amazing food And a delicious hot coffee ☕ a polite delivery driver as well

Food was cold and was had all fallen over in the bag , burger fell out of box and the drinks were spilled!

There was no bbq sauce And no fruit bags in none of the meals

All food freezing cold , again no condiments delivered , disgusting as these are now not free and paid for . This being the second order in a few weeks with the same complaint. What do staff find so difficult to get all the order packed correctly 🤦‍♀️

Food came on time however the food was that cold it was inedible how they expect someone to eat food that is freezing is beyond me,iteams missing. £2.49 large Fanta missing

Awful quality. Breakfast Bun was made wrong and also the bread was stale. Hash brown were undercooked and swimming in oil. Shocking really!

Food arrived ahead of just eats advised time which was fine with us. All food was accounted for and still warm.

Couldn’t enjoy my order because it was the wrong order and we are vegetarians and it was all meat.

This McDonald’s is about 5-6 minutes away from destination and fries seem like they’ve already been cold, reheated, cooled down, delivered to us cold & rubbery. All food not even luke warm.

One of the worst McDonalds . All the employees are very rude specially the manager. Even they are very rude to the all Uber and just eat driver. Full of idiots. Not going to visit again.

Usual MacDonald. Think food sizes are getting smaller. Also self order a pain with being asked to add on extras and round up money. Seems difficult to just order food

Ok the whole thing was 1hr50 after I ordered it … plus I paid for 5 dips I didn’t receive …. Even the delivery guy said they kept him waiting for ages to deliver another order …. Disgraceful

This is a bad store in my opinion. I have begun actively trying to avoid it for any other McDonald's because each visit is problematic. From menu items not being available, to incorrect items being in the given order, missing sauces, not giving out napkins, alleged technical faults. It's a growing concern and this McDonald's seems ill prepared to serve it's customers no matter what time of day you visit. Onsite free parking. Disabled bays. Easy to access and open 24 hours.

I didn’t even receive my order altho it said delivered

Ordered a breakfast through the drive through this morning. After being handed the food I asked for a ketchup please.... 10p she said, cash only, I only had my card on me so asked if I could pay with that, No was the answer. So asked for a refund on the food, the manager who came to the window was very rude, literally threw the money on the side for me, I paid with card so i wanted it refunding back to my card please, she disappeared never returned, had to ask and wait another 5 minutes for another manger to come and refund my meal back to my card. All over a 10 pence sauce!! No customer service/people skills at all! Management could do with retraining on Good customer service! Oh well, Will not be returning. 👋

I was disappointed with my recent order from McDonald's. The food arrived cold, particularly the fries, which is understandable to some extent due to the delivery process. However, my Cheese Steak Burger was missing entirely, which is unacceptable. While I acknowledge that mistakes can happen, I used to work at this McDonald's several years ago and don’t recall ever forgetting an item from an order. This level of service falls short of expectations.

A victim of its own success. Barely adequate parking and restaurant service is slow due to its popularity! And I hate the touchscreen ordering! My advice - use the drive-thru.

Food freezing cold , no dips at all with selects or mozzarella sticks and also the other condiments we paid for didn’t arrive . So dry food . Awful experience and nearly £28 waste of money

Very poor. Food was not to standard at all. Fries weren’t crispy and the overall quality of everything ordered was well below par. 4 of us went and not one of us enjoyed what we had. Basic milkshakes weren’t available either. Golden Hill McDonald’s is much better. Will be going there in future. Only came here because we’d been to the cinema nearby, but would drive out to Golden Hill next time. Very disappointed. More expensive than it used to be, too. We’d get 4 meals for around the £20 mark and this time it was nearly £40. Just shows the hike in prices and when the food is worse quality than it used to be, it’s a definite 👎🏻 from me.

If your looking for somewhere to grab something quick, this is not the place to go. I went here recently and the Food Was Cold, the Coke was flat, They had no sauce int he dispensers, The ice cream was runnier than the milkshake, but the most pathetic thing of all is that they had "No Medium Boxes for Fries" which on its own is pathetic for Mc Donalds. And even worse refused to give me chips or give me a refund after I had already paid for it and this was because they told me I needed a receipt but The Receipt Machine was broken! Definitely don't go here if you want good service and good/hot food!

Me and my friend went to this McDonalds and I ordered with my card and got my food almost straight away with the take away bag half ripped and two chicken mayos half unwrapped my friend payed with cash at the counter was looked at multiple times and ignored by multiple members of staff and took roughly half an hour to be served coke overflowing by a big amount

Ordered at the drive thru. Asked for 2 extra dips (weren’t even put through let alone got them) ordered and paid for 9 nuggets… received 5 of those 9… average chips with basically no salt, stale nuggets could’ve broken a tooth eating them. Good luck trying to eat anything here…

Had a great experience at this McDonald’s after my flight back, nipped in here for a snack and actually came back round the drive through after being served quality McDonald’s, the manager at the time was Malcom who was really enthusiastic considering the time and made sure to serve the food fresh. Was great!

We were at night and were told to wait over 40 minutes because they had some kind of system failure. When we returned and placed our order at the Drive Thru, we were the only customers. The staff lingered as if they didn't want to be there at all. We waited a long time for two Oreo Frappes, which unfortunately weren't Oreo Frappes. We politely pointed this out to the gentleman at the counter, showing him a picture of a well-made Frappe. They completely forgot to add the Oreo 🤔🤔 seriously? The guy at the counter was indignant. Very unpleasant service.

Regularly meet up with my daughter for breakfast, we love it, but the only real issue is the toffee lattes, almost every time our meal gets to us (this is not just a problem with this McDonald's) the cream and drizzle has already disappeared, we often joke about wether or not it will actually be there, it very rarely is. Please sort this, maybe make the coffee last? That's my only annoyance, staff and premises are decent.

Not good....A cold coffee, a thrown together double cheeseburger, plenty of staff available, but no table service? I made my feelings known at the time and was offered a warm coffee, which I accepted. I understand that this store belongs to the same franchise as Tunstall? There is no comparison, regarding service and quality of kitchen to table food.....Tunstall are more 'on point'.

if i could give 1 star i would. this is the WORST maccies i have ever experienced food from and the service is horrendous. ordered our food just before 1am it arrived stone cold and WRONG at 2:15am. i ordered a milkshake and got a Sprite??? the chips are rock hard and freezing. and a million other things wrong. do yourselves a favour and just close down tbh.

Got the order wrong, replaced straight away. The chip's, burger and coffee were cold. The cleaner whipping the table and chairs are leaving them soaking. The gentleman across from me had to dry his table and chairs off for the kid'sto sit down. It doesn't seem to matter which McDonald's I go to these day's there all poor

Ordered through app, sat in bay and waited. This was at 7.23pm. 2 other cars pulled up in other bays 10 mins after me. 30 minutes after I ordered, the other 2 cars got their food. Still nothing. Asked the lady who brought their food out where ours was as we'd be waiting half an hour. Said it takes a while and I have to expect to wait.... half an hr for 20 nuggets and some chips?! 5 mins later food came, stone cold as if it had been sitting out for the half an hour we'd been waiting. Thought mcdonalds was meant to be 'fast' food ? 🤣 I'd prefer go have a meal at a pub for the amount you pay for a Maccys now but my son likes to have one occasionally after football training. Muffin was stale. Egg had black bits. Coke was basically fizzy water. No condiments given as per usual. Only decent thing was the hash brown! Shocking.

Had to clean my own table as they were all dirty. They said they would do it but after 5 mins waiting, I found the cleaning spray and some kitchen roll and cleaned my own table. Food was barley warm and they tried to give me a medium milkshake in a large cup. Not very impressed.
