Chips were alright but burgers were atrocious they had a foul taste and smell

Missing items 1 drink that was delivered full over on drivers footwell so half a cup !

I was desperate to use toilet and told by a staff that only disabled toilet is open at the moment which had a queue for the customers who wanted to use toilets. There were kids as well in the queue. I think it's common sense to open other toilets as well when there are so many people wanted to use it. I came out without buying anything.

Forgot the burgers and ketchup. so I'm just having fries for lunch.

Very disappointing…. Service SLOW…. Perhaps the place is empty. Staff, not very welcoming…. Our food arrived Late! And COLD…. Grandmothers were too hungry to wait longer, I requested my meal to be made again 😒…. Reluctantly made manager aware. She definitely was not bothered… perhaps why the place is empty 😳🥲

I’m really unhappy with my order as there is the bigmac meal missing an the water really bad and I don’t think I’m gonna use this mc Donald’s again

Food was freezing cold. Nuggets were soggy as if they’d been sitting for hours. Chips were like cardboard. No sauces given. Was not edible and a complete waste of money, I won’t be ordering again.

Sadly gone down over last 5 years. Mostly encompassed by the type of customer you wouldn’t want to pass in a dark alleyway. Yobs, idiots, trouble makers etc. avoid at peak times like Friday nights, weekends and late nights. Rush hour will make this place almost inaccessible due to Ring Road, Small Heath Highway & Cov Road traffic. May God have mercy on your soul if nearby Bham City FC has a match on, you’ll be stuck for 3 hours unless walking. Staff are all under 25, rude or completely silent - nothing in between. Food ain’t bad but not the best. Hurriedly pulled together due to vast amount of customers in there at any one time. Drive thru is tight, small and not for larger vehicles. Car park is small to moderate- 2 hrs free unless they change it. Idiots in loud cars like to ruin your peace if you park to eat so take your food and go. I wouldn’t bring my kids here to eat. Takeaway only.

Nice new McDonald's. The BBQ sauce and the coke didn't taste right and there was no one around to mention it to.

I visit this place sometimes. It's clean and not many people.

Absolutely incompetent staff. They completely ignored the special instructions for my burger, forgot the mozzarella dippers, and couldn't even provide a straw for the milkshake. When I called the restaurant after reaching home, the manager was useless and unable to offer any resolution. Poor service all around

I’ve reported this before yet no response. My food came on top of another McDonald’s bag which contained the medium sprite. It was dripping as soon as the guy gave me it and when I complained he told me to contact the fast food place. The sprite ruined my food and the condition was not okay. I want a refund

it's a shame not able to exclude the Ice from Coke and also, there wasn't any Source or any tissues.

Delivery driver wouldn’t come to the address. Had to leave my flat and walk down the bottom of my road to find him very unhappy

There was no one to take the order. There was no service, you can only order on the screen then someone will put it on the serving hatch. No help I will not go there again

hi , i ordered a large filter meal & a filet o fish on its own. no.1 the food is cold . no2 i will attach images ov the burger which is hanging off more then 50% off the bun . no3 the fries i ordered a large and it came half full and there are cold and the oil is dirty as you can see the fries in the picture.no4 they didnt sent no sause at all or tissue. i paid £16 on my hard earnt money on a service like this. you need to speak to your mangers above and speak to your ‘crew members’ fo such poor service.

Popped in for a bite to eat before getting on the road home. Food seemed to be coming out slower than you’d normally expect but was up to standard and nice when it did. Joyce was doing a great job front of house. Interacting with everyone, being really friendly and taking about deals and customer benefits. She also brought over a kids pack for my daughter full of colouring etc… Unfortunately, the manager on shift didn’t seem that friendly and his vibe was completely different. Shame the service wasn’t throughout. Well done Joyce!

Saying delivered but its not come

The driver had my order for 40 minutes before he decides to come to me. The mcdonalds is a 5 minutes drive. My order also was half missing and was only given the hot drink im extremely unsatisfied with the atrocious service

I placed an order through Uber eats and I did not receive the entire order and I was not even refunded. I am very disappointed with both companies McDonalds and Uber Eats, it seems they have developed a business out of stealing customers' money and products.

The bag with my drinks in was soaking wet and the 2 cokes had leaked everywhere. And the food was not warm at all

Upon the driver arriving he was with his wife and two phones, when I questioned why it was so late any why he went so far it turns out he had two orders he was delivering there for making our food cold

I had such a positive experience at McDonalds thanks to the manager, who mentioned she was new. This was on Sat 23rd Nov 2024 around 10pm. Despite being visibly busy, she went out of her way to help me when my phone battery died and I couldn’t order an Uber home. She kindly ensured my phone got charged and was incredibly understanding of my situation. It’s refreshing to encounter such thoughtful and accommodating service. Her kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated

the delivery driver was awful. he stood there messing with his mobile for 8 minutes, then passed me my food. I had to say to him, can I have my food please before it gets cold 🙄 he still ignored me!

We placed an order for £30 worth of food at 7:30pm. it is now nearly 10pm and we are still waiting for the food. The food is 2.5 hours late!!! This is absolutely terrible service from Just Eat and McDonalds!! I want a full refund!!! I have all the screenshots of the delivery time being changed on the Just Eat app and I can prove that my food not only was late in fact it did not arrive at all!

Yesterday and Today I visited at small heath (B.Ham) McDonald's I had a very bad service I was waiting for my food to be deliver at my table as I had very bad leg as i had number on my table, the person on the counter all he was shouting is my table number iv pointed at him to bring food to my table he refused yesterday and today which really put me of from McDonald's at the location iv mentioned above. I don't have any problems with any McDonald's in UK but that asian man who was working around 10.20pm really put me of ordering from now on, also his to rude he needs to be re-trained for his attitude (no sorry, no thanks nothing), after serving me few more people came after me and one of colour (black) man came he was also being rude with him too, that colour customer was also complaining about the man on counter too.

The salad was dead and not fresh and the box was almost empty. The cheese bites were cold and hard. The mixed muffin should come in some sort of plastic wrapper for hygiene purposes. The rest of the food was ok.

Hands down the dirtiest MacD. Toilets are a disgrace. Diet and dust everywhere. Put a cloth down and clean up.

the drinks lid was open and had leaked thru the bag and and leaked thru the food bag as it was together so food was also wet

By far the most incompetent mcdonald's I have ever been to. When you go via drive thru you are left waiting up to 10 mins to place order even when you are the only one there, plus anytime you customise your order and pay for extras they don't give you it just rob you of your money. AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE MUGGED OFF

he did not come to my address even though I told him it took so much time to direct him to my address we had to go outside he was on the backside of my house my partner wwalked out to find him

Ordered food here, the fries were disgusting, I ate 2 and threw the rest away! While sat in the car park guys just casually pulling up in cars and urinating in the car park with no shame. Nothing about my visit has made me want to ever return to this location! Have since returned, chips are still disgusting, they ended up in the bin, McRib was cold, and service was poor! Food was basically thrown at me and the window shut.

The food was good, arrived hot and we had ice in the coke. Did not recive the bag of cucumbers, perhaps they had run out as they gave us an extralfruit bag instead. Also requested sauces but we never get them anymore. McDonalds please provide sauces when the customer requests them.
