Did not receive what i ordered. I ordered 2 double sausage & egg mc muffins & 1 hash brown, but what i received was 1 single sausage & egg mcmuffin & 2 hash browns so i got overcharged for my order you owe me some money back!!!!

some of the food was cold like all the chips, and the double quarter pounder with cheese only had one beef patty in it and it had pickles

did not get my coke and mc flurry

food and coffee was only warm, would have been so much better hot, but it was edible, overall ok

hot chocolate missing. 2nd time my drink has been missing

Our delivery time kept being put back further and further. When the food finally arrived, it was stone cold because the delivery guy came on a push bike! Very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.

i had a locator, and sat at the back of mcdonalds. my food didnt come for over 10 minutes, and when i went up my food was waiting at the front and cold. i asked them why hasnt my food been delivered and they said, i shouldve went and gotten it myself despite me having s locator. ridiculous behaviour

Part of order missing, food was damp from drink spilled that we didn’t receive, no straw for milk shake. Courier took code said we would get a full refund.

The service is so slow it’s disgusting, I visited this McDonald’s and ordered a simple cappuccino, expecting quick service. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over 10 minutes, and only after I approached the counter did they tell me my drink still wasn’t ready. During that time, I noticed several drinks being made, including my own cappuccino, which sat there getting cold. When the staff finally handed me the drink, it was the same one that had been sitting there, now cold. I understand that places can get busy, but the lack of communication and attention to orders left me disappointed. I hope the staff can improve the speed and quality of service moving forward.

My warp was made come without a bacon

Delicious, and they got my specially amended order exactly right.

Several items were missing including my 6 year old daughter's entire breakfast. Hash browns were packed in some sort of soggy paper bag so items fell to bits, as carefully as I unpacked them. Completely unacceptable!

my ice-cream had melted & my milkshake was too strong & very runny . chips were cold .

The French fries were cold and rubbery I threw them in the bin .Not fit for human consumption. Filet fish OK Chicken burger soggy .Apple pie was OK

my drink was split open causing the napkins and sauces to be wet. also the bag ripped as there was too much liquid from the drink spilled

coffee cup lid not on properly, coffee has leaked over everything, food is inedible and coffee less than half full, I am seriously unhappy, wasted money, wasted food and I have no breakfast

Some extra paid added items were missing , pancake meal missing when ordered more than one , and one main breakfast meal missing too. In total half the order was missing

Absolutely shocking. I waited at least an hour for my delivery. When it arrived the food was cold. Not only that I didn’t even get my mango and pineapple smoothie and quite frankly why should I pay £3.19 for something and you’re not even going to include it? Absolutely disgusting and ridiculous behaviour. I’m never ordering from this place again. Sort yourselves out.

Nice. OK, except for one of the employees, a black girl working there, who was very rude. Despicable behaviour. But, I forgive her. Through her supervisor, she then apologised.

I asked the restaurant to give the driver a different location to drop the order but the driver has gone to the wrong address.

We are AGAIN missing food from our order!! I don't even remember the last time something was not missing! Mistakes happen, but I can't understand how you miss two kids' meals and a whole chicken share box! It seems like every time we order from now on, we have to worry about whether we will receive what we paid for! At the same time, the fact that missing items cannot be sent additionally means the kids don't get to its ridiculous.Like we want to make orders and wait for refunds because we have nothing better to do!

I told the courier to leave my order on top of the bin. My order is not there. It didn't even took long for my girlfriend to check it. It's supposed to be a surprise for her.

Ordered double sausage and egg and didn’t get any egg

Never arrived , ordered KFC which didnt arrive but was but was marked as delivered so placed order with McDonald’s but again marked as delivered and not received Driver or MAP was driving round and round. I do not think that the Just Eat app and drivers have the same information. No one tried to ring. I’ll get information again. I failed delivery money paid upfront with Just Eat. This is a pooling outcome for a massive company, this is the first time in less than a week and twice in consecutive holders today

my driver went to the wrong address and I had to send my postcode and a picture of my door after being on the phone for 20 minutes having to help them find my address when not a single other courier has a problem with finding my door. Once my food gets here it is cold and my drink had been slightly spilt. I am appalled.

this was a replacement order because you screwed up thr first order, but it was still wrong. no one at just eat cares apart from driver who tried to sort it, but then no one at McDonalds cares either. Absolutely rubbish service.

Burger was a bit too greasy but everything else was good.

Love a good mcd’s but the service today was great they didn’t have milkshakes after I ordered but they rang me to apologise and change it and also put in an extra hash brown and cookie to apologise and left a cute little note on the bag! Thanks guys

For the first time ever, the food was hot, intact, the order was correct, it didn’t take hours to deliver. Quality wise it’s a McDonald’s it’s not exactly gourmet, we liked it and that’s it. Just surprised that this particular branch actually got it right for once.
