Freezing fries! You are obviously cooking fries a VERY long time in advance. They were cold, dry and hard. Five medium portions supplied and they looked and tasted like they’d been cooked the day before. We wouldn’t return to this restaurant. It’s kind of put us off McDonalds.

There was missing items from my order. Called the restaurant for 15 min and no one bothered to answer the phone. Very disappointing…

The whole meal was cold and no sauces

As a regular customer, I can confidently say the service at this McDonald’s is always exceptional. The burgers are delicious, the fries are perfectly crispy, and the drinks are always spot on. Even though it’s a busy restaurant, the staff, especially Usha, Tara, and Kavya, you guys are always so cheerful and happy to serve. Your positive attitudes make every visit a pleasant experience. Thank you for consistently providing top-notch service and great food

Delivery was good. The food was cold

Still isn't here after 2+ hrs and when I mentioned that I couldn't cancel the order because it was looping an extra 5 mins on the expected time. But you can't do anything till it's been delivered so after 2 hours someone somewhere eventually stopped the cycle and now I have to try and get a refund through emails. Perfect.

Hi McDonald's, 2 out of my last visits due to staff not understanding english have either got my order completely wrong when I vd gone to collect it or asked for fresh chips so they aren't the usual barely warm , an today again served coldish chips .

By the time the food arrived it was stone cold. Won't be ordering again. Total waste of money.

The chips were cold, added ketchup sachets to 20 nuggets order but did not receive even 1 sachet of ketchup, had to eat them dry on their own. Not happy.

Driver was very rude and took an item off the front of my house complaining he couldn’t see the number

we were given a number of different delivery times and in the end the delivery was an hour late. I feels like the food must of been sat there for ages waiting for the courier to collect and deliver it

Everything ok. But not hot. So I emailed in and I got nothing. So on that note. Never again !

Absolute shambles from the driver to drop his bag on the floor spilling the drinks , telling him just shrugged off saying it's normal amount given by the take away topping all of raising his voice in the middle of the night when I tried to make a point showing all the liquid on the bottom of the bag.

Part of my order was wrong I ordered a mccrispy and was given a m spicy which I can’t eat

This restaurant must have a massive store of dips because you never get them with your delivery!! Why go through the bother of choosing them if they can’t be bothered to put them in the bag? I will use the other McDonalds in Camberley in future.

Delivering time kept getting later and later and when food arrived there was a portion of chips missing and a diuble cheese birger missing, the food that was delivered was stone cold. Not happy at all with the service

waited over 2 hours for order and in end went to get my son a mcdonald’s from store and it still hasn’t arrived, trying to cancel order on app is near impossible so won’t be using just eat again shocking

Late very very late said between 8:30-8:40 and arrive at 9:45 a whole hour later from when it was meant to be delivered food was cold and only has the slightest bit of heat to it

Always seem to get missing items on every time I order I don’t know why I keep coming back McDonald’s needs to improve on this as it’s clearly lacking on quality when you’ve got items missing or receiving items you didn’t order.

driver arrived and handed me the first bag which was dripping wet as both drinks had spilt. the drinks had soaked onto the food bag too and most of food was ruined. driver blamed the restaraunt for not putting drinks in the cup holder properly. am waiting for a refund.

Delivery driver couldn’t find house. Sat nav took him further up road and he was very prompt when rang me for directions. Very nice delivery man. Shame all food was all cold am very disappointed

Did get any dips at all and I ordered the garlic chess stick share box no dips came at all not even one which sucks as I prefer to eat them with the salsa dip but I can’t do that now why on the website ask if you want dips if you ain’t even gonna get them and the salsa dips cost money to get if I was to get them separately

Ordered a vanilla milkshake medium and received a mango smoothie which is 2x smaller than a vanilla milkshake and do ordered for 8:00 they accepted the order at 7:22 and it arrived at 8:17

Our meal was 40 minutes later than originally scheduled, but the food had obviously sat for whole time waiting for delivery as it was stone cold. It was inedible, even the drink had been sat so long the ice had melted so coke was watery and flat.

When the food arrived i only received the 9 Mcnuggets and 2 drinks, my food was cold and the lids on the drinks weren’t secure so they spilled all over the bags. I am really unhappy with this and would like a refund

Totally wrong order, no help whatsoever from either Just Eat or Mcdonald’s. Neither companies are interested in making the problem right. Will be stopping using this app altogether!

Food was delivered late only to find that it was the wrong order completely. Not one item in the delivery was what we ordered - either restaurant have handed courier wrong items or courier has decided to collect more than one order and delivered several orders to wrong address.

Ordered for a Mcdonalds Food items missing and my son's quarter pounder with cheese was completely wrong. Now having to order again Not Happy.

This is the second Just Eat delivery from McDonald's that has either not shown up, or had most of the parts missing. It arrived with no chips in any of the meals. And when I rang the restaurant, they said there is nothing they can do about it once the driver has left the building, so useless their end. When I requested a Just Eat refund, I was only allowed a £10 refund from a £50 order as it was only the chips missing, which I think is a joke since it ruined our whole families eating experience.

accidentally delivered to the wrong address but the man was kind enough to drive in the opposite direction to get me my food. really appreciated 👏

This franchise have plenty of lobby staff who all work very hard to keep the restaurant clean. Food is usually served fairly quickly and staff are cheerful and friendly.

Very surprised!! Finally a HOT meal from McDonald's. Ordering off peak makes all the difference. Also thank you to the driver for being efficient

followed tracking he came to me (Owlsmoor) from McDonald's in Camberley via Yateley and my food was cold. I had to reheat in the microwave. Not good enough.

The just eat app shows our address wrong and took the courier an extra 20 minutes to fund our address. I've tried reporting the issue with the map several times, but nothing has been changed. the food is now stone cold because of it.

Really not happy with the quality I had to throw the wrap away as had a weird sour taste and some of the lettuce was pretty much black when I opened it up to see why it tasted funny

I am so fed up with never receiving a dip I've paid for them in the past and there are in meal deals sometimes and i thought because the dip was a part of the 4 meal deal it might come but no I've never ever received a dip from here the management must be a joke and obviously just look at your rating, I'm done using this branch as its so frustrating.

Not only did I have a dip thrown in on top of my mcflurry which was ruined but also you forgot my sauces and more importantly you completely missed a meal. my whole meal of bbq chicken and bacon wrap and chips. I want a full refund for this absolute joke of a delivery because now I don't have my meal but luckily my Gf got hers.

Before I leave this review, I must clarify that I have been going to this place for 8 years. Over that time, the service and the food has got worse and worse. I went this morning, and the service was very messy. Ordered a Bacon Double Cheeseburger, and this is how it came out. I tried to eat it, but it was just inedible. Buns were soggy, and meat was dry and hard. I'm not going to go back to this location again. The staff were nice but very stressed.

Food was 30 mins late from original delivery…. Food was cold, LRG chips were not even filled properly so each of the 3 portions were only half to 3 quarters full… awful food and delivery tonight!

Only down sound got no dips with nuggets and no balsamic with the salad .

Received notification food was on the way, followed driver on map, saw him drive past my house and then food was marked ‘delivered’, only the driver didn’t stop, and didn’t deliver the food.

Harry was absolutely amazing his smile brightens up our day everytime we see him. Harry will go very far in life. AMAZING JOB HARRY KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!
