McDonald's is pretty much like any other; in Harlow, there are three, and one is near the M11, this one is by the shopping centre. I ordered a Big Mac, fries, and an orange juice through the app, waited about 5 minutes, even though it was a Sunday 12.30 pm and quite crowded.

I really never complain... my latest experience at this specific McDonald's was not great manager on duty had inappropriate customer attitude when asked for a fresh burger. After I waited for my order over 20 min burger was cold after 10 more min she brings out an other burger... bun was warn but burger meat was cold. Customer skills training really must be improved...

I was going to the McDonald's Harlow town centre yesterday they are gonna be nice dressed in the new ice cream biscoffe It was so tasty for my lunchtime.

This town centre McDonald is very busy, plenty seating spaces and noisy in the afternoon time when school/college students pop in

Went during a busy lunchtime but plenty of free tables. Slight lo ger wait than usual. I order on the App for table delivery. Staff helpful. Restaurant clean.

Need more cleaning on floor and chairs

It STINKS, especially if you work there. Rude and unwelcoming staff and horribly designed restaurant. It's impossible to move in there during lunchtime due to how the queues are set up. Managers treat new hires horribly by giving them the work they don't want to do. Don't bother coming here or working here. And once again, IT STINKS.

Great for a quick meal. Recently introduced table service is very useful when with kids. Conveniently located in the town centre.

It takes time when you order your food and when if you are eating in it can be noisy at points.

The meal was ok, as I expected the service was good but the restaurant was rammed with very little space between diners and rubbish all over the place, but to be fair It was so packed that the servers didn't really have the space to clean up.

i had a wonderful m plant in this establishment and some wonderful entertainment of a skinny ginger boy trying to rizz up a girl with butterfly’s in her neck. i ship them very hard… mcdonald’s please set them up xx

We avoid McDonald's as much as possible, only for chips and shakes if we ever go there

Can be very busy and noisy around lunchtime due to college kids ,so best to go either before they come or after when it's a lot less busy and quiter, I wasn't to bothered as I got a table but some people might prefer it a bit quiter, food good ,toilets clean so all is good

Every time I order delivery, something is always missing! I now have a child with a wrap meal but no wrap,you call the restaurant and the blame uber eats when infact its them who actually pack the food! How can you get a simple order so wrong!! Idiots!!

Fast Service, Friendly staff members, it can get a bit crowded sometimes but otherwise its good for a quick meal.

A good place to hang out after a tiring day. Good burgers options. And food is good here. But, don't expect a quiet or peaceful ambience when visiting. It's usually packed with school kids & youngsters. So, do expect a little noise. Also, since it's almost always packed with people, you have to be a little patient to get your order ready to eat.

To busy this Mcdonald,not really good for family. Loads of teenagers

The slowest fast food I've been to. It took 25min for chicken nuggets and the place was not half full. Twice...

It's mcdonalds. Full of subpar food that is fine for a quick bite to eat quickly but nothing to write home about. Seating is packed quite tight, and the store is quite narrow, so you're always bumping into people.

Took ages to get my food, served loads of people who order after me first. Been served quicker in a proper restaurant that cooks food from scratch. Also people shouting at each other across the restaurant and the staff stood there and did nothing.

Typical McDonalds breakfast. Food, sausage & egg McMuffin meal was good. Cappuccino OK as well. All for just under fiver.

It’s good far as McDonald’s goes, can be very busy filled with annoying Kids on electric scooters or young schools kids using elf bars in doors but it’s McDonalds so u don’t really expect high standards,food is decent when it’s not

This McDonald's in harlow was the most untidy one i have ever seen very disappointing

I ordered around 7:20pm today (14 Aug), ticket 12. It was very quiet. I ordered a happy meal for my son and he received his burger with ketchup as he wanted but with my burger I cancelled the ketchup and onion because I have acid reflux and I can’t eat it. When I got home at 8:25pm, I had discovered my burger had ketchup instead of the mustard! And under one slice of gherkin… The women was wearing a white shirt and a pink sports vest under her top. She looked like the manager….

Close at 8pm not 9pm staff are rude. If you want a joke the joker lives here.

Often ridiculously busy and very hard to get through the corridor. Food can take a while to be delivered and comes cold anyway.

Was very crowded with students had to wait for self service point but good range of products

Whole restaurant was freezing cold so my food was instantly stone cold as soon as it was opened. No butter on the tray to go with the pancakes and no napkins given either. Food (although cold) was fine, restaurant was clean and tidy. Bathroom needs updating.

Staff rude and big Mac burger I had in there was half cooked, when I realised this and went back to complain the queues had built up so I left it. Avoid.

Recently I went two times there with my kids. It's unbelievable about 30 minutes food waiting .

Do not go at 18.30 as the staff concentrate on all the deliveries and when you do eventually get your food after waiting 25 minutes they give you a drink thats flat and the wrong size, you don't realise till you get home and then it's too late to call to complain as they're shut

No problems here, ever efficient

Luckily, there are four McDonalds in Harlow. I would recommend all three above this one. It is overcrowded, some of the staff don’t seem to be working hard enough, a few of the locals aren’t nice, plus the walkway is too long and too narrow. To add insult to injury, seats come at a premium here. The surrounding area’s nice though, and is convenient if visiting the Harvey centre or Water Gardens. I would recommend Burger King or Subway (both Harvey Centre) instead of this allotment.

Regrettably no improvement from my last visit. The coffee is the usual but everything else is substandard. The staff still have the same couldn't care less attitude.

Most Mc D's are good to very good but this outlet is struggling to be even average. The coffee is the usual fare, but the cleanliness of the tables and tidiness of the floors leaves much to be desired. Worst of all is the sullen attitude of the staff. I hope for better things in the future.

Just good for fast food with kids

Ordered 2 chicken select meals at Harlow McDonalds with 2 sweet n sour dips on the machine, received food and there were no dips, okay mistakes happen we will ask at the till, so after waiting and being ignored for 5 minutes, again fair enough waits can happen, too finally ask the lady can we please have 4 sweet n sour sauces, 2 per person the answer was "I don't know why theyre not even nice anyway" and a stank facial expression as my partner turned away is just awful, terrible experience awful service.

The customer service was great as always but it's a fast food chain. It's gets the job done of what it's meant to. Although the way some people speak to the staff in there you'd think they thought they were in the f'ing Ritz.

Very nice food, fairly large amount of seating. Has pre ordering and self service options. Toilets are very small however. Sometimes forget to give you sauce with your meal, then again this seems to be a common occurrence with most branches...

Went here with my grandchildren to grab a quick lunch. The queues were ridiculously long and the tables hadn't been cleared. Struggled to find seats.

The coffee was the usual Mc D's effort and the service was warm, friendly and polite but the place needed a bit of a clean and the surface of the table was tacky.

Very large mcdonalds. Very quick service even if you get special grill they will make it fast.
