this customer service is phenomenal. will 1000% be back. i asked josh if it was posibal to refill my waterbottle he said yes imeadiatly. kian is also great and provided us with a giggle and great service, noah was also a pleasure to speak to and was very insightive with knowledge about the great food. amazing experice over all!!!

Service was really quick and the food was good, I like going on long cycle rides and grabbed a breakfast wrap which was good (Its my Favorite Menu item to be fair). It was about 5:30 so just after they opened but the staff where friendly

Came in for tea, i received my order and i had non cooked chips. When my mums order turned up, my youngest sister had little to no chips, and my mums burger was stone cold. however the lady on lobby was lovely

As per the reviews preceding this, had several experiences of the wrong order and being asked to wait and then witness multiple cars behind being served. Same thing this morning which prompted me to write about the experience. Not much need for detail as would just be repeating what has already been said, I had never read the reviews until a few minutes ago. The franchisee obviously is not aware or does not care.

Visited Sunday 28th Jan 2024. @14.20. The place was litter-strewn over the floor, bottles, chips etc-disgusting. At front of desk I had to call a staff member-as did delivery persons-for service. After a delay, and questioning by a staff member as to why I did not have QR Codes-I replied and showed him the McDonalds email🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️The food eventually arrived-cool, and disappointing☹️ This was our worst-ever experience of McDonalds worldwide and in over 50 years. There was no focus and also no evidence of management anywhere, which is not representative , normally, of McDonalds. A real litany of mishaps, and all preventable😏 A Sunday unexpected treat ruined😱

Ordered on the Mcdonalds app at 9.38, keep tracking and eventually 2 hours pass and I hear from the uber eats driver they don't have my order and its too late for them to deliver my order anyway. I never have had good experiences at this mcdonalds, missing food items / cold food etc. They never answer the phone, just terrible service.

Popped through the drive through for a Latte and at the serving window got asked to move to the next window to wait for a simple hot drink. Finally got served fifteen minutes later. When I asked why it took 15mins to get served I was told they are short staffed. Still managed to serve the 25Plus cars behind me though. An absolute joke of an establishment.

Leisure Way Been twice both time got order Wrong!!! Check meals before you leave or you might be disappointed. More training is needed in how to read the screens let’s face it it’s not rock science!!!

Not very happy. I ordered some McFlurrys and a regular strawberry shake. The cup for the shake was hardly half full. I asked the McDonald’s member of staff if that’s all there is in a regular shake and he said yes. When I got home and checked it should be 400 ml but it wasn’t even filled to around the 300 ml mark

This maccy d,s was not very clean all bins overflowing.No serviettes I asked for some but nobody topped up empty feeder.Dirty tables and disorganised food service

The main course was good, food was hot they served up medium chips instead of large but changed straight away. Large Mcflurry was brought to us after a 15 minute wait there was very little ice cream probably half the amount compared to another customer. We challenged and was brushed off by the person serving. Asked for the manager who turned up in a very off white McDonald's top that really didn't make her look professional and with a massive attitude just said they are all 150g and that's final, No apologies. I travel the length and breadth of the UK and this is the worst customer service I have encountered.

Mortified by the selection of burgers dressed in sauce that should be illegal due to unknown chemicals and substance that could be of detriment by simply sniffing the burger through the uneconomical wrapper. Drive through is gateway for people who no longer believe that food need be effort. Our ancestors would be ashamed. Finds glory in its failures. Lovely staff but shocking menu.

Appalling!!! Will they ever hat an order right?? My daughter is sat with no food thanks again to the useless staff and management at McDonalds Pakefield. If you can put a sticker on a box that’s says “no sauce” how on Earth do you put a burger inside with sauce!!?? You should be ashamed of the plethora of mistakes. To top it all you don’t have the decency to answer your phone calls. 14 answers calls. Don’t use the excuse, we’re busy or we’re training staff. You’re just providing and awful service.

This McDonalds ALWAYS, without fail, manage to screw our order up. Usually through Just Eat, when they always leave out at least one item - we ordered last night and they left out a Quarter Pounder from a Quarter Pounder meal - but my son just got back from a physical visit to buy us breakfasts and what should have been my Bacon Roll meal contained a Sausage and Egg Roll even though the printed label on the wrapper said 'Bacon Roll'. Nothing but problems with this location since it opened, compared to the much-missed London Road location (now a Taco Smell) which was also much less of a hike to get to. Staff are clearly incompetent and in this town that's REALLY saying something. They're lucky this isn't America where such repeated bad service would more than likely get the place shot up by one maniac who'd been done wrong for the last time. Oh, to be in America.

Called in today. My partner ordered a cheese and bacon burger. It arrived and the bacin sticking out of the bun loiked raw. I touched the bacon and it was stine cold. I said to my partner your nit eating that. I went to the counter and said this bacon is stone cold. I was told a new burger will be presented. The burger arrived and once again the bacon was stine cold. I went to the counter again. Is this a joke i said. The bacon is absolutely stine cold. With that a manager came over. He said the bacon was not cooked on the premises.!!!! Absolutely no excuse for cold bacon. It looked vile. He also said the bacon is presented at room temperature. The bacon was totally cold i said. He offered a replacement. We chose a bacin cheese burger...that was hot. FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH CHECK YOUR BACON IS HOT IF YIU CHOISE TO ORDER IT.

went through the drive through for a breakfast. They missed out the extra egg and they missed out 1 hash brown. However i did ring them once i got back and they did offer me a free one next time, but it's not the first time this has happened!

Not had a bad meal until recently! Last 3 times we have been we have been through the drive thru, we have been parked up which I don’t mind as at least some of the meal is coming out fresh. The last 3 times there has been no dip for the chicken selects, several parts of the meal have come out barely lukewarm. Of the 3 meals ordered for the most recent meal, 3 family members flat out refused to eat the chips! I didn’t think you could get bad chips…….I can’t really describe them….I guess like cardboard, the texture was not like potato, cold, hard and chewy. Never had chips so bad before, maybe a bad batch! Think I will probably go the extra couple of miles to the new McDonald’s from now on.

The drive thru was very busy so decided to come in, it was not busy inside, only ordered a few items. The wait was long. Not so fast food after all.

My last few purchased orders have been disgraceful. One order didn’t even turn up and got cancelled! Another one the entire order was wrong! And tonight the Chips have clearly been reheated but was still stone cold and soggy! Burgers both had a funny smell coming from it and chicken nuggets tasted strange made me sick. Not going to be ordering food from here again.

Can't believe they've stopped the little collecting cards that entitled you to a free hot drink food always hot you know what you going to get

Unbelievable mentality of shift manager who was agist and unprofessional when dealing with our enquiry regarding what provision is in place for those who don’t have the app and have unused LOYALTY vouchers.

When queuing for the drive thou normally the left side is quicker. Dont know why but you can be waiting. Longer even if you were the next in line need to sort this out

Went here tonight with my partner and used the drive through. Staff were VERY grump, rude and slouching about. Lack of communication lead us to go to the third window, we were then not told use that window unless told. When replying with the staff at the previous window didn't even look when handing the drinks, the window was closed on us.Diffinately wouldn't recommend this one to anyone and will NOT be going back anytime soonPut 1 as wasn't aloud to continue without this

We used the drive thru. Long que but soon got served friendly intercom. Was quick and Hot chips. Considering circumstances all good.

The ‘assistant manager’, I think her name was Sophie as I heard someone calling her that. She was talking to her staff in an absolute disgusting way and even her customers. I had my kids with me and even they were confused and didn’t feel comfortable. I will not be sitting in there anytime soon or even going back because no one should run a restaurant like that. Her words and attitude was vile. Also to top it off she was coughing without covering her mouth near food.

They are so lazy here! The staff slouch around the place and are not at all helpful. Think some training is required here ... and soon!

I've been to this restaurant quite a few times both inside and I've used the drive through... The meal was nice... The staff were friendly and polite... I found it clean inside and you can park right outside.

I know this has been rebuilt so it's new and fresh , but it's kept very clean , the staff are friendly and work hard and the food is always fresh and hot and I do like the mayo chicken wrap and the Mc flurry ice cream .

I often go here, you know what you're getting and it isn't too expensive.Sadly just of late there has been some awful youths loitering the place, swearing super loud having zero respect for other customers. I dont know why they hang out here and make it suck for the rest of us, maybe free wifi? The staff are quick to intervene and I have seen police turn up several times to deal with these youths.Get rid off them and this is one of the better Mcdonalds in Lowestoft/Yarmouth area.

I love stopping here for a quick fix of burger and coffee when walking along pakefield cliffs/beach. Affordable pit stop. Friendly staff and auto ordering option. Clean.

a McDonald's a burger a chicken wrap and a Big Mac so pleased to see the signature range of Burgas back again I think these far outweigh the Big Mac in size and in taste the wrap of the day was lovely garlic mayo full to the Brim good food at a good price

Expected same efficiency as normal but was disappointed. I was sitting in to eat but had to wait some 12 minutes for simple Big Mac and fries. The were cooking plenty but priority was given to drive through. Plenty of others waiting sitting and standing commenting on this. I will go to other McDonald's.

Lovely clean restaurant. Staff very friendly. Usual food and prices so nothing new to share there. Just be careful when you go in to park - the car park is tiny.

Unlike the KFC in Lowestoft this place is always quick and efficient with hot food. It’s been revamped recently but is basically the same. When you order at the drive through you see the price come up, but when you pay it’s slightly more? I did point it out and was told I wasn’t the first to notice?

All new renovation and now has the full menu including the real tasty sig menu for proper fat burgers.

Although the staff are very polite here., I really have trouble with the food, it takes me approx 5 minutes to get home from here and the food is always cold or luke warm, it’s a shame that the standard of food can not be the same as the one in beccles which takes me 15 minutes to get home from and is hotter by the time I get home than this one, I also have to check that I have everything as sometimes food gets left out

My experience of this place is it stinks, there was load of litter along the old A12, the hedge outside McD was really killed off, staff cars and bikes were left in the layby near it because they are not allowed to leave their vehicles (even bikes?!?) in their car park, they leave patronising signs for "locals" to please not drop litter or cause a nuisance when visiting (as if they would). For *&* sakes stop this awful infiltration of a lovely rural English area by these terrible people with zero food taste putting local businesses out of business and causing a litter / pollution epidemic. No-one here needs this. :-(

Lovely and clean, friendly staff and we used some vouchers we had so our bill only came to £6.36 not bad, the coffee was lovely

Without doubt, this is convenience food for me. But I have to say, this is one of the cleanest outlets. Food is better than a Petrol Station and I do think Mc Donald's milk shakes are great. Yes, I'll be back, but only for the convenience or a milkshake.

If you fancy a break & a snack then why not make your way to Mcdonalds, all their food , burgers etc. are the same where ever you go & are veyr tasty & good value for money.

Your standard mcdonalds really. I only ever come here for breakfast once a month as my little one likes the pancakes. The place is always very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly. Easy to find and park. Drive thru on site.

this place is just another McDonalds no different from all the rest but convieniant. eat here a lot because of the conveniance

Llevamos a nuestros dos nietos a darnos un descanso de cocinar y porque sabíamos que iban a disfrutar. Hamburguesas con queso eran bastante ordinario, con la excepción de el gherkin. Los niños disfrutaron de una comida muy contentos, especialmente los postres. Realmente disfruté el postre crujiente de manzana. Vieron un número de sus amigos que siempre se suma a la experiencia

El restaurante estaba muy lleno, pero no tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para nuestra orden y la comida estaba caliente y sabroso, las bebidas estaban muy caliente y el helado era muy agradable

Hay mucho aparcamiento en este MCDONALD'S y como valor siempre buena Y EL PERSONAL QUE MANTENGA EL LUGAR LIMPIO. He sido un cliente cibercafé y comido en todo el mundo. Siempre una buena relación calidad-precio. No pijo, descansar, pero sabroso, no me empezó el batidos de leche! (adictos, bien bajo control ahora! )

We ate here today for lunch with our friends, we didn't have to wait very long to be served and the food was piping hot which is not the case at most McDonald's. I also had a strawberry milkshake which was how it should be cold with ice cream in, one McDonald's I won't mention serves there milkshake warm and like slop. We shall continue to keep eating here as we love it.

I am not a lover of McDonald's but this is certainly one of the better ones I have used. It is located on the southern edge of Lowestoft just away from the main road. The site is very green with grass and trees and even some outside tables for sunny days.It is clean, well managed with pleasant staff and well cooked food. Well worth a visit.

Visited what we think is a fairly new McDonalds as we stay in Oulton Broad every year but have noticed this one before on the main road near Beccles.You know what you're going to get with McDonalds and it was all there except they did not do the Big Breakfast as part of their breakfast menu so unfortunately we had to go elsewhere.Shame as I really like the McDonalds coffee on a morning.

Went to McDonald's for food the restaurant side was fun so got a take away from drive through service was good staff were polite food was hot

We use this restaurant on a regular basis but the food and service we recieved on this visit was very good, the young boy was so polite and effieceint and the food was hot fresh and tasty,even the fries stayed hot, normally an issue here? I paid £25.00 for three meals and extras and when I got home the food was still hot, the whole expierence was a pure pleasure on this visit. The stor was also clean whilst I waited for my food,

We visited on a weekday lunch time during school holiday. The service was very slow. Food was hot, restaurant was clean.

normal have take away service good staff good friendly , and food always hot & good legendary delicious chips very nice still hot when I got home .

We used to go here and get our breakfast (either Egg MfMuffin or a breakfast place) and take it to the cliffs at Gunton with the Sunday papers and look out to sea. It is OK but the last couple of times we went the meals were luke warm. So.. the last time we checked before we left to make sure the food was hot but it wasn't so we asked them to reheat it. A lot of faffing around for just breakfast really!

Just what you would expect of Big Macs situated just off a busy roundabout and near to a school so busy after school times

Went for breakfast before getting the train, clean and staff friendly but sausage mc muffin was horrible! Best bit was my coffee! Won't be going for breakfast there any time soon

In a prime position in Lowestoft just across the road from the train station and just before you head in to Lowestoft town centre.

Standard McDonalds fayre with reasonably good service.Although it was busy we were served efficiently and as ever the food was fine.

Went through the drive through today (Friday 14th Aug) and was passed my food by the most beautiful girl you will ever see. Everything else was exactly as you would expect a McDonald's to be!

Not to busy, so plenty of room, what you would expect from a macs it was ok plenty of parking space and in a nice area

Usual menu as always, nevertheless the children love it. Not really geared up for adults. Happy Meals always a favourite for the little ones, they love the toys.

Mistakes I can handle, but have called here twice in two weeks and order was wrong twice. First time I ordered one cheeseburger and two fries and got home and it was two cheeseburger and one fries, next time it was two fries, so having been caught week before I pulled over and checked bag, low and behold only one pack of fries. Won't be going back.

What a lovely clean Mcdonalds! Quick and hot food, no problem with seating and left with happy, full children.

Terrible service, whilst I'm the queue a large party of football players entered, no problem they were behind us but sat down and waited for our food to arrive, the whole football team received there food before us. 25-30 mins wait for a McDonald's is ridiculous

Food was lovely and very fresh. Was nice that you could do all your all sauces and drinks. Had a big Mac and it was lovely

Very greasy cheeseburgers dripping with fat, typical McDonald's heart attack inducing junk food, what else.

ok, not great, warmish food, had to wait18 mins for a cheeseburger, when arrived chips were cold. sent back order for refresh.another 10 minsso not quite fast food but still managed to eat food in less than an hour.

I only saw the two really as I drove around - one in the town centre of Lowestoft and the other near the morrisons store heading south out of Lowestoft. they were both larger smarter looking than some are and they were well maintained with good service (though I truthfully only use them for coffee but observed others as I queued).

Cheap and quick service but behind the counter all workers seemed stressed and it was very untidy in the several around Lowestoft I have been to.
