U had no pickles in my burger so I politely asked for more and the one of the employees answered my prayers. She gave me a whole box of pickles

Ordered through just eat a veggie dipper happy meal. My daughter licked one I tore on half and she complained it was spicy. I bit into one and yes she was right. I can handle mild spice but I felt this was far too spicy for a child's happy meal. Not happy with this especially if the staff have carelessly put the spicy version in the happy meal. The fries from my chicken big mac meal were also cold on arrival.

Absolutely disappointed the food took nearly 1hr to arrive could not eat it, had to be thrown away stone cold will never order from here again

On this day: Parking was available. The food and reception was especially good on my first visit here at this site. Will be going again thanks to the staff, and extremely fresh food.

My order came after 42 mins - when it stated it would arrive within 25mins max. All the hot food was cold and we had to reheat it all up. Very disappointed

We have used you guy's many times and been reasonably happy with deliveries. Tonight's order was an absolute disaster, it was over 30 minutes past delivery time. It was stone cold and only delived in a paper bag!

ordered food for me and my daughter all food was cold to be only offered 1.80 account credit when spent over 30 quid just eat and mcdonalds are a joke

I have walked into rated restaurants and never been welcomed and taken care of in the way I was at this MacDonalds! We were welcomed by a very friendly young man asked if we were eating in or take away and were shown to a table for two! The food was delivered to us and we were checked on part way through to make sure the set was correct and food good for us. Absolutely fantastic and a credit to this business. Spotlessly clean and brilliant service, well done

Quite possibly the best maccies we've been to, and we've been to many! The service was brilliant, food the freshest macdonalds I've ever had. It's clean and the staff are fantastic, cheerful and on the ball, great customer service.

Food is usually excellent from here but chips have been undercooked lately. Well assembled burgers though and very fresh food. Deliver is always on time or early.

Ordered on the McDonald’s app. The delivery bike rider couldn’t find where I lived.. I live in a pub.. I tried to direct him to where I was as he was standing on the bridge above me. He still could t find it. Rather than agree to meet me. He said the food had been delivered .. now I have to wait up to 15 days for a refund .. absolutely shocking service.i will never use the McDonald’s app again xx cheers mate.. I hope you choked on the food

Went to collect an app order. The food wasn't ready so told to park and wait along with several other people forced to wait. 15 minutes later no food and they had only managed to bring one order outside for all the cars waiting. Had to drive off as had run out of time to wait. Phoned the restaurant for a refund, which despite being ordered online I was told could only be refunded in the restaurant. Pathetic service.

Asked for no onion on 1 of the big macs and arrived with onion in.

Was good only thing is wrong flavour milkshake but it’s ok

Could see on the app that the driver stopped somewhere else for about 10 mins so obviously food was cold and had to reheat it for my children. Fast food it was not!

I had a very mixed experience inthis McDonalds.Starting off with the brightee side of things,the food was exactly what you'd expect from McDonalds - decent and consistent.The restaurant was almost empty when I visited which was a quite nice surprise.This allowed for a leisurely meal with plenty of room to move around.Ordering was easy and fast thanks to an efficient system.However there was a big downside.my order was wrong three times. Although their system is simple they still managed to screw it up several times somehow and when I finally got the actual food it was cold which really took away from the experience. This shows that they need to work on getting the orders right and train their staff better at this location..

1 of the rudest delivery driver EVER. I started to walk 2wards my front door he said "what r u doing come here or do u want me to put it on ur dinner table".

This delivery driver needs a raise! He’s such a polite little old man, I don’t even let him walk to my door I always go to the car, but he never fails to turn up, always quick, and always a pleasure to be served by when brining my food. This man gets a 12/10 review from me!

Fell for it again but it was a hangover cure this time

I gave this review because when we order from them sometimes they get the order wrong. We ask for a plain double cheeseburger and when we get the bag from the drive thru they forget to put item in the bag

Easy to get to and not far from everything. Usually do drive thru here.. Nothing much to say. Just a mackie D's.

Awful service here. Had to wait 20 minutes whilst our McFlurry's sat and melted on the side. Eventually, we had to ask a worker to pass the food over the counter as we were just being ignored. When I eventually received the food, I found that my McFlurry was about half full and there was about the same amount of ice cream as in a mini McFlurry. Awful service!

Never got milkshake, food not hot, staff all young & don't seem bothered, too many youth hang around the entrance.

great delivery, although chips came cold and not salted at all. Diet Coke clearly didn’t have any ice put into it as the time of preparing - delivery would have kept the ice in the cup and not melted. no difference between mcspicy & mccrispy, spicy.
