The best restaurants serving Fast food food in West Midlands

Long wait for for , got home and my kids burger was missing and mine was the wrong one, they had no ice cream , shakes or dips, would not recommend

Excellent food an the chef chippy 1 of the best guys on the grill an best chicken ever tasted.

Awful place, slow disorganised and machines don’t print receipts even tho they offer you a free deal if you fill out details on the reverse or maybe that’s why they don’t so they don’t get too many negative reviews!!

Worst breakfast ever! Couldn’t even finish it. Sausages taste horrible and bacon was full of black stuff from the dirty fry top. Two of them take 20 minutes to prep the worst breakfast ever. Better go subway next door

Staff friendly and helpful, really nice food

2 stars given not because it's particularly bad but because it's a McDonald's, this means the food isn't great, it's expensive and bad for you, I'd give the same no matter what McDonald's it was.

Unfortunately, I can’t give 0 stars. Worst Macdonald’s I’ve ever been to. They are trying to do too much (eat-in, takeaway, order on the app, just eat, etc) and the service has now become none existent. It is no longer fast food. You occasionally had to park up and wait for the drive thru order for the more complex orders but now it is pretty much every time, even for basic orders (20mins+ for NUGGETS). And then they forgot something. They said they’ll be back with the rest of the order but didn’t come back. Had to get my kids out the car and go in for it. They couldn’t care less when I complained. This is not a 1 off occurrence. Absolutely awful!

McDonald's are all the same burgers so small just rubbish food fries cold as always

Really unprofessional staff serving. One was ignoring customers and on her phone. Several of the servers then had a conversation about an HR issue right in front of customers, including slagging off the company.

After ordering from just eat, my food turned up an hour late and stone cold so I put the lot in the bin. Terrible service, terrible food and terrible delivery

Made me feel sick and burger looked awful. How can it be that bad ?? Almost like it was tainted 🤮 literally feel ill

Many times i ordered but there staff missing the items of food two or three time i ordered food one time they missing wrap one time missing apple pie and last time they missing chicken burger

Food has been improved lately. Always fresh with decent flavours.

The person who assisted me, Alin, was both friendly and professional. They made ordering a breeze and provided quick service. The food arrived steaming hot and tasted amazing.
