This was the best McDonalds we have been in for a long time.😋

It's a typical McDonald's don't have a delivery though always cold

Very slow service over 12 minutes waiting, then the hash brown was cold

The worst take away i have ever received, not once but multiple times. Foods always freezing. Things missing. Don't waste your time. I am literally sick of wasting my money.

Never had a bad experince here the staff are always friendly and polite the foods always tasty likeing the new chicken piecies they seem to always have a problem with the toilets they have had a refurbishment it looks very clean modern light and bright looks really nice

The staff are extremely unprofessional and you can hear them messing around in the kitchen whilst you are waiting over 20 minutes for your food, once i collected my food another staff member came up to the lady who was serving me and kicked her in the back of the leg whilst laughing. I’m all for having fun at work but when the customers can hear you being silly and rowdy it’s very off putting

Went in the other day, the sassy little manager was very anti feminist and I saw him be so mean to the young girls working. Also ordered a quarter pounder and i think it gave my little girl cancer. Thanks a lot Somercotes mcdonald’s I only only gave you 2 stars because Im a people pleaser.. Chemo is going well if you’re wondering.

Order came with an item missing again. It’s not the first time this has happened from here. It’s pot luck whether you get exactly what you ordered.

Stop here regularly on the way back from Birmingham. Even when it is busy the food is hot and the service is good. Staff polite and chatty. Food is just Macdonalds stuff. Coffee is ace as always!

Ordered from here today with just eat to recieve the wrong order and it was stale absolute joke for £20 phoned the store to be told it was just eats fault although it was there gormless staff that had packed it and the so called manager sounded like he had just left nursery what a shambles would be 0 stars if I could good for mcdonald's splashing out on a refurb how about getting staff that know how to run it! .

Waited 25 minutes for a bacon roll meal. It has gone downhill massively since the introduction of just eat, / uber eats etc which shows they are not putting their direct customers first. Really not good enough

Says it’s 24hr but can’t order on Uber eats at midnight what’s the point how many people are really going through the effort to go to the drive through

It was a quick dive into the drive-through after being let down by the usual one near the East Midlands Outlet and out without any problems. Thank goodness!

Hot fresh food....most importantly...correct order received....carefully delivered and handled

Unless you eat in your food is always cold, I don't get it, Chinese from the next village takes longer to get to me and is red hot all the time, this is ten minutes from my house and it's always freezing.

Waited over an hour for them to make readymade food and deliver half the items was missing and freezing cold when it did arrive. Tried to call and nobody answers phone. A visit to see manager in morning. Absolutely shocking service

Food never arrived. Sat waiting for 2 hours. Marked as delivered by driver who never turned up. I’m sure they’re in a lay-by somewhere enjoying the burgers I paid for. Absolutely disgusted.

Couldn't follow sat-nav and when to a totally different place. It took him about 8 mins to find my address, food is cold yet again. Fries in bin ... Enough said. I think it's time I stopped using Mcdonalds as there delivery drivers can't follow directions to deliver your food and customer service, well don't get me started..

The food was tasty and hot but I did find a long dark hair in my burger.. Yuk!

food sticket for additional onions states it was made at 15:18pm, food arrived at 4pm. so I assume sat waiting for 40 mins and arrived stone cold

FOOD- Okay....Got the " Big Tastey", was it big? YES. Was it tasty? NO. Got a bonus long black hair in mine. . SERVICE- 6 people in the restaurant...Waited 14 minutes for a Burger....Say less . ATMOSPHERE- Music too loud, lots of chairs, nice n bright . Got home n felt sick In the stomach may I add due to food poisoning

the delivery isn't a massive issue as I know they r busy but every time for the past 4 times we have ordered from here they forget something last time was a hole meal and this time was all the sauces that we have to pay for chips and staws and was cold all the way cold not warm ish just pure cold and you know it's bad when even the kids won't eat it.

The service and speed here has gone downhill so much it’s not worth going anymore. At 10pm it took 26 minutes from pulling up to order and leaving with food. Despite the first window taking payment just fine (and confirming the items), the final window lost the order completely. Thankfully the food tasted fine, once I’d got them to correct the missing items when it eventually came out of the window. It would be great if the management hired enough staff to handle what is clearly an abundance of Uber Eat etc orders AND handle the customers who come in person.

Walked into a smoke filled McDonald's. Extractor fan being fixed while serving. Dust going all over the cooking equipment 🤢. Really poor slow service, kids running the place no idea or people skills. New shop fitting equals less seating.Kept getting peoples orders wrong, not just once, twice, but three times. Also this includes all McDonald's. The MC delivery is getting high priority what's wrong when your a paying customer in the restaurant waiting for too long for food.

It arrived cold and inedible after over an hours wait. Very disappointed

I had to wait over an hour for my delivery. Apparently according the driver they didn't even see the order on the screen at their end and deemed it a "technical issue". No fault to the driver of course. When it did arrive the presentation of the burgers was as if someone just slammed it together and shoved it in the box. I get it's fast food, but when it looks like it's been thrown against a wall or overly saturated in sauce (the McRib, which btw, highly overrated) it's just not right. Ever since this place had its refurbishment its gone down hill massively. Again I know it's fast food, and not fine dining, but there are standards for McDonalds and this place is falling incredibly short of them.

The drinks was not in my order

Food was stone cold, driver went to multiple locations before delivering the food and didn't even have a bag to keep it warm.

Received half my order! Only received the drinks of my order as well as another persons drinks from their order! My children have now missed out on their treat

30 minutes late, got a latte with the time 9.43am instead of 2 cokes, no brownie & all the food is absolutely freezing!

It's OK but absolutely impossible to get any kind of sauce out of the staff when going through the drive thru. We always ask for ketchup and I have to say the majority of time it's never in the bag.

Was made to wait in the car park for food for nearly 15 minutes when the food arrived there was a Cheesy McCrispy missing so had to wait another 5 minutes for them to get this - the fries were cold and chewy and when we opened the the Cheesy McCrispy there was no cheese on it - this place is a joke they get the order wrong 50% of the time, I will start using the Sutton-in-Ashfield branch.

Driver went to 3 places before here they always go to the wrong street :/ food gets cold because of this , drinks were also all over the place over the bad and food boxes food arrived cold but edible

It's McDonald's, so you know what you're going to get. Staff are attentive.

I ordered 2 coffees today 2 boxes of chicken and fries one cold coffee one box of chicken they gave and expensive cheese I notified the joint and showed the bill and she didn't really understand what was being said to her after a few minutes she brought the chicken angrily but not the coffee and didn't apologize horrible people working there

We had to wait nearly 1 hr for our order and when it arrived it was freezing cold and we only received 17 chicken nuggets instead of 20

30 mins later than originally suggested. Food was only just warm when arrived. Slightly disappointing.

came in for lunch last week and was served by a very very lovely young lady called savannah. she gave me the biggest smile and 10/10 service and it was the first time in a good while that a mcdonald’s worker has shown me good customer service.

The usual long wait might be bearable if the heating was on. Despite the snow, it's warmer outside!!

my burger and my bun were burnt and bacon was still chewy. there were some items that were missing. and the smoothie was hardly half filled. would appreciate it if u got some slight refund. won't be ordering from here again.
