It's bad. We visited here on route to the top of the hill. It was so bad we turned around to take it back for a refund. Kebab was chunks of cold soggy meat. Fish was old and batter was crackly hard. Chips were actually good quality just not many of them. 2 specials cost us 15 quid but was worth no more than 50p. Avoid.

This place was recommended to me by a neighbour as we’d always used somewhere further away. That was a few years ago and we’ve been returning ever since. The quality of the food is exceptional. We always have large cod’s. The fish is always fresh, firm chunky flakes of delicious goodness in a crispy tasty batter with chips to match. Large cod is LARGE and the portion sizes are always good value. It’s run by a lovely couple who are always pleasant as are the girls that work for them. If they’re busy they’ve often given me a few chips to keep me going or kebab meat to try so I genuinely can’t fault the place and it will continue to be my go to chippy tea!

Got an uber eats this morning. Was delivered super quick. However, the bread was rock hard, didn't taste fresh at all. Was supposed to have cheese on but didn't. Very tasteless very dry and bigg waste of £10. Hashbrowns were horrid and soggy.

Btw we can tell when you re-fry cold fries. It was like biting into hot cardboard.

Absolutely shocking service. Took over an hour for food to arrive the £9.99 meal deal and they couldn't even get that right. Missed out the fries and then refused a refund. How can you miss out fries and not refund? How about train your staff or employ staff who know what they're doing under pressure. If you'd like me to come and train your staff let me know, I work well under pressure with good customer service. Will I be coming here again to spend my well earned money? No chance PS: Your store stinks, pass it on.

Hello, today at 1 p.m. I ordered 2 sets for 3 f, one with chicken mayo burger, the other with wings, in my wings I found plastic foil embedded in the breading. At 4 o'clock I returned to the premises to get a refund for one set which I threw in the trash. I showed the staff photos of food with foil and I wanted a refund of my 3 pounds, I was refused, I was offered the same food again, but I'm disgusted to eat at this place from now on, the boy who was working in the kitchen at 1 o'clock was standing at the cash register at 4 o'clock and laughed at me when I asked about the manager, I asked for his name, he refused to give it to me for the first time in my life, I encountered such rudeness, the same guy didn't see anything wrong with my order despite the photos shown, he told me to come to the manager on Monday and for obvious reasons I won't go there especially after 3 f I demand that this employee be immediately dismissed from work, otherwise I am submitting an application to the council and relevant services to inspect this premises, the worst branch I have ever been to, I am very dissatisfied with the food, occupational hygiene, and the staff working there. I intend to leave negative opinions on every possible website. and report this matter.

If u wanna chill at home and not cook but enjoy a wonderful meal, there's nowhere better than here. It's amazing
