Food was cold chips were inedible

Good food and clean but very slow service

syrup was forgotten every time food was delivered

Ordered two hot chocolates and one spilled everywhere because the staff didn’t put the lid on properly. Also none of the sauces that we ordered with the chicken selects arrived. Driver was also speaking very loudly on his phone which was disturbing for the neighbours at that time of night.

Both drinks had spilled all over the food and soaked our breakfast, drink cups nearly empty and breakfast soggy. Driver was incredibly nonplussed and just said take some photos and apply for a refund. Really shoddy service

Delivery driver was brilliant Coke leaked all over and no McFlurry in the order even opened it in front of the driver and my ring door bell and it’s missing

Rubbish didn’t he one of the burgers told me they would refund but nothing received wasn’t even a difficult order!!!

Food never arrived. I had a call from the driver around the time it was supposed to be delivered. He didn’t speak very good English but he just told me to give him the delivery code so I did and then he didn’t turn up. Not happy. Would like a full refund.

order placed at 20.08 and arrived at 21.45. The burgers were barely warm and the fries stone cold. Both the milkshake and the mcflurry were liquid. McDonald's food doesn't lend itself to being reheated so it was all thrown away.

The delivery driver arrived and was checking his tyres outside my house before delivering the food, i.e food was going cold and wasnt even in a container to keep it warm...

I’m very appalled with my food order that was delivered. We ordered ice cream and it was everywhere we had ketchup in it. And the burgers were wet with ice cream. I have an autistic child and his milkshake never turned up and he was in a right state. The chocolate brownie was covered in ice cream. To. I think it’s so bad that you can’t get the delivery right when you pay out for good service. This is the 4th time now so not sure if I will be ordering again as it’s not worth the heartache

my order was messed up, after careful check on my receipt realized that was in the store nothing to do with the courier. nothing to panic about. at least I had dinner.

What is the point of putting a delivery time request when the order turns up 30 mins after the requested time is cold and only £4.29 credit when £15.00 was spent. Shocking I don't think I will use Just Eat again unless I receive a FULL REFUND

Food was preparing for 30 minutes before driver got there. The driver was at the restaurant for a good 20 minutes before delivery. Food is really cold and had to microwave the chips and burger. Happy to take my money. Service is rubbish.

Ordered at 1pm. Showed up at 2.30pm. Chips were cold and soggy. Burgers were squashed and barely warm. McDonald's used to be fast food. Now it's over priced, cold, flavourless garbage.

Order was accepted at 19.10 order arrived 20.55 nearly 1hr 45 minutes later !! Food was dropped at the doorstep driver did not wait ( even tipped which I won’t do again . Food was cold aswell .

He went for a little trek around Frimley road, he then travelled south to Frimley high street, Before finally travelling towards the delivery address over an hour after ordering. This service is not acceptable

watched the moped rider get lost on the live map. food was cold and moped rider turned up wearing a skateboard helmet lol you couldn't make it up. McDonalds need to sort it out and vet their delivery riders/drivers when it involves insurance policys/cover for deliverys
