McDonald's in Wolverhampton

nothing to do with the delivery driver or food in transit, i ordered some items and they wasnt put in the bag, not the 1st time its happened, returned to try again hoping they would get my order right one day but low and behold they couldnt do it.

The food is always cold from here it’s because they cook the food then wait for the driver and then it’s cold and the driver then has to drive in traffic the food should be cooked when the driver arrives to collect

Shouldn't take nearly an hour to deliver

The half of the order that arrived was alright, though it wasn't my half so I can't say how good it was or wasn't. No I'm not salty, you're salty.

Yet again this place fails. Sold me a quarter pounder meal to get it home and no onions. Call the store to be told they’d run out of onions, but obviously don’t tell you that when you order. Quality of the burgers at the best of times is shabby. Meagre ingredients on the burgers. Flat coke, which is usually spilled all over the lid to mess up my car. In short you don’t get what you pay for and slapdash service. Single handedly bringing down the McDonald’s reputation.

The guy drove around for 25mins with my order when i live 4mins drive away. Obviously the food came freezing & strawberry lemonade melted. Ridiculous

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! My order came and it was freewheeling cold! The fries were hard so I threw them in the bin the burger was stone cold and the Mc Flurry had barely any topping. So disappointed in this order!

the arrival time kept getting longer and longer. the food was cold. the fries looked like they'd been cooked ages ago. not crisp at all. and there was a drink missing.

Not the drivers fault - the map is showing the wrong route to our house so every driver is getting lost. Food is stone cold because there is always a delay because drivers get lost due to the error

30+minutes for fast food is ridiculous and regularly happens here. Every shift is woefully understaffed and drive thru/delivery agents and carpark orders take precedence over eating in. Awful staffing ratios trying to make extra profits

Ordered £44 of food from McDonald’s and the delivery driver managed to to give us the wrong order that was valued at around £10

They often miss stuff and this time we only got drinks and no food at alll!

Ordered food from here and waited almost an hour for my food. When it eventually arrived the bag was all scrunched up, my pancakes were stone cold, my McFlurry’s were melted and to top it off my hot chocolate was also cold. Very annoyed since the food isn’t cheap either .

It's McDonald's expect your burger to be lop sided and slapped together with no care but it is what it is, if you need sustenance it will do

iv recieved 1 triple cheese burger and 1 cheeseburger instead of 2 triple cheeseburgers received 1 medium chips instead of large part of a meal !

Not sure what’s gone on, but they have put the sweet sauce from the mcrispy chicken sandwich on the big tasty burger as if that’s not going to be noticed! The sauce is what makes the big tasty……on top of that all stone cold lol……..£16.50 spent and given £3.07 credit as a sorry lol………Joke

Asked for no pickles as allergic to find 3 pickles on my big mac and 3 pickles in my salad so waste of money only ate cheese burger
