Decided to visit and was nicely great by employees: Mila and Noor. Ordered oreo waffles which were absolutely delicious and went for a latte to drink which was very well made.Great customer service by both of the employees and I am sure that I would be able to say the same about the other employees. Would definitely visit again!

Milk and Mocha hosted my daughters 1st birthday party. They were brilliant. They set up a baby play area at the far side of the room that the kids loved and catered for the 25/30 parents with coffee and cake all for a great price. The atmosphere was great and service was brilliant as always. Farida and the team are always so welcoming to us. We go every week to the soft play. They are the most welcoming coffee shop for small children in Kenilworth.

Lovely kind and friendly owners who go out of their way to give a good experience. The food is delicious and plentiful and the place is heaven if you have a sweet tooth! The prices are very reasonable in comparison to other cafés in town. I also love that this place does so much for the community such as English lessons and parent and baby group.

Ordered a brownie crepe. The crepe was very thick and raw inside, ended up leaving 80% of it. Customer service also not great, didn’t even bother to welcome us when we entered or give us a menu. Restaurant wasn’t clean either. Would not recommend

Very slow service. Staff did not take a nut allergy seriously saying they didn't THINK they had nuts on the menu when there was clearly hazelnut sauce. Restaurant wasn't very clean. Disappointing wouldn't recommend.

The staff here are very friendly. Nice coffee and good selection of cakes. They also do breakfast options and some paninis and sandwiches which I haven't tried yet. There is also a good selection of gelato from a local Italian family. The times we have visited we've always managed to get a table.

Such a lovely spot for a coffee, the selection of cakes is amazing, and so friendly too. I always feel welcome and comfortable whether I'm with friends or on my own. Beautifully decorated too which is a bonus 😊

This coffee shop and dessert place in Kenilworth is an absolute gem! The owners are such kind people, always making us feel so welcome whenever we come by. The desserts are incredible! Absolutely flavourful and there's always a variety of to choose from, including sundaes, pancakes, waffles, and crepes. The service is always 100% and quick. The atmosphere is so cosy and inviting, perfect for hanging out with friends or spending time with family. The owners are not just amazing at making desserts; they're also the friendliest people you'll ever meet. Chatting with them always brightens our day. To the wonderful owners, thank you for making our dessert cravings a hundred times sweeter. We'll definitely be regulars for life! 😊

Delicious food and friendly staff!

Went to Kenilworth Castle on a nice Sunday and decided to go for an ice cream. Parked literally behind the shop, went inside and had a friendly greeting from the owners plus excellent pistachio gelatos, mine in a cone. Then stragglers started coming in and I felt better for them! Dessert menu was huge and imaginative, we loved our coffees. Nice find.

Yummy, yummy, yummy! So many ice creams to choose from. The staff are all really friendly and the waffles and crepes are very tasty.

Huge choice of desserts. Went for sticky toffee pudding and custard. Presented nicely. Perfect size and generous portion of custard. Tasted great. Staff clearly take pride in their work. We will be back.

We took our children for a treat after a meal and ordered two ice creams and two doughnuts. We waited 45 minutes before cancelling our order. Wouldn't have minded but there were only two other tables in there and three members of staff on! Not sure how they would cope if full. Definitely won't be recommending or returning.

Had a mid week treat during lockdown. Easy to order, food was quick and packaged brilliantly so remained warm and cold - the ice cream hadn’t even started to melt when we got it home. Crepe and waffles were amazing and best vanilla milkshake. Would definitely recommend. Great takeaway and look forward to eating in after lockdown.

I have now posted this review in 3 places because I was so impressed by this restaurant. We had been previously but the store is now under new management and the new owner could not have been helpful enough for my friends little boy who is both Coeliac and has an egg allergy. Instead of him just ending up with a scoop of vegan ice cream the manager made him his own “safe” sundae and made exchanges so it looked like the other children’s (ie, wafer straw swapped for flake). I think most of the time children with such complex allergen needs end up with a bowl of fruit or something very basic but the manager genuinely seemed to want him to have similar to his friends and made such an effort for him. She was also very thorough and showed his mum the ingredient breakdown for everything he had. A really lovely experience. All desserts (allergen free and otherwise) were thoroughly enjoyed and service with a smile. We will be going again....and again and again! :-)

Had a table for two. They serve a good choice of Twinings teas. We also ordered a "strawbella" cookie dough. service was efficient, staff very polite and atmosphere was pleasant. Good result.

Me and a friend called in on Saturday afternoon myself never visiting a dessert shop. Huge menu of waffles, crêpes, pancakes stacks,ice creams and Sundaes. Staff were very polite and attentive and after our treat found out they have only just taken over in the last 3 weeks. Because of my excitement when our order came out the lady asked if she could take a photo for social media, a bit embarrassed we agreed and whilst looking for that photo I’ve came across these poor reviews.The place is very welcoming the staff are very friendly, cleaning was being done the whole time I was there the wiping down of menus and worktops,and the food is gorgeous as for pricing I haven’t been anywhere else so I wouldn’t know if it’s expensive or not but I do know it was very nice.A small business in Kenilworth town with rent and rates I can imagine cost a lot of money if you want cheap get yourself a frozen one from Tesco’s and take it home! I certainly will be visiting again and taking my grandchildren. I did think the desserts would be small hence why we bought one each and one to share, but my goodness as you can see from my photos they were not, however we did manage to finish them mall!!!

The RUDEST person answered the phone when I called to ask about their menu and waiting times today. Do not recommend this place as no customer service...went to creams instead!

Waffles were great but cookie dough could have been more substantial. You also only got half the ice cream of a wafkle for the same price.

Arrived at 9.30 restaurant closes at 10.00 but was told we had to have a take out. Very poor customer service as we would have been only 15 minutes.

Excellent place to visit - like the cosy atmosphere. Glad to have something slightly different in Kenilworth! Went last week with some American visitors - got there 1 min after opening...but with a good order Angie let us have some ice creams! Shame that the opening hours are getting shorter and shorter...the website hasn't been updated...now closes 8:45pm

Lovley food in a very nice atmosphere!

Slightly underwhelmed by everything here. The food was good but far too expensive! Even the decor is tired and dated. I was expecting a really colourful, vibrant little place - but no. We had NO idea crepes were going to cost up to £7 & small bowls of cookie dough, £6! Alike many others, I found the service to be beyond sufficient. Sadly, the staff just weren’t interested - they forgot our tap water (expected this as had read on another review they’d done the same thing). Perhaps their working hours are too long? Overall moral seems terribly low - you expect the complete opposite in a dessert parlour that’s all about sweets, sugar and treats. I stood by the counter like a lemon while they chatted behind the counter without acknowledging me - finally they took notice and called me over to the till. What I REALLY did not appreciate was having a broom swept around under my table beside my feet whilst I was trying to enjoy my - very pricey - dessert. Perhaps they’re trying to get out of the place a few minute early? Who knows. Surely common sense is to stay away from tables that are eating? This place needs cheering up. I’d go back for the food but can’t look past the dampener that the awkward service did put on my experience.

They advertise that they deliver, but when you call they tell you they don’t. We have tried this numerous time & each time told ‘we have no drivers’... update your website!!! Place is a joke.

Seems reasonable Fayre but usually empty. A shame and will struggle if this continues. Never had problem with food or vfm

Two young people, very personable, and coped well considering although it wasn't that busy, our ice cream dishes were not very nice and I wouldn't go back there.

Awful experience, staff were useless, tables were dirty. Wasn’t sure if you ordered or they took your order. Coffee was cold, the lad dropped tea all over my dad and then to top it off my daughters ice cream had a big black hair in it! Completely made me feel sick, they didn’t apologise just swapped it but no clean spoon and then they took so long the rest of the ice cream combo we ordered had melted and the smarties tasted stale. I’m the end we just left it all, what a waste of money!

A very expensive little place and the service is incredibly slow (we waited 45 mins!!!!),. However the waffles were absolutely gorgeous and well worth the wait. It's based on the high street so easy to access but no parking. Overall it is a lovely little place but very expensive!

Service was awful. Stood at counter for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged. When finally served the girl serving really didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Which showed when half our order was wrong. Took a long time to arrive and the last desert came after everyone else had finished for quite a while, then finaly our last drink arrived when about 5 minutes later. Food was okay but shocking service

I agree with others - the decor isn’t great and the service pretty slow - there was only one member of staff. However, the desserts were delicious and huge portions. Great choice - they were happy to adjust anything on the menu. It’s not the cheapest but worth the money.

Even though the manager forget her keys they still made up for the food quality and excilent service. I had the Oreo blast waffle and highly recommend it.

Atmosphere was extremely poor. Overall service was poor. Took at least 10 mins to process an order one one single and one double scoop on cones. Its not rocket science. Extremely poor layout. Took about 15 minutes to serve when I was the only customer in the shop at that time. Who would play Radio1 loud music discotheque / clubbing music in a dessert bar? I've mentioned this to the staff to request to change the music, the response was they unable to change a radio chanel. Really? I did request the staff that I wanted to speak to the owner however they decided to walk away from it and just being ignorant. They switched off the music for 10-15mins and they decided to switch the music back on again knowing the customer shown dissatisfaction. Asked for a couple of tap waters, and was forgotten. I've decided not to come back to this shop ever again and so my friends.

Amazing place, really friendly staff. A member of our party hand wrote down everything that was gluten free- something you wouldn't get elsewhere. Food is wonderful and cooked really well. Brilliant selection. The only problem is the parking is a bit of a walk away, but blue badge holders can park in the street opposite. All in all a successful visit!

Ok service but Awesome Desserts!

Absolutely disgusted 3 under 18s serving no management ..over an hour for 4 ice creams plastic cutlery as couldn't open dishwasher ... kids heard another irate customer swear .. I complained and nothing done as no manager ... witnessed staff member cry and slam toilet door and more swearing... falwty towers sprung to mind

Called in for a mid-week after school treat with my 14 year old daughter. Firstly can I say that the one and only member of staff there was lovely ! However , she was the only member of staff there, hence service was painfully slow whilst she tried to serve the handful of customers who came in . We waited 40 minutes for our order to be taken and then another 30 minutes for our order to arrive! The only reason we didn’t walk out was because my daughter had been looking forward to coming all week. We ordered a sundae , an ice cream cone and two chocolate milkshakes , everything arrived separately which meant we were eating separately. The milkshakes did not taste at all of chocolate and I suspect the milk may of been off so we left these. We did not complain because it really wasn’t the assistants fault and we didn’t want to make fuss. Very disappointed!
