I can't have gluten, so the guys are always understanding and get everything fresh from out the back for me to avoid cross contamination. Friendly and professional.

Nothing wrong with the sandwich, but order did arrive without the drink !

It is a shame that when forced to explain that you have a chronic condition and there is an immediate need to use the toilets, the three members of staff relied on one to repeat 'for customers only', when there are just two teenage girls sat in the place. Disgusting attitude from the staff.

Ordered this morning was given the completely wrong footlong in my meal deal I received a vegetarian one instead on my cheese steak I called literally 5 mins after it arrived to explain that it wasn't correct to be told by some idiot quite arrogantly that he put "two strips in there himself" apparently I must be blind then .... Other people seem to have had issues recently judging by the reviews more than likely won't be returning.

The driver was nowhere near where I had ordered and expected me to walk to find him! food resulted in being cold at this point.

Sadly disappointing. There was nowhere near the quantity or quality of fillings as there once was and much of the salad/veg tasted of nothing which obviously means they're poor quality. The cookies were nice but that along with the fairly speedy delivery, are about the only saving graces.

Missing a packet of Doritos heat wave

Just came in to pick up a ham and turkey foot long and bmt foot long and ended up having a lovely chat with a gentleman who we think is the owner? and he’s made our day with a simple conversation and I wish there were more people like him around in this day and age and wish him well for the future! Also the food is great, a very clean place and a happy team.

There was nothing wrong with the order just the delivery driver. He banged on the door and just dumped it on the doorstep, the driver was nowhere insight when I got to the door.

About 5 pieces of chicken in my footlong, very little sauce, bread ripped to shreds and bad attitude from staff when questioned. Won't be coming back.

I wanted some subway with my sauce it was plastered in sauce and my bread was thrown about not a good subway outlet

The man i had phoned to confirm my order with was very helpful. Even gave me recommendations and explanations of the sandwiches. Definitely knew his stuff and made sure the sandwiches were created exactly as wanted. I will say the pizzas aren't as expected. More like cheese and sauce on bread. Perhaps that's a fault of Subway as a whole and not the workers in store. It was later than expected but they're not responsible for the traffic along the way.

Not much tuna on the sub compared to normal and the cripy onions were missing

The food arrived on time and the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. However, the order was not accurate. 3 of the subs had the wrong ingredients and 1 was not toasted, which was very disappointing as usually the food from this branch is wonderful.

First time I ordered my subway for collection to save few minutes of my lunch break only to be told that they haven’t prepared my order yet because the collection didn’t print out. It was not too busy so I didn’t mind waiting in the end. Second time I ordered sandwich for collection, went to subway to collect and turned out only wasted half of my lunch break as they closed the store and hang the note on the door saying they’re sorry but it’s closed. I pre-paid for my order so now trying to get my money back. Will never come to this place again.

My sandwich arrived without any of the requested fillings except cheese and sauce. I ordered a veggie delite with almost all of the salad. Not sure how any staff member could have assumed i would order a sandwich with no actual fillings. Mind blowing.

We were delivered the wrong order, called up the Kidderminster store, they were very helpful, the man I spoke to personally delivered our actual order 20 minutes later and even gave us extra cookies for the trouble, many thanks

We don’t order from them any more due to it never coming the doors is always amazing but the delivery drivers cannot be bothered to deliver to us. Stourport road is the best one in Kiddy the one in town is awful. Sadly we lost about 5 or 6 orders so refuse to order from them now we go into store

No customer service at all, one guy not interested to give fair quantities, other one staring and uncomfortable attitude to customers. Food is only but service very bad. Feels bad to go there.

Just wanted to give credit where’s due! Ordered a subway tonight and i did get the wrong order but I rung the store and spoke to a lovely colleague who basically went above and beyond for me and got my order re-made and got a driver to come bring it me. You didn’t have to do that but I’m honestly so thankful and happy!! If I could write a food for thought I’d would but I can’t see a link for it! Order was delivered correctly exactly What we ordered however the meatballs had a horrible weird taste too them so we’re removed and thrown away. So we just had a sub with cheese and sauce on

Great for a quick stop and a bite to eat! He helped us and was very generous with our order. Could do enough for us. Asked for a big order and was more than happy didn’t batter an eye lid. Look out for Kal Verdi… he’s the top dog and the man behind the machine!

I was over charged for my sub, when I spoke to the guy who put the transaction through the day after he claimed I had a bottle. I went no where near the fridge. He is now going to review the cctv bad experience

Missing items on a meal deal. When I rang, person was rude and extremely unhelpful.

We received someone elses order, then we had to order again which took ages. Also i used a stamp reward discount for this order which we've lost as just-eat.co.uk only refunded us for the amount we paid so the next order we've put on, we had to pay full price

Didn’t cut the the meat like they do in store and the wedges were uncooked! Delivery driver didn’t notify me of the food being here just left it on my driveway and drove off

We love this Subway. The order is always correct e.g. toasted subs when you ask for toasted & the quality is great. Tried a salad this week and it was so tasty and well presented, I ordered it again!

To start off with, my drink the Gatorade was missing, my crisps was the wrong ones sent out, the cheese bites was cold so I had to reheat them myself. I understand things happen but I’m hoping I can get a refund for my drink that I didn’t get.
