Chicken Hut Harlow in Harlow

Ordered food for delivery through Deliveroo. The food was stale, the buns were rock-hard, and the fries tasted like fish. I will never order from them again. They don't seem to be bothered by their ratings either.

I was able to try and buy the food in chicken hut harlow but i feel disappointed to the staff the cashier chubby guy i think he's arab/indian he is very rude the way he talk and not welcoming or greeting, in this kind of business it should be good customer service but it doesn't I just left and very disappointed of that guy i didn't buy the food anyway, I will not come back anymore to buy here much better in the other restaurant in harlow they are friendly and good in customers Hopefully the owner will see this comments and give a lesson to that guy Even if you have the best food in the world but if you have bad customer service staff you gonna lose your business and your customers

Wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. Very dirty establishment used bags and food all over the floor .Not much cooked stock in the holding container one or two wings and that was it. Service was terrible racist remarks from the staff members , was denied option to buy specific meal because they felt like it, although it was being sold and priced on the menu. Avoid chicken hut at all costs

Hygine rating 1 avoid at all cost Useless , good for absolutely nothing , waste of space , mentally challenged my best advice Dixy is 2 mins away from the shop go there - worst burger sauce in harlow aswell just buy a normal bottle and stop fiddling with it

The burger was dry and the fries were overfried somehow with some dark stuff in the fries.

It's great place for a quick and fast hot meal, staff are also very polite, especially Naeem, so he will serve you to satisfactory level.

i ordered a cheese burger as a meal waiting time 15 minute they served 2 people before me even if they came after me, bread not toasted and very cold they just put a hamburger into the cold bread not even toasted!!!! cheese not melted at all completely cold and chips UNDER cooked !!when i tell to them they only said can i make another one ? why they should make another one ? why they can't make food properly to people? very disappointed i just left the place . never come back !

Me and my friend went in and ordered chicken meal, when we got home we bit into our chicken thinking it was cooked, it was not. It was like slime. Unfortunately we got food poisoning prior to this. We was quite ill for 2 weeks. Will never waste money again.

Pizza is so special here that many time I driven all the way from east london to have pizza from this place. Margarita pizza here so the best I ever had. If you haven't tried that, trust me you have missed something.

I've come back after many years thinking things have changed, but boy was I wrong. I ordered children's steak burger meal and a chicken wrap on its own. After eating at the time it didn't seem bad I quite enjoyed it, on way back home my 3 year old suddenly threw up by the time I got home a few hours later I started getting belly aches I went toilet and had diarrhoea straight after after that I vomited. Before I came here to eat I was absolutely fine .. health and safety need to close this place ASAP. I would not recommend this place to anyone. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

When i saw the look of the wings I asked if it was refried wings and he said no but when I tried it it was black inside and the wings were hard, it was 10000% refried wings from the day before. chicken fillet burger was 4/10, soggy wet bun & chicken fillet not even warm, ... if you guys cant be bothered to offer the basic, then please close the shop.

Absolutely terrible service I preordered at 4 to receive my order at 7 then didn’t actually get my food till after 8. My order was wrong then after terrible service in the phone they took another hour to deliver and was wrong again... DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Shockingly crap service...

Called them up and they said to call tomorrow and will get the burgers free, or come to collect but had to hurry as they were closing up. Called today to take them on their offer, and they only offered 2 burgers and putting blame on me saying "not my fault you don't remember what deal we discussed last night". I personally will never order here again, never felt so insulted from a takeaway. If you do decide to order from here, here's a few tips: - order before 8pm in case they get your order wrong and need them to send replacements. Their drivers get off quite a bit before closing - get them to repeat your order, including the drinks - if you order burgers or wraps, check inside for salad, sauce, cheese, etc - call straight away if there's a problem, and have witnessed by you to make sure everyone hears what "compensation" they offer - don't let them postpone compensation to the next day, they will go back on their word and offer less or nothing

The donor wrap wasn't wrapped. The salad was a few pieces of cucumber and 3 or 4 slices of onion. The grease was dripping from the wrap once I managed to wrap it. The donor wrap wasn't very hot either. The chips were not bad. They were crispy and a reasonably temperature. Sorry but I won't be ordering from here again.

Dont order from here. The food will be sent late and cold. The staff are as useful as Choclate Tea Pot. I temperature check the food on receipt to keep a record of the food being cold. The temperature was reading at 31ﾟ Food safety dictates anything ranging from 6 to 66ﾟ is in the danger zone and is likely to make you extremely unwell. I will be reporting this to EHO

We ordered a delivery using just eat and we won't be choosing chicken hut again. Tl;dr: took too long and the restaurant lied through their teeth to me. Food: the chicken was adequate though clearly not freshly cooked, the chips were soggy and not cooked enough in places. Delivery: they gave an original estimate of 1h20m, which seemed reasonable for a Saturday night. It eventually arrived after 2h30m, with chasing from us. Service: i sat waiting for someone to answer the phone until the line cut out. When i got through later they flat out lied to me. They claimed the driver had left and would be with me shortly. When the driver arrived half an hour later they told me it took them 10 minutes to get to us straight from the shop; the maths is fairly simple.

Workers are very rude and care very little about hygiene, the food isn't great but also isn't bad, for as cheap as the meals are you can't complain too much.

Avoid!! Terrible service. Ordered through just-eat and they delivered our food with missing items. We called them and they said we will get the rest 30-60mins, which is already not reasonable. We waited 70mins and nothing. Called them back to have them argue with us saying it will be another 60mins and put the phone down on us when we asked for a refund. They told is "if you want your refund call just-eat, we don't care whether you give us bad feedback". So we called just-eat, who have to call them to confirm refund and they refused to give us a refund. Although just-eat did compensate us anyway, it is still not acceptable that this restaurant will keep your money and not provide you everything you have paid for. They are extremely rude and put the phone down on us 3 times.

Service below acceptable, ordered two meals and came with no chips. Got told to wait till later on and they will send more food out. When asked how long they replied the drivers not going to be back out for an other hour.. worst food shop I have ever used in harlow.

I had a 6 Win Meal that cost me £2.50 and I got a whole heap of fries with it too. All the sauces you'd want and a free drink with choices including Rio, Pepsi, Tango and still water

Usually I buy chicken wings in shop and they're great. However ordered kebabs for delivery, very late delivery, they couldn't find our house even though it was very clear. They drove back to store. We called back, and they drove back to us. Kebabs had no sauces like we asked, was slightly colder. Unfortunately not happy with the service. The driver was really nice about it, but seemed a bit effortless.

Cheapest in town ( and pretty much everywhere else I've been) without compromising on quality. If you like chicken wings you can get 20 £6. Amazing.

I'm not giving any star ratings for this restaurant because it's been an hour since my food was supposed to have turned up and it's still not here.

They said 45 minutes but my order took 2 hours to come and very impolite delivery guy. Will never order again from this crappy take away.

Ordered at 8pm said was arriving at 8.40 .. Nothing tried calling no answer & they told just eat that it will be with us in 5 mins this is at 9pm then arrived at 9.30pm lukewarm. This isn't the first time it has happened

Normally it's lovely, but today it took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and when I opened it everything was cold! The chips were hard from being so cold, my chicken wings were cold and I kept finding big pink bits in them. Really disappointed.

What a unpleasant surprise for a long time happy customer, instead of two large donners one in pita one in wrap i got two wraps one large one regular, at least food was good quality.

Ordered at 13.30pm on a Sunday didn't get tell 3.15pm had to chase it up plus when food arrived it was luke warm. Small potions asked for large chips got small. Will not be ordering again. Plus chucked half of it away as chicken wasnt great waste of time and money.
