Eastern Diner in Coventry

Paid £9.99 for chicken tikka grill. Very small portion. Did not provide mint sauce as advwrtised. Dissapointing i could have done better and cheaper at home. Also no customer care no complimentary things.

Use here regular but waited over hour rang up said didn't have my house number...? Nice food but not happy how long had to wait for delivery

restaurant did not respond to the messages and when I phoned they gave three different reasons for it being late, just kept repeating 2-3 minutes. when the delivery turned up the food was cold but the driver said he'd only just collected. the order did not live up to the images.

Food is delicious like always. But I have to complain regarding driver which behave unprofessional and unmannered. Moreover, drive was rude. Please investigate

The fries were stale, when i complained they said they will send fresh fries, however after four hours of waiting nothing arrive. Im very disappointed and won’t be ordering from here.

The food was really bad. I ordered kebab and pizza with chicken pieces. Half the chicken in the kebab was undercooked and the other half was over cooked. The chips were soggy and also undercooked. The pizza was good to be fair but everything else was so bad we couldn’t finish it

pizza base sauce is not right, got a tang to it, just make a basic Authentic pizza sauce or don't do pizza

food never arrived. called restaurant to confirm they will deliver to me, they confirmed it wouldn't be an issue and place yhe order via Just Eat. order placed and the restaurant called to confirm i said yes i will pay cash. i then got a call 10 mins later asking i pay more, which i agreed. now been over 2 hours and no food. i keep getting told the driver is around the corner he will be with me in 5minutes. dont accept the order and ask for more money if you cannot fufil the order.

Delivered to the wrong address no code was asked for so if my order had been delivered to someone who would have just took it I've got no food and somebody's got a free me

Delivery driver was extremely fast, efficient and polite. Well mannered and got our food to us nice and warm. It was late at night so rather than knocking on our door he called, very nice gesture as it kept us from disturbing my sleeping parents. 5*

The lamb chops were tender and tasty. However, I ordered a diet coke and got a Pepsi, and I asked for no onions, and got onions. They gave me 2 plain nann breads instead of 1. I guess that was to compensate for messing up my order.

The Masala fish came without fries, why isn’t the option to make it a meal available? It was however very tasty today. Donner n fries tasty but fries were far too oily.

Excellent tasty fresh properly cooked, well seasoned, not just chilli/overly spiced, not overly greasy/oily. Delivered Hot. Fresh roti. Perfect today / would def order again if the quality remains the same.

Usually have there Sunday breakfast special at there restaurant, on this occasion ordered take away and they didn’t disappoint just as they don’t in person at the restaurant. Brilliant!

What a shame the order was light…Garlic Naan ordered £3.99 and it wasn't delivered! Otherwise, the food was good and enjoyable. Shame it was ruined…first time using and not a good first impression! 6/10 only

the delivery driver was late because I watched him smash into a car and then drive off ,,,he then parked around the corner as if nothing had happened,,,it has been reported to police and evidence supplied

We’ve ordered the same order several times. Masala fish with fries. I requested for 6.30, order came at 5.50. Also my mums fish was burnt and she didn’t eat it. Disappointed as it is an expensive order and not what we expected.

I am a regular customer but recently their food has been very dissapointing. Tha lamb chops i ordered today did not taste right. The had gone off and the meat had a nasty smell. All went in the bin.

The lamb balti had too much chilli powder in it and not enough salt. We’ve had better from here

Excellent food with great service

Issue is that on the just eat app, when ordering the peri chicken there is not option to select the hotness level and had not released this until food arrived and realised the the restaurant has provided the safest bet by providing the least hot option so not there fault! The app should have given me the option to select but simply doesn't, disappointing and £11 of that order was not what I wanted taste wise.

Delicious food. Prompt delivery. I do wish Rubicon was added as a drink option as i know they do it in store. Last time i selected fanta & left a request in notes & they changed it to Rubicon for me but this time when i left a note they didn't

i had peri peri chicken from many different places. this is the worst one out of all places. dry, no flavour at all. unbelievable. I was really hungry when I ordered and regretted ordering from there.

No ice cream in the milkshake. Consistency was not right and was warm.

The food was good but again for the second time the sauce was spilled in the bag, very clumsy job at packing.

rude staff waited over 90mins for delivery, when i called they just said its on the way and put the phone down, when i called back and asked why the response was "shop is busy" and they said thats excellent customer service. when food arrived it was cold and soggy

Eastern diner gone down hill. Ordered 2 x masala fishs£20.50 . Not eatable. Fish batter so hard and burnt Cod inside dry and no moisture and lacking basic taste. Nan bread was burnt. Chips and salad were good. Please taste what you send out. People are spending their money not only to receive bad food.

says food been delivered at 1920 it is now 19.33 and still no food so not best pleased they try make out it was delivered on time as clearly is not here

well I ordered food from them and it says enjoy ur food after delivery and I've still not received my food as of yet

our food was lovely tasty and hot as usual. unfortunately we did have quite a few bones in the chicken filet burger. which our teenage son choked on. we have received a refund for the meal and we are happy with that.

I want a refund they put so much chilli sauce on it was uneatable I’m not happy at all
