Cobham Service Station M25 in Elmbridge

Visit frequently, altogether made 3 complaints about food missing from orders which I didn’t think was too bad considering the amount we go, to which I was told by the manager that I complain too much and she doesn’t want me complaining anymore. Rochelle needs customer service training, when questioned about my complaints she simply repeated herself instead of answering questions, she was rude and humiliating in front of other customers. I was told missing food is my issue not theirs. I work hospitality and if I spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me I’d be out of a job.

Stopped off on route through. Big selection of food places, shops and loads of seating Good chance to stretch legs and clean toilets Expensive though

Stopped here on my way to Guildford, it was clean and the safety measures put in place are good. Most people, if not all I saw wore their masks and seemed to be following arrows and instructions.

Poor social distancing Poor mask wearingIn the toilets the water for hand washing was cold despite the tap setting turned to high Drying of hands with cold air was not good I’m not sure how Cobham services think people will wash their hands for 20 seconds in these circumstances - staff and visitors!

Stopped to grab coffee and a cake and what a mistake spending money at Leon.... Disgusting watery coffee and a cake that I can only describe as small even for a toddler! Absolute rip off and will never spend another penny there

I popped in here to grab a few bits from M&S and also a Frappuccino from Starbucks. Everyone was wearing masks and there was a one way system in operation, so that was good to see. It was quite busy inside and at the Starbucks and I was shocked at how much pricier my small drink was - £4.10! What an absolute rip off. The lady serving me told me it’s because prices are far steeper at a motorway service station. Starbucks is overpriced as it is, so I shan’t ever come back here.

Three of us stopped on a busy morning, but they coped well. Clean and ample toilet facilities,and good social distancing kept. We had tea and snacks at Starbucks, high prices but good quality and service.

Busiest services I have ever seen! Visited on a Friday morning and it was crazy busy, a true services nightmare. Queues for McDonalds were all over the place so we chose Greggs but still queued for 10 mins. Not enough space for social distancing. Lots of choice of food, overwhelmed by how many different food outlets there were.

Ample and easy parking makes this a useful M25 stop off. Toilets were clean,staff on hand to make sure people went in the right directions. Good choice of food and shopping,waiting times for me were not long.

Came for a coffee and ended up having a McDonalds’s. Was impressed by the social distancing inside to use the various take away outlets inside and access to toilets also very good.There is one problem - as people are eating outside there are a number of tables outside and in the time we were sat down not one of them were cleaned. Not only is this risky for the pandemic but general hygiene. Putting a member of staff outside cleaning tables would turn my review from average to excellent and would be worth the investment especially at this time when hygiene is essential.

These services are very good. Clean, free parking, and good quality toilets. The services are just off the M25 Motorway, there is plenty of parking for cars and lorries a like. Plenty of different shops and services.In certain periods, it can get busy.(This is not a restaurant, but a Motorway Services. There a few restaurants inside.)

A big thankyou to the staff at the MOTO services at the Cobham services on the M25.I work for a company that is massively busy supporting the NHS during the Corona virus. I was travelling on the M25 on Friday 27th March 2020 and was asked to deal with a problem at Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton. To deal with the job promptly, I needed a desk to set up my laptop. I called in at the next services which was MOTO and went to the main reception and loosely explained my requirements and asked one of the staff for the use of a desk. I was quickly ushered to a manager’s office and dealt with the problem in about 20 minutes. Embarrassingly, I didn’t even buy a drink. So, to all the staff at MOTO Cobham, thankyou for your understanding a support, you have no idea how many people you have helped by your kindness.Thanks again.

we bought a takeaway pie at the services and it was not very hot so we looked for the microwave that is usally there to reheat food but could not find one, when we asked the staff where it was they said someone broke it and it has never been replaced

Best food choices, always clean and plenty of parking. The Nandos is great and we always get Katsu curry at Chozen Noodle. Was a little disappointed in the Pizza Express but lots of other choices. Can't wait for the new Leon to open! For a mini M&S they have a good selection too.

Really surprised what they have on offer at this services. Even has a full blown Nandos and Pizza Express restaurant. Also has the usual McDonald's, KFC, Starbucks etc. Impressed.

Coped well on a busy Saturday morning. Clean toilets,olentiful parking,and a great choice of food outlets,

Coffee is good. Expensive though. They then hit you with 5p for a paper cup. £1 bottle of water if you buy a hot drink. They then charge you £2.15 for a bottle of water , which is on display- that is not the bottle that is £1!!!!! How many get stung by that one?W

Customers being treated as a number is bad enough (no welcome, no hello, no 'Enjoy your meal', just calling out your number and shoving your food across the counter), but if the food was put together sloppily, it takes a lot more enjoyment out of the experience.I tried the new vegan burger ('0 % chicken') - which in itself is good, at least the Quorn patty, which has been given the authentic KFC treatment with 11 spices and herbs, is good - very good, even, it's really tasty, and has a good consistency. But ... mine had been in the fryer a little too long, I suspect, it was just a little on the dark side. And even worse, the rest of the burger was poor. A very dry bun had been decorated with a pathetic little bit of lettuce and very little mayo. Very disappointing. Add to that the fact that it looked like it had been slapped together by someone who really didn't care, with the patty sticking out of the bun for about 30%, and about half of the lettuce outside the bun rather than inside it, and it couldn't have been a bigger contrast with the promotional photos.This KFC could do with some more motivated employees.

Asked for 2 machiatos in glasses. Paid over £6.00. Long wait. Whenthey arrived they were in cardboard cups. Asked if I could have them in glasses,told they had run out. Askedif I could have cups. *Very* disgruntled server dumped them in front of me. Coffee ok but not as good as Costa. Won't be comingback in a hurry.

I have been here at least 6 times in the past 3 years and it has always been very busy. It has all of the usual shops and eating places at the usual inflated prices for most of them. I buy from Greggs which has the best prices and the longest queues. Short term parking is free. The gents toilets could have been tidier but it was busy. If you need a comfort break and a drink/snack these service’s are as good as any.

We stopped off here on the way to Gatwick and were very impressed with the vastness of this area. There are so many places to eat and drink and we felt that it did the job for us. The place was extremly busy as you would imagine and the amount of lorries parked up surprised us. Anyway the car park is hugh and they have ample parking for disabled just outside the main doors. We actually saw a group of four lads park in these bays and start heading off into the building. The security gaurd soon called the driver back and made him move to a general parking space and not a disabled. Food here is very good and we had no problem's in the food court area. There was staff milling around trying to clean up as tables had been left very messy. Toilet area was clean and tidy so overall no real complaints and would certainly use this service station again.

Called here for a quick light lunch stop. A lot of parking available and really good selection of mainly fast food outlets Very good food from Greggs once more ,festive sandwiches, brownie and 2 flat whites

We stop every year on the way to Gatwick, parking was actually easy, toilets were clean. The wife partaked in a greggs and I had a pasty from the west country pasty company. Went in Starbucks before leaving and picked up our Christmas drinks for the final part of our journey

We stopped here en route for a quick coffee. There were 4 members of staff standing idly gossiping watching us approach, so we had prompt service (without a smile).

Used this services quite a number of times. It is always busy and parking can be bad. As can actually following the signs.Inside the toilets are pretty good. Good choice of usual and some different purveyors of food plus a WHSmith. Food Court is usually busy and can make finding a seat bad. Try the Chinese, found that was the best. I'd have marked it higher if the parking was better

I personally like these services compared to others as it has everything that you could want on your journey break. The only thing that lets it down are the toilets and although they have improved they need attention and better cleaning.

This services has it all. From a Nando’s restaurant and a decent selection of other places to eat. It’s clean and one of the larger ones. Over the years it seems to be getting bigger and bigger. I would much rather stop of here and drive that little longer before stopping.

Nice, airy services with a few big name fast food chains. Large seating area in the centre. Looked quite clean. McDonald's very busy! Gents toilets filthy cubicles, absolute dirty animals that leave them in that state. Other than that very good.

7.30 on Friday night, fancied a Pizza, went into PizzaXpress, very quiet only three couple eating despite Services being busy, should have spotted that!. GreetEd grumpily by waiter and shown to a table, menus were produced quite quickly, a number of staff wandering around the restuarant but we were not asked if we would like a drink whilst making our choices. OVERPRICED. Sat there for about 15 minutes , no action from staff, we got up and left. Nobody noticed, makes you feel wanted. Went to Harry Ramsden order food served freshly cooked with about seven minutes.

Used these when we stayed at the hotel next to it. We had breakfast twice and coffee and an evening meal. Plenty of choice of places to eat and drink.

Been in this place dozens of times. Its always busy! There is so much choice to eat you can have something different every time.

This service station is easy to navigate, with plenty of places to park. There are lots of eateries and clean toilets to freshen up in.

Fairly new and just off the M25. Plenty of parking and plenty of choice from McDonald's, KFC through to Nandos and Pizza Express. The road system is a bit confusing, however when you get there the whole family will find something they like.

I truly regret turning into this service station.

Ordered 2 soya lattes and due to the noise of the packed place, we had to shout over the din. A bit like a factory. Lots of people behind the counter but service a tad slow but lovely coffee nonetheless.

Driving around the M25 i didn't really want to stop at Cobham Services (after a bad visit 3 years ago), but needed the toilet.

Visited on the way back from Heathrow. Still quite new,and has overall better choices and better quality than the others.

Manically busy at all times and far too small for all the people who visit but it is a good send when you are on your way home from a day out or on your way to the airport.

Wow. What a disabled toilet! Clean and spacious. There's even a hoist for the most seriously disabled. I've only been in a wheelchair nine months but this easily eclipses any facility I have yet seen.

Wide choice of food around food court including the normal stuff, healthy eating options and various exotic outlets.

stayed for one night must say its one of the best services i have been to the hotel was ok not the most comfy of pillows but ok what was good was the places to eat loads of food places spoilt for choice very busy place never go hungry here

Wow nice variety of shops and eateries.

Never thought I’d be rating a motorway service area as as anything but poor, but Cobham ticks most of the boxes. It helps of course that it’s only recently been built, but given the volume of visitors it gets, it’s wearing remarkably well. The central food and shopping hub provides plenty of options and there seemed to be about the right amount of seating. The car park is huge, again it seemed to be coping with the traffic volume. Only one small issue and this is probably unavoidable, but it took quite a long time to get from the motorway to the car park. Down to traffic volumes I suppose, but it’s certainly slower than many other service areas that are right on the side of the road. Otherwise, no complaints.

Good services for quick stop to grab snack and use amenities. Good size car park easy entrance and exit

We stopped here early in the morning and it was packed!

The staff could be friendlier, but overall the service station was satisfactory. The toilets were clean and tidy and the choice of eateries is very good. Parking was easy, and we didn't find any problems with the signage.

We stopped here en route to Devon from Kent, this place gets busy however we were lucky with getting a parent and child space at front.

Always find this place cold feeling with nobody happy or smiling. Seems like nobody wants to be there

This could be a great service station. Loads of choice of food made quickly but the whole place was just dirty. The toilets were disgusting it was unreal. Car park is busy and a bit chaotic. A good clean and this would be the best service station in the country.

Having stopped at many service stations up and down the country, often left feeling slightly sullied by the experience, Cobham might have been as manic as a summer music festival and with a slightly confusing road layout, but it has a to offer. Options for people wanting to eat their own lunch and just have a break, but also with a wide choice of eateries, many with decent value meal deals. Perhaps a little consolation from the hell of the motorway it serves.

For Vegan and vegetarian food. The shell garage has nothing for vegans. Not a sandwich or wrap or vegan croissant nada. Come on Shell, it's the 21st century, get with it

I think it’s great here, lovely lake out the back with seating, and a good selection of places to get lunch from for around £6, making it great value compared to some other service stations like C/lane for example

Stopped off with friends for a coffee break on route to Greenwich.Usual choice of overpriced food and drink. Very busy. Went for Greggs as best value.

Now service stations aren’t exactly the hub of excellence but to those regular visitors to such establishments, they definitely vary in size and quality.

Large choice of eating places including McDonalds, Pizza Express, Greggs, Harry Ramsden's, a noodle bar and Starbucks among others. Great to see a 'Tossed' salads outlet offering healthy options of salads, goodness bowls, fresh fruit, smoothies etc. It was interesting to see that the fast food outlets had long queues whereas few people were eating at Tossed. A sad indication of people's eating habits today. All the better for us though as it meant we didn't have to queue! Ordering was easy using computer consoles.

One of the best, if not the very best, service areas to visit on your journey - well planned for shopping, parking and accommodation at the Ramada Days Inn Hotel.

The rest of the offerings at Cobham Services were as mediocre as you would expect, but the Pizza Express was great!

The best thing that can be said is that I dropped in for a cup of coffee and to use the loo, and achieved both these things. But there isn’t a proper Costa (I don’t use Starbucks on principle) only a Costa machine in Harry Ramsdens. Some of the wide variety of eateries on offer where you can go inside may be a bit quieter, but the ambience in main central area is appallingly! The architectural design of the building is not that different from many modern service areas, but acoustically it is highly deficient. The noise level, both the ‘musac’ and just the ordinary conversations of ordinary people (and it wasn’t very crowded) made drinking my coffee quite an unpleasant experience, and I left as soon as I’d finished without visiting any of the shops.

There are quite a number of food outlets in this service station whether you want burgers, fish and chips, salads (a good healthy alternative) or just a coffee so you are OK for food choices. However, the toilet facilities could be better. Thw wash hand basins are not very clean and they are extremely crowded when the service station is busy.

We have just visited here as a family with 2 young children. At first glance impressed with the food choices, unfortunately the childs play area is well hidden and we didn't see it until we where on the way out.

With plenty of food choice, massive parking with decent-sized bays, and an impressive outdoor dining area out the back, these services could be really good.

Unfortunately have to stop here frequently on a long journey. The toilets are consistently filthy. Even the wash hand basins are filthy.

We stopped here for coffee and fruit toast from the Starbucks in these services and found everything to be ....... just like any other Starbucks but with inflated prices. Served by a friendly staff member who got everything right and it was so busy but the drinks and food was quickly sorted and there were tables to be had as well

Was dying to taste the new chicken burger bacon thing , so I ordered it with chips , got it opened the bag took a chip out expecting it to be hot it was Luke warm and flaccid opened up the burger box it was cold and claggie tasting and made me feel like vomiting after all the years of eating KFC after last night it has left me with the association of feeling sick , just like Mc D’s

Quick visit on the way home. Had a drink from Macdonalds but there is a good range of quick food outlets. Toilets well kept and clean.

We use the M25 a lot and used to look at Cobham's development longingly as we drove past the building site. It has not disappointed.

Called here for a refreshment stop. Seems to be similar to Beaconsfield but a bit smaller inside .A lot of parking available and reasonable selection of mainly fast food outlets Very good food from Greggs-ham and egg sub rolls and 2 flat whites

Normally only go in for a coffee, nothing special but always served immediately and staff polite. There are many food outlets here as well as a WHS, however if you purchase a meal deal from M and S expect to pay a pound or so extra. Outside area needs more attention as each time i have sat outside the tables although sometimes cleared have not been cleaned.

we stop at this services regularly but in the last month it seems that harry ramsden has taken to have reserved tables just for them, this seems like first & second class. mcdonalds or kfc have to find seats elsewhere if there are any. it seem silly especially on bank holidays seats are at a premium .

I'd give it a good, Average wouldn't do it justice for the food.

Visited KFC in the services. The customer service was an absolute joke. No manners from the staff whatsoever. The food was only lukewarm and very overpriced!!

Yes these are generally good here but again the toilets need to improve and be cleaned more often which is the only thing that lets this services down

Tried to stop here about 8pm on a weekday - almost impossible. Very limited parking for cars as a greater part of car parking had been given over to commercial vehicles. Unable to stop so had to continue journey - not very safe without a rest. Can't comment on facilities as I was unable to use them. Must find somewhere else to stop in future.

This feels more modern than many other service areas. There are plenty of fast food places and a budget hotel on site. There’s not much choice on the M25 but this is a better place to stop than most others. The petrol price is extortionate. Make sure you don’t need any.

Been here a few times in the past and it provides a wide range for lunches/break and provides everything you would expect from a service station!

This is one of the best service stations I've stopped at for food. There was possibly too much choice!! I had a salad box (I can't remember the kiosks name), it was very good and very tasty and the way that you order and select what is in your salad box is great.

Lots to choose from. Tables cleared and cleaned quickly. Nice Nandos too, eat in or takeaway. Good place to stop.

Stopped in at the Cobham M25 services, lots of parking, clean toilets, good selection of food, Carvery Express, Nandos, KFC, McDonalds, Costa, M&S.; Has Shell Station, Days Inn Motel, pretty well everything you need while traveling.

we went to nandos at the services and had a great meal with friendly staff, my only complaint is not to do with nandos but the centre . we have complained to the extra owners about dogs in the centre as my wife has an allergic reaction to animals but they said dogs are not allowed so if you see one ask a staff member to ask them to leave, but I do not think this is down to us ,

Not a bad stop off M25. Toilets good and clean. Parking Ok. Good choice of food. McDonald’s very efficient. Starbucks. M and S for sandwiches. One of the newer stations.

The Cobham Services Station offers quite a variety of food selections for everyone. They have McDonalds, Greggs, Nando’s, KFC, Starbucks, El Mexicana, Tossed, M&S;, WHS Smith, and a carvery.

This place is the most amazing services I have ever been to. It's enormous and has just about every type of food you can think of. If your hungry and on this route you must stop here. It's like an American shopping mall.

Called here on the way back from Kent for a quick lunch.Services almost identical to Beaconsfield on M40 except there seemed to be more available parking. Great choice of outlets, particularly food. We had Ham & egg sub and sandwich from Greggs, A very good location and well designed

With a family of fussy eaters we were all able to sit at one table and eat McDonald’s, KFC, Harry Ramadan’s, Starbucks, Greggs. Easy parking plenty of toilets

Parking was plentiful. Harry Ramsden breakfast was great value and very tasty. Ideal stop before getting on M3 from M25 clockwise.

It offers all the well known restaurants and services but cheaper than other service areas and independent stalls

I was genuinely surprised at how good the cod and chips were at a Motorway Services which I only chose for convenience. The place was full on a Sunday evening which actually made for quite a nice atmosphere. The service was quick and friendly. The food was freshly cooked and absolutely first class. This plaice can’t be battered. Or should that be this place can’t be bettered? Anyway, if you’re in a hurry, I thoroughly recommend Harry Ramsdens. Truly first class food.

You can’t go wrong with Starbucks, McDonalds, Greggs etc and the recent addition of Nando’s.

We came here on a road trip and were very happy with the huge amount of choice. Fush and chips, krispie Kreme doughnut, tossed, Mcdonalds, Greg's, KFC, M&S;, Mexican, carvery, WH smith, Nando's and noodles.

Visited today for the first time. This is a massive service station with lots of shops and food chains available. Toilets were very clean. Car park is massive but easy to navigate.

I was travelling on the M25 to go to Brooklands, but stopped off at Cobham Services for something to Eat & Drink. Very Impressed with the range of shops, something for everyone. I was there on a Sunday, so be Careful on the Road In & Out as the HGV's Park Up before continuing on Monday. If the HGV Lorry Park is Full, they Park on the Roads In & Out of the Services

what is wrong with this place? The outlets are ok for services, the cleanliness is standard and the set up isn't the worst. The problem is the people and the atmosphere. So many customers trying to act tough or showing off that it just gives a sense of nastiness and lack of care.

If you could give a minus score this place would get it. We decided not to stop at Fleet Services but to drive on and try Cobham. HUGE mistake. It's noisy, the road layout is a nightmare, it takes an age to get in and out of the car park. I have never visited such an badly designed service area. After spending hours on the motorway most services feel like a little bit of calm. Your stress levels rise as you enter a complex entry system with poor signposting. (If English isn't your first language, good luck!) The stress levels increase as you enter an overcrowded food area with far too many different food outlets. It extremely noisy to the point that the serving staff couldn't hear what we were asking for and we couldn't hear them. Stress levels rise again as you sit for ages in queues trying to get back on the motorway. It was a pleasure to get back on the M25! If you are travelling from the M25 on to the M3, drive the extra miles and stop at Fleet Services. An oasis of calm, quiet and good service. We are not dog owners but Fleet has some lovely woodland for dogs to have a good exercise in.

Love stopping here, loads of food choice and shopping an exciting place to be, always busy and lively

Only worth stopping for a comfort break. Always crowded, quick turnover, expensive (but nothing unusual for motorway services)...but no handy area for a dog comfort break which is needed when on a long journey.

We had a bad experience here. Nowhere to park despite huge employ spaces which were cordoned off. An extremely rude and unhelpful employees. Don't go here.
