McDonald's in East Staffordshire

Would give more but stood waiting to pay by cash but women was too busy with Instagram then shouted a coleuge over to serve.

Stopped off for a quarter pounder with cheese regular fries. Not a great experience. Bun broke up on picking it up, pattie was lukewarm only redeeming feature was that the fries were o.k. Not good value for money - I remembered now why I regard Mac D's as a last resort when hungry.

My friend and I had a frustrating experience at McDonald’s when they charged my friend for an item they didn’t order and then refused to provide a refund. Despite explaining the mistake, the worker seemed uninterested in helping and even gave us a sassy attitude, which made the situation worse. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, the worker acted dismissive, making us feel unwelcome and disrespected. It’s disappointing when a company known for its customer service doesn’t handle problems professionally. We left feeling annoyed and unlikely to return anytime soon. It’s disappointing to encounter such poor customer service at McDonald’s. If your workers can’t handle basic customer concerns without being rude, then it’s time to invest in better training—or hire people who actually care about providing good service. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them and adding a bad attitude on top of it is unacceptable. You need better workers and servers who know how to treat customers with respect. Do better. Fast service but can get very very busy at main mealtimes

Very poor behaviour from the staff who served me. Thankfully the situation was helped by the very professional attitude of the 2 customer care staff who apologised on behalf of the restaurant and replaced the food which had been knocked over by the counter staff.

I was only given chips in my order and a drink missing everything else load off rubbish

Half of my order didnt arrive and what did was cold.. so i have to wait for a partial refund, for food i didnt eat.. when i called them "there's nothing we can do".. how can you forget to put so many items into one bag?!

Quite busy the staff look rushed off there feet feels like they need more support but it's the same at all locations

The issue was that the driver spend wasted time driving around our village (which I could see on the tracker) and did not even call us. My husband had to go out and find him - several streets away. This resulted in cold food. This is the 3rd time we have had the same issue with just eat. I think it’s time to stop using them.

Review #1 - Ordered large meal. What I get? Half chips and not cold 3/4 filled coke. Warm burger which felt like it has been sitting on shelf for 10 mins+ before serving?? Worse service I ever had! Review #2 - Wish I've not visited here, floor is filthy, no one here, just me and my son - waited 10-15 mins for food??? What's going on? Wish I could share the video on how filthy this place is.

Ordered at 20:30, food arrived at 22:15. Food was cold, soggy in the bottom of the bag! Had to microwave to make it edible, McFlurry was slush! Rather the order be declined than arriving 2 hours later and stone cold.

Incomplete order! No condiments!

delivery was on time. however the fries were cold and I ordered a fruit back for my child however a pineapple stick was in the bag.

No cheese or cheese sauce at all on my cheesy mccrispy and no extra cheese on the fillet o fish. Absolutely ruined the meal.

Used the drive through after work on Sunday evening just after 7pm, car park full,so busy,lovely happy voice on the intercom took the order,very bubbly young lady,busy at the next hatch,order done in 5 minutes, pleasant young man too,best milk shake I've ever had,love the double big mac,please keep it,well done guys great service tonight 👍

The food was cold and thrown together it's also supposed to be fast food there was only 3 cars in front of us but had to wait 15 minutes for a cheese burger meal and a happy meal absolutely rubbish all round

I was waiting way over an hour from order til delivery. Food was stone cold. The driver had about 4 other men in the car with him, food bag had been opened. And missing burger

the booger and wraps were atvthe edge of cold. fries were very cold, like they kept them outside for hours. and I have received the food almost 15 minutes past the expected delivery time (text sent).

I ordered 3 hash browns and some mini hash browns and none of them came.

no sause was deliverd with the nuggets and missing a 1/4p burger + double with the 14.99 deal. Joke!

Cold food and melted ice cream and had to wait over an hour

I expect the temperature to be cool because maccies don't travel well. However, the burger was dry and almost cremated. there was no relish on it or gherkin. the fries were unsalted. I shan't be ordering for myself again. The delivery was great though.

Hot chocolate and coffee, lukewarm and weak. McFlurry, had hot chocolate drink in it, because lid from hot chocolate drink, wasn’t fitted properly.

I watched the driver leave the McDonald's restaurant to go no where near where i live to near burger king to come back and now our food is cold

Disgusting behavior accidentally ordered food to the wrong house and when asked to deliver to ours we were told their was no refunds and they cant contact the driver🤦‍♀️ now we couldnt get any food or any of our 30 quid we spent because the driver had obviously just taken that opportunity to eat it instead of contacting us absolutely disgusting behavior from customer service aswell who did NOTHING hoping to get a refund soon.

Had to wait 10 minutes for my food when it wasn’t even busy. When i got my food the fries were like cardboard and it was cold. I don’t mind waiting for fresh food but pay and wait for cold food ???? No mate . Appalling behaviour last time I come here. Service is terrible.

forgot the big mac! the rest of my meal the drink and fries came but the big mac didn't get delivered. you can't get intouch with McDonald's to get it sorted so have to wait for a refund off just eat. the fries were dry and cold...

Food took over an hour to be delivered and was all cold. Not impressed.

I don’t understand how it’s so hard to get the order right. 2 McFlurrys and we get 2 medium diet cokes. Our own stupidity as 4/5 have been either missing items or wrong. It’s not even cheap anymore.

2 stars given not because it's particularly bad but because it's a McDonald's, this means the food isn't great, it's expensive and bad for you, I'd give the same no matter what McDonald's it was.

I've been many times the service is amazing

I wouldn't call it fast food service is getting worse with massive queues both inside and at the drive through which is made worse by all of the just eats and delveroo couriers ,I counted seven during my wait for breakfast

Fries were hot, Big Mac ok, ordered a zero coke and got a milkshake and no McFlurry, very disappointed as this seems to be happening a lot.

It was okay. The workers didn’t put any of the sauces that were ordered in the bag; so we were delivered a dry McDonalds and the food was mid.

if the order had been hot & complete, it would have been lovely but unfortunately it was neither. That is not an issue with just eat delivery because the food is always delivered early or on time. when I called McDonalds, and explained 2 of of our meals were incomplete, she said and I quote "you must appreciate there are a lot of 16 and 17 year olds that work here!" If the training program is not fit for purpose, then unfortunately neither are the staff!!

This has to be the worse mcd in the country. Never get an order correct. Make you park up for over 20 mins with no spaces to park. Just done it up but would of been better demolishing it

We usually go for a latte after walking our dogs. The quality of the coffee has improved greatly recently. The food is fine, but could be hotter on occasions.

Staff were uninterested and did not communicate, when visible? My cappuccino tasted like warm water and the lid wasn't on properly so I spilt it down my shirt good job id left it to cool as I would've been scolded!

Our order wasn't complete and didn't come on time. They had to redo the order.

Called today wanting 3 hot drinks nothing more in my opinion not to difficult ordered at 13.16 still waiting at 13.35 asked what was happening got told will sort it 8mins after this asked again was told my drinks we're given to someone else needed to wait for these tobe done again not good at all

Rudest delivery driver I’ve ever had!!!!

Excellent! Muffin was a bit chucked together but hallelujah it was hot!!!!

Expected delivery time kept changing. Took nearly an hour after the original time stated. Food was cold despite taking only 4 minutes to arrive once they left the restaurant. Also ordered 4 medium fries which all looked half empty, cold and soggy.

Staff were very rude. Waited in drive through for 30mins for cold food. Will not stop here again.

What a really poor service your charging a customer £30 to place an order yet the place of service can't even deliver the whole order to you. I was missing several items off my order and have only been given 2 items off my original order. I expect a full refund from this.

Again we order hot drinks and yet again they don’t put sugar or milk in with it I am a person with disabilities now I cannot drink my tea without someone getting milk and sugar we have spent quite a bit of money as we have ordered several times and only once have had all of what you SHOULD get when ordering

Used drive thru and very long wait to order, only had 2 drinks. Straws not fit for purpose and wasn't offered any sugar with coffee. Didn't seem to have enough staff on
