fries were undercooked has to put them in the air fryer as they weren’t cooked properly taken picture too of it. large minecraft 9 nugget meal says it comes with a collectible so where is it!????!

it was all cold and very late. No curry dip to go with my cold nuggets

Excellent. The delivery driver found the address and followed the directions given. The last delivery took over an hour, the driver couldn't find the address and drove for over 30 mins , instead of calling saying he was lost. Service was much better this time. Thank you.

Food was lukewarm and considering I gave a good tip a smile and a thanks wouldn’t have gone amiss from the delivery person .

Food was barely warm and two burgers were missing. This is a constant problem because the delivery driver will pick up two orders and deliver ours last. I bet the other customer enjoyed our missing burgers

coke zero undelivered again, there is always something missing from any order we make from Mcdonalds on this app. Food was lukewarm and a little hard. It wasn't the greatest experience.

Took over an hour to arrive, post order. Technically on time because the delivery time was moved back. All the food was cold and the coffee luke warm. Just fancied a little treat for breakfast, wish i hadn't bothered :(

Visited early in the morning prior to a meeting in Wolverhampton, ordered via screens. 5 was prepared within 5 minutes. Very polite female colleague was cleaning seating areas and greeting customers.

Missing straws for drinks making the milkshake redundant

Did not arrive. Ive never luved or used 7 Princess Drive so have no idea how it came up in my address book or on my order. The driver honed me wnd adked md to send him my address, which i did and he never came. I ended up driving there to rebuy

The food was good but the drinks had spilled so when I took the paper bag from the delivery driver, the bottom dropped out and they went everywhere. Also, we paid for 9 nuggets and got a free 6, but we only received the 6.

Sent the completely wrong order. Called the store to advise the same. 'Emily' answered and said get in touch with the delivery company, we don't care, there's nothing we can do about it. She's clearly versed in this type of customer concern such was her attitude. I just wanted the correct order, not a refund. Kids half term off to a stinker thanks to their incompetence. Awful! Not only was our order late but we received completely the wrong order and no drinks! Guessing someone else out there received our order and we received theirs! Cold and stale food.

Driver refused to leave bike in the lobby to deliver the food and left with it. Will never order again, I paid over £20 and did not get the money back, so now I paid for no food.

Quick and easy ordering. For click and collect ALL the carpark is numbered now...just remember to check your number BEFORE ordering. 😂 Food is hot and fresh. Inside restaurant is ok but seems geared up more for delivery people these days. Staff are polite and helpful. Hmmm...need a maccies breakie about now! 😋

ordered at 18:52, originally said 15 to 30 minutes delivery, didn't arrive until close to 19:50 and was almost cold when eventually delivered.

All food items were delivered but the hash browns were stuck to the packaging, the tea was cold, no milk or sugar was sent with the order.

Driver needs sacking wouldn't deliver to door had to walk to the end of road to fetch the food.

Amazingly all of the food was in the bag and hot! Well done Mcds

I was originally expecting the food to arrive around 00:45 am but the food was delivered at around 00:40 and the driver was really nice and respectful despite me looking a mess and being in my pj's. it was a really positive experience and I have no issues with the experience. Great job mate!

The service on Just Eat is awful, called McDonalds which they said that they didn’t have the order, received cold food and drinks. Requesting a refund for this awful experience.

Once again the order was not complete it’s getting boring now, food is costing more and more so when items are missing it’s really frustrating, annoying and costly. How hard is it to put an order up and check it to ensure it’s correct? I won’t be ordering again from McDonalds but they don’t care and neither does Just Eat so I’m not sure why I’ve bothered typing this out and wasted my time
