Ordered a few weeks ago and was marked as delivered and never turned up, between Uber driver and the woman at subway no-one could tell me what had happened (very poor English) and after 15 minutes of arguing on the phone agreed to re-do order but had to go an collect it (what’s the point in delivery if you have to collect yourself?) and the food was poor, dry, thrown together shy on all fillings and sauces. Ordered again tonight, while it was delivered this time, same story…dry and hard bread, thrown together, barely any meat or sauce. Will not be ordering again. Subway has really gone down hill in recent years. Not fresh, poor service, rude woman on the phone, subs are thrown together and scrimp on fillings. Avoid.

Multiple items missing. No help whatsoever when I called the store. 3 meals ordered, a total of 4 items not sent.

did not put half of our order in the delivery bag, that we had to pay 10p for and when I called the shop their attitude stank. Steer clear of Sunway Oxley. Will not be using again!

sides was cold and under cooked the melt was soggy and not fresh all my order has gone in the bin will never ever use again shocking service

Order was missing an item and we were told we had to come collect as they forgot to bag it. No - it should be on the store to complete the delivery!

awful service, was rude, got eye rolled when asked for meatballs. was confusing with everything just couldn't speak without being them being rude about it. bread was stale 😂 never had stale bread and i asked for a foot long got a 6 inch 😂😂

Awful ! Should have known better was terrible when I went before. Staff are rude and make it as difficult and awkward to order as possible. They hardly speak English and spend time talking in their own language, eye rolling you and getting to order wrong. Meatballs was vile and freezing cold. Never again !

Food was good but the staff seemed a bit miserable.

The girl who was serving was extremely rude. I had to repeat my order about 4 times, but she clearly understood my son and partners order. Very rude and made me wait for ages, served my family, and then a guy behind me in the queue, ignoring me until I spoke up.

Meatball and pizza are stone cold

be warned, ordering from this subway currently, is bad last order i recevied, had tuna when i asked for turkey, this time around i ordered a footlong and received a 6inch. they asked me to contact justeat to get a refund. and their reasoning for the mistake is new staff. if they cant read an order and double check it before sending it off, why hire them in the first place?! this is twice in a row they've messed up an order

not enough range of sauces provided, and sauce applied on sandwich is not enough.

Occasionally stop off here but parking is poor so it’s not always possible to find a space. Unless there’s an offer on I’m finding the food is expensive for what you get. The range of toppings is less, for instance I noted absence of spinach. I guess it’s a more expensive ingredient.

Was sent Diet Coke instead of cherry Coke Zero

the food was cold.. which happens when you put toasted sub next to chilled drink..

Philly cheese steak was not toasted. Had to fire up the grill to get it warm, melted and toasted. Pepperoni and cheese on the pizza slice was all stuck to the paper so I got a tomato piece of bread. :(

driver was appealing, so rude made a comment about this being my second delivery in 2 days. felt obliged to explain that I am currently decorating that was why. disgusting delivery service.

What a load of mess. I ordered an Uber from Subway Stafford Road. Meatball Marinara and when I unwrapped it, it was a load of slop. Wasn't cut in half and couldn't be picked up as it fell apart and the meatballs fell off. Plus the 12 cookies I ordered with it weren't delivered. They weren't even ready with my order so the Uber driver had to go back and dispute my order and bring the cookies to me. Terrible service in my eyes. Also need to add that when I rung the shop and disputed about the cookies myself the Asian lady said can you come pick them up. Lol. If I could do that why the hell did I pay for Uber delivery you stupid woman 🤦‍♀️. I told her no and that I wanted them delivered as it's their error not mine. Anyway I was lucky enough to have a nice Uber driver that went and got them and brought them to me.

This specific subway was good, could use more of a restock of ingredients and another staff member as it wouldve made it faster,one specific employee was soooo good at her job 'Twinkle' she give nice portions as well as communicates with you soo happy everytime i see her😁😁.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I've visited today and served by an Asian lady (Sunday 4th February at 1.21pm) who refused to give me her name when I said I found her service VERY AGGRESSIVE. No option given for what I wanted on my sub. She then told me I have to have what the set menu is whether I like it or not. When I told her I found her aggressive she then continued to challenge and argue with me for why I found her aggressive. That in itself was confrontational and aggressive in itself proving my point. I'd been looking forward to the sub but I was so disgusted by her service I asked for a refund and left the sub with her. I will not visit this site ever again.

a decent subway. Better than Cannock Road. I always order Meatball Mariana with salad, toasted and sauce. Cannock Road should hang their heads in shame. I won't be ordering from there again. Salad was 10% on my subway. mostly just bread. Stafford Road make a good one. packed with salad. a bit messy but I don't mind. it was finger licking good and filling.

My order was originally made incorrect however rather than sending it out they made a new order which was correct and sent both sandwiches anyway. Really appreciate the worker who took the time to do that.

Nacho chicken bites tasted off , was cold and the wedges wasn't even cooked properly

There has always been a drab atmosphere in these outlets, but the standard of the food has fallen and if I am not mistaken the size of the portions has dropped by at least a third too. I don't think I will be in a Subway for a long time.

Delicious as always, however, the crinkle wedges with Chipotle seasoning came as plain hashbrowns, and the Bakewell cookies came as white chocolate.

Opted for nachos and got sent a bag of crisps

I usually visit this subway, I always received good customer service especially the girl met me today morning (17/6) .she was so nice. Her welcoming nature, greeting, everything is fabulous. Nodoubt all staff members are good but I think she is real diamond of this store.

I was really impressed with the customer service provided by this girl wearing something unique brown/red bracelet on her hand. She was alone and all over the place making deliveries and dealing with customers too. I dont really give reviews but her attitude towards the work was very professional. I give it 10 out of 10 well spent £20.

I went on 8th of March during evening time and talking about the service I received from a Punjabi girl named Bandana with glasses she was friendly,kind,generous and helpful. Her way of talking was very polite and she handed me my order within seconds. All in all I was satisfied and would recommend visiting.

Good variety of breads and fillings to suit. Was quiet but soon got quite busy. Good customer service. Pity coffee machine not working as would have liked a hot drink on a cold day.

There was one Staff member her name is Bandana Pathania, hope I spell her name right, was very polite, humble and very helpful while receiving the order. We had to post a review after receiving outstanding service from Bandana yesterday. She was warm, patient, polite, super helpful and pleasant. First time I think I've been to a subway and they don't have any breakfast sandwiches. When I asked I got a confused look.

Staff are polite but don’t speak English, not great when you try to explain any issues. Same problem last few times over past year. Prices have gotten daft. Stingy with fillings too ( compared with Chapel Ash)

Service was awful, woman was rude, lettuce wasn’t fresh. Even though they insisted it was. I had to go to coop and buy some myself. footlong subs wasn’t cut in half. She was messing with money with her gloves on. She almost forgot to ask if we needed it toasted. Throwing the cheese on like it’s an arcade game. Came in as the woman was sitting down eating and as we left she sat back down again. Red onion was in with the gherkins. I asked if she can take off the red onion and she put it back into the red oinion pot even though it was on nacho chicken(cross contamination) tried to tell me the subway card wasn’t working, I grabbed the scanner and scanned it myself And it worked, surprise surprise. PUT ME OFF SUBWAY. Never coming back

Terrible…person serving didn’t put the correct amount of ham on our sandwiches, only 3 pieces instead of 4(my 8yr old not happy!), drink was only kids cup instead of normal medium and no working toilets. People serving were rude and talked ‘around’ me and my son in a different language. Won’t be going back.

Amenities are false they don't exist

Someone has got to be holding the manager/owner here against her will. I’ve been in twice and she’s been so rude both times. Last time I came the store was very busy so I let her off for being short with people, but today there was no excuse. Charges the wrong price and totally ignores you when you tell her it’s wrong. No please, no thank you, no manners whatsoever. Someone put her out of her misery and tell her she can stay at home

I went to subway I appreciate the customer service in that subway customer service is very fast and they greet a customer to very polite manner and way of making sandwiches is very good . The main thing is that veggies and meat look very fresh so I love to eat in that subway .❤️

The sandwich was good, the person serving me forgot to put vegetables on my sub- I ordered online- which was funny and annoying at the same time. The cookies were bussin. I got an extra cookie, which actually kinda compensates for the lack of vegetables and just meat.

Ordered food today 15/01/2022 for my family at 14:53 half the order is missing (3kids meals are missing) so we rang the store to see where the rest of the order is and a woman answered and told us that we had to order again to get the other half of our first order, then the woman then said she would send the rest of the order when we made our next order on another day and the woman hang up the phone. its 16:05 on the 15/01/2022 we have tried to ring again and now some one is answering and hanging up the phone straight away, the half of the order that did turn up is wrong wouldn't recommend ordering from Stafford road, it has bad phone customer service and only half of order turns up, this is not the first time this as happened to us and would like everyone to be aware

Sent a voucher that had the address of thus subway but refused to accept it. When i have actually ordered, the sandwiches are lacking in any content, always out fo something and generally poor service. better of at the coop for a meal deal.

30th September 2021: We needed to do a few things along Stafford road and my better half decided to go in here for something on our way back? She then called me to come in and sit down at one of the tables as she wanted a quick bite before we walked back to Oxley moor road moorings. A lovely Subway shop, very clean and well decorated and a comfortable relaxing atmosphere. The staff member was friendly and welcoming and we soon had a quick snack or bites at the table. I've had Subway sandwiches before which are great but this snack meal was rather good and moorish... The quick snack time nibbles ordered were advertised on the outside window and as follows: Nacho Chicken Bites and the Potato Crispers with Chipotle Southwest seasoning and dip...I must say, I was pleasantly surprised after tasting a few of these and let my better half have it all as she had skipped breakfast. She definitely enjoyed it and got us an "Oreo Chocolate muffin" to share with our cuppa later in the afternoon and once we were back on the canal.. Thanks Subway for a great experience, a lovely "eat in/take away" store and your staff were fantastic too, well done

Literally the worse subway. Will never order from here again as they are just so careless and don't care about customers satisfaction at all. Half the food was missing. Waited an hour for food should be no excuses for missing food with the wait I had. Tried phoning the store for the manager who isn't even at the place to answer and tell me to go through the UberEats app which they did nothing but say, we will give feedback. Not happy at all, you're going down hill faster than you think.
