Terrible place avoid at all times

Quick service and the fries were fresh and piping hot which is most unusual. Enjoyed every mouthful

Not happy 15 minutes in the drive though then told to go to the window to ordered and then go to the next window to be told to go and wait in the car park to get my order and after 10 minutes home it was cold I was not happy and this was at 10.45 at night so I don't know how they cope at tee time 😠

This maccys seems to up upped the game quite alot since my last review. Even though I live 3 mins over the road I usually avoid as I could never get a hot meal despite complaining. But that said I went tonight as a lazy last resort, and everything was piping hot, would of given more stars too but 1 item was missing from the order. The staff was very apologetic and soon made up the missing item. Keep up the good work guys, making my local maccys a good place to go again is only down to the staff ☺️

The restaurant was filthy food and rubbish on every table

Sadly the drive thru is often hit and miss. I now check the order before I drive off..sadly many many times they've missed off vital items (burgers) off the orders so I've had to return after getting home. This means we were unable to eat together, the person's food that was missing doesn't eat and my food is cold upon my return. Sadly the staff just don't seem to care about the inconvenience. However, the staff on the floor IN THE RESTAURANT are fabulous. Attentive and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and the genuinely like their job. They remember you and will ask about you. Great for parents with kiddos and disabled people, as they'll insist on helping you get your food and clear your table.

This McDonald's is slowly going downhill. Possibly a load of new staff. But the overall communication and customer service is dreadful at the minute and really needs addressing

Chocolate and banana are spelt completely different just so you know. Every time we order here there is an issue. Bunch of degenerates who can’t read an order properly, let alone prep.

The sausage muffins were covered in grease which they aren’t normally and the sausage didn’t taste very nice

Deliverey driver was weird, n no chips

Big Mac was overcooked and just about inedible. Fillet O Fish looked as though it had been thrown together and was dry, but hey, finally got the dips for the chicken nuggets! Total waste of money!

Pre-ordered for 19.30 and delivery was at 20.15 and freezing cold. Why are the drivers not using thermal bags and why did the restaurant only start prepping my order at 19.20?

We came to this mcdonald’s to enjoy some food, unfortunately when eating dessert our friend found a hair within her mcflurry, when making staff aware of the issue they made out that we had placed the hair into the icecream, which does not at all scream great customer service, and infact can not have happened because we all have blonde hair and the hair in the icecream was black.

Delivery driver was excellent. The manager told him the order was cancelled, it was not. Without him we wouldn’t have received anything. The food was cold. This burton franchise is probably the worst in food quality experienced

No issues with the food, apart from the fries being stone cold. But the delivery driver was so unbelievably rude. I didn’t catch his name but I’d be putting in some kind of formal complaint if I had. The way he spoke to me was horrendous and if I hadn’t caught him out my window after he buzzed, he would have left my food in the communal entrance area down 3 flights of stairs. It’s bad enough being disabled, living on the top floor without having to deal with awful, rude and lazy delivery drivers.

The food I ordered never arrived! The app said it had been delivered but it never came! I received no calls or messages to ask where I was or anything

The order was all present and correct and delivered carefully. Not a drop spilled! The delivery driver was very friendly and thorough

Great food, We had takeaway today and my sister absolutely loved it. The Big Mac was great as well as fries.

Food was absolutely stone cold so all had to be microwaved. Anybody who's reheated McDonald's knows how awful it is.

Nice friendly and helpful staff . If there's ever any mishaps their sorted immediately.. I probably go here it least 5 days a week..

Drive through closed often after 10pm, rubish on the tables, endles waiting at nights. 7 minutes past midnight, 2 customers, 20 min wait.

Not happy with McDonald's - 2 Mcflurrys, a bbq sauce & 6 chicken nuggets missing off from my order when it was delivered. This is not the first time items have been missing & it is usually deserts &/or milkshakes. I tried to report the missing food, but the 'need help' section is too specific & there isn't an option for food missing from the order. Also it isn't clear which 'Burton McDonald's' my order came from & no direct contact details on the receipt. Really bad CS!

The order was due at 18.35-1850 but didn’t turn up until nearly 20.00 and when it did turn up it was cold and the fries were soggy

Stopped off for a quarter pounder with cheese regular fries. Not a great experience. Bun broke up on picking it up, pattie was lukewarm only redeeming feature was that the fries were o.k. Not good value for money - I remembered now why I regard Mac D's as a last resort when hungry.

called to ask them not to put cheese on burgers due to dietary requirements and they did it anyway. I even added a note on the order. refund requested as we can't eat any of the burgers now

My friend and I had a frustrating experience at McDonald’s when they charged my friend for an item they didn’t order and then refused to provide a refund. Despite explaining the mistake, the worker seemed uninterested in helping and even gave us a sassy attitude, which made the situation worse. Instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the issue, the worker acted dismissive, making us feel unwelcome and disrespected. It’s disappointing when a company known for its customer service doesn’t handle problems professionally. We left feeling annoyed and unlikely to return anytime soon. It’s disappointing to encounter such poor customer service at McDonald’s. If your workers can’t handle basic customer concerns without being rude, then it’s time to invest in better training—or hire people who actually care about providing good service. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them and adding a bad attitude on top of it is unacceptable. You need better workers and servers who know how to treat customers with respect. Do better. probably the worst McDonalds around this area, items always missing. Missing this morning was a full breakfast wrap meal, and instead of a cappuccino we got sent an Americano. Driver wouldn't let us check the order by opening sealed bags before I gave him code. once he had the code he just walked off.

Very poor behaviour from the staff who served me. Thankfully the situation was helped by the very professional attitude of the 2 customer care staff who apologised on behalf of the restaurant and replaced the food which had been knocked over by the counter staff.

Review #1 - Ordered large meal. What I get? Half chips and not cold 3/4 filled coke. Warm burger which felt like it has been sitting on shelf for 10 mins+ before serving?? Worse service I ever had! Review #2 - Wish I've not visited here, floor is filthy, no one here, just me and my son - waited 10-15 mins for food??? What's going on? Wish I could share the video on how filthy this place is.

The issue was that the driver spend wasted time driving around our village (which I could see on the tracker) and did not even call us. My husband had to go out and find him - several streets away. This resulted in cold food. This is the 3rd time we have had the same issue with just eat. I think it’s time to stop using them.

Ordered at 20:30, food arrived at 22:15. Food was cold, soggy in the bottom of the bag! Had to microwave to make it edible, McFlurry was slush! Rather the order be declined than arriving 2 hours later and stone cold.

Incomplete order! No condiments!

delivery was on time. however the fries were cold and I ordered a fruit back for my child however a pineapple stick was in the bag.

No cheese or cheese sauce at all on my cheesy mccrispy and no extra cheese on the fillet o fish. Absolutely ruined the meal.

Used the drive through after work on Sunday evening just after 7pm, car park full,so busy,lovely happy voice on the intercom took the order,very bubbly young lady,busy at the next hatch,order done in 5 minutes, pleasant young man too,best milk shake I've ever had,love the double big mac,please keep it,well done guys great service tonight 👍

The food was cold and thrown together it's also supposed to be fast food there was only 3 cars in front of us but had to wait 15 minutes for a cheese burger meal and a happy meal absolutely rubbish all round
