The guy in shop was extremely rude and had a problem when asked a simple question about food. Shouted at me in aggressive tone swearing when I asked if the food was halal. ALL MUSLIMS AVOID. crossed the road and went to spicy bite l. Brothers were polite and food was amazing

Tremendous kebab house, one of the best around.

This place deserves to get a 5 star ranking. Was working in the area for a week and had to visit twice. They kindly stayed open late one evening for me. (Closing time is 11pm not 11.30pm as published here) I had a chicken kebab. It was so good I made a long detour on my return home for a second doner kebab. Seriously good food. I will visit again. Note: cash only - free ATM down the hill and turn right.

I order food from sakarya almost every week, always fast delivery, kebabs are the best in town, 😍

Most of it went in the bin. For the price I’m massively disappointed. Shame as we’ve really enjoyed it in the past.

The burger was fine. The Shish kebab was dry , overcooked and had other flat meat and not cooked on a skewer. .The advertised chips are not chips , they are fries. I ordered from here as we wanted proper English chips :(

We order Sakarya a LOT. Tonight's one was especially good. I dunno what they do to their coleslaw stuff, but it's 10/10 magnificent.

Ordered food, delivery time said over an hour so decided to collect. Called up was told to come in 10 mins so not sure what the 1 hour delay was for. Paid delivery charge but we went and collected, food wasn’t even warm it was cold! Food standard wasn’t met & poor service when I arrived to collect.

Staff were great in all fairness its a shame the same can't be said about the food

Chips soggy and pitta was totally ruined as it was just wet and soggy. Meat was nice, they should wrap it all separately so it’s not all wet when it’s delivered

It was chaos in the shop and no one seemed to know what was going on. Even asked to pay again when paid online. Usually the food is fab but tonight it was just not right. Such a shame as this is our fave for kebabs!

I have to say that my wallet always feels faint when I mention Sakaryas but the point is that if you get a good portion size and the food is good then the price is worth it. Both can be said here, the food is amazing and the portions plentiful!!!

ordered a chicken kebab with chips didn’t come with any chips. ordered a large a pizza also came cold.

The restaurant accepted my order and after 90 minutes I called them to ask where it was. I was told they had cancelled the order, however the order showed as delivered on Just Eat. I had no notification of the cancellation, which frankly ruined a Friday night with the time they wasted. The order still shows are delivered which it never was and I'm told a refund should arrive back in my account, which looking at the status is exceptionally questionable. To top it off the cancellation reason was 'distance'. If its distance, then why is it showing available to order on the Just Eat app.? An absolute shambles, shocking attitude and the service is the worst and rudest I've experienced on Just Eat. Don't bother.

Extremely fast delivery and very nice delivery lady.

Onions were burned and the chicken was over cooked. There was no mint sauce on either kebab as ordered. The bottom was so oily it was off putting. My husband enjoyed his much more than I did.

We live in an apartment which has lift. The delivery man didn’t bring the food upstairs, and when asked, he was rudely shouting “I’ll leave it in front of door; my boss told not to go upstairs”! If this is the case then the restaurant should mention it before ordering, as this is challenging for families with kids at home.

Visit 5pm store was quiet. Great customer engagement , food ordered salad pitta- love the salad from here. Great value very efficent. Would recommend a favorite takeaway many many years.

Plenty of food for the price, sadly as the chips are delivered in a polystyrene container, the released steam causes them to arrive soggy, limp and cold. Ordered 2 Kebabs, one with chilli sauce and one with no sauce but unfortunately, neither kebab had sauce.

Ordering first time and never again. Food come cold. The nan bread was good but still cold. The chicken was over grilled and was nothing on the menu that is grilled chicken,taste disgusting. And you should upgrade your salad in the kebab as was disgusting

Lamb kofta was chewy and full of gristle. Couldn't eat any of it, complete waste of money.

Sorry but I paid £20 for kebab an chip's and a small bottle of coke. I was shocked at the initial price, what would normally be attend £5 -£10 max I would say. The food was bland, very bland. I was so disappointed. Had a couple of bites and left it. Very disappointing

The kebab meat itself was banging but the chips were stale and cold and the chicken wings tasted like cardboard

Food was cold which was a bit of a shame. Tasted good but I am sure if it had been hot it would have tasted even better. Let themselves down on this one hopefully we can give them another chance sometime.

Not very happy this time around. Over an hour for some cheesy chips and a medium pizza. The food was no way on its way when I was told as it doesn’t take 20 mins to get here and when it arrived it was all like warm/cold. Didn’t enjoy.

Its been a long time since I've ordered but never fails to disappoint. My food was on time and delicious as awalys. The curry sauce fantastic.
