Subway in Manchester

I hate to complain about this, but it seems like every time I visit this branch of an evening I am only served by a young man wearing a bandana? This wouldn't be quite so annoying if it wasn't for the fact that he clearly can't follow basic instructions. I ordered a sandwich from the menu, he throws the meats and cheese on and then into the toaster oven - what do you want on it? umm, everything that is on the sandwich I ordered off the menu please, otherwise why would I order that particular sandwich? First thing he puts on -- tomatoes! Guess what, the sandwich does not have tomatoes on it! OK then. So he goes and puts all the salad stuff on, and then he's like, any sauce? Yes as a matter of fact I would like sauce and this will probably shock you, but I would like the EXACT same sauces that are on the sandwich that I asked for -- hard to believe isn't it. I like Subway, but I don't want this chap making my sandwich, he is like the chuckle brothers rolled into one.

Being a vegetarian we have requirements What is the point of changing gloves when before your worker decided to dip his hands in all the meat after touching meat cross contamination? Ended up leaving not buying

Keep forgetting items whenever I order. The first time it was a cookie, the second time an entire sandwich

Went in today as received message saying l had to use my points as l would lose them as card is changing today. The subway card machine wasn't working so l couldn't use my points and I had quite a few 😞 On top of that the bank card machine wasn't working so l also couldn't use my 10% cash back l had. They had also ran out of bread and other ingredients. I spend the few pounds I had in my pocket which was supposed to last me till Friday. The staff attitude was a shrug with no apology. My points could have paid for my meal and a friend's as l had saved them for months and l lost them all😞

Always great service at this subway, very clean as compared to other subway branches, always come here on the weekend for a quick lunch, staff are friendly and welcoming, drinks are always cold too

Almost got scammed out of £15 for a £40 order. Mr Azeem was the guy worked the till, it was only after checking the receipt that my wife found out we got charged £4.50 for ordering double steak in the 6 salad boxes that we ordered when it should have been only £1.50. Sigh ***ALWAYS CHECK THE RECEIPT***

A solid Subway; it is what you would expect. I appreciate the staff, I think every time I go there in person the people are the same and they are always very fast, efficient, and do their job well.

After 2 hours, I finally received stone cold, tough, soggy food. Got charged £12/person for the privilege, though. Great place to waste some money.

Arrived at 21:40 to be told that they're closed already. The 10pm closing time always seems to fluctuate. Wasted trip.

I order from here probably once a week and 50% of the time they toast my sub when it’s not requested. Please stop toasting all your subs - there is a tick box for this on Deliveroo and if it isn’t ticked then it shouldn’t be toasted.

The staff here lied to my face. I went in to get breakfast and asked for the omlette egg. They said they didn't do the omlette. This is despite me ordering the omlette egg on many occasions. I challenged them on this. They then went into the storage and got the omlette eggs. They never apologized for lying to my face. They are fundamental dishonest and lazy. If they're willing to lie about an egg they're willing to cut corners on food safety and product quality. I would eat here at your own risk.

Good Subway but ordering through the app doesn't notify this shop, which is a bit weird but it doesn't take long to prepare the food.

Missing a meal, when rang they were not interested at all, telling me they can done all the order then blamed the driver. Was told to order in a few days which isn't helpful. Would not recommend going here

It's fine but they should be more friendly and do eye contact with their customers as it feels they are ignoring a bit but that's fine never mind.

sent me the wrong items over Deliveroo I ordered 2 cheese toasted bites and got 2 cheese toasted bites with loads of shredded beef underneath the cheese which was disgusting and i couldnt even take the beef out without removing the cheese. won't be ordering from this subway again.

Staff are always smiling at this branch. The only branch where they make conversation with the customers. Though its due for a refurb. Other than that, it's a Subway.

Yeah, it's just a normal subway. Not much else to say. Covid friendly at the moment. Staff are nice and sandwiches are quick and tasty.

Ordered for collection , all sandwiches were cold and as thought they'd been sat for ten minutes and didn't seem like they'd added the extra cheese and double meat , no cheese on nachos overall dissatisfied. £20 for sandwiches not good for the fact they had been sat ten minutes even though I was early to collect!

Not like other subway's. Very disappointed. I think the girl was new. Bought a chicken tikka on a footlong sub. The portion of chicken was shameful. Both of the scope was nearer to the half full. Plus a fly was flying and seating all over the food. Never gonna go back again.

This is our regular easy stop off for food and the staff are friendly and it does what it says on the tin. There was a delay to get what we wanted however we were offered a free drink while we waited. Pleasent and good service in this small subway.

I’ve been going to this place every week for about 3 years now and I never had a bad sandwich. Super friendly staff and always make sure the sandwiches are up to your standards. When I visited today, my sandwich was perfect; the best I’ve had in about 7 years of eating subway. The guy that made the sandwich was called Ted and he was great.

I visit this subway weekly for the breakfast and can honestly recommend this place as it is always clean and organised and the staff are friendly and professional. The atmosphere as you are being served or eating in is therefore great.

Esta es una rama bastante pequeña con capacidad para solo 15 personas, por lo que puede ocuparse a la hora del almuerzo. El personal es el más amable que he visto en cualquier metro y no dudaría en recomendar esta sucursal a otras personas si se sienten hambrientas en Chorlton - cum - Hardy. He sido un cliente aquí durante años.

Went for a coffee, asked if they still did cheese on toast, she put cheese on a sub and then charged me £2.70. And then at the end, as i was paying, told me the coffee machine was off even tho I asked immediately. The most expensive cheese on toast of all time. And no coffee.

Entré, había un olor inmundo. El hombre que me estaba sirviendo me empujaba a tomar el pollo Teriyaki, le dije que no, que quería conseguir el Ensaladera Chickey Turkey. Luego me dio porciones muy pequeñas y hasta quiere ponerme la salsa. Al final yo Me enojé y dije que quería porciones más grandes que lo que estás ofreciendo. Siguió diciendo que no había problema con el jefe. Entonces me fui. Pero deambulo por qué Subway emplea gente tan estúpida. Él fue muy grosero y habló con acento. No iré a esta tienda nunca más. Asesoramiento a Subway si desea mantener contentos a sus clientes. Emplear con mucho cuidado. O de lo contrario terminarás con Jokers que te dejará sin trabajo. Gran error, hey!

They sell sandwiches. The sandwiches are nice. Oh and this is a halal Subway so all ham, pepperoni and bacon are made from turkey. Still tasty tho.

I always find this place good value and the food is lovely too. 6in sub and a coffee £3.29 beats any coffee shop. Maybe the coffee quality isn't quite as high but you're getting a tasty sandwich as well so more than makes up for it.
