Worst Chinese I have had. Pancake rolls were dripping with oil and Kung po chicken just tasted like it was a tomato base. Used to always come here but won’t be back

Food seemed liked it had been reheated and recooked, specially the salt and pepper crispy chicken that was over cooked and not nice at all. It had been a while and I say a while since having from a here. Won’t be going back again or neither would I recommend It

Had a singapore fried rice on tuesday which was beautiful. Ordered another singapore fried rice tonight. Not hot and spicy like it should be and it had peppers in it which was not In the 1 Tuesday. When I phoned the shop they said you have to ask for it to be hot and spicy and couldn't even answer me why there was peppers in it. It was like have plain fried rice absolutely disgusting. Service was rubbish

Work in Wolverhampton for few weeks and went here for dinner almost every night. The food is good. The female boss is really friendly and polite. I recommend this restaurant to everyone and I will definitely come back if I come to Wolverhampton again:)

Quite possibly worst Chinese i av ever ad !!! Chips ad been cooked for hours n warmed up by taste of em...curry was cold n like jelly first n ast time I will order from here again !! Oh n took over an hour for delivery

Ordered from these this evening as I’m not feeling to well to go out . They’re 5 mins drive away . Ordered at 19.22 and says 60 mins delivery. Waited the 60 mins and still no delivery so I rang to be told the driver has just left and will be about 10/15 mins . I said your 5 mins away ! Waited another 20 mins and still not delivery . Rang and was told delivery gone out ‘ I promise’ . Cancelled order and won’t be ordering from them again . No need to lie . If your busy just say so and if going to take longer just say so . Glad I put payment on delivery now after reading some reviews about not getting refunded .

Best Chinese around! We used to order from a different place which was really hit and miss. This Chinese however is bang on every time! Really friendly when you collect and over the phone too. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now

I'm visiting the area from London to see family. We ordered from here and I had the duck chow mein, chips and prawn crackers. The chips were cooked in very old oil, they tasted wrong!! The chow mein had a decent amount of duck, the only issue was that everything was very salty & bland and the duck was extremely overcooked. It actually reminded me of BILTONG, it was THAT DRY!!! Next time I'm up this way, this will NOT be somewhere that I'll ever order from again. 🤢

Total disappointment, used to be the best Chinese we have ever had. Never had any complaints about the food before, we used to have one near enough every Saturday. Had one about a month ago and it was bad but we thought it was a one off so we left it a few weeks, and tried again tonight with friends over. Spent £45 and nobody ate it, chicken was so dry it was stringy and was like a pork scratching. Hard peas in the curry, salt and chilli chips were soggy with just some onion and carrot on. Rice was gritty like sand, chicken balls were more like a grease ball. Called to complain and lovely lady on the phone advised it had been taken over and my god can you you tell. All the chefs could offer was money off the next order but we won’t be ordering again. If we could give it 0 stars we would.

I did love this place. Been going here for so many years! The curry has changed and now tastes vile. The meat in it is just vile. The staff are extremely rude! I happily go past this place now and go elsewhere. Completely vile. Maybe it's changed owners? Was the best Chinese and now the worst

I have used this take away for over 15 years!!! Always had good service till now ! He put prices up by 10p without changing a menu ! We over looked this. However l turned up to collect or our order on sat 5/6/22 , he read out my order and asked for £20.50 for the same order we had that cost £18.10p the week previous. After the shock , l was informed prices had gone up and the new menu was in my bag ! However when l got home ! He over charged me on the new menu ! That's it aint going back

We go once every 2 weeks, never had an issue! Beautiful food and we have minimum 8 different dishes, always 10/10.

The new owners not as considerate as the previous owners. I arrived on foot and because the crossing was on red I got there on a Friday night (07/06/22) at 11.02 pm, the door was locked and when I signalled to the guy inside and behind the counter to loose me in. He bluntley told me to go away. Not the service I expected.

Ordered food and after waiting 3 hours we decided to call and was told our food was on the way. an hour later we still hadnt recieved it and called again, they seemed confused by my name and asked if they could resend the order and couldnt refund me unless i went through uber eats. the food is good but shouldnt EVER take this long to be told our order was never on the way. Average food but the customer service is horrible and you will be waiting hours for your food even on normal weekends

We don't usually have any issues with the food here but Saturday would be the last time we order from here unfortunately. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of the food. The chicken sharer was extremely greasy everything covered in an unnecessary amount of batter. There is no need for all that grease and batter. We also ordered a portion of Singapore noodles which we didn't touch. It was off! The meat seemed sticky and it just didn't smell like it should. It came with a small portion of rice not sure if it was supposed to be egg fried but I couldn't see any egg. I can say that was a waste of my hard earned money. Very disappointed.

After viewing others peoples review I wos hoping our food would be good NO beef didn't look right but and daughter upon tasting it said taste funny fishy I should of contacted food heath and safety cus they said wasn't right ended up in bin and woman can be very arsey on front desk she spoke nasty to my daughter 4 weeks ago left something off order so rang straight back you with think daughter wos speaking foreign language wanted another portion of chips she couldn't add to other order why couldn't she shout into kitchen another bag of chips with order or am we being too judge mentle. I can a beef curry and rice from here the after eating half I noticed some of beef was grey looking didn't finish it but sadly was still violently I'll I rang shop and a was shouted at they was saying food good It wasnt it tasted odd look odd and grey and I was sick after eating a small amount this place needs closing down

Just ordered a special curry Boiled rice and chips, I haven't had anything from here for about a year maybe but before that I used to use every weekend and always lovely!! However I ordered my food tonight and the chips were cold and hard like they had been cooked 3 hours before then reheated and exactly the same with Boiled rice and the chicken in curry was bland.. I enjoy takeaway with my family on weekends! Now if I ran a takeaway shop I'd make sure the food I sold got to my customers as fresh and as hot as possible obviouslytthis shop no longer carer's if I return!!... Shame!!

This place has gone right downhill. I used to love their mixed grill, but last night it was vile. It seemed like they had put all the ingredients in a saucepan and boiled them. Everything was the same colour (except the half tomato, which was cold) the pork chop was only a fraction thicker than the bacon. Mushrooms were slimy and the onions limp. Even the peas were brown. The only saving grace was that they exchanged it. I had something completely different tho, and gave it to my partner. I will not use this place again.

I use Hong Kong most Fridays and have done for well over 5 years . Can not fault the food always comes hot and tasty . Friday night ordering and I've never waited more then 45 minutes for my delivery

I mean... unless lotus blossom is closed I would really be surprised anyone wants to get their food from here. Lets start of wirh the fact I've ordered large portion of king prawns in chilli sauce, what I got was a medium portion in a large container topped up with oyster sauce with something spicy ( not sure it was chilli either ). Then the next thing is the actual prawns, which were vile. The thing was so chewy and tasteless I didnt bother finishing them off and stuffed myself with the veggies as there was plenty of them ( including a tomato, which I thought was weird for a kinda stir fry veg mix, but hey, I can skip this part. The last part that really out me off and unless im staving I will avoid this place at all cost, was the smell inside the place, some pubs smell better on a saturday evening. End of really re-route and go to Lotus blossom which is much better for the same price. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Absolutely disgusting ordered 2 beef currys with rice and chips opened the curry it stank put a fork in and it was foaming white froth the meat was off took it back offered me 2 more curry’s but wouldn’t replace the rice and chips so we had cold food they didn’t seem bothered that there meat was off never going to eat from there again zero star

I use Hong Kong a couple of times a week, gorgeous fresh kung po, fresh crunchy veg and non greasy chow mein, lovely. Chips are never burnt?? Friendly staff and delivery driver very courteous. Always arrived a good 10 minutes before stated time. Switched from golden wok, off stubby lane, terrible service.

all the food is premade, I saw it all already there cold in the trays. They just give it all a warm up. we expect it to be freshly cooked, well it's not! The food is left over night UNCOVERED. Leaving it free to Bacteria, flies Mice , rats etc crawling over it. You can see it uncovered from where you get served, No wonder it tastes funky , not like the ones that cook fresh

Rude and burnt food. Used them a few times and food was ok. Had some chow mien that was burnt and smelt of smoke etc, so we returned, along with some fried rice that we didn’t feel was the right one. They sent the replacement food out and it was wrong again, two servings of chow mein, so we were like ok, just refund us on those items, we had paid and had other food which was fine. They said no refunds till tomorrow, so we were ok with that. Half an hour later this crazy woman rings my mobile screaming down the phone at me that the food wasn’t burnt and the rice is how they do it! I ask her to stop being rude and aggressive, you can imagine the phone call! In the end I told her to forget the refund and get off my phone, which was obviously her aim any way. I will never use again! So, ok when the order is correct, but hide from them if you dare to question them, Mrs crazy will come and get you!!

Every Saturday we have a take away and i must say that there food is delicious always enjoy our meal ,always have hood service and the staff are always pleasant

Food is always tasty and never been disappointed with it. I have ordered before a few times previously though far and few between each order as I do not eat take out food much, but each time is always tasty. Salt and chilli chicken wings are a must to try.

we ordered 2 mixed meat specials and ending up having no beef and no chicken in both meals and wot meat we had was aprox palm of ur hand lost a customer now we been going there for years 12/3/2017..

This is a top class takeaway. All meats used are quality cuts and cooked to perfection. I have now tried the rice dishes, curries and chow meins and I can recommend them all. Fast service and consistent quality. I have used this place many many times and I will continue to do so.

Ordered a delivery, it's came in 15 mins even though it up to 45 mins delivery time . Great food, loads of it and really cheap. Only Chinese we use.

26 Meadow Lane been ordering for 6 years and tonight the order was for 40 mins and took 1 hour 10 had to warm food up or would if sent it back but had to feed the kids never complain ever so call shop to inform them heard them laughing in background not on !! only offer 20% your management is crap shall never order again very disappointed !

The food is always great and arrives hot. It can be quite expensive though. Don't pay with a debit card or you'll be charged an additional 50p despite the card processors not charging them anywhere near that.

Can I start by saying issuing one star is too much but one star is minimum to be able to leave a review which is something I've never done before but will be doing more often from now on to save others from what I had done to me. I'm new to the Willenhall area and had passed HONG KONG DELIGHT on many occasions but had never ventured in but yesterday evening 28/12/15 I was in the mood for something simple yet spicey so I went in and at the counter was a lady on the phone I think she was taking a telephone order so I waited when she'd finished her conversation I looked at her and she looked at me and said "yes" not good evening how can I help I said "can I have a portion of fries and curry sauce please" she said "£3.40" I gave my money she gave change she went into the back and within a minute she returned with a bag and said "here" then handed it to me not saying anything else like thank you or good bye or anything. When I got home I understand why the service was so fast the fries were oil drenched and reheated the curry sauce was hot but had a thick skin on top which meant also this standing for very long time then reheated too. If this is the service they offer how can they still be running but everybody's standards are different.

We used to use this takeaway sometime ago and stopped because of poor food.we decided to try again,what a mistake.we waited for 1 hour 20 minutes and when we sat down to eat both the meals was cold.will not be using this place ever again 😡😡😡

Food was full of flavour and fresh ingredients,prawns were deviened n cleaned,very pleased will deffo br ordering from here from now on food was piping hot and they even delivered to me earlier then stated at my request...she must have heard my hunger down the phone😂😂 very pleased great service!!
