Possibly the worst car park I've ever had the misfortune of parking on. It's typically busy, and you'll be blocked in by traffic from the drive thru queue. It's also situated on a busy roundabout that you'll be struggling to get off in rush hour. I went inside to order three meals. Let's be clear...no one goes to McDonald's for a quality meal, they go as a means to an end, i.e. they're hungry and they need something quick. Well, the meals were finally with me 22 minutes after the time on the receipt. I could have gone to a proper restaurant and had the food in front of me faster than that. It's a shame because I've been here before and a few of the staff are fantastic, very welcoming...today however I could see four of them vaping on the tables outside which didn't look great. Whatever, I'll probably end up here again at some point, but not by choice.

They’re so slow, never get your order right. Think I’ll start driving further to the McDonald’s on the Penn Road. They’re loads better!

The staff was slow; I waited 30 minutes for my order today.

Food was raw was refused a refund staff was also very rude please avoid like the plague. Tables was also very dirty with leftovers all over the tables & floor.

Great Mcdonald, was ordering food from the screen which is easy enough, lady who works there came and gave us a number for the table so after we had ordered it would be brought straight to us. Very friendly and helpful lady. Food was as goof as any McDonald's very tasty. Clean and tidy place Only flaw was ladies toilet was out of order, we used the disabled thou.

McFlurry was completely melted by the time I finally got my order! Considering I paid over £4 for delivery it took ages.

Waiting time here ie between 15/30 for food ( I was waiting 20 minutes for medium fries ) Shame of you

Really disappointed lots of problems with app ,saying I was someone else and order not right, to automatically paying on my card without me saying to do so. I'm very disappointed with how McDonalds have changed so much and not for the better

Changed delivery time 3 times food was freezing cold. Not the first time ether

The driver went around in circles and was late. When he eventually arrived he had removed the the drinks from the sealed bag and put them in a small carrier bag. The restaurant gave us a voucher for free meals.

The meal was cold and instead of a double burger I got single burger. Very disappointing

The time kept changing and the fries were cold and the milkshake was cold and was abit clumpy and didn’t come with straws

always messing our orders up latley, my son only has the nuggets or fish fingers and you've sent a burger, the refund isn't good enough!

Disgusting food one of the worst McDonald's in Wolverhampton. Food cold wrong food and missing milkshakes. Just sicking after spending £50. Very slack how buguers was thrown together. Save yourself the money don't go there.

My food was cold and an hour late as I ordered for 0:50 and I did not recieve my McFlurry.

Literally everything was cold as allways it’s just embarrassing.

The order was repeatedly delayed and after turning up late was also missing items and substitutes had been made for items not wanted.

0/10, order £30s worth of food and checked the app at 8:47 for it to tell me that it’s been delivered which it didn’t, so we got told from the help line to contact the live agent chat , which I did. For them then to tell me I’m not eligible for a refund nor a reorder… never buying food from this app again! £30 down the drain just for someone else having it or the driver having it, absolutely terrible!

Absolute joke! Took 90mins for the order to get to us then there was a meal and 2 drinks missing plus it was only lukewarm! The driver must’ve been waiting at McDonalds for at least 20mins before they gave him our food. Very very poor service from McDonalds!

Top service here, been many times already and my go to Mcdonalds in Cannock. Data signal needs improving as it can be a real challenge when trying to load up the app at the Drive thru!

Mayo chicken was inedible bun was stale and salad was brown …burgers had so much tomato sauce on I had to scrap those too …terrible macdonalds

The food was was terrible I received half a Big Mac and the other Big Mac was soggy for some reason the bread felt like water had mean spilled over it the McDonald’s big box box was wet as well the fries was stale and green

Took over an hour to be delivered. Hardly 'fast food'! Driver was at the restaurant for ages waiting for the order. Food was stone cold when I got it, must have been hanging around in the restaurant for ages before they gave it to the driver.

Staff were above and beyond in cleanliness and friendliness. I had veggie goujons which were not cooked through in the middle. Unfortunately have had severely upset stomach eversince.

Sadly this McDonald's is the default one for our area when it comes to delivery. Accuracy with orders is dreadful. At least half of the orders that I've made in the last year have been missing multiple items (and we're talking burgers not small items like dips). Very frustrating and shows no sign of improving

Listed as delivered, but never was no way to contact the driver. No way to contact the restaurant. No way to report to Just Eat that it was never delivered. This is ridiculous, submit via items are missing but can’t get a full refund.

Just ordered from here again and they have gave us 4 extra fries when never ordered and hat trick burger didn’t have the right meat and didn’t have the sticker on top for allergies, ordered a garlic mayo sauce and no straws for our drinks, our skittles McFlurry the sauce was all at bottom and they did my mango smoothie not to my requirement too and the food was cold and lastly my food was rock solid

never usally have an issue but past few have not had my correct order, i have a burger only cheese and ketchup (and meat patties ofc) but im gettimg burgers with everything on it so i am unable to eat it. getting abit of an annoyance now! no issues with the drivers always a friendly service with them.

Very bad experience person could not even speak English he got lost and couldn't understand simple instructions disgusting how ur sending someone with the food who can't communicate due his language barrier. I never enjoyed my food it was cold, mcfurry also melted and want a full refund
