Had a bit of a wait but food was amazing 👏 Hot and very tasty just what we needed thank uou .we all enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Best halal food in Stafford This place really deserves a 5*. The food was very very yummy and the staff were very pleasant and helpful and kind. The food service was fast and quick hot temp and blasting with flavours. The owner Kash he was so friendly towards the entire family He mixed this special donner for us which was not on the menu just to make us happy. The wings were very crispy.the burgers were full of flavour. Thank you so much for great yummy food and caring service Best halal food in Stafford

I order from here all the time but I can honestly say it is my last time the food I got last night was awful pizza burnt around all edges food missing out of box I did phone and tell them they were sending the stuff they missed out of box but by the time they would of come it would of been freezing cold like the first lot we ordered dreadful will not order again

its interesting to see extreme opposing views about this take away. I have used it regularly over 3 months while i was staying in area for work and seen them interact with their customers, they are anything but racist or rude. people from all backgrounds come and enjoy their meals here, portion size is a big plus in this time of financial squeeze, often one meal is enough for an adult and a child. i have seen a mum with two kids requesting some extras and they did not charge her a penny extra. their delivery guys are from all backgrounds. its a nice place to have a tasty treat.

Always good and if you don't like the food don't order. Never had a bad meal and always within time limit. These guys and girls work hard and prices are very good.

We have ordered every week for a while now and this weeks order was a let down. Kebab wrap had 2 small Slices of tomato, a whole onion and about a teaspoon of chopped out of date lettuce. Pizza was great. Not sure I will be ordering again though

Unfortunately we had a bad experience, ordered x1 quarter pounder with cheese & salad, the salad & cheese looked it had be nuked in the microwave, where was the cheese, the other burger, x1 half pounder with cheese & salad, was just a quarter pounder, no salad & cheese again looked like it was nuked, we rang up & complained, when they sent the same orders again, it wasn't much better, shame as the food used to be nice, won't be going again.

Last night ordered a southern fried chicken, later on that night I had non stop projectile vomiting. Still feeling sick the next day, DO NOT EAT HERE!!

1st order of food was cold, rang to complain was told it was cooked and sent out with delivery man so shouldn't be cold, when I asked if he was accusing me of being a liar his quick respnose was NO.2nd lot of food was delivered promptly,asked delivery man to wait whilst we tried!! All good, lovely and hot.

Went round friends and ordered 2 kebabs and fries. He wasn’t happy with his as was Luke warm and tasteless. My mixed kebab was cold to Luke warm and chicken and Doner meat were tasteless. Ordered salad with it which was just lumps of white cabbage & onions, also ordered sweet corn relish, mint yoghurt & lemon none of which was on… Would rather a cold tin of dog food than order of these again. Told my friend use Weston road for kebab takeaway kebab as great chips, tasty food and you don’t feel ill the next day. Al Karina is nasty, cheap, tasteless food EHO do the numbers and don’t care what crap they serve… disgusting, both went in the bin along with the cold soggy chips🤮🤮🤮 hi

Raw chicken and food was undercooked and freezing cold and when I asked for a refund they were using offensive language

Ordered via the website - opened the delivery to find nothing matched what I had paid for - TERRIBLE CHICKEN no phone number works no way to confirm my order on the website - no way to complain or question the order - will never use them again -TERRIBLE

I attended this takeaway with my son and best friend, I didn't get the order I asked for which was a small mixed kebab with salad but instead received mainly lamb doner with 4 pieces of chicken. The chips had been recooked and were full of fat and the food was genuinely unedited. Go to the takeaway to the right of this shop where they serve proper tasty food

Tried here as an alternative to our normal place. We ordered fried chicken as part of value box with chips and donner meat. The chicken was raw in the middle and the donner was cold. Chips cooked and covered in cheese but that was the only part of the meal they got rite

If your veggie DO NOT! eat from here. The scums seem to think its funny to shove a chicken nugget inside my veggie burger and then when i ring and confront them about it they call me a liar and say ive done it myself. Because thats the normal thing for a veggie to do...pmsl! God nos what these people are putting in our food we pay good money for! Dirty little rats!! #checkbeforeyoueat.

We fancied a midweek takeaway,well worth it. Delivery time was brilliant and tonight's food was spot on we had value box a. Doner meat was lush so hot and fresh,sf chicken was especially delicious, moist,succulent. KFC need some tips from these guys. We use these alot and tonight's was again fantastic thanks al karims.

Don’t order kebabs as takeaway very often but this place is where I prefer to go. All kebabs are cooked freshly in front of you. I don’t like doner so can’t comment on it. Last night I had house special with lamb, chicken & shish, delicious. Asked for meat & salad in a tray with bread separately as when all together I get in a mess trying to eat it 😂. Everything was fresh & piping hot even after journey home.

I've had better and worse kebabs. It is completely average. I will say that the garlic mayo was not very well flavoured.

Love to have an al Karims it’s just a shame we can’t get a kebab the doner absolutely stinks an tastes vile so I would recommend the doner meat but pizzas are fab shame really

Always clean & good value compared to other outlets , really rate their pizzas . My partner loves their kebabs

Al Karims has always been my go to takeaway place for many years. The chicken is freshly cooked and has a nice coated crispy layer over it. The pizzas are made there and then by the staff than having it from a frozen template like other places do. The value boxes are worth every penny for what you get inside each one and honestly can't beat those deals. Delivery times are well timed and the food is actually still hot. Eating in from an night on the sesh is worth the sit down. The tables and area around you are always clean no matter what time you go. The menu is clearly detailed and shows what you are getting with each item. Overall Al Karims does fail to disappoint me and will continue to use the service they provide.

Don't order. Microwaved crap chicken in a poor quality wrap for £4 Don't order at this shop and make my mistake . Go next door

Downer and the chicken is not so good quality rest was ok but I don't know the chicken especially downer meat is stinky. Sheek is ok but occasionally eatable

Spent many nights wondering from Couture into Al Karim's. Food is okay. Always tastes amazing drunk and then looks a bit poor the next day.

Size of the food portions is great. Value for money is great. Delivery time is great. Quality of produce used maybe not so great and always yep always have a dodgy belly the next day. But can't be that bad I keep going back.

Value boxes are ver ytasty and good value for money as per the name. Doner meat is very very tasty along with southern fried chicken.
