Always a long wait, even when they're not busy.

The Management, barrier off the drive way at 11:45 - 11:50pm when it clearly says that this is open until midnight! No respecting the schedule established for the public.

Staff were slow and we didn't have our food, staff were impolite and didn't offer a refund. I wouldn't recommend anyone going to this McDonald.

absolutely disappointed about the service and ignorance of the staff stood in front of the counter for 10 minutes being ignored and when I asked if anyone was supposed to be at the counter one of the staff gave me a dirty look and went back to whatever she was doing absolutely horrendous service, ignorant staff worth the extra half mile walk to the Mcdonalds in the high Street that is miles better and has friendly staff.

Gone massively down hill. They charge for sauce now. Massive delays on food even when they aren't busy. McDonald's needs to come do a review and sort this restaurant out. All the McDonald's in Maidstone are terrible. The franchisee should lose his franchise McDonald's needs to desperately step in here.

3 times in the past 2 months I’ve been here, right around the corner from me. They’ve forgotten a cheeseburger, then 2 hash browns off of a breakfast order, then today nearly left out a Big Mac and got home and my chicken selects have been swapped for nuggets. If you order from here, please check your bags before leaving as they seem to be totally incompetent.

Popped in to this restaurant to get a quick bite to eat waited 40 minutes for food and and staff was just standing around looking lost Big Mac stacked up waiting to go out and very rude staff and when I asked for source I was ignored and they walked away leaving me standing there for 10 minutes so meal was cold and ice cream was melting and the burger looked like as ikea pack bulid your own never eating there again

Doesn't deserve even 1 star,slow,obnoxious staff that move at glacial speed. Avoid at all costs unless you really like standing around waiting for ages.

Wrong order when trying to collect at Drive Through. Very Rude staff (Manager?) Zero customer service skills it was their cock up with the order. Useless team! Try staff training occasionally.

Abysmal service, waited 3 hours for food right after the minecraft movie and was craving some scrumptious Minecraft movie food, it had turned to ice by the time I received it, I cried my heart out 👎👎.

20 minute wait for one McBreakfast, which when it came had a misshapen and burnt muffin. As well as slow, service was grumpy, customers ignored. This is not fast-food.

Items missing and when reply to emails comes back as undelivered so now took out £8 out my pocket for something didn’t receive

Really poor service, rude staff will never visit this McDonald's again. Never known anything like it and then when we got home the food was cold. Don't waste your money going to this branch. Other stores are far superior. Doesn't even deserve 1 star!

the driver claimed the post code took him to the other block of flats i have used the app many times and all the other drivers have not seemed to have gone to the wrong address first

How can McDonald’s actually miss the main meals, kids meals?! Actually, the only order was kids meals only we ended up with a few burgers and 4 drinks !!

Food arrived completely cold and after 1,5 hours since ordering

freezing cold food, had to have been left on site for at least 30 minutes.

Food arrived over 2 yes 2 hours late and we had to heat it up because it was stone cold.

But no toy with the Big Mac meal

Drive though order wrong again! I checked what was in the bag but then drove away and my son checked his 2 plain hamburgers to find only one was plain and they had then made a completely different burger plain! How hard is it to get an order right

once again the food was freezing cold I ordered a large fries only got a small amount I ordered extra pickles got no pickles and I was supposed to get a collectible item and also hasn't arrived it's getting ridiculous this

Staff are rude and unable to read a two digit number correctly - this should be a massive concern for mcdonalds as their entire order system is based on numbers

I don’t know what has happened to this McDonald’s … long waits, very lazy, slow staff. No customer service at all. Restaurant was empty and waited 15 mins for food and when delivered the staff stood chatting at the top of the stairs holding my tray just casually chatting !!!! Had to go and collect it myself. Terrible McDonald’s !!!!

Waited over 45 minutes for bay order, went in, staff completely disorganised, met other customers with same issue of order going amiss, managed to get a cash refund as after another 5 minutes my order was found cold in a bag. I've seen other branches more organised, totally disappointed by this branch.

Worst McDonald’s. Took half an hour to get through the drive through and have breakfast, wasn’t even that busy.

Gone are the days where you can sit and have a pleasant meal at a McDonalds. Barely any seats on floor level so you have to sit upstairs amongst the screaming kids running and stomping around the play pen, as well as around the store itself. The idiot useless parents just sit there watching it happen and do nothing as the building shakes. Also, good luck getting anything made to quality here. No onions on my Big Mac, sprite warm, no salt left for the fries. If you want to complain you have to brave the queue of local morons and uber drivers. This place is an asylum. Imagine One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest but with more Jobseeker’s Allowance added. Yuck.

Waited an hour for freezing cold food to come !! Then they want proof thats its cold how on earth do u do that!! Maybe give us fresh food on time… they kept moving the time it was coming too on the app very unprofessional

Driver spilt all our drinks so we didn’t have any and the chips portions were small in a large box

I'm not going to lie, I had a nightmare experience today. So I used the App for the first time to pre order the food and just get to the window and pay. All was going well until I was asked to park up (like I always am) and they would bring the food out 25 minutes later I still didn't have any food. Fuming, I walked up to the window to complain, it sounded like someone had lost my order somehow. Eventually I got my food, but instead of a drive thought I had to take it from the drive through window myself. Simply, McDonalds have lost sight of quality service. They are trying to do so many different services, they can't do them properly. Go back to basics McDonalds, stick to serving people at a drive through window or at the desk. Ditch the app, it's pointless.

I've got to say I have no clue what goes on with this McDonald's in their delivery drivers whenever I order from Liz McDonald all the food comes freezing cold drinks are always half full and it is always late even though it says it's been delivered it's always late

Food was stone cold and ropey where it was cold inedible ended up in the bin. The one time they miss things out of your order it all turns up cold

Placed an order which was due to arrive between 1:10 to 1:30. Courier left the McDonald’s and was due to get to me for 1:19 which it is approximately a 5-10 minute drive with bad traffic. The driver proceeded to go the other direction and the delivery got delayed to 1:40. When I received my food it was so cold that I couldn’t eat it anyway and the “large” chips that I received weren’t even full up

The delivery time changed 4 times!! Food is cold and had missing items!! Not impressed

It is what it is mediocre food,belligerent staff,kids with there feet up on the chairs and tables but the T is good

Waited hour and a half in the drive-through poor service. Maybe the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

Utterly chaotic. Went to the drive through and was told to wait in the car park. 20 minutes later some lukewarm food was handed through the car window without any dips or sauces.

once again Hart Street McDonald's strike again! missed the kids meal off our order completely. We try to avoid ordering from Hart Street McDonald's Maidstone as they ALWAYS without fail miss an item or items off the order.

Useless, ordered £22 worth of items and only received my drink and ice creams! How hard is it to collect all the items 😂. Thankfully I spoke to someone online and she was lovely and sorted it out for me.

Staff seem nice enough. Can't abide McDonalds myself but my kids love it. Never had to not park up at the drive thru even if it's just for a single Happy Meal.

Our food never arrived, despite saying delivered, which was only update around 8 pm. This service is getting worse and worse, please make sure I get a full refund and compensation and my kids were left hungry and disappointed.
