I've been using Stef's for years and I've never had a bad meal. Always tastes amazing and worth the money.

I ordered a piri piri chicken kebab with salad and it arrived with no salad at all.

Food was OK other than no salad in stef signature. Delivery however was late and the app didn't load well enough!

lying to your customers is not a good look. told food delivered to wrong house so had to re cook then delivery driver came and said he had flat tyre. food was cold.

Always been great food but tonight.... horrid!! Chicken kebab meat burnt, dry and cold, pitta was wet and soggy, not edible, and the chips were soggy . Missed the salad on my order too.

This is the last time I’m ordering from you. £22 pound for cold chips and a pork gyros with tatty bits of pork in it no salad. The quality of your food has massively gone down hill. I’m done

Terrible Food. Stone cold tasteless chips with a chicken kebab which tasted like the chicken had been cooked the day before or earlier. Wouldn't recommend and won't be returning.

Ordered through Uber for the 1st time ... Always wanted to try ... wish we had earlier .... the food was absolutely delicious.... fresh... tasty ..we had a pizza.... burger ...and chicken with salad in pitta bread.... chips .... really 1st class I had an item missing... which when I next order will be sorted... so glad we tried here tonight .

Can’t fault the food or though more expensive than average. Plus if you add chips and coke to a pizza it’s £3.50. If you want to add the exact same deal to wrap it’s £5,50. Confused

Oh no what has gone wrong at Stef’a the chips have changed and poorly cooked. A soggy oily mush. The drinks weren’t chilled. Go elsewhere for £15 a meal

Brilliant! Greek, Turkish, burgers and pizzas. Very tasty, very fast, very friendly. Definitely couldn't see anywhere that looked better for miles. Would recommend!

I ordered after a friend had recommended the wraps and they were divine. We had the mixed meat wraps and my friend had the hallomi burger. There were happy customers all round. My boyfriend who is fussy about chips devoured his also. Will definitely be ordering again.

Excellent service, fast and very friendly. The burgers were delicious, freshly made and very tasty. The meat was charcoal grilled to perfection. Wide choice of sauces. It's a shame we live far away, but if I pass by again I won't hesitate to come back! Recommended!

Foods not worth the money or the delivery charge

Having spent the past 20 years plus in other countries, I was worried I wouldn't find good food in Kidderminster. Stefs have broken that fear . Excellent food . Well done to Stefs and the driver found it well.

App said food was on the way at 2120. Rang the restaurant at 2145 and was told it left them 5-10 minutes before. We only live 5minute drive away. Food turned up at 2210. Burger juices had gone through the box and bag. All the food was cold. Had to bin the sweetcorn. Never usually have an issue however tonight was a complete mess. Going to bed hungry

My kids had two Margarita pizzas on Saturday night and arranged for 17.45. They were on time, excellently made and cooked. Firm base, crispy crust and Dave Portnoy would give it a 7.9

Have been meaning to try for a while so had a mixed meat wrap. 4 small pieces of meat on a thick wrap - would have been much better on a tortilla. Chips weren't for me but edible and houmous was nice. Would go back but prefer other places

Amazing quality food and customer service. I order burgers from here all the time and never have I been disappointed with any of my orders. I only leave a review now because my latest order did come with the wrong sauce and extras, but I called up about it and they sent the correct order straight away without any trouble which was really good of them. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Excellent service! I was travelling to buy something from the town and decided to eat something. I am extremely happy that the one place to eat was this place. Pizza was like a cheap frozen one, burger had no taste at all, asked for garlic mayo and was covered in it. Cheap bacon on it too. Over an hour for delivery. 3rd time I've been disappointed so won't order again.

Love the food here! Hard to get good wings and they are amazing. You guys should definitely do them as a main with sides and maybe more options for sauces. Only bit of disappointment, you did miss a chips of a previous order, mentioned it when collecting next order and staff didn't even apologise.

Waited a long time for delivery. Pizza was just a little bit bigger than a tea plate. The lamb kebab was unedible, the lamb was chewy/ gristle. Side order was missing, very disappointed

Fantastic food but a bit of a victim of it's own success I'm afraid. Wait times for delivery getting longer and longer, we've waited almost 2 hours for our food tonight. Unfortunately this may well put us off ordering again for some time. ** updated review - food never arrived. Server mistakenly cancelled our order when I phoned after an hour and a half wait to chase delivery. Very very disappointing.

So much better ! The last time I had a Steph’s I was disappointed This time the falafel was amazing ! I would like it offered as a side. The wrap was lovely ! The guy that took our order was so friendly and efficient! It came so quickly !

Delivery came 30 minutes before estimated time. Food was delicious and very filling. Really well filled pitas with real chicken, lashings of salad and sauces. Spiced rice and chips beautiful too.

Last night my in laws were introduced to your food where we ordered a lot of food that actually turned up cold and the 1/4 lemon and herb chicken that my mother in law had came as two small chicken thigh legs that was also cold and not enjoyable. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time food has turned up so cold we’ve had to reheat it again. Felt a little embarrassed we recommended Steph’s. We do appreciate that you may be busy but we’ve ordered from you guys for years and the last few occasions food hasn’t been the best and very cold.

Stef's you let yourselves down on Friday night. Food was cold and waited an hour and a half for it...granted you said it would be about an hour!! Even though we live 0.8 mile away from your shop. Disappointed......

Fantastic place for a takeaway!⭐!⭐!⭐! Only problem I've got with this place. We can only order it when we're at our friend's, who live in Kidderminster. They don't deliver to Stourbridge 😭 So please Steff's open one in Stourbridge 👌😁👍🏻 Great food recommend the kebab. And the rice box is nice too🤤
