McDonald's in East Staffordshire

missing drinks from meals, cold fries. Not great when McDs are so pricy now that this was supposed to have been a treat.

I haven't received the order, the driver was on his way and after a short period of time, it was showed as delivered although I haven't received the order.

I payed for an oreo Mcflurry but didn't get it and I payed for a large strawberry milkshake but only got a small one and it barely tasted like a strawberry milkshake

No sauces again. Chicken selects come with sauce and paid extra for others. It’s not hard.

I wonder why we pay for large meals when the fries aren’t even a decent medium size portion, even, but weren’t edible as they were soggy and cold. The food went into the bin. Also, the delivery time was like a moving target and kept adjusting adding time on, I’m guessing the courier picked up several orders and delivered the others first.

The food was cold again and delivery times kept extending. I won’t be ordering from here again.

When we went to this McDonalds there were young girls 14 to 16 years of age drinking out of bottles of vodka and vaping. Spoke to the manager and she did nothing. Very poor.

estimated 30 min delivery. took an hour. everything was cold. without fail. even the burger was squashed. very disappointed.

Left notes for NO EGG to be on muffin , muffin cake with egg on . So no point leaving notes if not going to be read

Lazy, ignorant and unhelpful. Too lazy to open drive thru I then called and asked for car service as I paid on the app the woman then lied straight to my face and told me they don’t do that past 12 when they do on Fridays and I watched them take someone else’s

I know this is McDonalds, but this is a really poor franchise. It’s in third place, out of the three in Burton

delivery guys apparently cannot deliver hot drinks. They are blaming how they are being packed.

Half of the salad on the wrap was missing . Chips were stone cold and tasted like they had been sat waiting for 15mins or more

At the drive-thru, they often get part of the order wrong. On three separate occasions, I've received the wrong mains (nuggets instead of burger), wrong flavour milkshake (ordered 2x strawberry, one was banana) and part of order missing. Be sure to check your stuff before leaving! Edit: I’ve just visited on 11/04/2025 and the order was wrong again. I called up and they wouldn’t do anything about it except talk to the staff. Avoid at all costs.

Hash browns were rock hard, coffee cups were half empty and food cold!!

The time just kept changing and getting longer. Our food arrived cold and my medium coffee was only 1/3 full. So it was very disappointing. It was a birthday treat for my husband so it didn’t go well really

Got my order delivered to the wrong address. My bad. I put adress 26, instead 24 .. but how come the food got delivered without the code??? 😞

It said it would be 23 minutes but kept increasing making arrive almost 1 hour when it was first said it would

when i first ordered it said it would be here around 18:30. the eta kept going up and it eventually arived at 19:40?? food was cold, burger and chips were soggy and mcflurry was literally drinkable

Drive thru staff member giving out food was very lazy, said they have no salt left to move us along so I parked up went inside and there was a big pile of salt so I took it around to the drive thru window for him so he didn’t have to move from his spot. Aside from this the chips were soggy, the beef on the burgers looked like it had been warmed up with a candle and when I went inside there was so many people standing around waiting for food and stood in rubbish all over the floor that you can’t really dine inside. Overall there’s enough McDonald’s around, just drive past this one, not worth it. With all the issues you can tell it has very poor management that can’t get the basics right, so i worry about the essentials like cleanliness etc

so we ordered and it seems like it was getting delayed too much. We called up saying what’s going on, and we just cancelled. Basically I’m saying delivery time is slower than expected.

Order was cancelled after waiting over 2 hours. Delivery driver came and was told that we cancelled the orders but it's still showing delivered. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never be ordering from McDonald's again

Only half filling the fries in the pouch that I paid for. No katsu curry sauce in the wrap. Scammers as I went to the drive thru and they know it’s too late when you are home. Visited 9/3/2025 at 4.25pm.

didn't check the address location and went for a trip around the local towns. Even after I contacted him and gave him instructions he went even further away from my address
