McDonald's in Wolverhampton

Lovely clean place, friendly staff

Visited early in the morning prior to a meeting in Wolverhampton, ordered via screens. 5 was prepared within 5 minutes. Very polite female colleague was cleaning seating areas and greeting customers.

Very hygienic mcdonalds very well looked after food was 👍 great

2nd time i went to drive through at this place 2nd time my order was wrong no sausage on pancakes and no egg on double sausage muffin maybe i should of checked my order at the window before i left. KFC for me now won't go to this insufficient place again ONLY PUT 1 STAR BECAUSE NO OPTION FOR 0 STARS.

What's not to love? Double cheese burger.

Ordered food though the drive through got home and food missing rang to complain there said come back and there will sort it ,why there get it right first time they use a screen with the Order on how can it be wrong

Quick and easy ordering. For click and collect ALL the carpark is numbered now...just remember to check your number BEFORE ordering. 😂 Food is hot and fresh. Inside restaurant is ok but seems geared up more for delivery people these days. Staff are polite and helpful. Hmmm...need a maccies breakie about now! 😋

Always items missing the store blame uber! When they are packing the bags! Never had a delivery that’s correct !!

Once again the order was not complete it’s getting boring now, food is costing more and more so when items are missing it’s really frustrating, annoying and costly. How hard is it to put an order up and check it to ensure it’s correct? I won’t be ordering again from McDonalds but they don’t care and neither does Just Eat so I’m not sure why I’ve bothered typing this out and wasted my time

The service on Just Eat is awful, called McDonalds which they said that they didn’t have the order, received cold food and drinks. Requesting a refund for this awful experience.

Revolting - stone cold, dry and absolutely inedible, questionable as to how long had passed since it was cooked - was it even cooked? Worse meal and really disappointing

Girl, manager on days has attitude treats staff terrible in in front of customers, she should do some work herself, instead of standing over workers and degrading them.

Ordered a happy meal with chicken nuggets, inside the box was only a small portion of fries. How can you forget the four chicken nuggets. It’s simple 1 -2 -3-4 you can always use your fingers to count if you are struggling.

I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. every time food comes cold and looks like it's been thrown around the kitchen. main disappointment was the fillet o fish, over 4 pound for a burger so small I didn't realise it was in the box.

1/2 of our order was correct the other half was someone else’s irder. 10 minutes later delivery lady came back to swap the bags. The bag she bought had been opened (not sealed) and had ice cream in it. She wanted the bag she had mistakenly given us however the bag had been opened by us. She was rude, no apology and stormed off with our food. To top it off, just eat have added credit to our just eat account and not refunded as requested to bank. Shocking! Very dissatisfied customer!

My food was not delivered , my money was taken quick enough but told refund would take 5 to 7 days . I was left with Couple of pounds in my bank account, so not enough to get anything to eat tonight ( I’m a full time carer for my disabled 90 y/o dad on £81 a week). This was going to be my treat . .

Sorry but this chain is nothing like it used to be, too much choice not enough staff to cater for a fast food establishment like it was years ago, no longer is this chain fast food, priority goes to drive thru and deliveries, great shame.

The delivery was fine but the quality of the food was terrible and has made me throw up, whoever is in the kitchen needs the sack, I would like at least a refund please.

So i ordered from just eat now bare in mind its not their fault as the staff at McDonalds gave the driver the wrong order and the driver went back to the store to complain and to get my order right this time, sadly it was out of the drivers control and he went back and the staff said they have no trace of my order and i would have come down in person but sadly i don't drive that's why i make orders on just eat, Just eat drivers should not have to go back to the store to complain about a order when the staff at McDonalds needs to focus more on what they are doing instead of chit chatting, please start getting just eat and uber eat orders right as i feel sorry for the drivers when they have to go back to the store and complain, had to request a refund through just eat and make the order again and i shouldn't have to do this when the staff at McDonalds need to sort their (to put it nicely) out of work issues out and focus on their job a lot better so sadly this store gets a 1 star from me and i hope someone responds to this review with better manners, I'm not happy at all and i think your staff either needs to be sacked or a written warning about their focus on the job

Driver came to my door with the wrong food, said he’d be back with the correct one then sat at the top of my road for 20/25 minutes returned with stone cold food just really not satisfied at all.

McDonald’s got my order wrong but driver is taking it back and going to complain and try and get my order right

Ordered burger with no cheese. Receipt says “NO CHEESE”. The actual wrapper itself says “NO CHEESE”. And yet the burger has double cheese. I can fully understand why some people burst into rage with fast food employees. It’s not right, and I wouldn’t do it, but I understand it. Spent £14 all I got was cold, cardboard fries, old nuggets, wrongly made burger (it’s not being fussy, I’m allergic to cheese), and then to top it off a bad attitude from the staff. The McDonalds experience.

Poor experience today. Ordered a big mac with extras. There were no extras. Not the first time this has happened. Made a complaint to McDonalds HQ.

Considering the restaurant is so close I don’t understand how the food is cold when it gets to me.

The food took over an hour to be delivered, when the driver turned up he took the McDonald’s bags out of the back of the car (they were not in an insulated bag) hence the food being stone cold (plus how long it took him to get here) Also to top it off my McDonald’s bag had been opened! The perforation on the bag had been split & opened. I was totally disgusted by this. Could not eat the food as I don’t know who has been mooching through the bag, because obviously someone has opened it. Not happy

Went through drive thru today ,very busy new bay for uba eats and all the app based delivery bays thought would eat straight away so found parking and tucked in and yes mcdonalds you might be making millions more in profits but at the cost of the customer big mac barely warm and chips were cold before i finished never had a delivery but if my food was anything to go by carn have food hot as i ate within 5 mins of recieving and whats happened to the sizes ive been using the brand from when you first opened in uk and burgers were twice the size now they are half the size and tripple the price and cold when come to eat

Poor drive through experience, waited in parking bay for over 15mins, food was cold. Wraps had hardly any chicken pieces.

The majority of the order was delicious but the mcflurrys and the milkshake were incipid. I will definitely try to not order either of these again.

The order took ages to arrive, when it arrived it was cold when I touched the package. I asked the driver how long ago he picked up the order, he said just now. The restaurant is only 2 minutes from my house. When I unpacked the food it was absolutely cold. Very poor service.

Not enough ordering machine,one was playing up, girl at till kept on saying I can order for you several times, I said I don't know what I want ,she got the picture eventually ! The cola was flat, the wrap looks like it was slapped together with a bit of chicken a little lettuce ,, nothing like the picture !!!

This is the worst order,, we received food & it was all cold, and the 20 chicken nuggets were in fact 9 chicken selects, really disappointed when it's normally ok. The delivery driver was really nice but it's the restaurant that's caused this mainly.
