Was watching him on the tracker drove past my road and about 5 minutes in the other direction then back again didn’t say anything about another order first either

Driver couldn’t find where I live, even though I added delivery instructions. Might be an idea to update your maps, as other drivers find it fine. Food was cold and I had to walk down a long drive stand on a main road and guide the driver to where I was, in the freezing cold. Not much of a service if I have to do all the work!

App quoted 10-25 minutes when I placed the order it eventually turned up 55 minutes later. People ordering this time of day usually have places to be! Work/college etc. Don’t quote a time if you can’t honour it!!!

Our food arrived cold, we was missing 2 items, no dips like we requested or straws. And going by the map of the driver he obviously stopped at other houses on the way!!!

Have to wait for more than half an hour. They were prioritising deliveroo orders before any collection orders for the customers waiting instore.

The delivery driver was perfectly fine but I ordered my food over an hour ago around 7:00 and it arrived at 8:20 over an hour later and on the app it says delivers from 15-30 minutes, that ain’t true at all, delivery driver was great, when they actually made my food around an hour later he delivered is extremely fast great man he is

Food was lukewarm at best. Might as well have walked the 5 miles from McDonald’s to home, it would have been warmer. The fact the prices are inflated, plus the service charge, plus the delivery charge, you’d think Just eat would have a way of keeping food warm by now… clearly not. Waste of money, next time remind myself, might as well drive there myself and get it

Originally said order due 6.15-6.30 but the time kept changing to later and it finally was delivered at 7.20 - stone cold and the burgers were not as advertised - fillings missing

I am very disappointed’Food was stone cold in which we could see it was made at 19:08 and wasn’t delivered till nearly an hour later, was also missing straws and sauces, really unhappy expect a whole refund as we didn’t eat the food due to it being stone cold

I have ordered multiple times from kfc in camberley but they always mess my order! I order a fillet burger with my zinger and I only got fries instead of the fillet! Not acceptable! This has happened atleast 4-5 times. Not happy!!

Surprisingly decent visit for a McDonald's. Items ordered were fairly fresh not piping hot fresh but must have been made to order near the time we ordered. The apple pie however definitely wasn't fresh and was made a long time ago which was a let down. Other than the spot is open 24/hours which is good and in case of emergency you can get food.

Almost every time I order they miss food off the order. It really isn’t that hard! Out of 7 food items on the order, 3 are missed again!!! My entire breakfast! What actually is the point of paying for delivery of fresh air in a bag. So angry!!!

Good service from a great driver

Delivery said 30 mins, order turned up after 1 hour. Food was cold. Supposedly McDonald’s took 45 mins to prepare food while the driver was waiting. Got notification food was on its way, driver turned up 2 mins later. Suspect he had multiple deliveries and I was one of the last to get food

The driver had two different deliveries this evening, both in different locations, which unfortunately when our food arrived it was cold and inedible. I’m extremely disappointed as it was a waste of money

All the food was delivered just had no condiments or straws. It was all on the receipts so no excuse.

This is now the 2nd time that delivery has been confirmed however the actual order has not been delivered & Just Eat have not allowed enough time to show the inefficiencies, 20 seconds, that was it. We had to go up 4 times to get our order corrected and as a vegetarian, the options are rubbish. When we finally got fed up we then had an incredibly rude staff member telling us they don't know why we had a problem as "you got your food in the end, didn't you?!"

Mistake on the order which we couldn't correct. We.rang both the delivery driver and McDonalds in Camberley. We want £14.27 refunded.

Food was over an hour late, freezing cold when it arrived to then open the bag and the food is everywhere so it was all one big mush because the drink spilt everywhere.

Horrible customer service I accidentally put the wrong address in my order and didn’t realise it till I read over the order I know you can change it but calling the restaurant and letting them know however I called 45 times and no response at all absolutely horrible I had to wait till the courier had the order to deliver to then text him

Worst McDonald’s, as they always get order wrong. The man asked what would I like on my hamburger?? I said everything, how it’s always served! It came with nothing. I then asked for one with ketchup, mustard, onions and gerkins. They gave me another one. It was disgusting. Couldn’t see any ketchup, one small gerkin and maybe 5 small pieces of onion. Also no straw given with the drink. I would like to mention I went though the drive through! So had to go back to the window twice…1. for the burger and 2. for a straw. No apology given! This McDonald’s has been hit and miss for years and I always say I’d rather drive further out than come to this one (which in normally do). This was a reminder why we don’t come to The London Road, Camberley McDonald’s!
