Really enjoyed my Donnie Kebab, unfortunately asked him for a small charge me for a large and told me that’s what I need to have. Feel like he ripped me off a little bit. Not so happy.

The kebab was served with some sort of ketchup based sauce. Poor selection of salat. The price for a rather small portion is high. Service was ok.

Absolutely disgusting do not have a clue how to make a kebab chilli sauce is warmed up ketchup meat tasted fried as must of. Had oil on it probably definitely not chargrilled and at £15 a kebab I would strongly avoid this place unless you want cheap quality food at restaurant prices

Food Hygiene Rating 2 out of 5 Very poor place Ant powder all up the inside of the door, the floor is dirty, the whole place needs a very good deep clean The chips are from a mccains bag so not even made in-house I asked for a jumbo sausage and the guy said they don’t do them Apart from tiny ones so I got 2 thinking they was tiny, when I got home, they was in fact jumbo sausages. Extremely greasy and oily foods The fish was almost cremated Will never order / visit here again

Perfect for an evening meal after a night out, food is always priced fairly, quality of food is bang on for the price, always piping hot and the service is always friendly and professional, I've ordered from here many of times over the years and never had any bad meals.

Asked for a shish kebab and a normal chicken kebab, specified 3 times I don't like shish kebab, ended up with one, told the man that's not what I ordered and he said no chicken kebab and shish kebab are the same, asked why there is a difference in price then as I was expecting a normal chicken kebab not skewered chicken on a grill, completely ignored and told to try it as it's delicious, except it is not it, is chewy and flavourless

The potato wedges were too big! This was not the expected potato wedges but this is the fried half potatoes!

Over 1.5hrs wait for delivery (30mins later than the expected time). Food was warm- not hot Chicken wings were spicy (despite choosing bbq and not spicy). Paid for extra sauce- missing. I definitely wouldn't recommend or use again

Perfect calzone !! Crammed full of meats, light crusty and non greasy dough, cooked to perfection, crispy chunky chips, great kebab, would definitely recommend to others, now my go-to kebab house 👍👍

Amazing customer service. I'm from out of town here on a work trip and had no idea where I would be getting food from as my hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Fatih went above abond beyond to help out and the food was delicious. Thank you very much. I'll definitely be returning if I'm ever back here again.

Really poor- gone downhill massively. We used to order from here regularly before COVID but since then their food quality has gone downhill - the pizzas are rubbery and taste of nothing. Their service is appalling, they refuse orders if you won't pay by cash. And they deliberately over charge you - it has happened to me twice now and they just shout if you try to challenge it. Considering there are many pizza places to visit in Warwick, there are far better than this one.

Rude staff, food was cold and greasy and they charged me for 2 meals when I only had 1 !! Then argued with me saying I'd actually had 2 meals.

I always order my food from this place, it might be a small place but the service and food is second to none. Sometimes Usually a weekend evening, due to the place being full of people walking in. It can be abit of a wait as the food is cooked fresh in front of you. Staff are friendly and always happy to cater to what you like. I’ve ordered at many different times and the quality of the food has always been good. If there’s one thing I’d recommend it’s their deluxe mixed grill! So much food and amazing meat cooked as you wait.

We get food from Castle kebabs in Warwick quite regularly. We always collect as we order 5 meals all varied in what's on them e.c.t. Can recommend the burger meals, chicken & tried many of the kebabs. Our kids are fussy & have some allergies and the meals are always correct. Everything is cooked in front of you and the manager is always friendly. If you go on a Saturday night expect to wait a little as they get very busy.

Lovely kebabs cooked freshly in front of us and the salad and pitta were fresh and tasty. Sauces excellent too and as requested served on the side. Will definitely be back.

Food actually good but service, can't get even 0.1 stars. They send half order wrong, and i have to keep contacting them to fix an error they made not me. On top of that i have to wait 4 hours to get my order, and for those 4hrs of my wasted time because of them, they offer a 5£ coupon. Execrable service, i do recommend for the food quality, but delivery and customer service are execrable. Last time i will order here, rather order fom another takeway, wich don't waste my time on my money, my nerves, and my hunger, than waste my time trying to have their errors fixed.

Absolutely fabulous chicken wrap from Castle kebab. It was so fresh and tasty. Possibly the best chicken wrap I have had. The staff were friendly and the food was soooo tasty. I was only in Warwick for a concert at the castle but would eat here every week if it was in my home town

Fantastic food, friendly staff and a clean environment where fresh food is prepared whilst I waited. I’ve been back since and have preordered it’s still outstanding service. Highly recommend you check it out if you haven’t already.

Went here last night after UB40, waited over an hour for our food like many others there. Paid £10 each for large kababs that were smaller than any other kebab I’ve seen. Asked for salad and never got any. Chips were like cardboard & cold. And this morning both myself and my partner have a deli belly..AVOID this place!!! Absolutely appalled.

Thieves! Overcharged my card by £14.50 thinking I wouldn't ask for a receipt, when I did the begrudgingly gave me one whilst arguing with me. I noticed they had charged me for an extra kebab and a large chips that I didn't order, or receive! I was told to come back after 3 on the next day to sort it out. Do not use this THIEVING place!

What an absolute joke of a take away 1hr late delivery, order completely wrong, cold and completely taste like crap. Told by staff when asked about about to phone back following day after 3 so take your money and do what they like. Would not waste your money I DEFINATELY will not be again.

Ordered a take away via Uber Eats, ribs and chicken and it was so bad. The ribs were mostly gristle and badly cooked and the chicken was completely dry and the skin somehow just soft and not good. Will definitely not order from them again.

This place is truly horrible. Every item on the menu is an explicit endorsement of the worst industry in the world - animal agriculture. They need to remove everything on the menu which contains meat, dairy or eggs. We need to move to a world where everything is 100% vegan/plant-based, so this location is currently supporting all of the wrong things entirely. And they have the cheek to put flyers through people's letterboxes to promote this horror. It's just a disgrace from start to finish. Avoid.

Chicken tandoori pizza and wings with spice sause is my favourite item to be picked anytime.

First time went here last year as was passing by and it was actually good. However second time passing by here again and it was the total opposite. Cold chips. When went back they were reluctant to fry a new batch for me but only did begrudgingly and gave me a much smaller portion. So their loss now as we won’t be going here again.

The delivery was painfully slow, and to make matters worse, the lamb shish kebab that I ordered was extremely disappointing. Frankly, I found both the food quality and service to be thoroughly unimpressive.

Had food here once (latest place open) that was disappointing however late at night beggars can't be choosers. Then ordered off uber eats. Distance on Google maps is 7.8 miles. Get a phone call from the shop who want to charge me 1/3 of my order price in delivery fees on top of my order. They stated it was over 8 miles away. My math isn't that bad but last time I checked 7.8 miles was under 8 miles. Rather annoying. Avoid and go elsewhere or hungry!!

It was ok. The pizza seemed ok though it seemed quite cool when we got home though seemed plenty hot to start with. It might not be to everyone's taste as there are alot of herbs in the tomatoe sauce, it even tasted about of rosemary or lavender, as well as the origano. The chips were ok frozen ones to start with. Ok late night food after a few drinks.

Girlfriend and I moved to live in Warwick 2 days ago and today to we walked in to order food. I had a large chicken shish kebab, Girlfriend had a burger. Kebab was "ok" nothing special to be totally honest. Burger was very dry. But one thing that really got me to write this review was the woman working there. Very miserable and unfriendly attitude. Looked very unhappy and bothered by our presence. It was only 5pm, would hate to see what she would be like by 11pm. Would never go back. There's plenty of places to eat out in Warwick with I'm sure better service and better food.

Been coming here a while. Today we ordered two mixed kebabs, £30 they wanted! 😮. Kindly said no Thankyou can you cancel my order. Yet the young girl new to the phone still processed it & they knocked our door. Good job we record our calls! Won’t be eating from there again. Very bad now.

So, what to say about this place, yesterday I went to buy 2x pizzas and they ask me for 27 pounds, fair enough, I went out to take my cash (they asked me to pay just in cash, strange, isnt it?) been waiting and then I realized that indeed the price that was in the boards was 23.5 pounds x2 pizza 15" . Basically they wanted to rob me 3.5 pounds, I asked for doublecheck the price for them as I have seen the valour in the board and then they suddenly realized that have overcharged me, obviusly I will never come back.

Best kebab I've had in a long time! Everyone was happy with their food. Food came way faster than expected.

Tonight I spent £34 and the chips were horrible and the £19 mixed kebab that has gone up in price from £18 and got a lot smaller. So will not be ordering again

Cheap and not bad pizza, loads of topping. Chicken is hit or miss. Sometimes super juicy and tasty, sometimes really really dry. However, more and more recently delivery is far too long. Almost 2hrs and STILL WAITING!!

We ordered 12.30, Castle Kebab was due to close at 1.30, they confirmed our order. I had a few jars of larger and was gassed for my 2 peice chicken and kebab meal, waited an hour and a half (currently 2am), only to be find out for ourselves that Castle Kebab has closed and we aren't getting our food. We would have ordered from somewhere else if we knew the food wasn't going to be arrive - dead ting. Nice place for fast foods. I've tried a kofta wrap with green pepper pickles, it was really good. You can find also other kebabs like chicken shish, lamb shish, doner and also you can find burgers.
