The driver never came up to my flat and my disabled partner had to go down to meet him

temperature of food was slightly warm? at best. burgers were assembled in appalling fashion. bun left, cheese right. slow delivery having seen the driver had others stops. ended up with chappy cold food. mcdonalds can do so much better. absolutely failed this time.

Didn't put in any straws or napkins, several times when mixing it came out like it came from the freezer

I received the wrong items the food was also COLD I want my REFUND

abysmal service between the store & courier. delivery time kept increasing so phoned store to be told my order had not been prepared as there was no drivers available even though the app said the driver was at store, then tried to say the driver had taken our order & then that the food had been sitting out for over half an hour & the driver had been outside with car trouble. said would redo order & send but food was still cold when got here & ridiculously late. but claim its not their fault.

Food was cold very disappointing

Driver sat in his car at the top of my road while my food went cold and ice cream melted and as soon as i texted him he raced from the top of my road and delivered my food

The driver was really rude and was saying he was going to take our food back as he didn’t have time I was utterly disgusted by how I was treated

I was given half of my order wrong. Berry muffin instead of a cookie? don't see how you mix them up, I was given a zero instead od diet, easy mistake and I was given a Frank's red hot instead of sweet chilli? I dont see how you mess up so much.

Order was wrong. We ordered one happy meal with carrot sticks and had both with chips. And only one happy meal out of the two had a toy. 1 very upset child as to why he didn't get the toy but his sister did!

I work at burger king, had a cheeky big mac after gym. Spent the whole early morning throwing my guts up. Should have had a burger king 🤷‍♂️

Driver was very friendly and polite. wish there was a way to tip drivers AFTER they have delivered your good on this app. tipping before when you don't know how they will be doesn't make sense to me.

Ordered last night and this morning and both orders were wrong and looked like they were thrown around before I got them. In fact one of my burgers was completely destroyed in the bag and I put my hand in to get it out only to find it opened and destroyed in the bag and getting sauce all over my hand

We ordered our meals at 14:33, it didn’t arrive until 16:20. At the time of ordering it stated delivery was between 10 minutes & 25 minutes. When the food arrived they hadn’t followed preparation requests, sauce was missing from the burger and we requested no lettuce, arrived with lettuce. Overall a very poor experience.

Hey McDonald's Stafford Rd wolves this is the 2nd order in a row you didn't give me any straws or napkins. The cheeseburgers also looked a mess and barely any mustard on them but overloaded with ketchup so couldn't taste mustard or onions
