We had to go up 4 times to get our order corrected and as a vegetarian, the options are rubbish. When we finally got fed up we then had an incredibly rude staff member telling us they don't know why we had a problem as "you got your food in the end, didn't you?!"

our order is always correct- any items requested or removed is always done. cannot fault the service. highly recommend

Drive through service is very slow, take too long

Yet AGAIN McDonalds, A30 London Road get my order wrong!! 4 items ordered, 2 incorrect. Sadly this is a frequent performance from them. Will not be using them again

only issue is map error i give address and directions to house but your map system keeps sending driver to wrong area and not to house i tried to click on map error button but does nothing

Horrible customer service I accidentally put the wrong address in my order and didn’t realise it till I read over the order I know you can change it but calling the restaurant and letting them know however I called 45 times and no response at all absolutely horrible I had to wait till the courier had the order to deliver to then text him

So much better than the service at farnborough gate, Unlike farnborough gate you don't have to wait for (fast food) The staff are a lot more happier as well

Food was cold. Delivery driver extrimley rude showing attitude as i had forgotten code when answering door. Waving hands tutting and grumbling to himself when i appologised and ran to grab it. Codes are pointless when the food is given first anyway

Items missing, asked for changes and these were wrong even though it was all printed out. Dips missing, food was cold. Should we really expect more from macdonalds though?

The whole meal was cold, seemed not to have been in any insulated container to keep it hot. A sealed brown paper bag is not sufficient to keep food hot. Very disappointed

I cannot express how appalled I was by my experience at this McDonalds. Upon ordering a seemingly simple salad, I was horrified to discover what appeared to be an actual ape in my dish. This is beyond unacceptable. Not only was it completely unsanitary and shocking, but it also raised serious ethical and legal concerns. I immediately left and will never return. Diners deserve basic hygiene and respect—this place delivered neither. Avoid at all costs.

Atrocious. Items missing. Burger sent with no cheese or sauce in it. No sharebox. What has shown up looks like it’s been thrown together. Why is it so hard to take and order and make good on it. Not the first time it’s happened with this branch. We will not be ordering from this branch again.

1 hour 40 mins for delivery. Children couldn’t wait up for the food to be delivered so had to have something cooked instead and miss out. Leaving their food un eaten. Food wasn’t very warm either.

Ordered at 3.35. Delivery time changed many times. Seems the courier was waiting a very long time at the restaurant. Food arrived 1hr after ordering. Every single item stone cold! Really disappointing 😔

I don't do reviews but this is the 3rd time I've ordered from this place and it's wrong again. I even asked before taking the order away and get back and it's yet again incorrect. I won't be getting mcdonald's anymore. Sort you're self out please

the food was cold the drink was in a cup you would have in the shop and it's lid was off and the orange drink was all over the bag and then all over my kitchen floor certainly will not be ordering from the supplier again very very cery poor

ordered food at 17.45, didn't arrive until 8.30. It was cold and clearly cooked much earlier than it was delivered!

The driver spilt my coffee…. Mac Donald’s Forgot my McMuffin and also forgot the syrup for my sausage and pancakes!! They literally ruined the whole meal…. Nothing more could have gone wrong if they tried!!!

Why does this regularly happen to my son from this particular McDonald's? He orders a delivery to our house. The delivery is collected in a sealed bag by an uber eats driver. The bag arrives at our house still sealed. When my son opens the bag there is more often than not something missing. Out of 4 - 6 items how can you miss one item out regularly. Today he was missing the double big mac. Oddly enough it is always a large more expensive item missing. When he complains McDonald's say to contact uber eats. Uber eats say speak to McDonald's. Ultimately he gets no where. Personally I am on the side of uber eats. If they pick up and deliver a sealed bag, how can they be at fault for anything missing? Oddly when we visit the restaurant very rarely is anything wrong or missing from the order. I am only writing this as it happens ridiculously regularly on deliveries from this restaurant and perhaps there is some kind of racket going on.. Not sure what or how but something is very wrong here. Maybe you would like to investigate McDonald's management team..

I guess the order was just about on time, but everything was SO COLD! It was like it had been in the fridge. You must have had that on your bike for a long time. It's just about good enough when you have to wait until the maximum delivery time, but *then* to spend time cooking it as well? Pretty terrible.

Never had a problem before but got a single sausage when paid for a double sausage

Good food but forgot to put one of the main ingredients in the wrap and wasn’t given a straw for my drink. And it’s not the first time this has happened. It’s like the employees don’t read the receipt they get on what to add and remove from the orders.

I ordered two Medium Latte and they gave me one latte and one Toffe Latte. Then i went back to get an exchange and they gave me simple black coffee Wtf is this ? It's not even rush hour that they can make a slight mistake. I mean i paid for the proper Medium Latte then why the heck they need to mistake two times. Such a disappointment. I don't even recommend anyone to go there anymore. I never had this bad experience in any McDonald's

I recently visited this McDonald's for a simple breakfast sandwich, porridge, and coffee. While the food quality was decent, I had to wait 16 minutes, even though there were only a few people waiting in the restaurant. When I brought this up to the staff, rather than apologizing sincerely or offering a discount, they simply said they were very busy. It was a bit disappointing in terms of customer service.

Food was very late, and clear just been sat there in the bag until driver turned up. Everything was cold. Couldn’t eat the chips. Terrible service

Might sound petty but every time items are ordered that should have dips with them the dips are never included. Include the dips McDonalds!

your driver said he can deliver to my address as I gave the wrong address by mistake. He said he can only deliver if he has the code. I gave it to him over the phone and he did not deliver to the address I was at. If he could not deliver he should not of lied and said he could! I would like a full refund!

We ordered at 10.21pm and the original estimate delivery was 10.40pm and the order came at 11.13pm the food was stone cold. We tried calling the branch no answer, the tracker was not accurate and the driver evasive when asking what time he picked up

Used the drive thru as there was nowhere to park, the screens were all smashed up, the service was ok, quite abrupt. The burgers looked like someone had launched them around the kitchen before handing them over to us.

Very busy both drive thru and inside with limited parking.

Unbeknownst to Dante Alighieri, the 10th circle of Hell is to be found in Camberley within a single, arduously slow, circuit of this McDonald's drive-thru. You can choose to park up & enter on foot but the poor site layout, one-way system & lack of sufficient spaces positively invites rash choices, collisions, & incandescent road rage for the sake of a few burgers & fries. Avoid.

Food was a typical McDonalds - tasty and enjoyable. Delivered on time and still hot. Delivery driver was cheerful and polite

This was the first time that I've had warm food not hot but not cold and the driver was the most polite and friendly I've ever had and that's just not from here it's from any delivery that I've had over the years.
