficient service and generous portions. Nothing's problem for them.

Good customer service and the salad looks fresh unlike some places

Chicken teriyaki was delicious, however the sweet chilli sauce made the flat bread soggy. Very clean premises with friendly staff.

Never been in before this evening, I was on way home from work and really needed to eat! Located on a very busy road but I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff are extremely friendly, honestly can't do enough for you. It's clean and tidy, standards are kept high. The food was fresh and exactly as I asked for and very tasty. The man serving me questioned me about my personal details, flirting even though i told him multiple times i have a boyfriend and asked me to get in his car, i went out side to wait for my boyfriend, he followed me and asked me to get in his car again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SUBWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY!

Quiet little place with a few parking spaces and a friendly staff.

It says its open from 7am, but it never is. Sometimes is still shut at 8am.
