McDonald's in Wolverhampton

Hey McDonald's Stafford Rd wolves this is the 2nd order in a row you didn't give me any straws or napkins. The cheeseburgers also looked a mess and barely any mustard on them but overloaded with ketchup so couldn't taste mustard or onions

Delivery drivers keep changing route which then takes longer

I live just down the road from McDs. The meal came 10 mins early but was only warm, not even hot. I understand that the driver has other deliveries but that was ridiculous, also extortionate price for fuel

Missing my Big Mac useless if I’m ordering a large Big Mac meal I expect my burger to be included not happy

Extremely long delivery time. The estimate started at 35 minutes, counted down a little, then went up. Eventually taking over an hour and a half. There was no call the restaurant opion and all emails returned a standard reply. Very poor.

When the food arrived it was cold

food was very cold cost £30+ and only received under £6 as compensation.....this usually wouldn't have been a issue but the fact the me and my partner had been at our child's death bed for the last 48hrs and I just need to make sure my wife had ate something before we heard the devastating news over a hr for a restaurant barley 2miles away and it's freezing cold ....but thanks for making our lives easier

delivery was selected for 18.45, the oder was accepted for this time, the time of delivery kept changing on the app, the delivery arrived at 19.51, over 1 hour later than the accepted time of the placing the order, no explanation or apology. The food was like warm, no sugar or milk for the hot drink

The worst McDonald's I have ever been to burgers was burnt on the outside cold & raw in the middle staff was rude when I took the phone back so I have now contacted Wolverhampton Council health & safety department whatever you avoid this place like the plague or go to the KFC abit further down the road.

It was a drive through order that we got, the queue was moving because of the procedure of ordering and moving forward to get your order or going to park at a section of your order is much and requires more time to be prepared, then the staff locate you in the parking lots and bring them to you. Awesome procedure to keep the car queue moving.

I ordered a strawberry milkshake and got a different flavour and I ordered two regular MC flurry's and they have come and there the small size this isn't the first time it's happened

I don't know..is the worst McDonald's in this town...I think they need to change the management. I ordered something and in 5 seconds they put that the order is done and also picked up....and when i asked what happened they said that i need to wait for my order to be ready.. seriously? but why you finished ...same with all orders people asking same thing... You need to respect the procedure when the customer is picking the order you close it not before and we need to wait after.

Terrible macdonalds a discrace to the brand

Delivered 1 item out of 5 then the “manager” at macdonalds was rude on the phone I’m still out of pocket with no food apart from an ice cream ….terrible service

Food was good. I was a bit disturbed as very large lady at the till picking her nose and appearing to pass wind. This caused a terrible smell. Apart from that it was a good place to go for a snack

Charge for a delivery and think it’s ok to deliver other people’s food while yours sits in a bag going cold for half an hour

Delivery needs sacking. Refused to deliver because It required him to leave his car. When I explained that I couldn't go to his car because I have a newborn that I'm obviously not going to leave on his own he drove off so now I have no tea

There was an employee called Jahnieh. Wonderful lad that was!!! Had amazing customer service! Best believe i’m coming back again.😁😁

The worker at the front called Janieh I think served us gave us good service and was very respectful. Excellent service!!!

Ordered via Just Eat, arrived in reasonable time (about 40 mins after the order). Probably the first McDonald's I've had in a year, the team could take more care when putting the burger together, this chilli cheeseburger looks like it was slapped together haphazardly and filling was dropping out as I attempted to eat. Tasted reasonably good but very messy. McFlurry was in the wrong container (Mars when should have been Maltesers) but did contain the Maltesers McFlurry.

The delivery never arrived. The driver didn't know where to go and even though I was trying to tell him where to go, and I went out down the street looking for him - he wasn't there and it never came.

Milkshake machine hardly works gets order wrong food not as hot as it should be soggy fries and burgers smashed into cartons.

As a uber eats driver I can say the stuff are very rude and doesn’t know what they doing most of the time. They rather have thier fun taking time at the back then working hard. I came to collect customer order which wasn’t ready or getting prepared. I have let the lady know and she said she will go look into it but she lied she never came back or just didn’t care. The food was on the shelf ready but they weren’t just reading it so the whole time I was there standing waiting for customer food when it was just right there. The elder lady said to me I’ll look into it soon but carried on doing other things. Just a horrible service and rude people to be honest. As driver we have to get bad rating and hate from customer if food arrives late yet there’s no traffic on the road it’s all the staff fault we get blamed for.

Maccy dees - always great at being not bad. I go here at least once every 2 weeks and have done for 28 years. Actually, I should go less, but I can't stop myself!

the uber delivery guy gave me the complete wrong order which was nothing compared to the price I spent. I am not happy at all

nothing to do with the delivery driver or food in transit, i ordered some items and they wasnt put in the bag, not the 1st time its happened, returned to try again hoping they would get my order right one day but low and behold they couldnt do it.
