I order from here regularly & when it’s on time, the food is good but when it’s late, the outta bread is like stone & the fries aren’t great either so not all that enjoyable

Food is so flavourful and comes out piping hot! You can tell it’s fresh. Saved money on it by using NeoTaste and got 2 for 1 on the peri peri platter which was brilliant

Didn’t get what i ordered and was unable to contact them via their phone number supplied online as it was saying that the number was not in service, also the delivery guy literally shoved the food in my hand in a grumpy way, spoke badly and left.

If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would pick. Never come across a more disrespectful argumentative take away. Food freezing after an hour an a half wait. Don’t waste your money

Went again recently. Still absolutely delicious. Mixed steak on chips was spot on.

Done an order for takeaway with a long 4 hour journey ahead of us. Took 20mins to get the food and it was cold. Both burgers were cold. Very disappointed. If customers are doing a take away it would be better to wrap the burgers in foil so they stay warm. They went cold in the 2mins it took to walk to my car. The fries were warmer and they are normally the first food item to go cold.

Went in to order two king kong burger meals, on the counter an old lady served me, she placed our order and gave us the drinks to take upstairs with us, however the drinks were not cold, so i asked for colder drinks, she said there was none while i can see some in the fridge in front of me! She eventually felt embarassed & guilty of lying so she ended up giving us the cold ones! Why do customers have to negotiate or beg for the right food/drinks after they have paid full price of the service? Absolutely pathetic, be honest with your customers regardless of their race/ color. Shame on you lady!

Really disappointed this time , Sunday 23rd . Order took an HR and half . Had to ring to chase it up . I nipped out to my car and the delivery driver was just sat in his car , don't know how long he was sat there but had to reheat food . Ordered chilli cheese fries . They came without cheese .

I ordered online but they were closed for a refurbishment. You would think they would close the online ordering system. 2/3 weeks have now passed and still no refund. Had to claim it back from the bank. Won’t be ever ordering from here again. Thanks

Order through Jungle-Grill.net but after 1 hour they still haven't accepted or declined the order but charged my card anyways. Called their number to sort this and was put on hold for the past 30 minutes before it just ended the call automatically. VERY unprofessional of them to do this, no better than scammers.

Cannot believe what happened with me. I placed an order and went to the toilet whilst my takeout was getting ready. A polish woman came to me infront of other customers and shouted at me saying who gave you the permission to use the toilet, you should’ve asked me etc. Now I’m a person who has a key due to my IBS and I even ordered something so was not like I just used the toilet but she started shouting at me and bring rude infront of the customers. I felt humiliated and defamed for her atrocious behaviour. I showed her my key yet she did not apologise. Guys don’t go to this place. It’s atrocious, I was discriminated due to my disability. Worst of all she says she’s a manager. Would not even rate it 1, the customer service is shocking and unprofessional. Disgusting behaviour! Do not go there if you suffer from disabilities! Otherwise you’ll also be discriminated. The food was also cold and tasted foul. Not worth the money.

Me, the wife, and my mum popped into Jungle Grill in Cheetham Hill last night. If you love meat you are in for a real treat. This place came up on my TicTok, the food looked amazing. I had been wanting to come here for a while. Cheetham Hill isn’t a particularly good setting for a lovely food place. However, if you bypass the rough and ready road outside. You are greeted to a lovely little modern sit in restaurant with an upstairs, that has booths overlooking the street below. This place is very family friendly and their meat is Halal so you get a really healthy mix of local people enjoying the food. We sat upstairs and had a look through their extensive menu. Most of the menu was meat based, but they had solid veggie options for the wife. After some deliberation we all came to our decisions. You order at the counter downstairs and then a staff member will bring you your meal once ready. We didn’t have a long wait, I’d say not much longer than 10 minutes 👍 I went for Jungle Mix Platter £17.99🎉🎉🎉 This included diced an grilled chicken and steak, three hot wings (you could choose your spice) half a chicken, (I went for the sweet BBQ flavour) with chips, rice, & mash. Honestly, one best tasting plates of food I have had in a long time.Everything was fresh, the chicken & steak was tender, the sauce used on the half chicken was delicious, the hot wings were lovely and spicy, the mash was melt in your mouth creamy. The diced chicken and steak looked a little dull on the plate, however the taste was excellent. The rice had a lovely depth of flavour with a mild heat. What a plate of food this was, I was so stuffed. Two people could easily take this on. The wife had The Wild Burger, with fries, and onions rings £8.50 ish allot of the veggie burgers you get at restaurants are pretty disappointing. Not this one! She said she loved her burger which had fresh mozzarella balls inside. I also got her chips and onion rings, and she kindly helped me finish of my mash.) They they had other veggie options too, including a halloumi wrap. She said the burger had lots of taste 👍 My mum had The Meat Chops Platter x4 £12.99 My mum loves her chops, it didn’t specify what exactly the chops were but we presumed lamb. However we were expecting 4 chops on a plate. Oh no, this was six massive juicy chops that came with rice and salad. It was a beautiful plate of food. My mum let me have one of meat sticks. The meat was so tender and flavoursome Iv not seen my mum polish off a meal that quickly in a longtime. The meat from this place is of an incredibly high standard. You guys should be so proud of the food you’re serving up. We thought it was amazing value as well. It’s one of those places were there’s no need for a starter of dessert, you just want to get right into the mains and enjoy that meaty experience. Total bill was £44.73p Which included two bottles of water and a Bottle of Coke. They have other locations, including Stockport. Thanks Jungle Grill, we will be back 💪

Food is good but there is no drink

This place is amazing! The food is excellent, the service as well. I was looking for a nice place to eat in the area, without having to go to the centre. And l've found it. The place is elegant, very clean. Recommended for families, couples, friends. It's a welcoming place. I always missed a nice place in the area where you could eat quietly, and l loved the food and the smoothie! They serve all kind of food, even Mexican, but also Asian, international food, l think also Italian, not sure. But definitely, it's the place to go near home. I live in Blackley.

Visited this place with family who came from down south. Called 5 minutes prior to inform them that will be attending as a group. Got there and was given best seating possible along with exceptional service. Everyone enjoyed their meal and mentioned that they would return again. Food came out quick too, which was ideal considering there were a few hungry children too. 10/10 service by the team at Jungle Grill. Keep up the good work.

Great decor , delicious food , good service , friendly staff. All the food is amazing here , flavour is phenomenal, portion sizes are well worth the money , milkshakes are delicious. The chicken and steak always cooked perfectly. I have to say one thing about my dining experience and why I can't rate it 5* is because the condition of the toilets were not so great . They could do with a good scrub and a nice air freshener . The toilets have a very strong smell of urine that you can smell from outside the door . They aren't the cleanest either . But overall despite the toilets everything else was fantastic.

The food was given to the wrong table and we had to wait for a long time. This is highly outrageous as we expected the order to be half price due to the inconvenience caused.

so called smash burger was rubbish and thin the so called fillet chicken burger also very thin not exactly sure what the chops were but on the plus side for £30 the wings were nice wont be ordering again

Quiet nice food and portion. I think it's under new management and has gone through some good changes. The seating area is quiet nice.

Very disappointed with quality of food delivered 30 minutes before time, but it makes sense they just threw all the leftovers on our plates! Complained to Just Eat only to hear they are not able to help as food looks consumable to them! Never again!

Food was seriously so hot! It was wonderful to actually receive an order that was so high that we needed to wait to eat it! Food was delicious as always! Got free drinks and extra fries and again the fries were lovely and hot and crisp and fresh! We absolutely LOVE this place so much. Everything we order is amazing. My French taco was so good. My partners jungle hotpot was amazing and the milkshakes are to die for! Always a 10 for us

I have been to jungle grill second time now and its the same every time good service Nice atmosphere and also delicious food no doubt its a good place for families and friends to go and dine there.

We ordered 2 chicken wing platters & a 1/2 chicken platter but was sent 3 chicken wing platters instead but a quick phone call & it was all quickly sorted with a freshly cooked 1/2 chicken platter sent to us so thank you, it’s was all lovely

This was not steak and chips. I’ve ordered from you before but this was more like chips with a few shreds of donnor meat. Consistency and standards need to be met… Jungle Grill you’ve fallen foul of the Cheetham Curse like the many good establishments before you. You got too comfy and took your eyes off the ball. Won’t be ordering again.

chilli cheese bites overdone and food was luke warm by time it got here. the chicken wrap had gristle in the chicken (never a problem before) considering the cost is high and we only have this on occasion was disappointing!

I had the empire state burger and I have to say it was the most filling burger I have ever eaten. All the different parts to it were well cooked and it was so big I could barely hold it and eat it (the picture I shared doesn't do it justice). The only thing that wasn't quite there for me was the flavour, I mean it was all nice but I'd have loved some sort of underlying flavour running throuout to complete it.

Food brilliant, big portions, good vibes, and parking in the back if you are lucky. The reason for 4 stars 🌟 is the waitress. It seemed like she had her lips 💋 sealed by the owners, didn't have any smile on her face, was very moody, and probably didn't understand any English as she kept looking at you in a strange way, when we left, we said Thank you yet she stood there as if saying thank you is Haram in her culture. Think she needs to go back to school. Will definitely go again, bit pricey for a burger joint but if that waitress is not serving, I'll take my family again.

I got the honey burger and was impressed by the juiciness and quality of the meat. The flavours were on point and the ratio of salad to meat to toasted bun was all on point.

Nice food as usual but portions seemed smaller this time.

Placed an order for for steak and chips. When asked for flavour I said hot but not for it to be sour. Waitress when taking order said they won’t put lemon juice on it. When I received the food it was sour. When I went to telll them this they said the hot sauce is sour. This should have been stated when I placed my order and specified I didn’t want it to be sour. No apologies from staff or offered a replacement meal.

Overall, the food quality is 9/10 but the picture is misguiding due to it having salad and sweetcorn cob on the side second of all for the amount of money am paying which was £25. I was expecting the platter to feed 2 people, but unfortunately my stomach and my partners stomach wasn’t satisfied portions sizes need to be sorted out so that they match the money you guys are charging but on the good note delivery was spot-on, food, taste and quality spot on overall give this place 8/10 and I would recommend it
