food was freezing cold, delivery drivers like sitting in the car park with the food for 10-15 mins before they even head off lol

Was very disappointed, my child had to have some food out the freezer as they never put her happy meal in and I ordered the family of four share and only got 2 cheese burgers and 2 big macs no fries at all very disappointed as I spent my last £34 on this for something that wasn't even worth ordering.

excellent service from order to delivery and kept informed of progress, food was fresh and hot.

Not a great service by staff. Dnt know how to deal with customers. Manager was fine and try to sort things out.

Food was fairly quick, hot too, staff friendly but so many young teenagers roaming it can be intimidating

Staff member took a few minutes to even acknowledge me for my order. When i got to the window i was ignored for another minute or two before paying and staff member was abrupt and clearly annoyed about something because the professionalism was poor and seemed like i was on the receiving end of a strop. She also got my order wrong. Breakfast wrap with brown sauce and i got a wrap with ketchup. I hate ketchup... ruined my food and went straight in the bin. No time to come and replace my order as im heading to work, so thanks for that! One look at the food and it was unappetising anyway. The bacon looked like jerkey and the egg was so over done it looked hard and plastic cheese not even partially melted. So disappointed this morning. The reciept is so poorly printed aswell i couldn't do the "tell us how we did" feedback from the reciept as the reciept code is unreadable and the system didn't recognise the store number on the reciept. All round shocking performance

A pleasant place, food was hot and fresh, toilets were clean but dryer didn't work resulting in having to wipe my wet hands on my own clothes.

Food stone cold on arrival, had to reheat it which to be fair increased the quality of the fries. When I placed my order it stated arrival time of 17:15, food arrived at 18:10.

First time in ages that everything arrived that was ordered and everything was hot that should have been. I'm sure mainly due to the courier having his divider properly in his bag between the hot and cold items.

The majority of the order was fine, except the drink which was tasteless.

Quick delivery but two sweet curry sauces I ordered weren’t included, not was there a straw. The drink had not been transported vertically so had spilt inside the bag.

Once again no straws, no dips..... It say this stuff on the label of the bag of food, so I can be that hard, staff need to pay bit more attention..... Poor this time round.

The drivers themselves are polite, respectful and prompt, unfortunately the service from the restaurant let's it all down, missing food and drinks, eveything thrown in the bags. I honestly think that Just eat based on the reviews on here the should cut them lose as the reviews left effect the overall service and that does seem fair on the drivers who have nothing to do with the food other than put it in a car and drive.

No fries or cheese melts. The milkshake was strawberry not the chocolate I ordered. Both burgers stone cold. Complained, requested refund for items not delivered and still haven’t received it.

Fed up with items being forgotten and having to get a refund, driver on what looks like an electric bike was outside for ages before coming to the door and managed to spill all the drinks which soaked trough the drinks bag into the food. I understand they are probably busy but not sure how hard it is to double check orders before packing them up.

Good deliveryy time but a bit cold

On the last few occasions I've been to this location, the drive thru has been shut with dumpsters blocking the path and all the screens shut off. Regardless, this location is notorious for not giving you what you asked for. I've ordered 6 nuggets with ketchup and received 4 nuggets with no ketchup. My most recent order was a Big Tasty with Bacon, and there was no bacon. I have previously been given a medium fries after purchasing a large fries. I've had orders where there have been fries in the bottom of the paper bag despite not ordering fries. Despite the pleasant staff I talk to at the drive thru window, I do often wonder who is preparing this food and not realising it's incorrect before passing it on to the person who bags it. I shan't be visiting again.

I don’t eat fast food that often. I have visited this branch about 4 times since March of this year and never had any issues with the food. The staff I encountered have always been polite and friendly, and the service is fine. It’s a small restaurant so there may well be delays sometimes, as it has a drive through as well, but I’ve never had to wait too long.

Was waiting for nearly two hours and then it said it was delivered it absolutely was not delivered. I had to re order again from a different McDonald’s! Luckily that one turned up. I have autistic children who didn’t quite understand why they weren’t allowed McDonald’s.. hopefully my refund will be dealt with quickly!

Delivery driver was very pleasant and respectful and considerate of my warm food getting cold while looking for my address. So he decided to ring me to get straightforward instructions rather than wandering around. 5* for him

Very poor orders always come wrong and takes ages to be corrected.extremely busy building is far too small to cope with the volume of customers and app orders.

Just typical McDonald's forget about you as just eat comes first.

The drive thru can get v hectic and hold up traffic. Inside can be crazy busy too. But it's a decent McDonald's. Where they always keep their cool even when it's like that. Anti social behaviour sometimes but it seems better lately. There's a looooooovely lady with glasses who works here who goes above and beyond to keep it tidy when she's on shift, very friendly too. She always makes my day.
