NO SAUCE ONCE AGAIN. The amount of times I have cried because all I wanted was some nice sauce with my maccies and they have NOT been delivered is MAD

Really bad experience, forgot 7 dips and just in general really poor service, wouldn’t recommend on any level.

Popped in for a double sausage mcmuffin meal as the Bham new road one is under refurbishment. Hash brown was undercooked no crisp to it at all but ate it regardless but turned the car around as soon as I took a bite of the mcmuffin as the bread was either stale and burnt or just burnt . Maybe toasted from frozen but was awful.. complained to be given another only to be exactly the same and told that's how they come out of there toaster. If that is there standard I won't be going for lunch. Muffin ripped the skin off the roof of my mouth... I'm sure I will not be returning there..

Not very good , lady put her hands in my food and then they missed out a whole bag which Would of had the chips when we went back they did not give us the chips

What a lovely restaurant. Had to work here while having my car serviced and such a lovely bunch of people who work her, kind, courteous and engaging. Food was brought out promptly and such a lovely place to be. Thanks guys

Moody is the only way I can discribe the drive through. Absolutely no customer service or care. Food was fine and hot for once. Missing suger amd milk for tea. Dispite asking for it at both windows. Missing straw for my partners drinking. Meaning we had to go into the restaurant twice. Personally wouldn't visit again

Placed a large breakfast order and surprisingly all items were received. Delivery was very quick too. Well Done 👍🏽

Ordered burger for family and also free birthday donut, collected from click and collect bay . Donut wasn’t there when we checked at home .

took way too long considering down the road, items battered in bag so double big mac with bacon was flatter than, let's not go there. Dips missing although that seems standard and Free HOT apple pie stone cold but hey, standard again. Safer and easier to just collect in the future. Well done Maccies 👏 🤣

This order had a Big Mac and fries missing the quality of food was not good cold and soggy

Was told to wait at the other window for my food and was only given a burger and chips before the woman rushed off quickly before I could ask for the rest of my order. I was missing the drink for the meal and 3 mcflurrys. I had to park up and go inside to ask where they were which defeats the purpose of the drive thru. Was waiting at the counter for a good 5 minutes and the woman who served me at the drive thru even looked at me and walked away to chat with other staff members. Someone then eventually came over to see what my issue was and I was given the missing part of the order with the mcflurrys melted due to being sat out for way too long. I understand that it was a hot day but the food and service was horrible. They even got my burger wrong haha had not effort to complain again. The staff that they hire clearly don't care and I don't blame them.

I often order from this McDonald’s via Uber due to it being the closest one. Everytime I order from here there seems to be something wrong with the order whether it be missing items or the food is stone cold. The management need to get a grip of this as it’s gotten to a point where Uber are refusing to refund my missing items because it happens so frequent. For example, today my order was missing 4 paid sauces. On top of that the food was freezing cold and the McFlurry’s were melted to a point where they may aswel of been Eaton through a straw.

Do not order on the app. EVERY SINGLE TIME! something is missing. No one answers the phone to rectify it.

I ordered 3 dips as I was having different things. None of them were in my bag. The food was cold and the chips were hard. I was very upset that my food didn’t come right and had no way of asking for dips again.

2nd time this weekend they have forgot the bag with the straws sauces and napkins. It's difficult through just eat to contact them.

This mcdonalds underwent a refit in recent months. What's a shame is that the service doesn't match the surroundings. On every occasion I've visited, I've had to wait over 15 minutes for my food (42 minutes on one occasion as they forgot to make it up). If the food was worth it, then that would be fine, but the fries are cold, and the wrap looks like it was thrown against a wall when it was being made. The staff have no customer service skills. Tonight, I asked for a receipt due to the terminal as always nit printing. Despite telling them what I ordered and the value, they still couldn't find it and kept asking if I knew what I'd ordered. Inept doesn't go far enough.

Parking was good. Plenty of seats inside, and the food was good too. We pre-ordered via the App, and the service was quick after we arrived and sat at a table. However, just one criticism (and this is not the first time that it has happened recently), is that one item (apple pie) was missed off our order when it was brought to our table. I then had to go to the counter to point this out, and after a short wait one was provided, although no apology for the oversight was given. Hence I have marked down my rating slightly to reflect the omission of the food item and the lack of apology. Improvement required in this area.

My personal experience was exciting. Got served by a young man, " Jordan." he was quite polite and presentable. Got all meals as ordered for 4 people and on time.

They forgot my two cheeseburgers and the ice cream was melted and the Carmel ice cream had barely any pieces. There was like a few. Is there a possibility of refund for these items

Lovely driver, really tried to be helpful as possible, polite and friendly. Just an all round lovely bloke.

The hot chocolate had leaked all over the bag and there was nothing left also went into the food bag. I have made a complaint sent photos and still nothing.

Delivery driver was lovely, polite and prompt. However, meal was awful. Very disappointed. Changes made to Big Mac not applied - asked for no sauce and extra onions and cheese, got extra sauce and no onions OR cheese. Chips were ordered as large and barely contained enough to be termed 'small'. Ordered Galaxy Caramel ice-creams and received plain ice-cream with no caramel sauce and fewer than five chocolate drops scattered haphazardly across the top. Drinks had opened and spilled inside bag due to lids not being put on correctly before the bag was sealed in the restaurant.

Bad experience, a worker with lip filler was rude and disrespectful.

I live 5 mins away. On the map it shows my driver from penn road delivering my food but his in the Mander centre. Driver tells me he took a wrong turn but it wouldn’t take him into the town centre
