Utterly rubbish restaurant items missing from order and impossible to get money back

Just made order online for collection got there and it's not even open. Taken money from bank

the deal had two main burgers and and two double cheese burgers.. the order was missing both cheese burgers.

Ordered pizzas sat 24th may said it would be 45mins for delivery which is fine.. But it never arrived but they took my money.. Have tried ringing numerous times since Saturday to complain but of course no one has answered.. Wont be getting any starts from me!! Had to do 1 star as it wouldn't let me post it otherwise

all my hash browns were missing i ordered 7 of them

Ordered food for delivery through Deliveroo. The food was stale, the buns were rock-hard, and the fries tasted like fish. I will never order from them again. They don't seem to be bothered by their ratings either.

Didn't receive the food even though it said delivered.

Ordered 2 meals with chicken fries and loaded fries, no cheese on the loaded fries and chicken fries weren’t even in the bag. Took Atleast 15 minutes to get the food so plenty of time to get the order right. People who work in Burger King have bad reps…….. rightly so 🔔 ends

Fast and fresh! Good value for money

Neptunes was empty bank holiday which is unusual only 4 tables. Sat down looked at the menu ready to order, got ignored by 2 young female staff members for over 10-15 minutes to order. The blonde was checking herself out in her mirror and once the red head finished cleaning tables she went to have a chat with the other girl working. Had to get up and ask if we had to order by the till, only then did one take my order. Thoughout the meal the red head kept looking over giving dirty looks and laughing with the blonde, they were then laughing and talking about another customer who was oblivious. Red heads uniform was dirty random dirty marks all over. Blue plaster over an eyebrow piercing but fake eyelashes all round. All toilets were dirty men and womens, no soap, toilet paper everywhere. No one was bothered. Disappointed all round, always eat in Neptunes have done for years with all the family. Doubt I will be going back......

Got to the drive thru at 9:40pm literally nobody there just me so extremely quiet Ordered food and paid at first till no problem Second window get some cocky guy I ask for sauce says he’ll stick it in the bag I said can you make sure you do please as you always forget Sat in bay waiting for food for 10 minutes again I’m the only one in drive thru Food comes out, no drink I ask where it is the girl says drive round and get it, I reply your not busy how can you forget the drink and ultimately told her not to worry and thanks for food Get home to no sauce in bag and missing a cheese burger. And to top it off bite into a chicken sandwich to find a frozen chip inside Couldn’t make it up Worrying to say the least the incompetence of some of the employees in this restaurant

McDonalds as you would expect, Staff ok quick service and the McDonalds taste and prices as usual. Clean as well.

Went to Swaffham McDonald's this afternoon 07/05/2025 and the young man who took my order was the nicest most polite and patient young man, I was not organised with my app order but he was very kind, I believe his name began with B I can not find my receipt to be sure. Well done to him and thank you also. You could do with more staff like him.
