Awful experience, ordered my food and it looked tasty but when I bite into my burger the chicken was really chewy and undercooked, the curly fries I got were very bland too. Really disappointed. Update i got diarrhoea

This was supposed to be Dynamite chicken,just pathetic.

Cookie dough was tiny the ice cream that came with it was bigger. I went for double chock chip on menu didn't say £1.00 more but was charged that. Got a Ferrero rocher milkshake and it didn't taste like it at all. The shops decor was done up nice place to sit in and eat other than that My desserts were nothing more than your average wouldn't be rushing back

Great service and food was good

We were visiting Manchester when we happened to walk by my kids desided they would like to eat from here I ordered the triple smash burger the meat was off and rancid as I made a complaint to the lass on the counter she began to argue as they tried to acuse me of wanting a free meal so I explained to them I want nothing in return I had already ate some of that rancid burger and diddent want anything els from there I would would recommend to the owner to remove there staff and start over as they have no clue as to what they r doing I would never go there again and I would never recommend to anyone.

I just had some amazing burgers and shake here, the staff are amazing and the atmosphere here is fantastic. I will definitely be coming back here again next time I am coming to Manchester ❤️

I visited the burger place recently, and it was a disappointing experience. The burgers were horrible and the meat smelled really bad and was dry, lacking any juiciness or flavor. The service was slow and the staff seemed uninterested in helping customers. The atmosphere was bland and uninviting, making it an overall unpleasant dining environment. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a satisfying burger experience.

We ordered via Uber came fast enough however I took a bite into my chicken wrap to then notice 2 hairs inside, after that I opened up the wrap to find another couple of hairs (they looked like eyelash or eyebrow hair 😬) so I decided to check my partners food and found a long hair tucked around the pizza. I will not be ordering again from here.

I paid £10 for a portion of churros and milkshake! The milkshake was basically ice cream and the churros were dripping with oil. We asked for vanilla and they gave us Chocolate 🤦‍♂️ Short staffed caused them to have poor customer service and long waiting times!

Honestly don't even know where to start. Ordered a pizza that was clearly from the night before with added cheese just before delivery. Chicken popcorn had a weird taste. Absolutely disgusting these people should be ashamed of themselves for calling this food. Stay way clear if you want piles I'm sorry to say

We came from another restaurant on Wimslow Road. We ordered deserts and a couple burgers to go. The interior was nice. Kind of reminded me of the average American diners. The vibe inside is nice. The service was good and the tabletops and kitchen area seemed to be clean. However the chips with the burgers were soggy quite clearly not cooked in clean oil, the burger was decent though. The ice cream and waffles were top notch. I had been before, but didn't leave a review. To my suprise they had improved. It was quite clearly home made and their recipe had been perfected over time. Would recommend for a quick dessert, but not for a main meal as I was not a big fan of the burger.

I have my lunch in this take away shop and there food very bad oilly and make my stomach very funny .

Stopped here after a concert for a quick bite to eat. Service was good, I ordered the Philly cheese steak and my partner ordered a double up burger with no onions or burger sauce. Food came it looked great, generous portion sizes but there was an issue with the burger. I spoke to the manager and he soon sorted out the problem. Very attentive and wanted to make sure we was happy, simply he couldn't have done more. We replaced the burger for chips with shredded steak cooked in a house sauce. My partner really enjoyed it and we both left happy and full. If we are in the area again we will be returning. Thank you.

Dutch pancakes were flat and didn’t taste nice. The doughnuts were over fried and tasted like they had been fried in the meat fried. Such a pity because last time I visited the food was amazing. And the food took ages and ages to arrive, and we were eating in so not a delivery problem.

They use old oil that leaves a very bad smell in ur fried chicken. Tried southern fried chicken tenders and couldn’t eat it at all because of raw smell. Quality is way below average. Their pizza can make pizza-lovers, hate pizza. Please avoid this place if u don’t want to waste ur money.

Great burgers, the beef patties were homemade, no frozen patties. They meat was tasty and freshly made. The chicken fillet burgers were very nice too, thick generous pice of chicken breast, nicely cooked. I definitely recommend it! PS: I would recommend the owners to make sure all their vegetarian burgers match the quality and premium feel of their meat and chicken burgers, even if that means they need to increase their price a little.

Got the churros from here, there OK. and it’s not that nice and it’s the same with sauce unfortunately- - the staff had put too much sugar on the churros, however the vibe is nice inside to get something quick - customer service is OK :) decent price !

Tried to order donuts but the machine was broken so went for churros, and found a lovely handwritten note in my bag apologising for this again, and for the delay (my fault for not specific info take out, the food took maybe 8 minutes?). Would go again including on Deliveroo.

best milkshakes ive had in a long time

This was my first visit and unfortunately will be my last. The food was certainly not to our palate. It was good from far, but far from good. We decided not to eat it, and luckly had ordered the meals as a take away. We then visited our local Franco Manca, who salvaged the evening. If you happen to be in the mood for a smash burger, I would highly recommend that you consider other options.

I got food ordered from deliveroo and OMG! What a mess. I couldn't eat a thing. Neither could my partner. Burger was sloppy and soggy and the Chicken breast was thicker than a shoe with willted lettuce and sloppy cheese all congealed on to it. The deserts had been put in the same bag as the hot food so everything had melted all over every box and was coated in syrup and melted cream. The waffle was thick with congealed chocolate and sickly. The cheesecake was Frozen in the middle. And the doughnuts were also burnt to a crisp. Honestly. Avoid this place..its horrendous. I don't know how it's open. I'm going to try and get a refund.

Was passing by and decided to eat in with family what can I say , great customer service, decent prices and amazing food. What else can one ask for. Highly recommend. A++++

I'm currently pregnant and had a Milkshake Craving of Chocolate,Banana and nuts i couldn't see it on the menu and was nervous to ask for it 🙃 but The young Lady who served me was patient with me and understood Exactly what I was Craving She was like I can make that for you No problem she was Happy and Friendly it felt like I was talking to my sister All your Staff clearly work well as a team another female staff member asked if I had all i needed 🙌 I was still in shock it was only a £5 Fab price Compared to others Trust 💗 🙌 I Actually felt valued as a customer and it actually made me Smile im Definitely Gona go Back ❤

The food was nice the menu is abit complicated, but the variety is vast. There is so much on the menu and if I'm honest this all adds to the service being abit slow in my opinion. The lamb burgers are in house so non of that process stuff which was nice to see.

I was on wilmslow road and I thought I would try a new spot. Asked for the spiciest burger and was given this burger, have to say wasn’t as spicy as I would have liked it, but it had some good flavouring. Chips were just below par, no crunch a bit too soft. Overall not a bad spot for a quick bite, but not amazing.

Update July 2022. Having used these guys a few times a pattern has been firmly established. These guys are good for desserts, but nothing else. Take tonight for example. Ordered a pulled chicken philly. Description says peppers and onions - but there were none on the philly. Never again. One star lost. Original review: Very hard to know where to begin. I don't believe a 3 star is fair, equally a 4 star isn't warranted either. This is one of those occasions where the scoring system is inadequate. The food on the whole is decent. The problem is in the service. Despite ringing and advising a pretty rude chap "no mushrooms on pizza" - 45 minutes later this is exactly what we did get. Furthermore, our order asked for doughnuts ... we got sent a waffle. However, credit to the girl on the phone who saved the day by immediately acknowledging the issue and promised to resend the order - and promised some extra chilli sauces ... but then someone forgot to put the sauces in the bag 🙈. Ultimately, we ended up with two orders of food 😀. The food on the whole is decent. The waffle (never had one before) was very nice, as were the doughnuts. The pizza I found to be a little overwhelming on the pizza sauce. However, still a pleasant meal, recommended and I would order again ... but be prepared for potential service issues.

I have seen poor reviews, & poor comments about both the food & service. I'm super fussy, but I can honestly say this is one of the best takeaways I've been too. I stumbled on it by chance, whilst in hospital. I was after something seriously tasty, after a week of hospital food. Hallelujah for Allstars! Nutrition is vital when recovering in hospital, so purely for health reasons, I ordered everyday! The same thing each time - a Philly cheese steak wrap, packed full of fresh, & tasty ingredients. In all honesty, I wasn't expecting much. I'd read the reviews, & with such low prices, I wasn't getting my hopes up. But how wrong I was!! With a more than generous portion of steak, grilled peppers & onions in a very mild marinade, its full to the brim. Thats not incuding the extras I add - caramelised & crispy onions, cheese sauce & onion rings, it really is delicious food & crazy good value for money! I enjoy it that much, I get a taxi to collect my food, because delivery isn't available in my area, & that would be my only criticism. Keep up the great food AllStars!

I had a single beef burger from here and it was delicious, fresh lettuce and bun! The meat was beautiful no gristle at all. I also order a side of fries and cheese sauce which we also lovely. I would definitely be ordering from here again, with-out a doubt! 10/10

I made an order via Deliveroo and I forgot to add a drink, when I called the restaurant and asked about how to add a drink they sent it to me for free as a kind gesture and it was much appreciated. To the person who I spoke to on call - THANK YOU X Also - food is delish and fresh as always!

All Stars never let me down. They are always on time and the food is incredible. I genuinely cannot fault them in anyway. They keep their customers happy and they’re my favourite go-to for an amazing meal. Big thumbs up All Stars!

after a tough parking situation with my partner and i… we gravitated towards all stars. An overrated classic amongst younger south mancunians nevertheless - we proceeded with the delivery. The interior of All stars is divine in nature - a basketball themed layout garnished with 4 TVs playing banger after banger. Up the singular stair we went and headed aesthetically pleasing reception. The menu greated our eyes and waffles were our main focus. Soon after, the attentive male proceeded with our order. Charming in nature he provided the best customer service and made our experience enchanting. He provided impeccable information and delivery of our waffles. His name was Jasim. All stars must award him with amazing rewards for being delightful. A wait was expected for coming at the peak time and a praise must be mentioned for all the workers working that day who left everyone with nothing but brilliant food. However, the waffles were mid but i assume because of the busy nature they had to wrap things up quickly. On the circumference of the waffle - the dripping nutella provided elixir to my tongue which was joined by the pieces of oreo which added a neptune eque remix. As Allstars is a go to classic - i shall be back.

Went today after a year or so. Thought I’d give them another try. Worst milkshake I’ve ever had in my life. I’m sorry but the chocolate wasn’t even fully blended and it was literally vanilla ice cream mixed with chunks of chocolates. Far better places on wilmslow road which offer a better shake; Jungle Grill, Jilanis or Heavenly Desserts. I suppose you get what you pay with their prices here but it doesn’t mean throwing money in the bin and not getting something that isn’t even remotely similar to what you ordered. Will not be visiting again.

What can I say…. Came in this evening and I must say from the customer service to leaving the shop it was a absolutely wonderful experience. The burgers and wings were so succulent and the mini Dutch pancakes well that put me in a food coma. Will be coming back again soon.

Ordered the Jammy Dodger churros as it sounded different and interesting. Had initially wanted the mini Dutch pancakes but they didn’t have any sadly. Super friendly and quick service. Freshly made churros topped with raspberry sauce, white chocolate and Jammy Dodgers: what’s not to like? Will be going back and trying lots more from their menu. Plenty of seating and clean.

Awful. 20-40 minutes delivery ended up 70 minutes and didn't arrive despite the order supposedly being delivered. Awful service by the restaurant with delay and deliveroo failing to deliver

This place is out of this world!! Firstly,the atmosphere. It's absolutely amazing. It literally feels like you escape from rainy Manchester and go in to a private new world Kinda like how sonic goes in to a different world after winning a level The seats are baseball's. They have 4 HD TVs in the middle of the place They have basketball 🏀 lamps You feel like you're at a la Lakers game!! Now,the food!! My personal favourite is the Krispy Kreme burger (not the donut 🍩 lol 🤣 It is an out of the world burger with is served on a bagel instead of buns Super chive and cheese 🧀 sauce and lettice Accompanied with a southern fried chicken 🐔 meat patty It is a perfect combination. Every bite you take will give you an amazing sensation... literally like the first bite They also do beef,waffles, ice-cream,puddings etc. Now,I always order a frankfurter,which is amazing with mustard and crispy onions Now about the sides,they do everything from fires,sweet potato fries to tater tots (hash browns) My personal favourite is the hashtag fries They are absolutely amazing Now,for such a grand meal,you'd expect it to be at least £15 Wrong!! Place has gone down hill. Have had many desserts from them this year, however my last 2 experiences have been horrendous. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after having burnt cookie dough and half an order missing. This time I ordered two cheesecakes. One Oreo with Nutella sauce. It’s not Nutella sauce, and it’s black crumbled biscuit on top. Reeses cheesecake was the other. Nothing that involves reeses whatsoever covered in biscoff sauce. Will never order from here again. No wonder they always have a discount on now

I order with Deliveroo. It was fast and accurate. I liked the food generally although I was a bit disappointed by the cheesesteak sandwich.

Food arrived late and cold, well what was actually in the bag. Plenty of missing items and the young lady who answered the phone was very argumentative and accused me of lying about my missing item's. This was after she admitted that some of the item's wasn't sent out but that isn't her problem that's down to the delivery driver apparently. So apparently its up to the delivery provider to sort the problem

Ordered off the Deliveroo and when food arrived it was just warm. The burger wasn’t fresh but it was edible. Chips were okay but a little soggy. The icing on the cake tho was the hair I found on the box of the churros I ordered. Rang the restaurant for them to only take my phone number down and say the manager will be in contact. It’s been 24 hours and I’m still waiting for the manager to contact me. Lucky I ordered from Deliveroo and their customer service is better than all stars. Will definitely not be ordering from here again.

Chicken Burger.. Overloaded with cheap mayonnaise, even the bun was soaked in mayo.. Super dry chicken which was like chewing a brick.. No salt (for fries), no dipping sauce, no tissues. All at the pleasure of an incorrect overpriced bill. (Wrong fries were added to bill).

I went for the first time. Very bad experience. Never going back. I was overcharged for the desserts as what was on the menu. I particularly asked if icecream was part of the dessert and the guy serving said it was. I'm not happy at all.the size of a cookie dough was as big as a biscuit you'd get from Greg's. So freaking amazing the decor was just beautiful although some of it needs to be repaired or replaced and the food was fresh and delicious the atmosphere was good the staff could be a bit more nice but they did a good job and honestly I want this to have multiple locations around the world so it could be acesssed easily. Poor service, walked out without even ordering! We walked in and went to the counter. There were a couple of people dining, there weren’t anyone ordering before us. The staff didn’t even look at us, two members of female staff were too busy looking at one of their phones and laughing away at some videos. One other female staff was talking to someone at the back about a night out or something. Needless to say, it was like we weren’t there so we walked out. The place obviously lacks management control and the staff working there don’t really care about how customers should be treated. Sorry, not able to actually review the food. We saw enough and didn’t want to experience further disappointment!
