Got some fries for my sister because she was hungry even though we are boycotting as a family… large fries, £3.50, i expected something more than less than a handful of chips. Hardly 10 pieces came in the packet. I didn’t know i could be even more disappointed in such a fast food chain.

I feel bad for the staff because the place was clearly understaffed, but the wait time was long and the food was bad. One of our items was wrong, and the fountain drink was completely flat.

30 minutes for a burger and still waiting no more then 10 people waiting at a time , needs more staff here

Absolutely appalling service - I had to nearly shout to get myself acknowledged with a voucher as a coach driver - to then have to wait 12-13 mins for the food is not acceptable when we have just bought a coach full of 50 people into your Stafford Services - driver then had no time to actually eat the food and it had to go on the bin - won’t be using Stafford Services for a long while - could have understood had this been during the day but it was around 8pm and it wasn’t that busy!!! The fact the manager thinks it’s acceptable to keep people waiting that long is not great customer service

Appalling service from "kids" who really couldn't be bothered, the majority of food was unavailable!!!!!! Took forever to get what they "cooked" and then try and find a clean place to sit ! Looked like the place hadn't been cleaned all day. The worst motorway food place I have ever had the misfortune to use. Avoid at all cost

Bland, tasteless and covered in grease; but that's enough about the staff! The food, whilst it had more personality than the servers, was of otherwise very poor quality. At one particularly low point, I found myself watching a sarcastically floppy onion ring get lifted towards my mouth in an almost out-of-body state, I wondered what my life had come to. This place is miserable even for a roadside fast food place late on a Thursday night.

Stopped here for lunch today. I screwed up a voucher but the manager was really helpful and sorted it out. Thank you. The food was delicious and at the risk of starting a national debate, the chips knocked spots off Macdonald's chips. Will defo visit again

Do i have to pay extra fir paper towels,??? Always if i don't ask , they will not give you...

Worst food and service I have ever had! Ordered in store paid and collected when I was ready. Walked next door to the Travelodge to eat and all of it was cold! Not even Luke warm ! Tried the king fries with bacon cheese and that was cold too and the fries hadn't even been cooked through, they were still hard ! Went back to complain and they were closed 😡

The burger king used to sell plant based burger, which tasted very good. To my surprise the plant based burger whopper meal is cancelled and replaced by the deep fried bean burger. Instead of improving and moving forward, the burger king menu is going backwards. Very disappointing as a vegetarian. Pleasant staff. Would not recommend.

Both of our two meals were cold including the loaded fries, also we eat in. Burger ingredients missing. Burger King usually alright but never been to the one at Stafford services before. Wouldn't recommend.

There is no way on this planet that a simple cheese burger is worth nearly 5 quid considering how they are "cooked"

Charged me for double whopper with cheese and received a plain burger expect because you're in a service station they can get away with it

The place was filthy. Looked like it had not been cleaned for a week. We had been driving ving for 5 hours and just wanted to sit down and eat our meal. As we walking into seating area. A worker put a no entry sign in front of us. I tried to explain we would be quick but he would not allow us to sit. KFC were great and offered us seating. Won't be using burgerkung again

Is this the worst Burger King? No, that’s further up the M6. Can you have it the famous ‘your way’ but only if that’s adding burger or cheese and no we don’t have mayo for chips, that only for burgers…

Do not buy food from burger King Staffordshire services! The man that was preparing the food was not using gloves🤮 he kept reaching in his pocket for his mobile phone, whilst preparing the burgers 🤮 the man by the counter, was dismissive and abrupt!

I travelled south for a break and then back home in the north. In both directions, I stopped for an Angus steak burger at different Brurger King outlets. This one wasn't nearly as good as the one I had at the other place.

Rude team member, ordered plain burger came with mustard etc on it. Shift manager just leant against post mix on phone. Ridiculously slow. AVOID!!

Absolutely s...e .meal was cold stale burger bun. Ask for white coffee got black. Staff should be trained to a satisfactory standard. Avoid and go to Keele northbound....

Burger king If i have to choose between Burger King and Mc Donalds no doubt I'll go for the Burger king. There products are much tastier and quality. At the moment of writing this review just got my order after 15 min wait. The place is very busy probably because of the congestion on the motorway. Hope that the waiting time will be much better next time so i can update me review to 5 star. Other than that food is fantastic as always. Make sure to use the app as well so you can get the discount. I was very surprised when they gave me the discount- usually on the motorway service they never do.

This place is shocking if you want a quick meal. A couple of times I have visited this place and they are severally under staffed. Wait times of over 45 minutes no matter what you order due to the back log. About ten people got refunds after waiting too long for their food. Avoid this establishment and use Costa or the Asian places or Greg's.

Burger King persistently does not get more staff in here. Waited 26 min for my order. + overfilled bins, dirty tables. V.bad experience. Never again.

They're just so very slow. It looks like they only have half the staff they need, but it doesn't excuse a 20+ min wait for the food after the point of ordering.

Ordered 2 kids meals for my kids. Only told after we paid that there is no ketchup in stock. Only found out when the meals got to the table that there is no toy - despite it clearly saying that a toy comes with the meal on the menu. Returned to ask about this - apparently there is none in stock. No apology given, staff completely disinterested. Children crying. Terrible experience.

What great costumer service!! I had ordered a fish finger burger, and the staff member brought it to my attention that it gets fried in the same oil as chicken. So seeing as I eat halal, I thanked her so much and got it swapped for a vege burger. I really appreciated her actually telling me, found that very kind! Thank you.

Not keen on their fish fingers, my 4year old loves fish fingers but these were a disappointment at a price of £4.50😳

Great service, and food was lovely

Just had a 4 hour drive from East Kent going North on the M6 on Sat evening. Served by the duty Manager Phil. I cannot praise his customer service enough nothing was too much trouble. He was totally engaging and even offered advice on roadwork update. This person is a real credit to Burgerking. Must mention the Food and drink were well prepared bit more importsntly it was piping hot which is most unusual for Burgerking. Hats off to Phil and his Team perfect after such a long drive.

It's ok, in my opinion it is expensive for what it is but as long as you enjoy it, that's all that matters really.

Stupidly expensive when compared to McDs

Took about half an hour to get my food. Others, who had coaches waiting, waiting even longer. Orders seemed to get very muddled up and staff response was to ignore the increasingly irate customers. Almost £12 for an average burger small fries and some onion rings is rather steep

Visited to use toilet on way home from Nuneaton to Stockport. Quite clean.

3 pounds for a cheeseburger. Lol nope. Unless you have millions and billions of dollars, this is not the place for you. Better off with a few beers. :)

If you are looking for food while you are stopped here, I recommend going to get something from somewhere else in this service station. One of the reasons is this Burger King is a bit more expensive than the ones you would find in retail parks or in city centers; probably because if you're looking for hot food on the M6 then you're either going to get it here or at the next service station which would mean more driving just so you can get something decent to eat.

Service was particularly slow and the ordering process was a little chaotic. There seemed to be no relation to the order people placed their orders and when they were served.

Too EXPENSIVE for tastless food

As I walked through the doors to enter Burger King, the stench of dead fish flooded my nostrils, making my eyes water. But, as I had heard great things about your big wopper burger, I looked past the whiff and continued my journey towards the counter. I got to the counter, a young man served me, not naming him because that would make me look like a silly billy, and you want to know what he did? He told me to never ever come back because I did not order the most expensive meal on the menu! Very disgraceful. But once again I looked past it. I took my big whopper, took a bite and realised, this is no different than McDonalds. In fact, I would go as far to say that MCDONALDS IS FAR BETTER THAN YOU. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED. WHAT A LET DOWN. TRY HARDER NEXT TIME LADS. But can I just say, your fries are fantastic.

Standard Burger King - no complaints!

Pretty depressing but the alternatives were worse. Although it seemed cooked from fresh as no food was hanging around the food didn't taste as passable as normal Burger Kings

Freshest fast food I've had in a while

I personally prefer BK to Maccy D's and this is as good as the others. They served me quickly and the staff were pleasant.

More expensive than normal. Not big place but was ok to be seated.
