McDonald's in Wolverhampton

Been to this McDonalds twice in the same week First time they literally gave my order to the car infront of me Second time they gave me half my order and had me sitting there for over 20 minutes for the rest of the order which was literally just a wrap and fries, then to be told they dont have anymore orders for me Shocking service twice in a row, will drive to stafford road mcdonalds from now on......

For some reason the team at this McDonald’s are useless. Always getting orders at the drive-thru wrong and don’t even bother ordering online because they will forget whole meals. Has always been like this for years & nothing changes, absolutely useless. You would think it’s rocket science to put a few fast meals together. Absolutely shocking. If you want a McDonald’s use the one in Bentley Bridge & AVOID this one

Had to wait 13 minutes for a coffee... at the drive through!

Lovely food ordered for breakfast but got the order wrong I ordered a latte and they gave me a black coffee I also ordered a double sausage McMuffin with just the sausages on there own as my son doesn’t eat bread along with that I ordered bbq sauce as that’s what he likes with his sausages and hash browns when the food arrived I noticed they didn’t put the bbq sauce in I’m sorry I didn’t order to waste money just to see they forgot my sons bbq sauce they need to read the order correctly next time well done McDonald’s you’ve lost yourself a customer won’t be ordering for delivery from here again carry on messing up the orders as that’s what you seem to be good at

Half of the food was missing when we tried to call them store they said to take it up we just eat and it was cold and late and it’s spoilt our family meal

Just been today and they don’t have any coffee which is ridiculous so I had hot chocolate instead which was disgusting which I had to throw away it was that bad. The bacon roll was mostly fatty bacon and the hash brown barely warm overall extremely disappointing and at £5.39 it’s money I cannot afford to waste.

Fizzy Drink and Ice-cream were cold like they should be. Burger and Fries were cold. Items transported on the back seat of a car and not stored in a bag to help keep the food warm. VILE!

map showed visit to Primrose Avenue before me, then driver went offline, then on route to me, then driver went offline again. I left a delivery message stating gate is open please twist latch. the driver was standing at my gate. asked driver to twist latch x3 times. asked driver to leave food on doorstep x3 times. why do the drivers NEVER read the delivery message? Food completely cold, complete waste of my time and money. getting fed up of always something being wrong with food

unfortunately my food arrived stone cold, not just luke warm, so I don't know how long it was sat waiting to be picked up,as when the app said it was on it's way, then it took the 10min it should take. very disappointed ☹️

on this occasion I did not have to heat it up in thr microwave. Obviously I had a delivery driver that wasn't greedy making several deliveries.

This is the 4 th review I've left and sad to yet again that place is a joke the management and team members need a complete overall. And I think trading standards should be notified of there poor performance.

You spend £45 on food for a Friday family treat &end up missing half your order! Not on! So now 2 people have to go without. It’s not rocket science putting food in a bag.

McDonald’s need to get around the fact that the food when delivered is luke warm, which spoils the enjoyment of the food. If they can rectify that then it would be brilliant.
