Wendy's in Maidstone

It was very good customer service by Fatou and she also done very good customer service and helped explained a lot cause I was new .

Service was great and staff were extremely helpful and kind especially Kelly and fatou.j

Fantastic experience. Chele was friendly and super helpful with the menu options. No complaints with the food it was fresh, hot and delicious. The activity pack kept the kids entertained too. Will definitely be back!

Edit 20/01/25: I visited Wendy's again despite my previous experience (see below) this time a gentleman called Will attended to me. He was very attentive, asked me how my day way, came out of his way to show me the automated POS. I was quickly served a coffee with a smile. This was exactly a polar experience to previous. Will, you are a credit to the company and if not for you, I may have written off Wendy's for ever. Thank you. The staff attending did not acknowledge me. There was no greeting, I was summoned to my food with my order number only. No thanks for my custom. I said goodbye and thanks on the way out - the staff member ignored me. Based on the customer service alone I will be put off choosing Wendy's again (which is surprising as being an American brand you expect at least a basic level of customer service. Awful!

Absolutely terrible experience last weekend. The place was absolutely freezing inside, as the manager said the heating had broken. So, with -4°C outside, it was about the same inside. Food was served on freezing cold metal trays (making the food cold). There was no warning about the lack of heating; we only found out upstairs. No apology, just "it's broken." If I had known, I definitely wouldn't have made my four-year-old sit in the freezing cold. Absolutely unacceptable. A cheap portable heater for £10 would of definitely made a difference, will not visit again, food was ok but obviously cold and bit overpriced.

The staffs are really nice and the environment is family friendly

First time at Wendy’s and won’t be the last. I had a double French onion burger and it was absolutely gorgeous. Also had a standard bacon cheeseburger which went down really well with the youngun- not even any mention of the lettuce or tomato being in it - just that it was amazing and wanted another!

An American burger chain in Maidstone? What next! Finally made it to Wendy's for lunch. Chicken fillet with avocado was a pleasant surprise. Chips are decent. I thought it was fairly pricey though.

food was a little cold, and delivery was couple min late, but otherwise it was enjoyable

Bacon in wrap was rock hard and really unpleasant to eat. Also the pain an chocolate was tiny, really chewy and again unpleasant to eat. potatoes were under cooked. hot chocolate was really weak. shall be going back to mcdonalds. soooo disappointed

Went to Wendy for lunch with friend, it’s always cold in restaurant but today I think it was warmer outside, it’s nice to take outer coat off when eating but it was too cold for that, the drink dispensers upstairs were not working, choices on downstairs drinks were not all working, the toilets upstairs were out of order so it left one accessible toilet downstairs working, there were people sitting upstairs eating MC Donald’s but the staff that came upstairs said nothing, not sure if I will visit again because of services, shame because burgers are probably the best in Maidstone

I came on Monday there was a manager named Fatou she helped me near the till and she got good manners and she helped me.

The frozen hot chocolate Frosty was delicious, lovely sauce and the marshmallows are lovely too

10/10 will always recommend this place. And bonus they were so kind about running out of my favourite item and made up for it! the team there are fabulous and all deserve recognition. chips (as a side) have gone up 80p Doesn't seen like a lot but it makes a difference to some so thought it was worth mentioning.

Wendy’s burgers are delicious plus you can get extra refills on drinks. The first floor is clean however the second floor is pretty disgusting- paper cups and straws everywhere.

I had to pop into one of these Wendy's American fast food chains , which were scattered across UK. The atmosphere didn't seem the worst on ground floor, food was pretty nice. However a let down was the cleanliness, some trays all around tables, paper cups on the floor too. Overall, everything was decent only if it was not very dirty here.

They are the best burger company ever in the country And There food is always fresh And their taste has never changed.Because I used to work for them in new zealand in 2007 And I used to always eat their food and it was better than all the other burger bars in the country.So please bring one nearer to me if you can.I live in margate I went to the maidstone store from ian

Just awful. Food was bland and tasteless, fatty and greasy and frankly overpriced for mass-produced burgers. I regret making the decision to go there.

Single most delicious burger I have EVER eaten (untill the next one I hope). The team at Wendies have been fantastic. they don't always get it spot on because they're human doing a grotty old job and IMO a good one too despite my chips being crud sometimes 😅 but the burgers are always 💯. Thanks Wendy's and TY just eat for getting it to me 🫰

Newly opened ,so the team or still trying gel but all of the were friendly and welcoming and very capable of producing a good product. Easy access for wheelchairs but I think the tables are all high from memory. We have had Wendy's in the States, so we were keen to try it and was not disappointed. Very clean both sides of the counter .Ordering can be done via a touch screen,but staff a willing to work the till aswell. Food was very good with plenty of flavour but take care ,very filling. Fries were clean and not oilily, Solid not limp . Overall, it's a lot better than most and we will go again.

I placed the order at 18:00 and it didn’t arrive until 19:50 after which I had tried to call the restaurant 3 times to which I had no answer I will definitely not be ordering from here again it ruined mine and my partners night off and we do not want to eat here again after this terrible first experience

Normally like Wendy's and the food was still decent but a few things. One: There was a pile of used trays upstairs stacked up which was the reason for "the lack of trays". We had to eat out of the paper bag. Two: You had to go to the counter for ketchup because the dispenser was all out. Three: Food and straws everywhere. The chips on the stairs were cleared within 15-20 mins of arrival but the place just felt a little bit unlooked-after. Would get food again but better cleanliness please.

Terrible service, staff wearing no hair nets, hair in there faces, leaning in the counter looking at there phone, drink machine had broken so no drinks, no signs to let customers know this before ordering, run out of lettuce and other burger fillings, chicked tasted like it had been sat under heat for hours. Staff need to be trained. Total let down.

Ordered four meals with frostys but had 4 iced coffees delivered. Food was average at best and fairly cold despite only being 10min drive from delivery address. Overall very disappointing and will unlikely order again

Well after the reviews we were in two kinds about going here. BUT after seeing most of them were via different delivery apps! Seen at most restaurants that the delivery companies destroy their reviews 🙈 But we had a good visit and the food was nice not one issue nice food and nice service 👍🏼

Ordered through an app, the my spicey chicked burger, baconator fries and luke warm Americano arrived quickly. This is my first and more than likely last Wendy's, the spicey burger with cooling salad, tasted nice with a little spice, but the cooling salad was an iceberg leaf that barely covered the burger. The bun was wrinkly and flat. But even worse than that was the cheesy bacon fries, or the baconator fries, I have never seen anything so stomach churning, they come in a sealed tub which had condensation dripping from the inside, the fries were limp and looked like they had been sweating. They were held together with congealed cheese and topped with scabby bacon chunks, it would not look out of place in a hospital except there was no chance of it being revived.

The food was very good, little on the pricey side but I'd definitely say it's worth it everything tasted very fresh and the burger was very juicy. The staff members here are really nice and friendly the service was also fast and efficient even when the lunch time rush came in. The restaurant is multi floor with more seating upstairs but space is limited for people with wheelchairs or pushchairs as there is no lift. Overall I'd definitely visit again as a treat for the family but it's too pricey to be a regular visit

Food arrived on time and piping hot. Tasted great, good portion sizes and very good value for what you get.

Hot salad that has turned brown. Chips stale like been left then microwaved a few times.

Food was terrible, over priced, nothing compared to Wendy's in America. The staff are not helpful what so ever. I put a complaint in with management, not expecting anything from them but they took my address with a promise of vouchers (not that I'd go back) but they didn't even send them to me 🤦🏾 In reply to your message. This was in February, I have been corresponding with Arturas Peniak who never replied after the third time.

I ordered a burger with no mayo or tomato. The chips and nuggets were nice, but the order clearly states, no mayo, no lettuce, no tomato but its been completely ignored.

Table not clean but staff are stood around talking. Stuff on the ordering system but they havent got it in stock. Drinks from the machine are flat (no fizz). Baconator fries were very messy and there was no cutlery. One of the staff were fixing the ice machine with no gloves, no PPE didnt isolate the machine so the public could still use it and left the screw driver on the side which a child could have grabbed.
