Burger Plus in Surrey Heath

Over priced, over rated, poor service. Would not recommend. The lunches are even worse. Obviously not many regulars as no one seems to know the system for being seated, where to sit, how to order etc. Kept giving it the benefit of the doubt, now given up as no improvement.

If you enjoy a dose of liquid farts,then this is just the place. Don't say that you haven't been warned. It looks so clean from the outside lol

Been here several times now and have made my mind that today was the last time after the quality of food was provided the burgers were smothered in sauce can taste more sauce that the patties the chips was good but again few extra chips wont kill you the yellow cobtainer was practically empty.

Great burgers! Service can be slow at times but we do live far away so we think its due to that. Food is really good though.

We have been ordering from here for years and cannot fault them for their food or service. Burgers are lovely and they do great kebabs.

I can’t do a 0 rating. This is the worst kebab I have ever had. First our order turned up wrong and then when they came back out with the replacement the “tomato ketchup” was the tomato sauce that goes on pizza, the bbq sauce didn’t taste like bbq sauce. I can’t even describe what it taste like. Wasn’t even edible. When trying to contact the takeaway they hung up and said they would talk to us tomorrow. No refund and no edible food.

This place is an absolute joke. I arrive at the shop at 12.05am on a Friday night as the website said they close at 2am. I turned up, the shutters were down and there were people inside the shop. I called from outside the shop and told them I'm here to order food, they said they closed at 11pm. I said their website said they close at 2am, the worker wasn't offering any explanation and kept saying they were closed. This made me incredibly angry as I drove 15 minute to this spot as it was halal and i heard it was a relatively popular franchise. The whole ordeal was absolutely shambolic, there were no clarity and it was downright frustrating. I'm not from the area but if I come back I will avoid this place at all cost. Pathetic.

WAS SHOCKED WHEN THEY GOT THE CHICKEN DONER FROM A POT NOT SURE HOW LONG ITS BEEN THERE, THEN MICROWAVED IT. TASTED SO HARD. NEVER EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE ANYTHING LIKE THIS. GOOD TASTED AWFUL. THEY SAY HALAL BY WRITING ON A A4 PAPER BUT THEY ALL HINDU INCLUDING OWNER. WOULD NOT TRUST THE HALAL LABEL ON WINDOW.

An hour and a half into my order still haven’t received my food and the shop won’t answer the phone.

OMG best burger 🍔 I have ever & I am 50 so have had a few in the past. Like the fact it was not greasy but at the same time not dry just perfect 💕❣️💕❣️ I have paid double this at the restaurants in Camberley & nothing comes close to this & the chips 🍟 tasted delicious 😋 as well. Bravo 🌻🌷🌻🌷

Always really good food, ordered from here many times. We had 1 experience where the food arrived stone cold but this was clearly due to just eat driver not having a bag. Called burger plus and they got it replaced straight away and was great as always. Highly recommend!

We ordered a kebab wrap with chips and the chips didn’t arrive when I called the shop they were rude on the phone and refused to send the missing food out that I had paid for aswell as that the kebab wrap didn’t have all the salad with it and tasted disgusting and the mozzarella sticks were cold and tasted like they’d been sat on the side for ages. Very poor customer service and wouldn’t recommend the food either

Have tried to order on 3 separate occasions from this place with an offer they have available and had my order rejected all three times. If you don’t want people to have the offer then why would you advertise it? Sounds like an issue for trading standards

Food came all wrapped lovely, but it was not nice ended up in bin, chicken donna wrap had no salad just greasy funny tasting chicken, cheesy chips wernt very cheesy and tasted bland asked for garlic mayo and burger sauce got a pot of cheap nasty garlic dip. bbq chicken wings had some marinated on then just bbq sauce thrown on was all fatty and smelt funny, was not impressed thatl teach me for trying somewhere different

Ordered 5 kebabs, and received 4! The 5th one arrived 40 minutes later, and was left on the door step cold!! With a couple of extra drinks, instead of an apology.

As a regular I am absolutely apalled at the poor customer service I just received. I just placed an order for delivery and hung up. Literally within seconds I called them back and asked if I could pay for the order over the phone (They hadn't asked me if I wanted to pay by card or cash on delivery.) The person who answered said in a rude tone "You want to pay cash!? Then he asked someone, presumably the manager and told me, again rudely "You HAVE to pay cash, it's already been put through as cash on delivery!" I understand that but surely they could've simply cancelled that order (as it was only placed seconds ago) and put it through as a new order to be paid over the phone? Needless to say I cancelled my order. Their customer service skill is zero and the staff member was very rude!! It's a shame as I was a regular customer as their burgers are good but because of this experience I won't be using them again. Get your act together Burger Plus!! Apalled customer from Sandhurst.

Do not waste your time or money. Ordered online using their website as I normally do, which went through and payment was successful. Over a 1hr went passed and no delivery. Called them to ask where the food was and they said the website wasn't working. I then asked them to check and the guy then confirmed the order did come through but hasn't been made as they weren't checking. I then asked what's going to happen now and they this wasn't acceptable, Burger Plus not checking the system isn't my problem and if I didn't call to check they would have known the order was pending. Asked what options are available and he said they will put the order in now which will take another 30min plus all the drivers are out or cancel the order and get a refund. I was hoping they would compensate in some way as I wasn't happy and I said I would need to put a review on Google. He then passed it to his manager who then said "listen I can be very nasty and rude as well" accusing me of raising my voice, (which I didn't) which took me by surprise as I didn't know asking where my order was is classed as being rude. I then understood that asking for a refund would probably not happen and they don't have any customer service skills to handle a simple request what so ever. I then got my order 1hr 40min late and they messed up one of the orders. Never again.

Ordered food through uber eats at 18.45 estimated delivery time was between 7.10 and 7.30 was not here so I requested an update at 7.31 then estimated delivery was changes to between 7.40 and 8.00pm At 7.55 we phoned restaurant and asked where our order was they said that it was on the way and it would be about 6-7 minutes which it wasn't. Food arrived at 8.15 chips were soggy and undercooked and the lettuce was brown. Phoned restaurant and they were very rude told us to bring the food back down to the restaurant. Said that if we wasn't happy with it we should return it but by this point 7 year old was starving so had had no choice but to eat what we could. WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND NEXT TAKEAWAY WOULD BE GRANDMA BUGGINS ANYDAY

The worst kebab ever,I dont understand how you can get a mixed kebab with chips underneath. The meat was very dry,no taste.i will not order anymore.waste of money.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH UBER EATS! I am currently still waiting for an order I placed about 1 hour 45 mins ago. I have called up and been told “it’ll be there in 10-15 mins” three times and it’s starting to get boring, not to mention how rude they are on the phone, every time I called I was greeted with blunt and short snappy answers, on one occasion the just hung up on me and the other I was left with silence on the other end where they couldn’t even be bothered to talk to me. Absolute waste of time I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Ordered a chilli burger, wanted a bit of kick, & a fish burger with garlic mayo & mushrooms & extra cheesy chips. Received a fish burger with plain mayo & absolutely tasteless fish, burger was so so & chilli ruined the burger, extra cheesy chips arrived without the cheese 😡 this review has been written before trying the choc fudge cake desert. Let’s hope things get better.

I ordered for my family for a special night in and recommend burger plus for any occasion, it exceeded expectations and food tasted amazing, I ordered to the wrong address so had to call the store and I spoke to Two men, the first man I spoke to was Called Laz and was very helpful, I was then passed over to a man named Sam who was very helpful and understanding of the mistake I made and made sure it came to the right address, the food and service was amazing and will definitely be ordering very soon in the future, highly recommend burger plus. The Two men Laz and Sam are assets to the company and made the experience very enjoyable.

Not good... guy on the phone very nice.... quick delivery.... food was very tough . kabab meet and chicken.... no point complaining after other feedback from other sites.... after spending 10 pounds rather get a micro meal

The food is great and customer service is out of this world. We always order from here and my son likes to open the door when the delivery arrives, today my son told the delivery man how Burger Plus is he favourite restaurant. An hour later a knock at the door and the delivery driver pulls out a present for my son. An electric toy car, one of my sons favourite makes too. You have made a boy very happy today. Thank you so so much. A truly loyal customer.

The food was great, I even sent the guys to my old address by mistake and then I called the manager and he was really polite and then the food came to my house 15 mins later- still warm and fresh. Will buy again

Checked the scores on the door after visiting here and realized it was only one star. Wish I never visited.

Ordered 2 chicken burgers + cheesy garlic bread. Garlic bread is meant to be 4 slices and we were delivered 1 slice with cheese, 1 with the smallest amount of cheese and 2 mozerella dippers. My cheese from my burger wasn’t even in the burger, it was on top of the chips, which were very over cooked. Phoned the shop and they didn’t really care, wanted to send fresh order but it was too late and I feel I shouldn’t need a fresh order... mine should have been fine in the first place!!!!!! Very disappointed. We were regular customers and now very hesitant to return.

My son had friends over and they wanted pizza for tea. The order was supposed to arrive in 45-60 minutes. After an hour and 15, another call was made and the driver was supposedly just leaving the shop. A third call stated the same, yet 2 hours later, I had to send his friends home without tea, which was embarrassing. They never showed up or called. First and last time we attempt to use this establishment.

Bought a kebab, menu says served in naan but they no longer do this. It's now a pitta bread. Got it home to find kebab meat and salad in the tray on top of the pitta (isn't the meat & salad supposed to be in the pitta?). The meat was dry and rubbery. On the plus side the salad was fresh and the chilli sauce nice and hot. Very poor......

Awful food. We were staying locally in a hotel and requested a delivery. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes and although the burgers were hot the chips were cold and can only be described as reheated mush!! They were awful the lettuce in the chicken burger was brown and minimal.

I ordered a chicken shish kebab, donor kebab and chips. The carrier bag was dripping with fat And meat juice on arrival, it went all over my floor, the order was missing the chips, then chips turned up when the rest of the dinner was cold. Really not a good experience!

This is a great place for takeaway food if you like kebabs and chicken. I've used these guys several times now and I have never been let down. Great portion size and food is always delivered piping hot and on time.

Used this place for a takeaway the other day food was 45 minutes late when we phoned up to enquire where our food was person who answered call was rude hung up 3 times on us when our food eventually arrived it was cold and missing part of the order will never use again bad service bad food
