Would probably avoid going around 2:30AM. Low staff, took my order through drive through, then when I went to pay, said I haven’t placed an order yet. So try asked me to wait at the next ( last ) window Then waited extra 10 mins just for large fries, when they still didn’t come to the window, I had to drive off.

Easy experience orlder quickly and reviced food quickly

Ordered through uber eats for the first time in a long time and it will be the last time. Only ordered 3 items and one of them was the opposite to what we ordered and when I called McDonalds to resolve it they said I could drive there and swap it defeating the object of delivery or place another order and pay service and delivery charge again! Label on the wrap says just eat and we ordered through uber! Place is a joke it’s never right first time. Don’t waste your money if you want McDonalds drive a few more minutes to the one next to big Tesco they can read!

I ordered food through Just Eat today and am extremely unhappy with the service. My delivery kept getting delayed on the app, with the estimated arrival time constantly pushed back. While delays can sometimes happen, this was much worse than usual. I called the restaurant to inquire about the delay, but they couldn’t provide a clear explanation. The staff member said they had just handed the food to the driver two minutes ago, but when the driver eventually arrived, it took much longer than expected. My house is only five minutes away, so the delay was completely unreasonable. When the food arrived, it was stone cold, which makes me believe it had been sitting around for a while before it was finally sent out. I’m very disappointed with this experience. The food quality was severely affected by how cold it was, and overall, I feel the service was far below expectations. I won’t be ordering from here again unless something is done to address this issue.

terrible as always. these delivery drivers are real cowboys, there's no accountability for poor food and service between the restaurant the drivers and just eat itself. these people owe me so much money on wasted purchases.

Either the restaurant left half my order out of the bag or the driver left a bag in his car. This driver has done this to me once before, terrible service which ever one as two out of four people went without!

Tried to order by the app, but the app did not want to give the offers, so we just drove there. Ordered the food through the drive-thru requested the free chips (which they obliged to) and got our food. Sometimes the old faishoned ask the person method works. Obviously, we'll be going again, although I'm not a fan, but the family seem to enjoy and it's not bad value.

Waited for an hour for food and when it turned up it was cold. The delivery man was in a car and we only live 4 mins away from the restaurant. Not happy with the delivery time at all.

Complete wrong order and still haven’t been given a full refund I can show proof had to re order food from somewhere else I rang up the McDonald’s and they said if was up to you and the drivers fault

Don't get me wrong the food is great, but what isn't great is the ignorance of the employees. Never have i felt so disregarded. All I wanted was a simple pack of sugar accompanied with a stirrer to add to my coffee. But when my need was not fulfilled as the worker walked away as if my needs were irrelevant. Sorry mcdonalds but an occurrence like this u just cannot overlook. Thankyou for your not so great service.

The food was amazing. The delivery driver was so sweet. He rang me when he was here, instead of ringing/knocking on the door.

The fries were not crispy as expected very little salt not how I remember also the Big Mac was tastless and not enjoyable. Not worth the £7.49 paid. Will not be visiting MacDonalds again any time soon.

the order was put in over an hour before it was delivered. as you can see the order was not large. What was worse was the delivery was stone cold, and the driver was rude.

Put the things I asked not to be in, inside my burger. Disgrace.

I assumed fast food dining was “fast food”. This assumption was exaggerated and lacklustre. The payment to receiving was 29 minutes. There was 4 orders on the screen. I was upset and no longer appreciative of the food i received. I will not returning to the establishment any time soon.

Multiple items from this branch have been missing or turned up cold when ordering delivery. If visiting in person the entrance and car park is unsuitable for the volume of traffic they receive. A terrible McDonalds all-round.

We waited over an 1.5 hour for our food. When I realised that the ETA of the food kept getting delayed I wanted to cancel the order. But JustEat has bad customers service and makes it impossible to cancel an order! When our food did arrive it was all cold and one Big Tasty I requested no onions but had onions and one Large Fries was missing. Very long wait for food to then get cold food and missing items!

Just eat only offers a refund for the value of the item so I need to pay the service charge on it and then place ANOTHER order to get a meal and pay for delivery and service charge AGAIN. Normally I would let it go but this is the third time this has happened with McDonalds. Please train your staff better as they don't seem to read tickets properly

This McDonald's is the worst place to order from on just eat! Many times they miss items out of my orders, the last 2 times, when they have done it, and I have requested refunds, Just Eat refuse to refund me my money! this time I ordered the cheesy dippers, they put the dips in for it but not the actual item! how hard is it seriously??

The drive thru is slow, they park you up and then bring the food and hunt for your car as your food goes cold, the food collection companies seem to get priority here. Disappointing service, got the order wrong too.

The new decor isn't as nice and welcoming as the old decor was and they've rearranged the restaurant to make it a bit more awkward. Preferred it before the refit.

The driver could not find my address and then my mcflurry had a drink spilt in it. half a drink left. The driver was on a motorbike and got it out from under his seat

In the past week ordered from Leamington and Warwick restaurants and on every order when asking for dip choice ketchup and bbq have been requested along side the chicken. Nugget happy meal and chicken nugget meals why ask what dip we want when u don’t put it in and also why are the fries in the happy meal have more salt on

Ordered through just eat a veggie dipper happy meal. My daughter licked one I tore on half and she complained it was spicy. I bit into one and yes she was right. I can handle mild spice but I felt this was far too spicy for a child's happy meal. Not happy with this especially if the staff have carelessly put the spicy version in the happy meal. The fries from my chicken big mac meal were also cold on arrival.

On this day: Parking was available. The food and reception was especially good on my first visit here at this site. Will be going again thanks to the staff, and extremely fresh food.
