Black coffee is good but cup and lid is very bad quality I wasted my 3 shirts just because of lid.

Absolutely awful, had paper in my burger the "toddler"looking girl was as helpful as a chocolate teapot. No apology, no offer of a fresh burger or a refund. The food was cold, the atmosphere was dire. I think I'll not bother with maccies again, doesn't seem to matter which branch you go to, no customer care or pride in making your food

Missing items from order. No happy meal delivered.

Ordered food for table service. They apparently didn’t have enough staff to do table service but assumed you’d work that out for yourself. When we finally worked out food wasn’t coming to table they expected us to take the food which had been sat at the counter for 15 minutes and was cold. They redid the order but it took over 45 minutes from ordering food to get to food.

food was barely warm when it arrived, considering its only 10 minutes up the road and missing items again, firstly ordered the choc orange mcflurry which clearly was available and went to check out and it removed from my basket as wasn't available, so I then ordered the choc orange pies, they didn't arrive with my order, so nearly £5 out of pocket, the fries with our meals were hardly even half full, always missing something from here or cold food.

I hate this mcdonald's they always forget the give the dips, I am Addicted to their sweet and summer sauce, but every time they keep but forgetting. the staff will look at my order to see if I did order the dips then apologise and state sorry there's nothing I could do.

I ordered at 7.06 and received my order at 8.37 when my children had left for school so wasted food

took over an hour for like 3 things to come, and everything turned up stone cold and the drinks were flat and tasteless as the ice had melted into them from sitting there so long, not really sure why it took so long to cook a burger and some selects

This branch is my favourite branch to eat in - but the food was ice cold and I had to reheat . I had ordered sauces but these were missed out . Really disappointed ! Won’t be ordering take away from McDonalds anymore .

Hello, I ordered a McDonald's at around 6:20 yesterday, an hour later I rang up to check on when it was coming as it was taking a while, it didn't arrive until half 8, it was freezing like it was sitting out the whole time

Forgot 6 chicken nuggets and 20 chicken nuggets sharebox , always forget something absolutely joke

Food did not arrive. No call, no contact, nothing. Expecting a full refund - have reported through app around 4 hours ago but still nothing

Every single time they make a mistake, i have always ordered plain burger and the do wrong

Low fries quality. The service was good and the staff was respectful. However, despite numerous occasions over the past no.of months their fries quality has dropped immensely. The main factor being the fries not being salted at all. When informed about this, the server handed salt sachets which do not taste anywhere near as good as the fries if they were to be salted properly by the staff as per every other Mcdonalds(rather then the customer having to salt it after buying the fries from salt sachets). This causes alot of inconvenience and a huge drop in quality of the fries. I am hoping this is resolved during my next visit and I shall revisit my review in the case to see if this is resolved, no improvement or even worse.

Abs lazy staff, after 15 min asked for my order, how long it will be more. They dont bother to answer in manners. They dont know how to speak with customer. Avoid this resturaunt.

The food was horrible, left me feeling horrible for hours. Staff were polite enough, but had to clean table our selves. Not a fan of mcdonalds and this just reaffirms that the food standards are very poor

Food was alright. Bit cold, but understandable as we ordered from this place which is further away from our home.

There was no one there, two guys were sitting on one side using mobile phones and one guy called me when I waited too long, he talked to me very rudely and told me to say McDonnell. Go away

Felt like a long wait time but did arrive during the time slot even if it was changed to another 5 minutes later. When the food arrived we didn’t get the sauces we’d asked for with each item and only got BBQ. The nuggets were nice as I’m guessing they were fresh but the chips were squashy and wet, they also didn’t taste as though they’re been cooked through in places. Overall quite disappointing. The only saving grace was the nuggets but one of the group only had fries so didn’t eat.

Absolutely disgusting attitude with a women staff member my partner rang up and explained the problem they sent him a box with NOTHING inside as that's apparently what it said on the ap when ringing up she spoke to him with utter attitude think there funny sending an empty box then hung up on him I rang a few times and they hung up and she refused to give me her name so I could take it further she was absolutely rude and the man that answered the last time was exactly the same didn't give me there names and ended the call and refused to answer when we called again!!! The staff are a joke maccies has not been the same for years! Should get rid of all the stores cos most employees there are a joke

Only negative is that they NEVER send the condiments, even for the nugget meals, that are supposed to come with them. Quite disappointing, which is why it can only get 4 stars.

Had a hash brown and a hot chocolate, was a reasonable climate insde , despite a headless women , we had a rather pleasant experience, the order expirence was quick and tasty . Despite the nice food I do have one minor complaint of which I would they had a vintage sofa which was very nice but was on the lower side , and I would compare it’s texture to quick sand to paint a picture. The hot chocolate was rather warm but quickly colled : a truly empaculate restrunt through and through, with amazing service , I would rate this maccies a solid 4 out of 5 with minor inconveniences

Staff are great food never had to complain.. but the people outside hanging around for money is relentless.. not there fault.. but when you have a guy standing at your window in the carpark watching you and wont go away when you say no is not good.. downright rude and unnerving .

Very draughty if seated near the door that continuously opens. Food wasn't very hot or fresh.

Ordered items and they wasn’t delivered. No refund given on large order for the 2 items that were missing.

Quick service and was keep in contact with the delivery driver as we got a delivery to the hospital. Everything arrived and no items missing👍

You have to get your game together. We ordered a double cheeseburger and you guys gave us no patty. We ordered a share box of 20 nuggets and you haven’t gave us that. Very disappointing. The sriver requested the drinks be delivered unsealed (not sealed in their bag) so we were unable to drink them. Customer Service were no help with a refund. Never had McDonald's deliver drinks like this before either so it was very odd.

The app map sent the driver somewhere other than the stated address. The food was cold and the drink order was wrong. The driver even admitted he knew he was goin to the wrong place but got half way away feom me before calling to ask.

It was my first time coming here. The food was delicious and quick service but the problem was how far we had to walk from the hotel.

Staff on drive through was so rude and horrible, needs to sort staff on it tills ,never would go there again ,go ever day before work ,don't need rude people at half six in morning

When you enter McDonald's, here you can get the same experience as at any other McDonald's. We came at a time when there were very few people, so it was quiet and peaceful inside.

I would never order from here again, never got my food, and the restaurant did not even pick my calls up.

I ordered three ketchup, but none was in it. When my boyfriend mentioned it to the clerk of a brown braid girl, he looked very displeased and gave him only one.I thought it was very bad and rude. When my friend went to say it again, he finally gave me three ketchup.

Food was undercooked but the main issue was the driver. He would not give us our food until we provided him with a "delivery code" which looked like a phone lock screen asking for 4 digits. We had paid by card and I gave him all of my details for his response to just stare blankly and continue to show me his phone screen asking for this code. My boyfriend ended up taking the food in, the money had left my account the second we made the order. Better training needed
