3rd time now missing items absolute joke of a McDonald's

On the mix deal my cheese burger was missing but they had added another chicken mayo but they quickly sorted it out

most the nuggets were unedible, dry and rock solid

wrong order delivered again. Realised before driver left, but what’s the point, they can’t do any thing. Why do I bother with this place

Food was cold, bacon big mac had no bacon on, drinks were half full

cold food, drink and spilled only 1/4 left in the cup. Disappointed

Food came and it was cold and took an hour and 40 minutes to get to me from when I ordered my food

milkshake was replaced with water and the mixed berry muffin wasn't there at all. Please call the customer if there is a problem filling the order.

Unfortunately this McDonald's is suffering like them all under the weight of Just Eat and Uber Eats orders and drivers. These orders are clearly the priority with little to no regard for the plebs who actually go to get their own food. McDonald's as a company and the individual franchisees need to look at how to better manage the delivery business whilst still valuing the customers who attend their restaurants.

Missing all of our food! Only our drinks have been delivered. I have tried ringing the restaurant constantly for 20 minutes and no answer at all! I've had to request a refund from Just Eat and it can take up to 7 days. I refuse to order anything else from here, we never receive our full order and tonight has just been a joke. It's pathetic.

Please, Please and Please again, Train the staff to put the burger in the bag correctly. When you have an order and you can’t even put the burger in the bag, ….. no words can explain. You only need to count and match the meals in the bag to the order. Big Mac Meal missing again.

It's a typical Macdonald's, but the helpful service from Marites was 5-star, she deserves a shout-out. Service was quick and staff friendly.

never get the order right, ordered 2 mcmuffins,No egg due to allergy 2 hashbrowns, flatbread and a fruit muffin-roughly £18. Recieved 2 breakfasy wraps, no sauce, with egg on both!! and a flatbread.. i called you and was advised to contact just eat for a refund.. no offer to rectify or rediliver the food that i actually ordered.. do not reccomened at all!!

Standard service from a McDonald's, food was as expected, can get very busy and vehicle can be pretty bad surrounding the restaurant.

I’ve gone to the drive through for 3 double cheese burgers and 2 caramel frappes got asked to wait and I replied that I could not, was very erupt with me saying you can either go and wait for your food or you can have a refund I didn’t request refund I wanted the food hence the reason I went to the restaurant but used drive through as was in a rush and thought it would not take long, but we ended up waiting and then 3 cars came past with there order still didn’t Get my order and then another 2 cars passed so I ended up going in for it anyways and it just didn’t seem to be prioritized as they was just focusing on just eat orders, I understand if it was busy I work in hospitality my self, so I do get it but the way I was spoken to was disgusting and very rude after I went in to get the order my self, they still didn’t seem bothered about The situation very poor experience to be honest

I ordered a mcflurry and it wasn't delivered

unfortunately not very impressed, they changed the delivery time at least 3 times then when it eventually arrived the hot food was cold and milkshakes had melted, im assuming the delivery driver knew because he left it on doorstep and tapped the door!

Order placed at 18:45 with a eta of 19:10. The eta kept getting later and later. Finally turned up at 20:00. All the food was stone cold it had clearly been bagged up and just left. Did manage to re heat some of it but the fries went in the bin. Also had missing items. How hard can it be to read an order and prepare it without messing it up. Absolutely dismissal. With the food being cold I'm guessing that the driver was waiting around to get as many orders as possible. Very very poor service

Everything I ordered actually arrived this time. I'm impressed.

We had a drive through fron start to finish great service, we had to park up didn't wait long, however the young man who brought us our food apologised for the wait, nice manner. Food was still hot when we arrived home Which is a very big bonus... Well done McDonald's..

Unfortunately food arrived cold. Was able to ret heat the burger but not the chips. I am all for saving energy and the planet but when the restaurant is a good 10 minute drive without traffic this arrived on an electric bike so food is bound to arrive cold

Constant que into drive through all ways having to wait a long time . Told to park in bay 1 and wait for food after 20 mins . Spaces took up by uber drivers .no parking near as took by uber drivers . Parked out side doors to watch cars coming into the exit to try a take parking spaces . Avoid if you havent got 20 mins of your life to waste quicker to go to other macdonalds on worcester road

Order a burger with fries and a drink. Only the fries and drink arrived. I called and spoke to someone who said there is nothing they can do about it, and all I can do is request a refund through just eat. I will not be wasting my time with this restaurant ever again.

Fries undercooked, burgers thrown in box, not a good taste to food either
