items missing a mcflurry and no straw for my drink !! you took my money in confidence!!

Missed half of our order for a children’s birthday party and no opportunity to have it delivered, just a refund in a few days time.

Food was cold - delivery time kept changing

No limited edition toy as advertised and only ordered for this reason disappointed

The past 4 times I have ordered from here they have not put my sauces in! Food is freezing cold (I live 5 mins from the place) never a straw in the bag for a drink, which is annoying! Especially when it's a milkshake! And delivery driver can't follow simple instructions of "Do not knock the door, call me". I will not order from them again.

Order was an absolute joke. Waited over an hour, 70% order missing i received one big mac which was stone cold aswell as chips, and a happy meal with 4 drinks. Where is the rest?!

I waited 2 hours and 10 minutes for my order to be delivered. When it arrived it was cold.

Took 2 hours for our food to come, when it came food was cold, all boxes were soggy so half the food was at the bottom of the bag. Safe to say it wasn’t even edible so went straight in the bin!!

I didn’t receive my order the delivery driver was in complete wrong address, some how hes guessed the code to say delivered, got proof he hasn’t delivered

Ridiculous how every time there is an order, something or multiple items are missing.

delivery drivers need to make sure they got the correct order or take one order at a time and not 2

food arrived hot, less salt on the fries- perfect. The shamrock shake is a mild minty taste, no heavy artificial flavours there. enjoyed immensely

Some staff seem to not be able to read properly. In that case should not be working where orders are taken. No pickle means no pickle. No onion means no onion. Not open the burger up and attempt at scraping it off… people have allergies, please educate yourself. Other than that thanks for your service

There is nothing better than a Big Mac and Large Fries plus a large Chocolate or Vanilla Shake.

The restaurant is less than half a mile away from my house, but the food was lukewarm to say the least. Very mediocre.

excellent service from order to delivery and kept informed of progress, food was fresh and hot.

Was very disappointed, my child had to have some food out the freezer as they never put her happy meal in and I ordered the family of four share and only got 2 cheese burgers and 2 big macs no fries at all very disappointed as I spent my last £34 on this for something that wasn't even worth ordering.
