McDonald's in Wolverhampton

This has to be the worst mcdonalds in the country they are always missing items out of your bag they do ask u to check before driving off, but cmon get it right the first time its not that difficult the last thing u want todo is when they pass you your meal at the drive through and open it all up on your lap and check if there's nothing missing!!!!! Do better MCdonlads.

Visited ordered at the drive through .collected and got home and found 2 items missing. Did not bother going back as eaten what we collected.

Every time you go there the order is never correct and never no milkshakes this is the worst mcdonalds around it needs closing down or the staff retraining and do there job correct

Don't go here, go to Bentley bridge This must be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to and unfortunately it's the closest one to me so I keep going there🤦🏾‍♀️. Fries - always cold. I have received out of date apple pie, chared buns on my burger and now a frappe just full of ice and hardly any sauce. Take the extra 5 min to go to the Bentley bridge one where everything is fresh.

I only stopped for a mc flurry and the bathroom as I was visiting I live Solihull Ben was absolutely welcoming friendly helpful wonderful and do was the assistant who gave me his name she also said what a great manager he was I only found that out when I asked for his name so good in a world of sometimes poor service great work Ben and staff

Only have it 4 stars because I went to the one in the Scotland's in Wolverhampton and I had a meal and my mom had cheeseburger and chips and both boxes of chips had no salt at all and they were really bland and I have quite a few Macdonald a week and it is first time I have had chips with no salt

App was so infuriating, last week an order on app failed due to care payment. Today I got stuck in a loop of not being able to remove last week's orders. Then the restaurant kept switching on the view order text. Very stressful and very irritating.

Does anyone remember when McDonalds was a fast food restaurant chain, when you could go in, there was an open plan layout behind the counter and burgers would be in columns ready to go along with the fries and you would get your food almost instantly. Nowadays, you have the most unwelcoming, unfriendly venue, with the most awful design ever, who came up with this crazy idea, with a hidden kitchen, small window where no staff are present, because we dont want to talk to humans anymore apparently so you're trying to catch someones attention. Anyway after doing so, ordered a quarter pounder meal and a big mac meal, was in a hurry and wrongly assumed we could get in and out quite quickly. After 18 minutes of frustratingly waiting, seeing other later orders going out and the restaurant itself having very few customers inside, decided to ask for a refund as otherwise would be rushing, but of course this was ignored and was told food was ready now. Which it was still minutes off whilst they quickly bundled it together. So not having time to argue the matter, we decided to quickly eat it, which ended up being over 20 minutes wait at this point for cold burgers, warm fries and one of the coke zeros tasted strange, so shared just the one of them. I can only speak for myself when I say I use Mcdonalds now as a last resort or just to try new products when they come out and even then, I try to choose the open plan restaurants. Unfortunately at present this chain is too big and arrogant to need to care, but I have no doubt they will lose some custom from this behaviour.

Absolutely a shambles, I arrived with only 2 people inside, and I waited 30 mins for a medium fries and a chicken mayo, nothing special, then a boat load turns up and I'm forgotten about, they can keep their money. I won't use mc duddles again

I don't know how many braincells one may need, to realise, that when you put a drink into the bag, you also add a straw, that's the whole point of what the drink comes in right? wake up

Order took over an hour to come and was stone cold when it arrived.

Order was being prepared and driver at restaurant for 45 minutes and when received was cold . From order to delivery was 1hr and that’s really bad for Mac Donald’s

sadly the order was wrong. I didn't realise until wed sat down to eat. received bbq sauce not ketchup and pink lemonade not Sprite. my granddaughter was very disappointed. fortunately I have ketchup, unfortunately I don't have Sprite

Third time I've ordered from the Fallings park McDonald's and each time the food has been cold and when ordering happy meals have been given books when I selected a toy. Food is always shoddily pieced together as well. I won't be ordering from these again!

Been to this McDonalds twice in the same week First time they literally gave my order to the car infront of me Second time they gave me half my order and had me sitting there for over 20 minutes for the rest of the order which was literally just a wrap and fries, then to be told they dont have anymore orders for me Shocking service twice in a row, will drive to stafford road mcdonalds from now on......

Delivery was barely warm and the coke had spilt so only had half a drink. Luckily the drinks were separated from the meals otherwise I would have received a coke flouvoured burger. Also specified a toy in the kids happy meal but received a book instead. Always seem to get the opposite for some reason. My son was a little disappointed but got over it quickly.

For some reason the team at this McDonald’s are useless. Always getting orders at the drive-thru wrong and don’t even bother ordering online because they will forget whole meals. Has always been like this for years & nothing changes, absolutely useless. You would think it’s rocket science to put a few fast meals together. Absolutely shocking. If you want a McDonald’s use the one in Bentley Bridge & AVOID this one

Lovely food ordered for breakfast but got the order wrong I ordered a latte and they gave me a black coffee I also ordered a double sausage McMuffin with just the sausages on there own as my son doesn’t eat bread along with that I ordered bbq sauce as that’s what he likes with his sausages and hash browns when the food arrived I noticed they didn’t put the bbq sauce in I’m sorry I didn’t order to waste money just to see they forgot my sons bbq sauce they need to read the order correctly next time well done McDonald’s you’ve lost yourself a customer won’t be ordering for delivery from here again carry on messing up the orders as that’s what you seem to be good at

Just been today and they don’t have any coffee which is ridiculous so I had hot chocolate instead which was disgusting which I had to throw away it was that bad. The bacon roll was mostly fatty bacon and the hash brown barely warm overall extremely disappointing and at £5.39 it’s money I cannot afford to waste.

The order was terrible, wrong drink, the chips were undercooked the burger had a few tiny slithers of lettuce and the ranch burger over cooked and dry! Very disappointing
