Burger King in Waveney

Driver very rude. Barked for delivery code. Then ignored me after I asked a couple questions. Horrible ****

Awesome flavours and taste. I really recommend this restaurant.

It was one of the best meals I've ever had, the texture on the meat for the Chicken Royale was delicious and the fries were amazing especially the cheesy bacon loaded fries. I also love the fact it's free refills, not many restaurants do that, and that you can do the cold/fizzy drinks yourself.

For a fast food restaurant it's very good, clean and tidy, clean loo's good service and at the moment better burgers than Macdonald's 👍

All the workers in this burger king are very friendly and helpful. The dining area was clean and comfortable and the food was served fresh and up to standards!

Delivery came on time , but food was cold and we did not receive all of our order . We ordered 1 vanilla shake and 1 frozen fanta strawberry & raspberry drink. And did not get them . And my chips looked like there was half a portion in the box .

delivery turned up , we opened the bags to discover our drinks,fries and onion rings where missing, the drinks we didget where wrong flavour and size, we got jalapeño bites which we didnt order. That was half our food gone. can't ring the store as they are now closed. Absolutely ridiculous. Waiting on a refund request which is going to take ages to get back.

Rubbish, order wrong, one worker was so rude. Food was, cold, absolutely awful, worst burgers ever had.

The food was cold and where I had ordered a bacon double cheeseburger XL meal with no bacon I actually received a regular (tiny) cheeseburger having paid for the XL and although I complained straight away I have since had a message saying I would not get a “refund” as it was over 24 hrs since delivery and it is not even 24 hrs since delivery now ???

paid for milkshakes and they were not supplied.no substitutes either

first a simple meal first time to try it...its then late to when I originally ordered.So when it arrived cold..I had to stand at the door and try to remember the code..eventually going through my phone.I have been using just eat since it started..not anymore..takeaways are extremely expensive these days..especially delivery.The service ,timing ,everything about it was a pauling..never again

Had my order in 3 minutes, was hot and great too, I didn't order much but would defo recommend for a quick bite to eat 😊 Over all satisfied with the service

Poor services its not the first time staff cant be bothered to take my order there is nothing wrong with food just lacking customer service will try again in day or two time to see if they sharpen up there act

Wrong milkshake and no onion rings

Service was brilliant, staff were lovely. The food i ordered at drive thru was given quickly and it was the perfect temperature, can’t recommend enough!

food was cold and took over an hour and a half from time of order.

So fed up with just eat same problems cold late missing food need I go on, this time time change at least 7 times, when delivered no drink and this time not even a refund for missing drink absolutely appalling and robbery now trying to charge back so many problems

Order was wrong and missing items, tried to call to ask if the correct food could be resent, however the the phone rang and rang only to be asked to sent a text message, so I had to jump in the car to resolve it, once there I explained what had happened and the manager didn’t kindly correct the mistake and replace the food. To add insult to injury when I received the food I asked if I could have the details to file an official complaint, I then had to wait another 10 minutes.

Food was ok, but the tables, without exception, were absolutely bloody filthy. Food took an age to come out and staff seemed to be a triumph of attitude over ability.

Always missing food, considering the price of their meals i’m paying for aswell is ridiculous. Always missing a burger meal or a box of chilli cheese bites. not the first time it’s happened and it’s just unacceptable now.

Honestly surprised this place is still going. In the “restaurant” for 45 minutes and there was a rather large spill on the floor, no one had cleaned it but at least there was a sign. I can count at least 7 tables with food and stuff left on them that hasn’t been cleaned; not saying it’s the staff’s responsibility but c’mon. Food is very overpriced for what it is, makes McDonalds seem cheap!

I asked for cheese not to be poured over the chips but to be presented separately. It arrived poured over chips. I paid extra for a Milkshake and received two thirds of a cup full of dried ice stuff mixed wiyh strawberry suryp and artifical sugar

Shocking. Ordered a burger and some nuggets on a 20-30 minute delivery estimate. it took over 2 hours and arrived stone cold and parts of the order were wrong and missing. what an embarrassment this particular branch has become.

Delivery was on time from the ADJUSTED time! Just eat said 15-30 minutes! However after ordering changed this to 45-60 minutes! Had you disclosed this before ordering I wouldn’t have ordered. Surely this is false adverts. Also food was wrong

Times kept changing and I ordered a frozen Fanta got a bottle of coke that costs less , I would have liked some kind of warning or at least refund it, they don't know if I like coke I could have not liked it and then just wasted 4 pound on a bottle of coke , when there only three , thanks burger king

Went on a Tuesday lunchtime. It was a little busy. The resturant was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They did however take a long time from point of ordering we waited just over 15minutes. However food was nice and warm. Plenty of parking outside and it does have a drive through.

Writing this just after coming out of BK. Genuinely the best burger I’ve had in recent times. We ordered two steakhouse and received shortly after. The burger was extremely juicy, loaded with crispy onions and a delicious cheese. The girls running it tonight (29/10 - 5:20~pm) were outstanding and have left a good impression on business.
