Used to be good but dunno what happened! Food quality is terrible now, order from elsewhere if u can

If could give zero I would staff should all be claiming pip because there special needs and can’t even complete a small order correct and they try to ask you to have something you didn’t order bunch of incapable rejects foods absolutely vile

Pizza is good value for money, plenty of toppings. Good choice of kebab and probably one of the best about.

Deliveries are consistently late and the food is therefore consistently cold. Don’t waste your time and money. Update 02/03/2024: Ordered food at 18:00. Out for Delivery at 18:50. It’s currently 21:25 and still no sign of the food; rang the store multiple times to no answer.

Food arrived 30mins late, the chicken wings were missing and the food that had arrived was all cold. I contacted the restaurant, they did not care that the food was not to standard and the attitude of the management was very poor. I did not get a refund from the restaurant for any of the items missing or cold, they wanted me to wait a further 30mims for the wings to be sent out

Chicken kebab came raw and not even an apology when complained

Used to love this place but gone downhill !! Order received 2 hours late due website issues. Recieved kebabs rewarmed with salad 🤮 and pizza which was sloppy. Never again. No apology.

Pizza and chips were nice. However lamb wrap that was £4.99 had 4small bumps of tough meat an a rock solid hard wrap. Terrible. Called to tell them they said next time they will send because they are busy. There won't be a next time

Good pizza. Check your order though. We ordered meat fest XL.. They called out meat fest xl. We collected never checked the pizza, went back to to share with friends and we got Margherita 😂

got ordered to wrong house so called and gave them right address said they would be here in a minute it got to 20 mins then called them again the delivery driver went back to place and they had to re do it and deliver then called again to see how far and they said i called to many times, delivery driver was rude not happy at all

Absolutely terrible avoid at all costs spent £7 on chicken and chips and was a tiny portion. Phoned to complain and was told to order from somewhere else, they don't deserve to be in business.

Ordered food at 9.45pm they acceoted order for delivery between 10.45pmand 10.50pm i rang shop at 10.50pm as it still never arrived and they advised me they are shutting as they have ran out of food. No contact off them at all they didnt even cancel the order on just eat just took the money and left it. They told us we need to cancel the order as they couldnt. Still havnt got my money back and now on just eat it is saying it was delieverd at 11.35. Shocking place i will never use there again!!!!

This is a review of the branch in Willenhall - I can’t get them on here for some reason. The service at the Willenhall branch is more than shocking. I do not know where they train their staff. They can’t even take simple orders. On more than one occasion I have ordered from there and the order has been wrong. Either missing items or extra added. Sauce I didn’t request. Etc etc. The staff are incapable of providing efficient customer orders/service. I wouldn’t normally complain but when this is a regular thing, and I keep giving the benefit of the doubt! Well not any more. I shall not be returning to this branch again. The staff mentioned business was quiet. I wonder why???

Order from them last night apparrly the driver turn up and got no answer then appartly come back at a extra charge of £3 i stood outside waiting no one turned up rung them again told i wasnt getting a refund

Right the pizza is good bit I don't much care for pizza. The kebabs are good but... no difference between large or small, never enough chips and if you ask for sauce it's smothered on even if you ask for just a little! When you mention it to the staff they day "its not our fault its the cook" he is 4 foot away from you so tell him!!!! Would be 4 stars if customer service meant something The willenhall branch is way more attentive

Not sure what's happening here... Ordered pizza deal and the pizza was disgusting!!! Raw! Hardly any toppings. Waste of money straight in the bin. Will NOT be ordering pizza again from here I will go next door to Manos grill and pizza. If standards don't improve you will lose all your regular customers!! Such a shame!

Unsure if it's been a change of ownership, but standards couldn't have been lower. Pizza was basicly raw in the middle, massive lack of toppings. Not good at all This pizza place used to be constantly decent. Not anymore! Avoid

Just had a pizza delivered with chicken wings, wings were burnt one side and uncooked the other, wedges were wet and soggy, ate one piece of pizza and the chicken on wasn't cooked properly. Rang shop to get refund and food returned. Delivery driver turned up and was told he wasnt allowed to give money back if food had been touched, how are you to know food isn't cooked without touching it, money should have just been given back when food handed over. How ridiculous to expect the delivery driver to deal with saying that to customers. Finally got money back but shouldn't have been so difficult to argue. If we'd eaten loads food fair enough but a peace!! Ridiculous, won't order from there again.

Regular customer but don't think I'll bother again - tonight I placed an order around 7pm and as I write this at almost 9:30pm I've received nothing, had three phone conversations, the first I was told the food was with the driver and five minutes away (around 8:30), the second I was told they'd chase up the driver and call me back (8:45) and the third I spoke to the manager who told me again the food was with the driver to ask the driver for a refund when it was delivered (9) - the food is still yet to appear. Absolutely abysmal.

Used to be decent, it's now awful.! Pizza tastes of nothing and the base is like rubbery dough. Fries seemed like they had been heated up in the microwave. Never again...

Tasteless pizza and very bad quality

I've ordered from this shop for years but since the beginning of 2022 the food has really gone down hill. I'm not sure if they've been taken over but seems like something is different. The food is edible but the quality is just poor! The pizzas always come like goo, far to much sauce and sloppy with no flavour. I may as well throw a frozen one in the oven it's a hell of a lot cheaper and would taste better.

Ordered a free choice 16" and selected pepperoni x 4 and this is what I got. Quite possibly the worst "pepperoni" pizza I've ever had. It's 2022 who cuts it in half!? one slice of pizza is as big as my hand and has 1.5 slices of pepperoni on it so I called to complain and when handed to "the boss" he told me it was the best he could do because the cheese makes it slide off. When no other pizza shop has this issue. As soon as we tried to complain through just eat our reviews were hidden and just eat wouldnt help. I have been as customer of supremos since they opened! And the boss was absolutely useless, wasn't bothered at all "he did his best". Can safely say I'll be using my money on manos 2 doors down with the rest of the local community

Ordered pizza to only be told after ordered had to be cash has manager had told them to say that, luckily partner had cash has we usually only pay by card, said they shold put sign outinstead of letting you order first, youngish girl red and black hair was vile, papa johns much better customer service and better deals, not same since Alex went

Placed an order for delivery, waited a hour then phoned up, I was told they thought it was a collection. They said they would get the food to me. I made it perfectly clear I wanted fresh food or I would order from elsewhere. I was guaranteed the food would be re cooked only to be delivered a kebab that had been microwaved could tell soggy hot salad pizza cold chips cold. Couldn't be bothered to send back fell absolutely disgusted I was lied to regarding fresh food. I will not be ordering again 🤬

What a joke. Ordered lamb kebab & chips & they delivered kebab in pita, kebab was extremely over cooked, I called the store and they sent a replacement, it came, right order but again kebab extremely over cooked and dry. Called again to complain. Refund requested from just eat and the last time I bother with supremo again.

Never usually leave reviews but I honestly feel like these deserve one, by far the best pizza me and my partner have tried, and the kebabs are something else! A top takeaway which we will be returning to for sure!

Haven’t been here for a while , mainly due to the food not being to the standard it used to be. Should have bothered going. Portion sizes are poor, and prices have increased. Food was cold. Can’t even be bothered to call & complain . This isn’t the first time … definitely the last time for us.

Placed an order on line made payment only then did i get informed that 22nd 23rd December closed , im now left not knowing if im out of £20. Tried everything to contact via chat.but nothing.surely they should of updated open times at opening site.

Haven’t ordered from here for a long time as last one was not that good. Thought we would give them another try. Fries cold and soggy. Chicken in kebab tasted off. We ordered large and for 6 quid it was a big disappointment. Pizza was warm but pepperoni cut in half and hardly any on. Pepperoni pieces as big as 10p before they cut it. Wraps rock hard and salad on kebabs was basically just a onion. £20 quid down the drain. Will never order again

£43 worth of food ordered via just eat email recieved to state order had been delivered to which it has not!! Spoke to the manager that stated the driver delivered he did not!! They sent a member of staff to the house with the driver to which I invited them in to check for empty bins! The driver stated he handed them to an old lady! We are a family with young children. Awaited a response form the manager who stated I was not entitled to a refund as the driver delivered them! At this point I went into the shop to speak with the manager i was fobbed off for 10 minutes and eventually the manager refunded my money and said he would have to take it out the delivery drivers wage SO HE SHOULD! will not use this service again and would advise everyone to stay clear!!

Lady on phone really rude. I was asking my wife if 45mins delivery time was ok after she had stated waiting time...and she put the phone down. I recalled and questioned her about this and she denied it, still maintaining a rude attitude. I told her I would not be ordering again. Appalling customer service and telephone manner.

Best pizza's around wednesfield and the kebabs are to die for especially the tikka chicken pitta. Oh and the cream cheese jalapeño poppers are unreal too! 100% would reccomend.

The food was great BUT no social distancing by staff. Two members of staff were even hugging each other !!!!! Staff member used inappropriate language swearing when talking about another member of staff .

As I was born in Italy, I struggled to find an equivalent italian pizza here, this place definitely has the best pizza in Wolverhampton and serves actuall pizzas. Seriously suggested.

My first time ordering they were the worst pizzas I've ever had. I've had better shop brought frozen pizzas better than this . I ordered 2 medium size meat feasts there was hardly any meat on them they were more like a cheese only pizza with no flavour went straight in the bin. I will not be ordering a second time.

We regularly have a Piri Piri kebab and cannot fault the order when it arrives. It is consistently good and would highly recommend it. The only fault is the awful attitude of the person who answers the phone. Their customer service is diabolical and doesnt reflect the lovely food.

I have just ordered from here. Food came fast but the quality was disgusting (picture attached of a £4.50 meal as it was when we opened the box). When I complained I ended up with a refund but the way I was spoken to was vile. I have been here before but WILL NOT be returning.

Used to order every Thursday night with the lads at work. Last 2 weeks they have missed stuff out but still charged us for them. Last week we made a £90 order and they missed out a large pizza and when we rang they told us we would have to pay for it again. After arguing with them that we ordered it and without if the order would of only been £77 they said they would send the driver with the receipt but he never showed up. So unprofessional, won't ever be ordering from there again

Just ordered from these today as all the chinese and locals are shut. Absolutely disappointed the food was cold and the portions were shocking. Waiting 45 minutes for cold tasteless food was not the plan for tonight. We ordered chicken tikka with chips and pirri pirri neither said which was which but that didn't matter because they were both plain tasting anyway. Will not be ordering from here again and it's certainly not worth £12.49 we will be cooking tonight as we are not satisfied. We have a picture of this disgusting food but unfortunately can not post.

So delicious it seems when you read about ingredients and when you get your pizza at home and see how much bread it has and how much it is burnt and the ingredients are not too much you don't want to buy a second time. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate 4. Thank you!

Ordered food for delivery, food was left outside for half hour, didn’t knock the door when I phoned to see what the could offer any new food even when informed I was pregnant and didn’t want to reheat a pizza with meat on. Staff was rude!

Food came cold and was disgusting. Was told 45 mins but came after 1:20min. When called to ask where my food was I was told it’s just left the shop and will be 5 mins but took 20 mins. No consistency in portion sizes. Oh and just found out they have a one star rating for food hygiene. Overpriced for cold food & small portions. Won’t be ordering from here ever again.

We've Used This Take Out A Few Time And Have Generally Been Really Happy. we moved away from the area a few years ago but were over visiting family. we ordered a party deal through there site no issues. Upon Opening The Food It Was Clear To See The Dough Wasn't Cooked IT Was Soggy On The Base.

I've just paid £26 quid for 2 extra large double pepperoni pizzas and they have turned up with NO pepperoni. what? Looks like there is a single portion of ham on both. I HATE ham. £26 quid. Appalling. Won't be buying from you again.
