Had to wait hours for our order, not really “fast food”.

Forever getting my order wrong. Foods always cold!

Every single time I’ve been here since 2019 I’ve been told to park up. And I’m usually sat between 8 and 20 mins for my food. It’s annoying. And they get the order wrong so I have to wait longer…. I hate this McDonald’s

Worst service an food at mcdonalds iv ever received

food arrived all cold so burgers had to be thrown away!! my pick n mix was a joke ordered to sets of nuggets and appl pie .... only gave me an apple pie so was an expensive pie!!

Food is bit hit and miss with this place , never send dips , food 9 times out 10 has to be reheated as cold on arrival, mcdonalds is no longer a cheap meal it's a luxury to some being the price of some people's food shopping for a week, so you think they'd make more of an effort but no one cares anymore do they it's all slap dash , wing it and forget it style...

came with the wrong order and never returned with the correct order even though he said he would, hope you never get him

Is awful service and disgusting food what you’ve been searching for? Then look no further, this Mcdonald’s is your nightmare come true. Fancy a topping of screwed up human hair on your nuggets? It’s got it and at no extra charge! Do you like it when your burger bun has been smashed down to the point where your burger can be considered a wrap. Or perhaps you’d prefer it where your bun isn’t even on your burger! and the workers have decided to slide it over to a whole other different continent. Fancy a filet o fish? It comes with a hefty topping of 0.5cm of cheese! This place really does have it all. So dine with Cannock Road Mcdonald’s today if you’re looking for your 13th reason why!

gave chicken nuggets instead of fishfinger. also no sauces and only gave the fries on my mix and match order

i asked for a burger happy meal and they didn’t put the burger in instead they put 2 lots of chips in i asked for no lettuce on the wrap and they put lettuce on 🙄

The driver told me he waited 40 minutes for food to be prepared then when he delivered it it was all cold

Delivery driver was friendly and professional. Food was nice although the McChicken Sandwich came with the sauce, despite asking for it without.

I’m ordered a double Big Mac meal and got a normal Big Mac meal

Even tho my order was with us within half hour however the food was stone cold! You know it was cold cuz the cheese didn’t even melt.The Big Macs was just a mess didn’t look appealing at all it’s like it was just tossed in the box and hope for the best. The chips looked old and there was a lot of black marks on them kinda like bruising.I don’t expect it to be pipping hot but it at least should be warm enough to eat without having to warm it up like it’s been in the fridge.

Always missing things out the bag, it happens all the time I would recommend checking your order before leaving as half of the staff are incompetent

driver was friendly and on time

So i ordered a chocolate brownie and when i get my order to see if everything is there i see that my brownie packet is labeled cookie so i open it up not tearing anything and theres a cookie in the packet so now i havent gotten my brownie

No strawberry flavouring in the strawberry milkshakes and missing a cheese burger

selected extra sausage, the muffin has the label that says extra sausage but there is no extra sausage in both

It's nice but they make a lot of mistakes when you order your food, always food missing, so l check before l leave.

Trying to get a refund from when i had my delivery on the 2/08/24 at 1.25pm as i was missing medium fries large fries and 6 chicken nuggets ive requested refund at least 6 times and no one has been in touch

Order was delayed and delayed then when I received it, it’s stone cold and un-edible. McDonald’s need to seriously change the way the work and give the food to the drivers as soon as it’s done. Shocking service from McDonald’s considering it’s a 7 min drive from my house my order should be warm.

I ordered £57 pounds worth of McDonald's the driver arrived tried handing me one open bag of food no drinks and my order was big so u would get two bags at least I questioned the driver to be told mate speak to just eat I'm not allowed to open your bag I'm saying mate it's already been opened like I'm gonna eat that best of it is u try to contact just eat to be told we will email you in a couple of days to try resolve the issues couple of days where's my food now you had my £57absolutey fuming

Once again the worst service ever at the worst McDonald's in Wolverhampton, waited 40 minutes for food after going thew the drive thu. At the end had to go inside to get the order and I saw people complaining about there orders. If you can goto another McDonald's please do...

THIS IS NOT MY ORDER!! I didn't order TWO hot drinks, I ordered a milkshake...where is it? Also concerned about food bag being open!!! Missing items on the McDonald’s delivery, this isn’t the first time this has happened with a McDonald’s order through just eat, but it’s certainly the last time I order McDonald’s through this service, I rang the restaurant but they just blame each other so far nothing has been resolved!!

Again another poor service from the Cannock road staff. Just ordered a muffin breakfast. And the flat white had tipped over and soaked all the food absolutely ridiculous place thst manager needs replacing.

The food was very cold and the chips were so hard and a lot were black so we had to bin them ones…. Very disappointed as it was a treat for the kids for getting good school reports

it tell me 3 different times and when I had my food it was cold so I asking for refund bk please and my order was not in warm bag when it come too it was in drown bag that it and I am not happy

i had to put my mcmuffins and hash browns in microwave as they were cold, apart from they tasted great.

For the first time in a while, the mcflurry containers were actually filled properly, with a lovely amount of ice cream and fillings. Not a fan of the fudge with the skittles though, if it was just skittles and they were bigger or had more majority with no fudge or chocolate sauce added then I'd like it better. 8/10 :)

food was missing multiple items , and food was stone cold , chicken nuggets had came out the box and was at the bottom of the bag , not sure if it's cos England are playing and staff just can't be bothered but when I'm spending just under £30 I expect my food ( all of it that I've paid for ) and hot food !

Freezing cold food, missing items

I recently ordered a McDonald’s breakfast from the Cannock Road McDonald’s and they never sent an item. I completely understand that this is a common mistake but when I got in touch with customer service they said they could not re send the item. They are only able to process me a refund for the one item with no service or delivery refund. I have had to order the item missing again with more service and delivery fees and a small order fee on top which I find utterly disgusting. I have had to spend and waste more money for there mistakes. They need to change their policies.

My double cheeseburger cone with sauce after I requested none. And everything was so cold Them people at the scotlands branch need retraining and the manager needs replacing.

This is my local McDonalds. Unfortunately, they get a lot of orders wrong. To be fair, they are often super busy, but some quality checks should be made to ensure orders are correct. They are also stingy with some portions for example, the Mango Smoothy is often wayyy below the fill, but other McDs are spot on if not more!

Was sitting at the restaurant for 10 mins, then when arrived food was cold, and order was wrong

Well for a McDonald’s delivery I wasn’t expecting it to be that good, I’m a truck driver an this was actually better than my local McDonald’s (Chorley) if you read this get it sorted this McDonald’s was far better then you and it was delivered too

Wrong order was delivered. managed to call the delivery man back, he took the order and said he would be back with the right order. he didnt come back.

Once again cold food. Why don't your drivers have the insulated bags others use? It's crazy that you allow drivers to deliver to multiple addresses with no insulation.

Collection or delivery 9 out of 10 times the order will be incorrect or missing items. When you pick up no matter how small the order is they will ask you to park up and they’ll bring it out.

The food was freezing cold and the burgers was solid there was a missing Big Mac and the chips wasn’t even salted terrible I think to be honest me and 3 of my mates have just wasted money on food that got thrown in the bin !.

No receipt, at self order machine ,staff member matter of factly said" oh yer its run out of paper" thus 4 ⭐. food quick n fresh, no communication from staff member calling my order number. Seemed clean, but no atmosphere.
