Do not go after 7pm waited 10 mins for food, but the chips were stale most sitting areas are shut, there were no place to sit, we have to share the tables with strangers staff will also be splashing their dripping wet mop right next to your food

Great McDonald's with excellent staff.

Standard like many other McDonald's up and down the area. One bonus was that the food looked more pleasing and like the pictures rather than the usual cheese and the fish from the fish burger half hanging off the burger bun. Would definitely come back to this McDonald's

Every single time i order there’s either something missing or the order is messed up, from drinks being spilt to burgers being crushed and squashed. Extremely poor for such a large company. shame you can’t have the mistakes re delivered only some credit from just eat.

I always visit this place in the evening between 6 and 9 p.m. and there is always a calm and nice atmosphere. the food is always freshly prepared and the fries are always crispy

Food is ok but there is constant loud beeping of food preparation equipment.

I use this shop quite often because it is near the casino but everytime I have to wait for 10 minutes to be serviced. I am a bit if OLD SCHOOL and can't use the app to order my food instead of going to the customers counter to order.

Absolutely awful, had paper in my burger the "toddler"looking girl was as helpful as a chocolate teapot. No apology, no offer of a fresh burger or a refund. The food was cold, the atmosphere was dire. I think I'll not bother with maccies again, doesn't seem to matter which branch you go to, no customer care or pride in making your food

Burger all squashed and all over the place

Ordered food for table service. They apparently didn’t have enough staff to do table service but assumed you’d work that out for yourself. When we finally worked out food wasn’t coming to table they expected us to take the food which had been sat at the counter for 15 minutes and was cold. They redid the order but it took over 45 minutes from ordering food to get to food.

food was barely warm when it arrived, considering its only 10 minutes up the road and missing items again, firstly ordered the choc orange mcflurry which clearly was available and went to check out and it removed from my basket as wasn't available, so I then ordered the choc orange pies, they didn't arrive with my order, so nearly £5 out of pocket, the fries with our meals were hardly even half full, always missing something from here or cold food.

I hate this mcdonald's they always forget the give the dips, I am Addicted to their sweet and summer sauce, but every time they keep but forgetting. the staff will look at my order to see if I did order the dips then apologise and state sorry there's nothing I could do.

Been coming here for 20yrs since i was in college.

took over an hour for like 3 things to come, and everything turned up stone cold and the drinks were flat and tasteless as the ice had melted into them from sitting there so long, not really sure why it took so long to cook a burger and some selects

Hello, I ordered a McDonald's at around 6:20 yesterday, an hour later I rang up to check on when it was coming as it was taking a while, it didn't arrive until half 8, it was freezing like it was sitting out the whole time

This branch is my favourite branch to eat in - but the food was ice cold and I had to reheat . I had ordered sauces but these were missed out . Really disappointed ! Won’t be ordering take away from McDonalds anymore .

Low fries quality. The service was good and the staff was respectful. However, despite numerous occasions over the past no.of months their fries quality has dropped immensely. The main factor being the fries not being salted at all. When informed about this, the server handed salt sachets which do not taste anywhere near as good as the fries if they were to be salted properly by the staff as per every other Mcdonalds(rather then the customer having to salt it after buying the fries from salt sachets). This causes alot of inconvenience and a huge drop in quality of the fries. I am hoping this is resolved during my next visit and I shall revisit my review in the case to see if this is resolved, no improvement or even worse.

Abs lazy staff, after 15 min asked for my order, how long it will be more. They dont bother to answer in manners. They dont know how to speak with customer. Avoid this resturaunt.

The food was horrible, left me feeling horrible for hours. Staff were polite enough, but had to clean table our selves. Not a fan of mcdonalds and this just reaffirms that the food standards are very poor

There was no one there, two guys were sitting on one side using mobile phones and one guy called me when I waited too long, he talked to me very rudely and told me to say McDonnell. Go away

Clean friendly food served quickly and was hot. Porridge lovely and hash browns hot

Felt like a long wait time but did arrive during the time slot even if it was changed to another 5 minutes later. When the food arrived we didn’t get the sauces we’d asked for with each item and only got BBQ. The nuggets were nice as I’m guessing they were fresh but the chips were squashy and wet, they also didn’t taste as though they’re been cooked through in places. Overall quite disappointing. The only saving grace was the nuggets but one of the group only had fries so didn’t eat.

Absolutely disgusting attitude with a women staff member my partner rang up and explained the problem they sent him a box with NOTHING inside as that's apparently what it said on the ap when ringing up she spoke to him with utter attitude think there funny sending an empty box then hung up on him I rang a few times and they hung up and she refused to give me her name so I could take it further she was absolutely rude and the man that answered the last time was exactly the same didn't give me there names and ended the call and refused to answer when we called again!!! The staff are a joke maccies has not been the same for years! Should get rid of all the stores cos most employees there are a joke

Only negative is that they NEVER send the condiments, even for the nugget meals, that are supposed to come with them. Quite disappointing, which is why it can only get 4 stars.

So disgusted with the delivery I ordered food as a treat for my kids only for their meal to arrive with the label torn with food missing!!!!!

Had a hash brown and a hot chocolate, was a reasonable climate insde , despite a headless women , we had a rather pleasant experience, the order expirence was quick and tasty . Despite the nice food I do have one minor complaint of which I would they had a vintage sofa which was very nice but was on the lower side , and I would compare it’s texture to quick sand to paint a picture. The hot chocolate was rather warm but quickly colled : a truly empaculate restrunt through and through, with amazing service , I would rate this maccies a solid 4 out of 5 with minor inconveniences

Staff are great food never had to complain.. but the people outside hanging around for money is relentless.. not there fault.. but when you have a guy standing at your window in the carpark watching you and wont go away when you say no is not good.. downright rude and unnerving .
