Orders always correct food always hot service good

Order never arrived, marked as delivered after 2 hours but was never delivered.

Missed 20 chicken nuggets off my order, then gave me a box of nuggets containing only 18. Basically short changing the customer.

We haven’t even got the food yet

Didn’t deliver my order to the right house I want a refund now

this order never arrived although the app says delivered

If this is reviewing rush green what a stupid place to put McDonald's on a fast busy roundabout surprised there's not more accidents. Can't review McDonald's itself I don't eat that poison.

Not happy at all tried to pay by PayPal first the money was taken out of my account but stayed on checkout screen and order didn't go through so had to do it again through banking app so I've now paid two lots of payment for one order I want the first payment to be put back into my account or I will be taking this further kind regards Connor Grafton

Terrible customer service. Whoever is working tonight needs to get fired. The woman on the speaker clearly doesn't care about her job. We arrived at 2.30am, got told over the speaker their system is down and to come back in an hour, we thought okay fair enough. Came back an hour and 20 minutes later and got told "we're not taking orders now" so we asked when they would be, they said around 4 - 4.30, so we said okay we'll wait, she then backtracked and said "nah it will be 4.30 - 5". We then asked if they would still be serving dinner at that time and just got "I dunno" Her attitude and lack of care was disgusting.

It was horrible, chips, chicken nuggets, burgers, all cold. The brownie falling to pieces after a tiny touch, the chicken nuggets were so cold they were actually going hard, the chips soggy and tasteless, ruins the flavour. Milkshake was lumpy and could barely suck any up due to the useless pathetic paper straws.

I usually finish work around 0330, and fancy a milkshake.....the machine is always "broken" at night, works fine during the day though.....15 m8n wait for a big mac meal at 3 am no queue!

Never have I posted a review about a restaurant especially since my girlfriend works at one and I know that "difficult" situations happen. But the last thing I wanted was for her to have food poisoning 5 days after suffering whiplash. To make it simple for you 13/12/24 around 1am the bigmac was absolutely disgusting. Dont know how it works in mcdonalds but I would think that food should be dated and kept in certain conditions. But thank you as I will never go to a mcdonalds ever again in my life.

I never make reviews…ever, but to be honest I am so so fed up with the service here that they deserve one. I have gone here on average 2-3 times over the past few weeks and every single time I have had numerous issues here. I’ve been hopeful thinking it will be better each time but it never does so quite frankly I will not even bother trying to go here anymore. 1) advertised to be 24hours yet when I’ve gone a couple of times around midnight they aren’t even open to serving neither indoors nor drive thru. 2) burgers aren’t placed somewhat nicely at all. I’m not expecting perfection from them as if it were a proper restaurant, but I at least expect the ingredients to be IN the burger and not scattered around the box / wrapping. As well as the burger bun to be ON the burger and not half hanging on causing the sauce and ingredients to make such a mess. Food has often been cold too. 3) the app NEVER seems to work lately. I have been trying to claim their daily offers but whenever I try check out there are always ‘technical difficulties’. You would expect that I could still claim the offer as well as redeem my points by providing my app code to the staff instead but nope; there’s been 2/3 occasions now where a staff member has said I can only get the offer via paying in the app (which is unfair when I am owed and eligible for the offer yet it is not my fault the app doesn’t work. And it’s not like the app hasn’t been working for just the one day…it seems to be every time I’ve tried to gone for the past few weeks!). BUT then today guess what?? I tried again and asked the staff member if I could claim their app offer thru them and they did it with no issues??? So clearly they’ve always been able to do it and the prior staff were either incompetent or just lazy. 4) I also got told today that I wasn’t allowed to order a SMALL milkshake and that I was only allowed to get a medium or large. I asked why and the staff member wasn’t 100% sure but said that they’ve never done that before…. Well I have been ordering a small milkshake with pretty much every order over the past few weeks at THIS particular branch. She then had the audacity to say ‘you must’ve been getting a happy meal’. No, no I have not, I do not order happy meals. I never get a medium or large either because I know I can’t finish them and a medium is almost £1 more than a small. It’s a waste when I can’t finish the drink. So I have no clue what the hell was up with that today. Trying to scam and get as much money out of me as possible? I don’t know… All I know is I’m just sick of these constant issues here and it’s not worth it anymore. The staff are all just rude and unhelpful. I’m sure some of you are fortunate enough to encounter no issues with this branch and maybe I just have awful luck with them but personally it’s far too many issues for me to bother with them anymore.

Possibly the worst Mc Donald’s I’ve ever been too, Always saying computer systems are down come back tomorrow. When they are serving what you would call food chips are either not cooked or cold special orders are ignored . All in all very bad service from this restaurant..

Tried to order via app. App crashed so had to reinstall. By the time I came to checkout my order then got cancelled. Went in to order but some items out of stock so I went elsewhere.

Disgraceful, ordered three meals with drinks and only the drinks turned up. Delivery guy left so sharp ok I admit didnt clock in time but tried chasing up restaurant on phone and no answer or refund. Disgraceful, never ordering ever again.

the most important part of breakfast is the coffee. Shame no coffees were delivered. I had to go elsewhere.

You buy a milkshake and you get a half filled cup because they've whipped it up to be half air.... What a waste of money not to mention the cup never reaches the full mark... Quit ripping me off!

It's McD's, it's standard, nothing particularly stands out, but when something is wrong, it smacks you in the face. We used the table service option, ordering from a screen. It took a while as 2 of the 3 orders were customised, when it arrived the cutlery and salad dressing was missing, I followed the employee that had served us to the counter, advised what was missing, to be told she was now on online deliveries, and I needed to queue to talk to the main counter.... which I did, while watching her do exactly nothing.... customer service level 0 Food was OK, certainly won't recommend the Cheesy Burger.... when you customise it removing lettuce, they hardly put any cheese sauce, making it a very dry burger. Update review.... haven't eaten in much since last review, but can say that on CnC orders, they always forget something.... usually dips for nuggets, or the worst one is when you actually order and pay for ketchup, for them not to put in bag....

got delivered the wrong item shocking and I paid for I'm not happy

lovely burgers, as ever, but the coffees had been squashed and had spilt badly. mine was the driver's second delivery, he must've known but didn't apologise.

It was a 24hrs drive throught service . I picked up my daughter from Stansted airport as she's an Air hostess and she needed some food. Her flight landed 1.30am.

A very busy restaurant. The usual mc Donald s convenience and standard, but expect long queues for drive through as well as eat in. Plenty of parking though.

Every time I've ever used this McDonald's I have to park up and wait for quite some time.

App never works so can never redeem point, staff never can figure it out- happened 5 times in a row. Service also super slow, always have to park up. Clearly can’t cope with Deliveroo volume

Mcdonalds quality has gone down in my opinion. For the price, its not amazing quality or portion. The veggie burgers used to be more flavourful and the fries portion larger. Milkshakes are very good though. It doesn't taste bad, it tastes mediocre and doesn't satisfy the hunger. Fills ur stomach a little.

Much more cleaner than the McDonald's at Oaks Retail Park in Harlow & better managed. The parking here is 90 mins and signs are clear. Oaks Retail Park have white stickers on all the signs and customers unaware of 2 hour limit as they go around B & Q, Iceland, Home Bargains etc as it's not just McDonald's there are being harassed by UK Car Park Management Ltd (CPM) for their illegally issued parking fines. No-one can stop this scandal!

Normally have a good experience here food is always nice however had a bad experience with Smaida today- pressured me into doing a survey and then took my phone and ticked all the good options and put her name to recommend! When our food came she wouldn’t leave when we said we would complete it later and just gave us dirty looks we then got her to leave and she stood watching us from afar with a sour face. Made me so uncomfortable and harassed they are normally so good in there

Fast service big seating area. Carpark is a bit rubbish tight and a que to get in and out. Can back up and block the roundabout.
