Mcdonald's Restaurants in Surrey Heath

Last two times I’ve ordered from here have been poor. All hash browns missing from order and this time the chocolate milkshake was only half full. The restaurant will try to refuse any responsibility of the order shows as delivered but good luck getting the courier to wait while you check the order.

We did ask for no sauce on the Big Mac but that didn’t happen …. Quite disappointing.

Courier went to wrong place and when food arrived it was stone cold. And all I’ve been offered is £1.95 credit. This is not good enough

Shocking!! Food took over an hour! It’s McDonalds!! It arrived cold and squashed and then the driver proceeded to chat on his phone outside my flat holding my order before actually delivering it!! Had to go outside to usher him in!! Disgraceful service and horrible food

My driver was apparently at the restaurant for the entire time but I can see what time the burgers were made and then an hour later they were delivered to me all stone cold. Driver was rude when we asked about this and told him our food was cold. Said he couldn’t help us

I pre ordered this at 3pm for it to arrive at 5.15pm for my sons birthday party, I had no updates and it finally came half an hour late. I appreciate it can be busy at the restaurant but pre orders should be prioritised. I asked the driver if it was busy at the restaurant as a reason for the delay and he said it wasnt. My order was nearly £50 and I had pre ordered to make sure this wouldn't happen. I'm more than disappointed and want a refund as this isn't what I expect.

It is not the drivers fault, the map app needs updating with correct location for my address but obviously means food is cold when arrives

no sauce, no napkin, scandalous packaging of the sandwiches I practically found one outside in the bag, cold food, embarrassing.

Didn't get the Minecraft toys, they gave us Christmas toys? Chips were undercooked and nuggets were burnt.

ordered a minecraft happy meal and didn't recieve one. we wouldn't have ordered it otherwise.

As a tourist visiting. It’s a great place. Compared to the uk the quality is exceptional.

The food took an hour to be delivered and everything was freezing cold. This is not the service we should expect and although we were offered a refund it was not enough in my mind for the cold food.

I've come to expect missing items from this branch, it's a gamble we take, but this time they got our entire food order wrong - the drinks were correct though! So not only did we not get our food, someone else didn't get their order either.

Yet again, missed an item from the order. A bit late when you've already got home. Must check the order in the restaurant...can't work out if this is done deliberately hoping people won't check or complain. Chips cold.

Food was being prepared straight away on app …. No courier for an hour so food was probably left under hot plate … by the time we received the delivery the food was cold and soggy

I placed a straight forward order of 2 happy meals and 1 mcplant meal at 12.29pm when i was notified that delivery time was 15-30 mins. Its absolutely shocking to receive the delivery at 1.44pm. the time kept changing ive been misled.

Both drinks had fallen over in the bag and emptied out all over the straws, serviettes and McFlurry. So we ended up with no drinks and an inedible ice cream

Burgers hardly wrapped as both half out of wrappers. Cold fries. Burgers looked like they were thrown together as so slap dash and messy.

Ordered 6.02pm for as soon as possible delivery. Arrived over 2 hours later, from a not too busy McDonald’s in camberley town centre.

Usually I don’t review restaurants but I have to say the breakfast wrap with brown sauce is amazing! And the server is really good!

The delivery time scale was push back 4 times, I would prefer it if the restaurant would let you know if they are busy because I wouldn’t have ordered from them if I knew I had to wait an hour and a half for the food.

Wrong order sent out courier went back to get correct order. Order cold and still missing items. Get you act together McDonald’s get staff that can read an order!!!!

Food left in the floor at the door ! The door is unlocked ! Complete shambles food had to go in the bin thanks very much ! Didn’t call my phone ! Ridiculous

I placed my order at 18:03. The time kept constantly changing. I have three children who were waiting on this order.. It then automatically said my order has been delivered at 21:45 even though it's not even 9pm? Nothing is outside my gates either

By the time delivery arrived, the food was barely warm and the ice creams were melted. Sauces were also placed (thrown) into the bag with the McFlurries and two of them had landed IN the McFlurries. A bit of care wouldn’t go amiss.

some of the food was presented in such a bad way that we had to sort it out to out it together to eat. The muffin was soggy with the grease. some of the hot drinks were very low were the drink was not fulled up fully. very disappointed

order is missing items ,not happy with it also don't understand if you pack and check order and seal pack how come you don't pack items in it? Very disappointed and you have that courage charged me service charge for what, not fulfilling your order. Not happy at all.

A bigmac meal was delivered when I had ordered a big tasty meal
