Got food poison from here staff was extremely rude when I complained. Said these give me a full refund 2 weeks later still haven’t. Are avoiding all contact with me

Service is always brilliant and staff are friendly at this place but gets busy quick, the foods alright chicken burger was ok the fries were mediocre just your average low end deep fried fries I've noticed as a price point is around £10 a meal which I feel for the quality is a tad highbut it's fast food what do you expect, used them for years and would continue to do so I just try to be as honest as I can with food reviews

Food and Staff was good! I had tried pizza and chicken. They offers many things on a reasonable price hence I would suggest to give a hit to this store once for sure if you are planning to visit Leamington spa

Tried Veg Pizza here..good. Ambience is okay. The owner was very keen on returning garlic /tomato ketchup bottle( which we returned back in a minutes), bit surprising one. Rest is okay.

ordered food the chips was soggy. the dinner wrap is stale and came not even put together . and ended up with 2 and a half chicken wings when wanting 3. I rang up because of this and was told what do u want me to do about this and i mentioned that i’m not too sure but you need to sort it out and he hung straight up.

Wrong food delivered refused to correct shame as used to be OK. had to claim back through uber

After all my years of visiting here,I can still rate the food and service. This is my salad made by the owner for my meal at work. Garlic bread and chesse. How tasty is that! Must of my visits are at night. It's drunken student world at moment, do you remember those days. Still the best place in town.

Food was ok as expected but I ordered a 500ml bottle of Lucozade and only received a 380ml bottle which was also out of date.

I hate to do this, but the kebab we had tasted really, really bad. it was almost like it wasn't cooked. Definately the Viallist kebab I've ever had.

Burger and chips are usually pretty good. Kebab is a bit of a letdown though in portions (even if you ask for extra). Good place to get some affordable food from time to time.

Biggest waste of £10 in my entire life. Had a kebab value meal £9.95, kebab chips and can of Fanta, seems reasonable. Kebab was horrific, in a tiny pitta that looked like a nappie layered with, what was most certainly home made chilli sauce. After a few bites (2 ) , threw it in the bin. Chips were re fried bog standard chips 🍟, only enjoyable element was the Fanta. As I'm writing this I can feel that my stomach is highly unhappy what I just put in it a few moments ago. Honestly, save your money and find a better place to eat, maybe the subway a few doors down.

I ordered a beef burger, which was uncooked. As a muslim, I asked him whether the burger is halal or not. He hesitantly said it's halal. I doubt that restaurant being halal.

Little bit of a challenge getting my wheelchair bound mother up the steps at the entranceway but she was up for the challenge. They didn't have enough chicken cooked for all of us (group of 5) so they substituted 1 piece with chicken wings ( which was great by me cause I love chicken wings). Food was very tasty and good value. Dining area is basic, but clean and certainly acceptable. I'd go there again for sure.

Small Doner Kebab for £7 awful Very little meat, pitta bread was soggy full of salad and not much meat, try the Siscillian on High Street so much better.

A Leamington spa late night staple. It isn't the prettiest place but it has a lot of heart and is open late sometimes that's all you need for greatness.

I would not recommend ordering from this place terrible delivery service I had proof of my order number the driver didn't bring my pizza this has happened to me twice from this place. No accountability for there mistake complete rudeness over the phone

Wrong food was sent out however they sent the right food out straight away. good customer services very helpful and really nice food.

If you want week old food that’s overpriced (quite likely to make you feel unwell), this is the place for you. The only pros are opening times and chips.

Absolutely disgusting order was not correct, pizza looked liked bread with burnt cheese on could not see the tomato on the pizza. Chips were skinny cold chips. Contacted the pizza shop rude staff called Alex and he said he didn't know the managers names !!! I have a vile picture of the food which i think i ll show the whole of leamington spa it was the worse takeaway we have ever had !!

Gotten my order wrong every time I have been here, I will never go again, there are much better places to go very close by. Portions are small and are usually only warm anyway, I would avoid completely if I were you.

You can't beat a donor meat and chips from here on your way home. The staff are always friendly.

The staff were so disrespectful. They serve chicken undercooked and do not allow anyone to sit down past 8PM. This is a dirty takeaway, not a restaurant.

Asked for crisper fries. Got undercooked fries. No customers and a dozen staff so no excuses. They couldn't be bothered to watch the fries cook.

I have been to this Establishment for many years. Over the years my experiences have been up and down but lately, I rate the S.F Chicken probably the best recipe within the area. If more was put on the chicken, I think it would rival K.F.C's batter. I truly rate it and will definitely be back for more. The prices are fair priced and delivery is always prompt. They have a great selection of different fast foods which are prepared well. Edited selections are available for options selected off the menu. The staff are always happy to answer questions and are always pleasant to speak with. I would recommend this restaurant for most items on the menu and definitely for their recipe of S.F chicken. Good work guys.

Use to be the best in Leamington but gone down hill serving dry chicken and charging a fortune for it! And they got the cheek and audacity to try and mug you off by saying "it's a bad batch" when it's clearly over cooked or left in the production bin too long.

friendly guys, quality of food isn't 100% consistent but can understand that considering how busy they get. most of the time they're spot on, would recommend ordering their wedges.

Great chicken wings best in leamington

Placed an order over the phone at 12:10pm for a cheese n chips. Arrived and collected order and returned home within ten-15 mins of phone call as I live round the corner. When I got home the chilli sauce and mayo i asked for wasn't on(thier chilli sauce is the only reason i get this as the fries aren't great quality) and the whole dish has solidified into one massive cheesy chip brick. Called up and spoke with the lad who took down the single item order wrong and was promised another one when I was next in. Went in today to grab the promised replacement and told that it was a week ago and I could be lying. Rather than checking with his boss and the owner who wheresat out front having a smoke he just smiled and shrugged his shoulders. I'm done with this place 20 years of hit n miss service and food but now I'm officially done. If this was at night I could understand but to mess up a one item order during the day while its dead just screams incompetence

Fantastic original and unique tasting chicken

Used to be a great 5 star fast food.... last few times I bought from here was horrible... and not horrible comparing to before but horrible in general. The product is worsening and the price rising. Non-sense. Id be happy to pay a higher price for the quality that was before . Now is disgusting. Honestly, I can't express my disappointment because was the only good thing here around!! :

if you read my reviews i do not write negative ones for no reason. we went after attending a concert at the assembly. we ordered our food price was higher than it should be, i asked why oh we have taken for a large pizza instead of a medium, so we said we would take the large just to make things simple,should have also been but 1 get 1 free. but we would not have eaten 2 so left it at the one. when we got back to our hotel the pizza was an 8 slice medium, it was poor quality wife ate 2 slices and threw it in the bin. service was poor food was worse. i personally wouldn’t give these another penny of my money. find somewhere else that will give you a decent service decent food and not overcharge for the order. disappointed to say the least.

Had a meal from here three consecutive nights over this Winter's End weekend, decent food, good lads, quick service despite being very busy.

Always convenient, we love the bogof pizza offer: pizza tastes nice, and other meal too. Reasonably priced and friendly staff

I’ve only been once so this may be a premature evaluation of this place as a whole. That being said I ordered chicken and chips, the chips, amazing, the chicken, not so much. The meal came beautify in a lovely cardboard chicken box, standard, and the chips where perfectly salted and I was even given free sweet chilli free of charge! However when it came time to eat the chicken it was a different story. I took one bite and it hit me for 6. The chicken name dropped me in a drill song, I was finished. The chicken I ate deffo had a sore throat and a raspy cough when it died because it was crazy dry. I suggest some e45 cream or moisturiser at least 2 times a day to help with what ever boss man has going on behind the till. That being said whilst eating my meal I dropped my phone in a puddle of water, instead of putting it in rice I put it with the chicken and it was dry in record time! 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽 like I said chips are banging tho

Iv been here several times over the years but they deliver poor food, had service and no respect for customers or hygiene. Yet they enforce masks as a law when they should be inspected themselves on way the prepare and handle food. Kitchen is not a place to eat sweets while surviving food disgusting. No reccomdation here.
