Didn't get the chance to be served girls were about the back to busy chatting

Nice working staff changed the gloves while making the sub. Lovely staff specially Abha😊

The male service attendant was very rude. He was scolding at almost everyone. Even the customers(One women who was having trouble ordering due to being non native English speaker, was getting scolded in front of me ). Have your order memorised before you go there otherwise the guy might start shouting at you for not knowing what you want.

Was supposed to be here at 1.10 but didn’t arrived till almost 1.30pm I ordered it with plenty of time.

Food was fresh,well packed with lots veggie Friendly efficient delivery service xx

Again missed off cheese from my sub and also the cookie was swapped for a different flavour to what I ordered

Leamington Town centre sub way. Immensly dissapoi ting, staff don't speak English, so you get the wrong bread and filling (that's if they have much in stock). Forget any sauces they don't know what that is, and no idea how to put vouchers through the till. So you pay gull price for bread a olives.

No sub super substack thank you that was what I was really looking forward and you didn't put it in.

Sub was poorly made. We only received half a cookie and just thought it must have broken off, but then the soft drink bottle was open. We tipped away to be safe.

Awful ….. no filling in tuna roll, 2 bits cucumber. Hardly any sauce. Just awful.

Got a toasted sub when I selected the non-toasted option

It was mostly lettuce and tiny bit on mayo and missed my crispy onions that i love.

I had a double ham salad with poached eggs and lite mayo it was lovely all very fresh and just the right amount of mayo it was yummy

Ordered at 12:45, delivered at 2:50. In what world does it take over 2 hours to get a Subway order from a 5 minute walk away? I expect an explanation as to why my order took so long, not just handed to me like nothing happened.

loads of missing items, the cookie from the meal and both the extra drink and the extra quavers!

Meatballs were dry. overcooked and rubbery. basically inedible.

Looks great in there since it's been done up. The staff were friendly and helpful, they had everything in for my perfect sub (gluten free bread and vegan cheese) and weren't stingy on salad.

Whole place was poorly lit and food counter was barricaded with chairs and tables obviously for the social distancing purposes but it was so hard to pick what to have for the sandwiches as needing to go nearer the counter to see, not of great help for children and short people like me. Foods all look dull like no effort was done at all. And staff today were not helpful. So rude and so unhappy being there. Never will come back again! Will stick to the brighter subway where we usually go in Warwick where we live.

Order was correct and delicious

Called in yesterday. Girl serving could not seem to hear me properly. I realised she had given me the wrong bread - I never eat white. I could'nt be bothered to change it as she'd put the filling on. (That's on me - sure they would have changed it) - Just an awkward experience. The counter is so high and she was very petite.

It’s a subway, nothing special.

Came in earlier for a subway, and despite it being busy the black haired girl who served me was lovely and polite. The sandwich was the best I’ve had from that subway, and will definitely be returning

Paid for extra cheese and barely got cheese. The sandwich wasn’t barely cut, had to rip it to go separate one half from other. The mini pizza was over cooked with barely any cheese or sauce.

Sandwich was a mess and not put together with care.

Cold sandwich, had to grill it myself to make it edible. I don’t want to order refrigerated chicken that hasn’t been toasted and rubbery not melted cheese.

Great location round the corner from the station so grab a sub on the way home, Dan's always quick and efficient at serving and seeing if we require anything else. Highly recommend

Food was okay, just standard subway. But the lady serving us couldn't even crack a welcoming smile. No welcoming tone to her voice at all and mostly just seemed fed up with being there and fed up with customers. I even tried making conversation about what a lovely day it was just to be ignored. I usually use the one on Warwick Street, but I was at the bottom of town. Next time I'll just walk back to the top of town if I fancy a sandwich.

Just a regular subway, but staff looked like they were bored out of their minds and had absolutely 0 happiness remaining inside of them. Like ordering a sandwich from zombies.

Please offer grated carrot as part of the salad options.

Asked to keep the drinks separate but they didn't. Food was cold but nice and drinks were hot. Also forgot sauce for the chicken bites and the cookies. Not happy.

It never turn up!! That how bad it was

Sub was cold and soggy when it arrived, cookies were overcooked and hard

Drinks were in the same bag as the food. Made the food cold and damp. Still tasted nice but disappointed with how it was delivered.

Food was delivered on time, but I was disappointed with on of the meals. The sub with the chicken was good and tasty but the steak sub was not good at all. The steak was minimal in portion and was very hard and chewy, plus the bread was very wet and soggy. Was disappointed as I order from subway a lot.

The food arrived extremely late and was freezing cold. I'd like a refund as soon as possible please otherwise will be leaving a bad company review. The driver was moving into a completely different direction than indicated.

There was no option to pick if we wanted our subs toasted so I just assumed it was going to be. Big mistake, I picked steak & cheese bc I love the meat warm and the cheese melted on the top. I'm writing this review awhile I'm trying to eat this and it's not nice...

Cracking fast food if you fancy something different to burger or kebab

I ordered a meal deal for foot long with crisps cookie and drink. Delivery came without footlong?! I phoned and was told I have to go online to request a refund! Also this meant I wasn’t going to get my footlong? Not happy!

Was missing the drink for the large meal so not happy with that. They also put the cold drink of the small in with the hot food.

2 subs and hash browns were cold 🥶

Food had the cold drink put next to it so was wet and cold. Also one of the meatballs was not cooked properly so was rock hard.

Wouldn’t even give a 1 star. Gave driver wrong order, which he took away with him, we’re now down £17, Just Eat aren’t refunding and correct order hasn’t been sent to us.

Do you know what the difference is between toasted and not toasted?

I didn't receive an item as part of a meal deal, but on the refund page there was only an option to select the entire deal and not the missing item. If possible, I would like to get a refund for this item, too.

Tried some of the new extras they are fine just a bit overpriced for what you get but the sandwiches are still one of the best ever

My foot long subway had tomatoe in it that am not allowed due to allergies.

The delivery driver was rude to me he didn’t put a mask on and he didn’t bring it to my door.

A bit disappointed with my nacho chicken sub, it didn't really have much about it. The thing that seems to upset me though is that the preference over delivery app services meant three people took over 20 minutes to be served! Madness!

Always good from subway but items missing x1 cookie missing and I wanted bacon on my sub added as an extra this was also missing. The chicken bites say crispy they were soft and soggy and I did not eat them. I wish these takeaway companies would deliver what you order and pay for.

Have a great man serving us most of the time that is very helpful. But the women working there is not as kind. Also they often lack vegan foods, specially the cookies

The food looked like someone had sat on it. Hardly any cheese on the nachos, the rolls were not filled to the usual standard at Subway. Will definitely not be using again.

All arrived cold, I didn’t get my cookie or my drink. But got the sub and crisps. It’s cold and didn’t add my lettuce like I asked.

Quite disappointed to be honest! Ordered two steak and cheese 6” subs, one with extra cheese, however there was no cheese on either sub. One of the subs were on different bread to what was ordered, And one of the drinks was missing. Delivery was at time requested.

Absolute disgrace, food tasted alright what was actually there. They honestly couldn’t have done any worse other than give us actual meat. I ordered 2 portions of the meatless meatballs WITH jalapeños and yet there was none in sight or any sauce. The wraps weren’t even big enough for a child to be full from and one of the wraps didn’t even have the plant patty or cheese on it!! It’s an absolute joke… Oh and the muffins we ordered? Threw in the bag and they weren’t in any protective paper (I presume they fell out of the 2 neatly folded paper bags) and were smashed against everything … never will order from any subway again
