Officially the smallest burger in the uk. We were asked to park up nearby as food was not ready for drive thru - wasn't worth the wait.

Just used oaks retail park harlow at 3.30 am this morning and it was the most best cooked, most amazing food I've ever had from mcdonalds, in the daytime the food and service doesn't compare to the nightstaff and the service and food they produce!! Top stuff guys

Went through the drive through and orders two frappes and a share box of cheese bites. Got home to see that I have only been given 5 cheese bites but charged 12 pound.

The food is McDonalds food - so it is what you are expecting. Main issue is that the 24 hour service - IS NOT 24 hrs. I finish work between 2 - 3 am every night. I am absolutely famished and cant be bothered to cook, so I pop to McDonalds The Oaks retail Park Harlow, as it is the only local one open 24 hours. But I roll up and am constantly told "We can't take orders as we reset our system. It will be at least half hour" - the same thing every time. So they are open but not taking orders......so what's the point of being open? Either stop the false advertising of a 24 hour service (trading standards issues there) or stop resetting your d*mn system......

Good restaurant lots of parking toilet clean food nice and hot.

Ordered at the drive-through speaker with difficulty. Went round to pay had to repeat the order again. Shift leader, I presume, said that they are new. Please train staff with confidence before you release them on the tills at peak times. Only two cars in the queue then asked to park up. Why is it a burger.

We don't go here often, but when we do, you can bet your life they will get the order wrong despite reciting back to you what you've ordered.

A very busy restaurant. The usual mc Donald s convenience and standard, but expect long queues for drive through as well as eat in. Plenty of parking though.

I have unfortunately found pubic hair in my burger and a bogey in my ketchup

Don't visit often, not a favourite food, the burgers mainly seem to be the first food on the tray and then the wait for the rest, sitting down to lukewarm food.

Best McDonald’s I’ve had in ages.

I used to work there back in the eighties when Mcdonalds was a fast food restaurant. It is far.from.that now but the food is still great when you eat in.

Absolutely terrible placement of cheese! I have experienced this on many occasions. I suggest the chef takes cheese placement training before he continues to work here.

Worst mc donalds I've ever been to. Every single time I use for takeaway, they miss stuff off my order, get things wrong. They put a christmas toy in my daughters happy meal in march. They've forgotten straws, sauces, literally everything. Staff are awful.

The food quality is rank here, it is all processed junk and even worse for kids

Processed the order quickly and correctly

It's food done almost quickly, but still good when in a rush. It will fill you up well enough. The restaurant is clean with a large seating area, no picturesque views being in an industrial estate. Toilets are clean. Seagulls in the car park make for great entertainment!

I ordered a small meal , cheeseburger small chips and mini McFlurry, I ordered extra cheese, didn’t even get a single cheese slice for a cheeseburger, no sauce, food arrived very cold couldn’t even eat it , only ate the McFlurry

Was okay, clearly a popular location. All drinks were unavailable (you could have bottled or Oasis). Lady taking and checking codes which was fine. Food hot. No dip!!

Plenty of seating is the only pro I can give this place. We ordered chicken nuggets, and chose our dips. Opted for delivery to our table. The food came in good time but there were no dips. We had to get up and ask. There was also an Indian looking lady staff walking around trying to get people to sign up using the code on the receipt. I assume it gets them commission? She seemed to walk up to other Indian customers only so she could get a better chance at getting them to sign up. I'm grateful she's pointing out the voucher on the receipt but grabbing customers' phones to do it herself and acting like the customer wanted help filling the online questionnaire is not the right attitude. She stood there to make sure her name was mentioned. I didn't even get time to say no I can do it myself before she grabbed my phone out of my hand. I didn't want to make a scene so I let her carry on. But I hope this doesn't repeat again with another customer. I won't be returning here.

Order was completely wrong thry took a long time the chips was cold and a half filled cup

Clean and spacious. Staff are friendly, quick and do their job well. Always better to go inside reather than drive-thru.

Restaurant and toilets were clean.

I usually grab a coffee first thing every Friday morning and always get a great welcome

Fairly typical out of town shopping centre McDonald's. Fairly busy, staff friendly.

Good if you need to poo in half an hour after you eat

It's McD's, it's standard, nothing particularly stands out, but when something is wrong, it smacks you in the face. We used the table service option, ordering from a screen. It took a while as 2 of the 3 orders were customised, when it arrived the cutlery and salad dressing was missing, I followed the employee that had served us to the counter, advised what was missing, to be told she was now on online deliveries, and I needed to queue to talk to the main counter.... which I did, while watching her do exactly nothing.... customer service level 0 Food was OK, certainly won't recommend the Cheesy Burger.... when you customise it removing lettuce, they hardly put any cheese sauce, making it a very dry burger.

Ordered from here on boxing day, didn't get 2 of the things we ordered, called back they said it was an accident and will send it along with the next order that we made, still nothing turned up. We called up, staff were really rude hanged up on me TWICE! Manager was completely oblivious to anything I was saying, no communication skills in the crew members. The crew members answering the phone must be reprimanded and be told off for terrible and rude customer service. I wish I could go lower, but Google forbids it. Terrible place. Oaks McDonald's you have lost a customer!

How can we get KFC delivered to us but not McDonald’s? And KFC is further than McDonald’s Come on Harlow McDonald’s wake up

Always busy, often makes you wait. Make sure if you have paid for sauces you get they often forget.

What a total load of rude, unhelpful staff . Can't star rate the food as never even got it. Customers care none existent

Many times had half cooked cold food, always a wait time, even at night.

Drive through is fast and friendly. Our orders are always correct and hot. They did forget our straw though!

Hello, the staff is nice and kind, they work quickly, in general it is clean and calm for breakfast and delicious.

Dropped into McDonald's today for 1st in god knows how long No Hot Chocolate but after ordering large Cappuccino I asked if able to pay cash as wanted some chips (unavailable until 11) & a bottle of orange juice which couldn't find on ordering screen Lady whom served me was very helpful

Do not use Uber Eats you will not get your order. Used Mcdelivery App food was a no show! Management aware food won’t be delivered if ‘not worth petrol money’ and Uber will not refund😡

Dreadful experience. Battle to get in to park. Awful experience in the building with long wait and confusing collection. Nowhere to sit so forced to have takeaway. Would never have gone but for the grandkids. The grandkids were upset with their happy meal toys but ate the food. Fries were chewy. I thankfully only had a coffee and cookie which were OK. First visit for a decade and hopefully the last.

Marked down for food as my boy has allergies and half the time the order is wrong even though you sit and wait if its a specific order.

As McDonald's go, this Harlow looks very well looked after. When I dined, half full but also with several cars going through drive throu. Ordering could not be easier and I like the choose the table delivery. Had my normal and was all piping hot and tasty. Free parking for number of shops but is very busy at weekends. Perfect for quick stop if passing or shopping near by.

Cold quarter pounder & rotten lettuce on the other burger… last visit was just as bad…. AVOID AVOID AVOID

On my delivery the chips were stone cold, food was like warm and not to mention the fruit bag was not in the happy meal so for that you don't deserve a star on food or service. Could have put some chips in or an alternative instead of robbing me. I don't recommend deliveries from here. Didn't get my ketchup either.

Had a big tasty, very yummy however too many calories but now and again won't hurt.

It was definitely a McDonald's. They also had McDonald's burgers.. 🍔. I was hungry. Sorry.

Order via McDonald app, UberEats delivered the food. Food was cold and the quarter pounder meal, was missing the quarter pounder… couldnt make it up. I don’t understand why it’s so difficult to read the order and pack a bag. It’s disappointing when you order dinner and items are missing. Food was cold and UberEats didn’t care, customer service were rude, they refunded the burger but told me to enjoy the cold chips and coke. Thats what happens when the call centre isn’t based in the UK. Won’t be using this service again

Ordered of the McDonald's app and uber failed to collect my order on x2 occasions and order simply cancelled, many other occasions food missing from order and never replaced, by far the worst branch ever to exist!

I'm letting you know I'm absolutely disgusted with your your just eats service. Myself and my daughter ordered a takeaway from McDonald's on Friday at 6.10pm order number 36498647 in Harlow Edinburgh way. Not only did it take and hour to do a free mile journey to Old Harlow! You sent a boy on PUSH BIKE to deliver it! Drinks were spilt! Making the bag all soggy! Food OF COURSE WOULD BE COLD!!! I registered a complaint on just eats to be told we won't be getting a refund!! NEVER AGAIN!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Fast food, which I ordered using the self-service. The food was typical fast food, and it fills a spot. More bun than meat. Searched for the lettuce and mayo. Toilets were average in cleanliness.

Ordered on the screens, super easy and responsive. Used table service, food came put quickly and was delivered by a friendly member of staff. Drink came put wring, but this was quickly rectified. Burger customisations were perfect, although it was sloppy in the way it was put together. Chips were salted well.

The worst McDonalds I have ever came across. Quick 2mins drive through turned into issues galore. The place is as busy as you would expect, but based on asking around, the service is atrocious for most. Tried to order a few items, but not only did a simple order of a large flat white coffee and mcflurries take ages to get the server to take correctly, we were asked to wait. Pay and wasn't given a receipt, so park in the usual spots for waiting. Just to watch 20mins of others with larger meals, who are randomly scattered across most of that side of the car park in any old order, get served. Tell the delivery guy who says he check and after 5mins go to the door where he goes and asks about our order. 2mins later he asks what we ordered for another 3-4 min wait for him to deliver very apologetically the Mcflurries without the coffee. Another minute wait and we ask again for him to bring a small capoucino coffee out, which wasn't even the large flat white we asked for. So after nearly 30mins we gave up after the worst service I have ever received from any fast food restaurant. The delivery guy was the only other one I feel for as he seemed to spend about 25% of his time wandering around a car park looking for cars or apologetically returning with missed items etc for others as well which wasn't his fault. The kids did enjoy the Mcflurries however because I assume they were freshly made from a cow?

It's a McDonald's!!!. You can order at the counter, on screen, or drive through. You can also order online and get it delivered. The last part does inpead on store customers somewhat. Generally clean & tidy, bins are often full. It's probably why you can find McD's rubbish in the car park.

Service it self is awesome. The queue for drive thru and the speed of the drive thru. Shocking at times

One of the quickest, and friendliest I have ever visited. Food order is always correct, and milkshakes, coffee and ice cream are always available.

Forgot my food didn't listen to order and forgot mcflurry,chips,put a Chip packet in with no chips when I eat in they get it right but NEVER get it right going through the drive and everything I ordered went on the receipt but not actually given to me and ordered a quarter pounder but instead got a double burger

To be fair I just pulled in for a coffee and use the toilet it was early doors on my way to a job was cleaned well and quick service but it was 6.45 so hardly rushed of there butt's

We love going to MCDONALD'S with my kids .the food is great and the kids so so love it. They always wants the MCDONALD'S toys and books so I have so many at home 😂 😂

Staff not giving complete order and getting attitude problem when you ask for it to be corrected

Food is good for a fast food joint but if your order through drive you need to double check your bag every time they almost always forget something in our meals.

We queued for over 25mins ! With a small toddler

10 - 16 year old Drug dealers in the area, police stands and do nothing lack of police units, Harlow council and McDonald's makes random excuses. CCTV don't work at staple tye, McDonald's CCTV doesn't work either.

Twice in a row they’ve forgotten my double quarter pounder through a mcdelivery. Phoned them and they said you need to contact Uber which is impossible.
