Mcdonald's Restaurants in Harlow

Bought a Chicken Sandwich £5 deal at 1230 pm with nuggets this was by far the worst anything I have ever eaten it was flat as a pancake and hard , chicken hard what's that about and by the way Mr McDonald stop taking fake pictures of your products. Its not hard to make it like the pictures its a burger for crying out loud four items 😂. Keep up the good work your shareholders will be crying in ten years

Took 2 hours to come arrived stone cold

The driver had spilled the drinks all over the food. All the food was soggy and wet. Second time this has happened now.

Polite delivery young man food still hot and even got sugar and stirrer for my coffee so done well this time.

Once again items are missing and no doubt I won’t get a refund so I refuse to use this service anymore when the workers and drivers are incompetent

The burgers were cold, the fries were very cold, the ice cream was melting, very disappointing, something we don’t do very often,will not be doing it again

Delivery time kept being moved about - not down to delivery driver but the length of time the food took to be prepared. Ordered large meal but the fries barely came halfway up the packet. Not down to settling either. Picture taken for reference.

I ordered at 12:57pm and it didn’t arrive until 2:25pm a hour and a half later!!!! I ordered apple pie that had only 10 mins left to be eaten in the time slot window from being made and was cold. Also ordered a large coke and was sent a can of coke this wasn’t told on ordering that there was a problem as would have ordered a different drink!

Missing item from food normal for McDonald’s, but I must say the delivery driver Was fantastic very nice person even said thank you for the tip. This is a first.

they gave me the wrong sauces with the cheese bites, both fillet o fish burgers were cold and they had to change the burgers, i then asked for a chocoate milkshake and received vanilla and the lady tried to say it’s chocolate and in the end she finally just changed it

Bad, as not all of our order came, 2 large fries as due to your offer, but we got everything but the 2 large fries. This is now the 2nd time we have had an item missing. So not happy at all.

Come here if you want hair in your food and tasteless as well. I am not saying this is going to be everyone’s experience however it’s been been more than 10 times in the last year where I am going there and i usually wait by the side and i am able to see when they are packing my food. Well, i find it disgusting seeing typically the managers packing my food and walking around kitchen and food with their hair tied but not wearing anything on . The ones that have shorter hair don’t bother to do anything about it . I have this mindset mainly as i see staff members wearing it but it seemed like they are treated quite low there, it is quite clear to see that there are differences between staff and managers and i don’t think that being a crew member or a manager should change the uniform rule apart from their white shirt . I guess things change in there when inspections happen 😀😀

Disgusting place to eat, I am really curious why manager are exempt from using hair protection while every other staff is wearing it. I didn’t know that a manager’s hair is more special than anyone else. Anyways, not too pleasant finding their hair in my food.

i had a locator, and sat at the back of mcdonalds. my food didnt come for over 10 minutes, and when i went up my food was waiting at the front and cold. i asked them why hasnt my food been delivered and they said, i shouldve went and gotten it myself despite me having s locator. ridiculous behaviour

The service is so slow it’s disgusting, I visited this McDonald’s and ordered a simple cappuccino, expecting quick service. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over 10 minutes, and only after I approached the counter did they tell me my drink still wasn’t ready. During that time, I noticed several drinks being made, including my own cappuccino, which sat there getting cold. When the staff finally handed me the drink, it was the same one that had been sitting there, now cold. I understand that places can get busy, but the lack of communication and attention to orders left me disappointed. I hope the staff can improve the speed and quality of service moving forward.

Part of order missing, food was damp from drink spilled that we didn’t receive, no straw for milk shake. Courier took code said we would get a full refund.

Several items were missing including my 6 year old daughter's entire breakfast. Hash browns were packed in some sort of soggy paper bag so items fell to bits, as carefully as I unpacked them. Completely unacceptable!

The French fries were cold and rubbery I threw them in the bin .Not fit for human consumption. Filet fish OK Chicken burger soggy .Apple pie was OK

my drink was split open causing the napkins and sauces to be wet. also the bag ripped as there was too much liquid from the drink spilled

coffee cup lid not on properly, coffee has leaked over everything, food is inedible and coffee less than half full, I am seriously unhappy, wasted money, wasted food and I have no breakfast

Absolutely shocking. I waited at least an hour for my delivery. When it arrived the food was cold. Not only that I didn’t even get my mango and pineapple smoothie and quite frankly why should I pay £3.19 for something and you’re not even going to include it? Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous behaviour. I’m never ordering from this place again. Sort yourselves out.

Nice. OK, except for one of the employees, a black girl working there, who was very rude. Despicable behaviour. But, I forgive her. Through her supervisor, she then apologised.

I asked the restaurant to give the driver a different location to drop the order but the driver has gone to the wrong address.

We are AGAIN missing food from our order!! I don't even remember the last time something was not missing! Mistakes happen, but I can't understand how you miss two kids' meals and a whole chicken share box! It seems like every time we order from now on, we have to worry about whether we will receive what we paid for! At the same time, the fact that missing items cannot be sent additionally means the kids don't get to its ridiculous.Like we want to make orders and wait for refunds because we have nothing better to do!

absolutely shocking waited for 2 hours then app said my food had been delivered. It didn't come!

I told the courier to leave my order on top of the bin. My order is not there. It didn't even took long for my girlfriend to check it. It's supposed to be a surprise for her.
