Subway in Amber Valley

Asked for toasted and it wasnt toasted. Sub is horrible

Order arrived 1h late and cold

Cannot fault the delivery. But the food was atrocious. We had no sauce on our salads which we asked for, we ordered nachos which came with no cheese or jalapeños which was really dry and the foot long wraps are not foot long. I wouldn’t mind if the food wasn’t so expensive . There was absolutely no effort in preparing this food

the food arrived it was all freezing cold and the delivery was over 30 minutes late. not happy won't be ordering again

The coke, the cookie and the crisps were missing from my order please reimburse for these items.

Bread was very stale and wasn’t very nice

Order came completely wrong instead of giving us a call and actually letting us know that the order would not be right they decided to just do whatever they felt like upon ringing the subway they didn’t answer and it seems like they just don’t care

They forgot the Footlong pepperoni and cheese dipper and a chocolate chunk cookie. The salad was lovely but way way way too much red onion. Disappointed.

Everytime I've ordered here online it's been wrong, started going into the shop instead, they leave customers waiting for about 30 minutes and they all act like they'd rather be inside the oven dying instead of doing their job, customer service is dire.

Items missing and very poor quality of meat

Food was incorrect, freezing cold and told if I wanted it corrected I HAD to go pick it up, LOL!

Very disappointed with the salad to be honest . Not as good as was in the past - half a box full and missing cucumber and crispy onions which is clearly written on the receipt . Sauces missing for both fries and wrap.

stale. cold, the toasties had literally hardly anything in them, was mainly bread, everything was stale and cold , this is usually my favourite place, but guess I'll change it now

Ordered a single sandwich a side and an extra through the ubereats app. £20+ for 1 sandwich but ok fine. When it arrives, it's the wrong sandwich the wrong side and no extra. Driver claims ignorance. Call the store, hung up on me. Tried calling back declined call. Tried calling again declined call. Absolutely abysmal service, never again will I order from here and if youre reading this neither should you.

Ordered a meal deal and didn’t send me my meal deal…. Just the 6 inch sub. How? It was clearly printed on the receipt I asked for a meal deal and paid for it too, then also don’t pick up the phone.

Shocking service, not even looked at by the staff. Took ages to make a simple ham salad with sad portions. They rationing?? Will not be going again. Little lass that works in there needs getting rid of. To shy and rude.

It's actually a crime that they have a 4 star rating on google currently, the place was once great but has fallen so low. If you do an online order while using your reward card money, they never deliver cancelling the order and nullifying the money you accumulated. Most importantly, you never get your damn food, I'm just sat here once again, delivery estimate going up by 5 mins, by 5 mins, by 5 mins, absolutely starving and the food isn't ever coming. No way to cancel, and no way to contact them, seems like they unplugged their phone now, not that they ever answered it when it was plugged in, just rang out. Should just get shut down again because they're absolutely useless and get the orders wrong half the time when you do get what you ordered, don't know why I'm even bothering.

The time wasn't the problem. The problems were 1. My order was left out in the rain, the driver rand my ring doorbell then ran out of the garden. 2. He left my garden gate open! All this after I tipped the driver. Very annoyed 😠

delivery driver was rude, told me multiple times to go out onto my street to collect food even though I had already told him I was on my street hut he wasn't there. he eventually turned up and spoke to me rudely and basically chucked the food bag at me.

Used the app to make an order. App told me order was ready to pick up. Got there no order was ready. Had to wait as staff said they were too busy to do my pick up order. 1 person in front of me. Previously I was in the bar directly opposite and no customers went in. Really rude staff.

Giving one star is being kind for this restaurant. Decided to order me and hubby food from subway Alfreton and I ordered 2 footling meal deals costing £33+ altogether and it told me on app what was included in my hubby’s footling as he had the new chipotle cheese steak and I had my usual classic BMT. On my order it gave me choice of toasted and I ticked yes and I just persumed hubbys was toasted anyway. Order didn’t take long to come and I k ow why now. Took boxes out of bag and they felt cold and heavy and upon opening they hadn’t been toasted at all. They were hard and stone cold and I mean fridge cold not room temp cold. The bread looked and tasted stale as well. I couldn’t eat it as it was so cold and hard so thought I would ring the shop up so found number online and rang to find that the number was unrecognisable and I could not get through to complain about it. If I could have I would have taken them back up to shop and got money back but if o could have done that I wouldn’t have to sit at home and order online. My hubby had cheese bites as well and they were cold also. I ended up having to warm it up in my air fryer for a couple of minutes resulting in the bread burning so I’ve wasted all that money for what? Worst subway I have ever been to and we’ve used many subways in past. Disgusting how you can’t even get through to them either to rectify the problem. Why would you not toast it before sending it out. We’ve had from other subways delivered and came hot and toasted with melted cheese. Terrible food

I order regularly from here. Never usually disappointed. But tonight’s order took 1hour 25minutes. The cheesy garlic bread had a terrible stale smell, both subs I ordered were barely warm, couldn’t even tell if they had been toasted or not! Has put me off!

Keeps doing one sandwich as “no cheese” when this was never opted for!

My favourite sub to order is a BMT - salami pepperoni and ham, yummy. Staff are polite and are helpful with menu. My favourite Subway to come to always do the best!

I come here alot tbh and never thought to leave a reveiw until today after seeing the new lady there doing a order for uber eats, she carefully decorated It nicely with the food , taking alot of care to make it look perfect, I really noticed her which is lovely see , the man there is amazing to, very polite and lovely staff, make the sandwiches to a perfect standard

Ordered extra cheese in 6 inch sub and there was no cheese. Non in the foot long either and this is not the first time thats happened Asked for seasoning on wedges and there was non.

other than the bread being a bit hard/stale in places it was still really nice and neatly made, also listened to Instuctions

Absolutely brilliant..I love this place I order once or twice a day..food is always good very tasty and wen delivered he or she always have a smile on there face n always says something nice..

Delivery took one and a half hours, wrong crisps included, ice cream had melted and had to be thrown away.

One very polite member of staff the rest appear to he completely indifferent. Nobody knows the menu and ordering feels like an ordeal. Won't go again.

Food was delicious, only thing I would of have liked/ preferred would’ve been having cutlery with the salad and the meat in the salad cut, as it’s quite a pain to eat the meat whole, but other than that it was spot on! Thankyou!

Delivered potato chips instead of hash browns

Alright,this Subway is AMAZING! The food took only 5 minutes to make!The staff were very kind and also gave us a free cookie!I highly recommend,my little girl loved it defiantly go! (And its very cheap!) Only spent £7 ona footlong and a bag of crisps!The staff was so kind they showed me the app for Subway! And I got a free sandwich for my little girl!

I'm absolutely disgusted last two times have been bad but this time it takes a Mick! These meals are NOT cheap and go get it delivered and hand on heart I could have broke a window with how hard my sandwich was, the bread was that stale, veg had a twang! I worked in subway for 2 years and this was not fresh bread this bread has been left out AWHILE completely inedible!! Waiting for just eat to give a refund...

Went to alfreton subway for a quick bite to eat after a day out and the service was shocking. We were waiting around 20 minutes before we were served but there was only one person in front of us and they were paying. Couldn’t understand what the server was saying and it took around 10 minutes to make two basic sandwiches without salad or sauce. Absolutely rubbish

I ordered this at 11:48 and didn’t arrive until 13:44, I needed to be somewhere very soon and if nearly made me late for where I needed to be. I will not be ordering from this subway and I’ll be going back to my original place.

Had problems with them. Called me asking me to cancel the order. Once the food arrived. It was very dry and wasn't worth the wait at all. Worst thing I've had to eat in years. Not recommended

Ordered 2 subs with various filling but paid for both with cheese and neither came with cheese. Meal deal missing cookie and crisps. Plus a separate bottle of Pepsi is missing. Tried to ring the restaurant but no one answered. I’ve applied for the missing items to be refunded. I reply yet.

This was possibly the most disappointing fast food purchase I have ever made. For some inexplicable reason, instead of sweet onion sauce, all of the sandwiches instead had sweet corn added, and one had the wrong filling entirely. The cookies were good but for £30 you should expect better than 3 bone dry sandwiches and some cookies.

Nice food made a good change to fried food

Delivery took 90 mins but I will forgive due to snow. Cheese bites freezing. Nacho chicken missing. Extra cookie recieved instead. Cob was ok at least.

Friendly staff, perfect sandwich, Will call again! We were served by Amy and she made 2 footlong sandwiches that she filled perfectly One was vegan and she correctly changed her gloves as the other was chicken, tasted as good as they looked! The place was spotless and lovely and warm.

The staff was completely untrained and spoke bad English and messed up my order and charged me seperate for my drink aswell as a meal deal along side this the sandwich was not what I ordered this was at around 2pm yesterday also I saw her pick up somthing off the floor and carry on making the sandwich I will not be coming back again
