More than half of the cars in the car park were people who’d been to the drive thru and been told to park and wait. There weren’t enough spaces for everyone and I waited for more than 15 minutes after I’d parked

Absolutely appalling!!!! I ordered my food though the drive through at 23:51 was told to park up. I was sat there until 00:21 when I decided I’d had enough of waiting it was a Saturday night on a bank holiday weekend so I knew it would be a little busy. I went to the front door I tried to speak to someone and was shout at because they was busy and didn’t have enough chefs on the kitchen. My order had been sat on a the side for god knows how long as it was instantly ready when Ive asked about it. Part of my order was cold so told this person that and she shouted at me again snatched the food from me and took it back. Was told well it’s not like you’ll find anywhere else open at this time. No signage to say there would be slower service as they was short staffed… there as loads of Uber eats orders flying out the door but people who ordered there was waiting for 30 minutes minimum. I’d like to know how long I’d have had to have waited for if I hadn’t have went and asked about it… when I got my food the second time it was still cold!!! But I didn’t dare tell her again!!! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere!!!

Have never once got the full 20 nuggets and have been parked up to 20minutes in the car park sometimes waiting for the food.

A few times I've stopped here, hoping the previous experience was an exception. Service is always slow; expect to wait 20 to 40 mins for a meal. Delivery orders take precedence over the drive-thru, which takes precedence over waiting customers; the kitchen wasn't designed to handle this volume of orders, and the staff can't keep up. When you do eventually get your food there's a good chance at least part of your order will be lukewarm and incorrect. Ditch the deliveries and focus on in-restaurant service.

Pretty standard mid afternoon snack of cheese burgers and 6 nuggets. This is located right on a busy roundabout next door to a car dealership.

Can't comment on the atmosphere as we ordered via just eat. After a long day running the pub we wanted something fast. We ordered what we wanted and waited over 45 mins for delivery as we do not have a car. When it arrived it was Nothing to shout about at all. My mom's quarter pounder was burnt, my dad's burger looked as if had been kicked around the floor and all of the food ordered was stone cold when it arrived. All sauces missing for the nuggets and not enough straws for the amount of drinks ordered. Tried calling them several times but to no avail so ended up microwaving the entire order just so we could have at least something to eat DO NOT RECOMMEND

Supposedly a new more tasty recipe for the Big Mac which I think is not as good as the previous recipe. The noise from the tills or machines drowned out the background music and was very irritating. Not a cosy atmosphere.

This is the second time I have used the drive through and yet waited 20 minutes on the car park for my food. Taken it home to find only 16 nuggets in the box of 20 that I ordered. Tried to call to complain with no answer.

Me and my family have just been here. It was discrasful. The staff were shocking. Half of them were outside chatting about what there having for dinner later and on there phones. The chips were half way full and not ONE reached the top of the box. My sisters burger came as if it was made by Stevie Wonder and kicked around the floor . This has ruined my holiday and were not even there yet,I was really looking forward to it too. I do not recommend this mcdonald's.

Clean up the area that you are polluting!! We are drowning in your waste.

This is the worst McDonald's I've EVER been to and trust me I've been to a few. Most the staff were outside and what little that was left inside were mostly talking between themselves or zombieing round chanting how tired they were. I had to ask them to stop talking and sort my food out. The worst thing is it was the shift manager who was the top waffler so there was no chance with the others. Chips not even half full and my daughters burger looked like it had been put together by Edward scissorhands himself. Had to ask them to remake it twice as I'd asked for no sauce so came away with two free Burgers but it still didn't make up for the burger she ended up eating that looked it had been steam rolled backwards and forwards for two solid weeks. Not happy, do not recommend will not be returning.

Chips are always cold, they make them in bulk leave them standing there then put them into your bag, a McDonald's for 2 people now costs near enough £20 I want to be served hot food, I always have to take my cold chips back and ask for fresh hot ones.

Cold food all round for all meals on our order. Extra not included in customised bigmac. Just drive to the next mc Donald's or somewhere else for food

Good took ages to be brought out, had finished my milk shake before burger arrived, positive is that it was free reward! Also unseasoned fries now we're bland...

Ordered a breakfast to be delivered at 7am this morning. It was so bad. The hot chocolate was extremely watery and vile, more like hot water. i couldnt drink it. The hash brown was cold and stale, like it had been sat around for hours. The McMuffin was barely luke warm. It all ended up in the bin. What a waste of nearly £10!!

I'm not a fan of McDonald's food , but it's OK sometimes . Normally missing items , you always have to check your bag.

Not to sure about service, me and my disabled friend walked down for some food but they wouldnt let us walk through the drive through for food even though neither of us can drive due to our disability, and the actual restaurant wasnt open. They actively discriminate against disabled people after midnight.

Cheese burger had been thrown together with sauce covering half the outside of the bun the cheese had not even started to melt and couldn't due to the low temperature. Even the nuggets didnt taste like any I had eaten before from other outlets. The worst

I don't recommend it. Yesterday I had taken a hot chocolate and coke from drive thru, and this was the time I got the worst hot chocolate, like something like hot water. Worst and there is no option to get back to them because we were travelling.

The Mc Donald's in Baglan is the best one I've eaten in. In my personal opinion.

Hit and miss whether the food is of decent presentation or correct temperature. Is what it is, hardly going to get a Michelin star any time soon.

For a Macy's it's pretty friendly.

Sat in drive through late at night after travelling over 200 miles home and the tills were down fair enough but they told every car behind us and left me and the cars Infront for over 15 minutes until I asked them what's going on very disappointed in their staff

It's McDonalds, so expect inconsistent quality and service. The most consistent thing with Blackpole McDonalds is a complete inability to put your dips in when you order a drive thru, like, 8 times out of ten. Incredibly annoying when you order something like mozzarella dippers and get home and you have dipless dippers. First World problem, but it is too regular.

Long wait for cold food. Had paid for sauces but no sauces within our order. Absolutely shocking!

Thrice in the last week I have driven through the drive through for coffee with other items, and twice now they have got the coffee incorrect. I order a black coffee and have received coffee with milk twice, this is despite my checking the order screen is correct before I move forward to pay. Fortunately my lactose intolerance is only mild, unfortunately I only enjoy black coffee.

Just another McDonald's, nothing special & exactly what you'd expect. Recent visits there have been disappointing though. On several occasions using the drive thru, there's been items missing from our orders (and I'm not just talking about the dips!) but burgers/wrap or chicken selects which the main parts of the meal. Also food has been cold, and waiting times have increased. I can understand when it's busy or short staffed, but this evening there appeared to be the regular amount of workers and only 6 people dining in. We used the drive thru (we were going home) but from ordering to payment to actually collecting our food took nearly 35 minutes! We were not asked to park up, even though the parking bays were free, so just sat by the collection window. After having our food we started to drive off and guess what....no big Mac! Had to stop on the road and walk back to request it, the staff member apologised and I got the burger. I hope that things change soon, as there's 2 McDonald's in town, and although the other one is further away, I'm tempted to go there in the near future.

Its ok, but nothing i would buy on a regular basis, staff are ok but just focused on next customer.

Ordered breakfast online at 10:20 and got there around 10:35. Took quite a while in the queue and by the time we got to the counter they refused to take our order as it had now just turned 11, they then proceeded to ‘give us our order if they had the supplies’ we ordered two sausage and egg McMuffins and hash-browns and a breakfast wrap, they gave us the hash-browns separately and not as a meal so it cost more and we only got one McMuffin and no breakfast wrap. Additionally they made us pay again for our order and we are unsure if we are going to be refunded

Disappointed. Firstly my food was cold and then I found a hair in the burger. The manager was apologetic and replaced the burger but I'd list confidence in the food and didn't enjoy it thereafter.

This is honestly the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The past 3 times I’ve been here Ive had to waited over 25 minutes each time for my food and the first time they completely messed up the order after waiting 30 minutes. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if your in a rush, because there will be a guaranteed wait

How hard can it be to fulfil a Just Eat order ?! Food arrived nearly an hour later than estimated, was literally stone cold and missing several items of the order! Literally all they do is fast food so how can you get this so wrong??? Does no one check the order before dispatch??! Don’t get me wrong if you like stone cold food, arriving late and missing multiple items that you’ve paid for I cannot recommend this place enough.

24hr while we were there it was constant serving. Yet fast friendly clean and efficient vert impressed.

Ordered extra hash brown but they denied this. The receipt didn't print off the self serve machine so I had no proof. The coffee was cold by the time they prepared the food. Egg was undercooked. Never again

Went to this macdonalds ordered through the drive thru was really nice people that served us then asked us to wait around the front and food would be brought out as soon as, 15 minutes later and the woman gives us our food and she walks off but as I’m checking through the bag to make sure it was all there they missed a triple cheese burger and our cheese melts, so when the lady was doing another car, I politely said we was missing food and she said she would go and see what’s going on and I said well I hope it ain’t much longer as the food she had already brought out would go cold so the whole order would need to then be replaced which is when she got funny and said I’ll get the manager she was really rude, then came back out and said ain’t got a clue what’s in this bag but take that so I said no point giving me food that you don’t know what’s in there and her attitude was really nasty so I called her a c**t and said I’ll speak with the manager cause she was bang out of order I spoke with the manager and told him the situation and the woman was next to him and said what I called her and he’s like you shouldn’t of said this as she’s really stressed, well to be honest if she’s stressed or not you don’t take it out on customers and then my partner went in and they was really rude to her to in the end we left and the food they giv us was still wrong they even kept the receipt but it’s a joke of a place you spend all that money on food for them to miss items out and be funny when you challenge them never again will I use this macdonalds

Waited a long time, plenty of staff, observed many food coming back due to mistakes. Checked mine before I left, so good. Lady who tidied front of house, very helpful, prodded staff when customers waiting. Was friendly and helpful. Rest of em headless lol.

Got there at 2pm and ordered some food via the touch screen thinking it would be quick. I was wrong. Waited over 20 minutes for my food only to find the burger was cold. Would have complained but couldn't wait the same amount of time again and had to rush off for an appointment. It's definitely not a "fast" food place

Came through the drive through and ordered nuggets and fries. I was told to wait. I sat and waited for 15 minutes and nothing was bought out. So I went inside to complain. After waiting another couple of minutes I was given the food. No apology, just a blank faced manager who didn’t have a clue what she was doing. No food in McDonald’s takes 15 minutes to cook.

How do eat food made with bare hand with wear protective on their hands but was told hands are been washed every 30mins,anything can happen in 30mins,just think its not hygiene,that's me opinion

I recently had a disappointing experience at McDonald's Kidderminster. When I placed my order, I was given the wrong items. Additionally, the food was not up to par. The fries were cold and soggy, and the burger was overcooked. I am very disappointed with the service and quality of food at this McDonald's location. I would not recommend eating here.

Been here a few times actually. Always a great place to go for a quick bite to eat. Every time I've been there staff have always been energetic and upbeat compared to other McDonald's. Food is always warm when handed to us. Plenty of parking out.

Staff too busy talking to serve, ignored orders up and people waiting for them. Food luke warm and cold drink tasted weird.

I've been there 4 times this year and NEVER had the correct order!

Very nice and peaceful to come eat in which was great since i have sensory overload and the staff was very respectful and did a great job when me and my hubby had to tell them on my burger to not add the mustard. So thanks to the team for keeping on top of food allergies and correcting my mistake on accident.

The restaurant was completely overwhelmed when I dropped in, 9 or 10 customers were complaining, food was going cold, being thrown away and more and more delivery people in and out also complained. Staff were getting irate customers shouting at them. I waited 25 mins for a coffee and 2 apple pies, have up and had a refund, hardly a big issue but will use the other McDonald's in town from now on.

Utter chaos for a Tuesday night at 7pm very busy inside, just eat etc waiting also. We used the drive through which was ok, then asked to park up for our order which would have been fine if we didn't have to wait 30mins and see a car which was at least 3 behind us in the que receive their order before ours, at which point I went into the restaurant to ask about our order which was sitting on the side waiting to be brought out by an employee who had decided to bring orders out one by one at a slow walk.....why not bring at least a couple of orders out at once when so busy he was circling the car park several times looking for the right vehicle.....plenty of others gave up waiting and went in to retrieve their orders also.

It's 50/50 whether or not you actually get everything you ordered.

Ordered a vegie dietary of the menu and got chicken nuggets in the bag when opening. To make things worse, the fillet o Fish tasted like it came out the fridge and re heated in a micro. It was really busy i must say, so i think they cant handle pressure. Maybe the food would have been better at a less busy time. Oh also before i forget to mention, online order bays in the car park were full and no one sitting inside the cars, so you have to guess the food is yours when it comes out and beep your horn. I told the lady who bought our food out that it looks like the cars are park there incorrectly, just to hear her response "we know, its the staffs cars, there was no other spaces, so they park their cars there"

No one taking orders at the drive through, had to drive to first window to order. They got my order wrong! Also several staff members in uniform sitting on the floor outside smoking and vaping directly outside of entrance.

Went in on a sunday afternoon it was absolute chaos. Used the order board which im not a big fan of. There was not table service option which would've helped a lot as everybody stood by the collection point inc. all the delivery drivers. It took so long to get served and the food was bland typical Mcdonalds. Really wont be rushing back

The burger was quite cold when it arrived to the car after I had to wait for the mozzarella to be cooked. Tasted pkn but not anywhere near the temperature it should be.

Went into drive through got home not what I paid for paid for a double cheeseburger only got a single and the other double asked for no cheese as allergic to dairy so could not eat it and the 3rd item chicken chicken burger they got it right so waisted all money and time and very disappointed don’t think I will return to this Worcester Road Kidderminster store again.
