ordered a fish filet meal by drive thru and the fries were soggy (some stale) and not salted :(

I used the drive through so can't connect on atmosphere. The staff were great and the food was well cooked :-)

Paying £20 pound for 5 caramel frappe and half cups full of big pieces of ice, 😡 shame McDonalds

Food was freezing as usual and unable to get a refund because I’ve complained to much! It’s not my fault if every time I order somthing is wrong or cold and am paying my good money for!

This guy call josh with ginger hair horrible teeth. Throws my food at me before I could ask for some ketchup he runs off. I open the bag there's an item missing.

took absolutely ages to deliver after placing order, food was stone cold, my mcflurry was actually liquid, not happy at all, what an absolutely terrible service! £11 spent, not worth a fraction of that to be honest, awful.. just awful

Disgusting and dirty toilets.. management doesn't care when informed.. toilets r not maintained or cleaned regularly. Service is poor..

Ordered 2 large meals and an extra portion of large fries. All fries were missing, food cam cold and the veggie deluxe burger had tough veggie dippers. just eat delivery driver was amazing though. Restaurant was terrible. Never again!

I thought it was a quick delivery but then Only two of my items showed up, no sauces no chips nothing apart from nuggets and a burger for 3 people

They forgot the fries. Not happy. Also it was not at all clear that I was ordering a little carton of strawberry milk and not a strawberry milkshake which what I actually wanted

Nice clean store with quick service and the usual menu.

It was maccys, I wouldn't call it an experience, it's not like my big mac exploded or was turned into vapours like a Heston Blumenthal thing, it was just my tea.

It was burnt chips and fish fillet inside..too much salt on chips and couldn’t eat because of hardness and salt. Had to throw away food. Never had McDonald like this before: very disappointed.. as I came home from work and was happy to order food from my favourite place. Also half a of cappuccino was left in my cup. And the bag was all wet.. asked for sauces and no sauces was in the order.. very disappointed with Mac Donald’s ..

what an absolute joke, I order a strawberry milkshake for £2.67 on they send me a little carton that no doubt would cost me the same amount for a pack of 10.

Been to plenty of mc Donald's and by far the most un interested staff is Stockport Road ardwick. There are no good morning /afternoon . You personally have to hang out of your window to pay cash or card. They all look like a bunch of teenagers with no regards to you. You get the grunt you would expect from a teenager. Hiya. That's the level of conversation... I've been in the morning before I start my shift. Wow same atmosphere as above. Only the drive in where you collect your meal got hoodie on with his uniform orpier teenager attitude. Same there you get your food basically the bag open. Then he uses finger and thumb tto pass it to you. Once again you have to hang out of the window to receive what you order. If I could give it minus I would. Only saving grace is the food is OK. Other than that I'm disappointed.

Zayn was on his own for a duration of the night shift running around yet he still made the efforts to make sure the orders were correct as well as bringing the energy and charisma!

Everything was cold, chips were burnt, burgers looked like they'd been thrown into the box from the opposite side of the kitchen. Didn't get our dips either.

For three times I ordered cheese burger selecting customisation of double mustard and onions, it turned out there is "no" mustard and no increase of onions, but doubled ketchup.

All burgers 3 Big Mac’s stone cold the cheese like wax cause its that cold, 5 hamburgers burnt and all cold , fries very over cooked like sticks and cold not eatable and the delivery was early so I guess not the fault of the delivery person, the fault is the service from McDonalds team very very disappointed and waste of money . My opinion guess they got your money when you order through an app so don’t care what they send you.

The delivery man came and my drink had spilled all over my food so everything was wet and I didn’t have a drink the driver said he’s going to return it and bring me more food but my app is telling me he’s delivered my food.

Food was freezing and missing items

Who ever was working the shift needs some training on how to make fries properly. The fries were stone cold, limp pale and soggy. And as for the big mac, stevie wonder could have done a better job with the assembly, the burger bun was soaked in grease which indicates to me a filthy grill. Was the nastiest macdonalds I've had in a long time!

The staff are always going to be mcdonalds staff. Forever changing and never really helpful. Ice drink machine wasn't working on a very hot day, nothing new there. The food & drink we did have was nice and I enjoyed the new cheese and herb bites.

We all complain about this place and return. Thats why the food is poor and staff couldn't give a toss. As they are still getting your money. For the stale cold food they serve you.
