share box of cheese bites missing along with 1 triple cheeseburger and a chilly cheeseburger.

Missing burger won’t bother again

nearly 2 hours I had to wait for my food. and it was cold when I got it. I'm not impressed at all. I know it's a Friday and it's going to be busier than normal, but this is a joke.

Ordered 6.15 delivered at 7.50 cold missing items 2 hungry kids ! Supposed to be fast food !

My food took a trip around the town to about 5 drop off locations before it came to my house. Doing numerous of orders. That is unacceptable, freezing food,

The order was very late and food was cold. No sauces delivered with the order of 20 nuggets. Tasted cold and dry.

Missing a plain burger and a drink but they sent a straw and charged me for the lot plus ask for no gurkins and you get 6 on the burger complete joke

They sealed the bag which was strange as we ordered in the shop. We opened it and the cheese dippers were missing. We went back in and they gave them to us. One of them was half eaten!! Gross. And a waste of money.

Food was so late! I think it did a tour of the county before reaching us

Drinks were everywhere food freezing cold as always delivery driver rude and expected disabled person to go out side was looking forward to drinks but never mind got non left spend over £6 for drinks and they all in the bag not the cups so angry

Only went around the drive thru, but it was really busy. We had to park up and wait for quite a while, but the food was good.

it was very stressful as things were ordered for small children who did not get what they required. this is a frequent occurrence.

once again items missing. 3 this time. how hard is it to put a order together. money back dose NOT cut it. this is the 3rd or 4th time this has happend.

It's ok BUT WAY TOO PACKED!! A lady was nice and kind and put away our rubbish for us (ily if you see this)

I have ordered a midum big mac and they Brough me a cheesy mc crispy instead of big mac I said no salad or sauce just plan with cheese and missing x2 chips and double cheese burger aslo said no salad and no sauce for that too but had it all wrong not happy with this service.

Food was too cold to enjoy, had to be microwaved, food items missing. Including sauces.

Geta new driver had to repeat the delivery code 6 times he still never understood me get some new drivers that understand english even the store got my order wrong

Missing items yet again! I really don't know how you lot at weavers wharf do it ... Why is it so hard for people to do their jobs properly.. Stop employing lazy staff who don't know what having pride in your work is.. the burgers are put together with no care and the way they are wrapped.. well they were just about wrapped.. food is cold even though the delivery was quick. Managers and staff need restraining..

The delivery man was really polite

The fries were cold and I also ended up with half a hot chocolate as the lid wasn't put on properly.

I only poped in to use te toilet but people there seemed happy with their food. Place was really clean and I could hear relaxing classical music from the speakers which make me feel highly about the whole place👍

Worse mcdonnalds I've been in food was shoddily made and the order was incorrect. Telephoned to report, was advised they will replace the meal. But traffic was too horrific to bother, and no parking

orderd 2 bacon rolls with no ketchup on both and extra bacon. order arrives and both have labels saying no ketchup but both have ketchup. why bother with the labels with the dietary requirements if you ignore them. had to re order from the other location because I don't want to re risk you getting it wrong again, have to wait for a possible refund (yes photos were taken for proof) and pay an extra delivery charge which i won't get back.

ordered 20 nuggets and got a quarter pounder instead. not entirely sure how you get that wrong to be honest.

Food arrived cold, two hours late after ordering at 18:56 and arrival for 21:09. Also there was one missing drink.

I use McDonald’s a lot, they’re a staple for anyone who drives for a living, although and this maybe just an observation but it seems now that we have every platform collecting and delving McDonald’s to all four corners of the country the wait time has increased considerably. Two coffees today 10 minutes 😳🤷‍♂️

Missing 2 items. Icecream was like running liquid & half of it was in the bag.

McDonald’s has never been amazing but it seems like I’m beginning to pay more for lower quality, the McRib was supposed to be some grand return but it tastes identical to a rustlers burger with bbq sauce on it, the mcflurry I want is rarely available and they all seem to have less toppings on them, very disappointing

NOT drivers fault but app said 15-30 minutes when ordering and it took 75 minutes for a small McDonald's order from less than half a mile away. Food was cold and chicken was overcooked so it was chewy

it was missing all the dips. no dips for nuggets or chicken selects.

Driver called me was rude about not being able to find my flat , asked us to wait / meet outside so we did ... NO SHOW and then stated that my food has now been delivered we NOTHING HAS ARRRIVED !

Food was almost cold, I normally love the breakfast rolls, but the thumb sized piece of bacon was pointless. The hot chocolate is normally great, but this time, it was really watery. I haven’t had a McDonald’s breakfast in a while, and sadly, due to my disappointment this time, I don’t think I will be having one again.😢😢

Order accepted on app and then cancelled when got there to pick it up. WHAT A JOKE, JUST WASTE PEOPLES TIME LIKE THAT WITH NO COMPENSATION. McJOKE! Also other visits, often go through drive through and then have to wait 5-10mins in space gor food. I dont choose this for amazing food, I choose it b/c it should be easy and fast.

No free parking here which is unusual. Star rating says everything else. Pity McDonald's don't do a gluten free bun as in some European countries.

Cold food and time kept changing for delivery.

Food wasn't at its best. Cold chips. Served a regular toffee latte and had to go back up to the counter as we ordered a large.

Second time I'm missing items and not been refunded on the app absolutely ridiculous.. I won't be ordering again from them!
