Sent wrong food, changed it to popcorn chicken which about 3 peices had chicken in the rest was just hard batter dangerous for a kids meal which we didn’t even ask for, as chips was undercooked in both meals. Just eat refused a refunds as they do

Red salt should not be put on the chips without the customer's prior consent. Burger was alao overdone and lacked the genuine peri taste affiliated with the Chunky Chicken franchise. Most certainly will not be going back. Poor.

The food has always been consistent,the peri burgers and peri wraps are the best in the area, service is good and friendly,we always take away so can't comment on the eat in experience

Was ok had chicken burger but it was cold and fries was still hard from being frozen.

You are clearly charging more then what you are showing on the menu

Really disappointed ordered 3 pizzas 1 with chicken and a separate 1 with pineapple, they added chicken and pineapple to the same pizza disgusting, had to contact just eat and they gave me a refund as pizza was inedible also the driver handed me the delivery with the pizza stood up not lay flat so when I did look at them the pizza on the top was all squashed against the side of the box, absolute joke, really disappointed as usually good from here.

Awful place and food. I ordered the full chicken platter and it was not cooked properly. it was hard to pull off and was burnt. There was no taste to the food. My wife ordered chicken wings and chips, and she spit out the chicken in first go, and was about to vomit. This has to be the worst place I have been to. Also prices are different from menu shown and when questioned they try to act smart. Highly avoid this and enter at your own risk.

The portion sizes have changed u don’t get as much chips but as usually the food is great the best chicken always never had a bad takeaway and we have used chunky chicken for years

My food was delivered in a shopping bag. Not a proper JustEat bag, hence food was cold.

Ordered for takeout peri peri chicken, when I got home the chicken was completely off, taste and smell, I don’t even know how they served it. When I brought it back to the shop instead of replacing they kept arguing and being rude saying nothing was wrong with the chicken. I’ve worked in the food industry for 15 years, I can tell when chicken is off. Avoid this place, terrible food and terrible service, a lot better alternatives in the area. No wonder their shop is always empty.

I didn’t rate the food as good as what it normally is there was a fishy taste don’t know weather it was the chicken or chips but put a vile taste in my mouth and the nuggets where over cooked I order from here a lot and it’s always been perfect

I ordered a peri peri wrap but was given a normal chicken fillet wrap and this isn't the first time the food ordered is different to what was delivered including incorrect number of hot wings.

Extremely unprofessional, number doesn’t work when you try call them . Just eat driver didn’t deliver order restaurant refused to take blame trying to fob me off then had to go to the place myself . For everyone of them to be rude claiming they don’t know how just eat works. Careful when ordering because if it messes up they won’t take responsibility.

The staff are wonderful. The restaurant is very clean. You can go there and see the cleanliness

I’m very upset with this order as I have orders from her twice in two days spending over £50. The second order didn’t have any gravy which is £2 in a tiny pot and my double option burger didn’t have the extra burger which I paid extra for. This has happened before I then phoned and they told me I had the wrong number they don’t deliver and blocked my number? Very upset and won’t be ordering again.

Food was cold the chicken was pink red salt was added when I didn’t ask for it and I don’t like chicken was not fresh looked and tasted like it had bin there all day chips cold and soggy

Very bad rude staff We order every week from here and one mistake I pressed collection i rang them and explained and they said they would deliver for an extra £5.00 We waited and waited and nothing was delivered I have contacted the shop they were so rude The manager yesterday said he will ask Just eat to give me a refund I still haven't reciebed the refund I've just contacted to shop to ask about my refund And some very rude man not the owner was shouting down the phone Ok I pressed collection by mistake I am human It's disgusting how they can just take your money As for just eat and chunky chicken I will never use again Disgusting treatment As If anybody these days has money just to throw away I'm fuming

Not ordering again. The "chicken strip meal" I ordered was supposed to have fries and a can, which wasn't delivered. Driver had to give me a leftover Rubicon can from his car AND I said keep the change. Do e with these places casually scamming people.

Advertise for delivery on JUSTEAT app but never ever ever EVER accept orders, doesn't matter if it's a big order or medium. Use to accept orders in past & deliver to us. How about u stop advertising on the app then u bunch🤡 clowns if u dont wish to deliver.

Normally amazing food from here, don't knowbwhats happened tonight but the food is disgusting . All of it is freezing and dry. Chips, chicken burger and wraps where definitely reheated. The cheese wasn't even melted on the wrap. So chicken was clearly cold when made. Really disappointed. Total waste of money.

Normally i really enjoy there food specially the burger and hot wings but last night i was really disappointed I ordered 8 wings and 5 only came, the wings felt like the last set of wings left for the night and had been there for a while. The burger had pink bits in side and at the time of arrival the chicken burger had fallen apart. Called up and the staff member said they would give me free 8 wings next time i order.

My garlic bread was missing spicy beef & also the delivery driver who was a nice person but didn't have any change & said he would come back later.

My brother told me about this place and everything I have ordered has been fantastic! To make it even better, they are very cheap compared to others, customer service is great too. Chunky chicken you are awesome 😊

Food came late and cold driver didn’t have £5 change so I let him go with my money as he said he’d bring the £5 back… never came back and had to keep mivering them for a fiver ended up getting it 24 hours after I ordered. Will never order from them again.

I asked for it to be delivered for when i got home from work at 830 but my ordet came early at 8 so by the time i got in my food was cold and wasted as my daughter also was with me at work as well she wouldnt eat hers either so gutted the full lot went in the bin

Sometimes they say there aren't some of the ingredients, so the ask you if you want to add another ingredient in it but the pizza, other than that place is amazing!

Food was stone cold, uncooked and not edible. On top of that, the delivery was 30 mins late. Never ever again!

Two Croatian guys came in on Sunday night at 23 pm, closing hour. Couple days ago we were at best pubs in Manchester (Old Wellington, Peaky Blinders...). Quality and taste food. This was above that. Great servise, affordable, superb.

Food was never delivered, but the app says it got delivered, tried calling using the number just eat has and it says number not recognised, then I found the number on Google maps and after I called and they said it's the wrong store but there details match what's on just eat, do not order from this place again, a total rip off

I tried their food with my family and they are so happy with the food. Honestly, the food was nice. However, they are very bad when you call them. I call them today more than three times to order, they talk with me then they end the call without any reasons. Really they are very bad when you call them

Been going to CC many years great food . Drove past rochdale and cheetham hill branches absolutely rammed full so went to this branch BIG Mistake place was empty and dirty , Iraqi guy on his own miserable telling us extra 40p for this extra £1 for that the food came it was rank . Microwaved dry chicken on oily rice my friends wrap she paid for cheese no cheese . No wonder it was empty avoid this ain’t chunky chicken it’s a disgrace .. upset guts followed ! AVOID THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS ! Empty for a reason 9pm on a Saturday night ! Prime time nobody in .. CC always good but this place far from it yuk ! We passed two branches rammed full and went in as it was empty ! Note to self if it’s empty there is a reason ! AVOID

Food never turned up, accepted my order almost £20. App updated to say it was on the way never come. I tried to contact the restaurant at least 6+ times and was ignored, even though it was still open. Very unhappy, also got charged service and delivery charge, waited for over an hour for nothing!

I placed an order for delivery and it took over 2 hours to arrive, 40 minutes later than expected. The food was cold and a portion of chips from the order was missing. I phoned the restaurant and got abuse on the phone and was told I would have to drive back with the food for a refund. I had to get my toddler out of bed to drive back and got more verbal abuse at the restaurant and was accused of always complaining, this was my first complaint with them. I have ordered from here a few times but due to this appalling customer service I won’t be ordering again!!!
