tracking on the app was poor. it said it was going to be here between a time but it never updated that it was out for delivery so when the driver knocked at the door I wasn't expecting it

Its Roosters so you know what to expect it you ever been to one of their other branches. Its a peri peri type fast food chicken shop. The chips on this occassion were too dry, burger tasted ok. Good peri peri chicken though. Their full chicken is really nice. Restaurant tables were not cleared but service was ok. Also the seating area is very dark/gloomy inside.

Delivery time changed post order. I wouldn't have ordered this time if I knew it would take so long. 35-55mins v 60-80mins. It took the full 80 minutes to arrive.

Boss man, had great quick service, food was amazing. Me and my friends had a good meal.

Amazing service and delicious food

This time the chicken was perfect guys! It was soft, tender and juicy. Wish you would provide the sauce in bigger pots, these tiny ones for 0.5 are ridiculous.

Good food, speedy service but they missed off the dips from our order unfortunately.

Ordered off Deliveroo. Milkshake was completely spilt in bag, which was also ripped open. Straw had marks from driver whom had clearly had drunk half the milkshake before chucking into the bag. Chicken burger was cold and tasted like a rustlers microwave burger. Chips were cold and tasted like asda frozen chips. Halloumi was wafer thin and like everything else was cold.

Driver got lost so food was only warm.

Delivered early, food was tasty and hot. Good portion sizes, cheaper and in my opinion better than Nando’s which is extortionate now.

We waited 2 hours for the order. It's mid week we have young children and family members due to go to work for a night shift. We are disappointed by this and want a full refund.

At time of ordering, app showed a delivery time of 9:40pm…. This instantly changed to 10:00pm after placing the order. The app shows it arrived at 10:05pm, however it actually arrive at 10:20pm. Restaurant closed at 10pm so couldn’t even make contact with them….

The peri peri chicken didn’t taste like peri peri and lacked flavour. I ordered peri peri chips but came with normal chips which was very disappointing. I will not be ordering again.

Worst food. There is no taste at all. I have tried different rosters before and I can confidently say that it was the worst. We ordered wings and chicken wraps. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Don't waste your money.

I wouldn’t bother going to this place. They tell you it will take like 10 mins to make the food and they still haven’t prepared it by 30 mins. The inside is very filthy and somehow they have a 5 star hygiene rating which they must of bought of eBay and stuck it on themselves and the food is average nothing special, your better of going to the McDonald’s down the road which is better value for money. I’m surprised this business is still running.

Food was ok, generally what you get from a Roosters however the place was quite dirty, seating area was very dirty and the toilet was very dirty too. Please resolve these issues.

Hi there, I was placing one order last night for 10 chicken wings but unfortunately I've received 10 small chicken thighs 🍗, some can say" hey, but it is more meat on thighs than wings", imagine that I order one pair of trainers and I receive boots, because the seller don't have trainers anymore. All in all, I'm confused now. Thank you for your work and your time guys, but please respect the order that customers ask for. I like wings. 😊

The service was lovely. It was a takeaway. The chicken tikka pitta spicy was delicious and 1/4 chicken was tasty. . Mostly recommended and dessert was excellent. Will stop there again for tasty food.

Asked for piri piri curly fries and they were COVERED in piri salt. I had to use a colander and tissues to shake and wipe the salt off and even then they were inedible. Absolutely horrible.

The piri wings and piri strips portions are very very small. This was the first and the last one here.

Extremely disappointed. This is my first ever negative review for anything. I’ve been to a lot of Roosters branches but this branch I’m lost for words. The shop was cold inside, better off standing outside in the minus freezing temperature. Half the shop had unused equipment laying around. Hygiene I’m not even sure what to say, no gloves, raw chicken was cooked near the meat on the same tiny grill. No gloves was used in cooking. Ordered off the menu but got charged extra for cheese? Which was failed to mention that it costs extra. Was served imported drinks, Cola was from Germany. The pricing again overpriced for location and what your getting. Will be email roosters directly as this branch is a disgrace to the franchise.

Wow. Eating that chicken was a serious chore. Chewy and dry. Double chicken breast wrap 10 wings (5 wings chopped in half) Fries £21 The shop is disgusting and kind of put me off from the start. Disappointing :(

Food was impeccable. Not had a meal this good in a long time. Both mine and my partners food and milkshakes were just mouth watering. More expensive than I'd like, but definitely worth the money! Arrived within estimated time frame, all a good temperature, not too hot or too cold, shakes perfect. Highly recommend 🤗 I can't wait to order again.

Every time we order from here the food is top notch, 10/10! There was a glitch on the menu last night and kept marking cans of drink up to £3, called the restaurant and they were very helpful, so great customer service on top of great food! Thanks guys keep it up :)

Took ages to be delivered. Lettuce in the pitta was brown. So much salt on the peri peri fries we couldn’t eat them. Jalapeño cream cheese bites were mushy and tasteless :(

Love the food and really nice guys at restaurant. It’s the just eat app I have a problem with, it’s awful. No longer shows meals. You Have to add drinks and fries to what you want and costs much more through the app. Also doesn’t show everything on roosters menu. Just eat are really letting roosters down.

Ordered by accident think it was Frangos. Then proceeded the worst take out experience imaginable. Food was late (Frangos is always on time) Food was missing (Frangos gives me extra food) and the worst bit of it all is the male driver tried to kiss me at the door (Frangos send beautiful naked ladies to your door)

OK so I ordered a few items for dinner today and they only sent 10 chicken wings and a bag of chips. I had to wait another hour for the correct order. They asked me for the chicken wings back because they brought extra. I said what do you need the old chicken wings back for. The delivery driver told me that they reheat them to sell again. I hope the next customer enjoys my used chicken wings 😉

Called up and the guy said can you call back in 5 mins. However that evening I was driving down so I thought I’d pop in to see what the franchise is like and I was shocked. Smelt of sweat and to top it off the guy was actually rubbing his arm pits. Not much more to say ! Ps luckily he did say call back!

Not the most authentic experience but it tickled an itch for sure.
