Burger King in Waveney

They never have the full range of pepsi flavours and take way too long to prepare food! Thank goodness there's a McDonalds opening soon!

Ordered a Just Eat Whopper and Chips with a Drink. What turns up is an overcooked Whopper, no Chips, no Drink. I call them and he said 'Not my problem mate. ask Just Eat' I said but you gave them my incomplete order. He said 'Nothing I can do' and HUNG UP! Absolutely disgraceful !!!

My wife and i called in to this Burger King at lunchtime today ( 14/06/2022) but were quite disapointed as the burgers were at best only warm The fries were nowhere near the best ihave had and they were also not warm enough to be enjoyable There were 3 or 4 people waiting to be served and this was the reason i did not takw the meals back .

This was a last minute food intake place. One of us had the double cheese burger and fries. For limited dietary needs managed to have the vegan wheat free french fries.

We came here during covid, we were not allowed inside, we used the drive through, the queue arrangement could be alot better, as it blocks up the whole road for the retail estate. Poor design. Food was relatively quick.

I ordered food via the drive through on the 27/04/2021 around 20:30, I had the privilege of being served from James. I can’t praise enough, he was great and super polite! Thank you

Such a shame as have been looking for BK to arrive here for years, especially as the North of Lowestoft is poorly catered for - all the best takeaways are over the bridge. I know its covid etc but the queue is always painfully slow and when you do make it to the mic you are almost always told to wait. I had a 12 min delay today. Staff seem ok. No fanta, so ordered a Dr Pepper...that was ok. But the food..... omg....tasteless, small portions and above all lukewarm at best. In short DISGUSTING value and this is now happening consistently. Yuk. Doubt if I will chance it again. At least McDonalds in Pakefield are anke to offer good customer service - if you have a complaint they put it right. But with BK there is no way of complaining direct and their Head Office just emails youna "sorry". Piss poor. Get the app to save money but be warned, if you want to place more than one order, they refuse it. You might want to drive round once more to place a fresh app order.....but with the delays your food will be completely cold. Also the price you expect to pay is always increased at the mic, due to a sugar tax addition; why the hell dont BK just add it in the menu cost straight away, so that you know exactly what you will be paying? Im going back to McDs....longer to do a round trip but the food is consistently good, there are 2 drive-through ordering points which are quick to navigate and they treat customers with respect.

I am not a complainer but after our second time of using Burger King in Lowestoft, the first order via delivery had two lots of chips missing and the food was not hot, I never complained however I have ordered again for some staff at work and again missing items and no salad in the buns paying out over £30.00 and no repsonse, I am going to write to there head office and do believe this is down to the supervisors and managers if someone would like to reply from burger king please email me in aliciaalexhaynes@aol.com

When we got home after a hard days work looking forward to a rate treat. Our food was luke warm and tasted disgusting. My Sprite was pale orange in colour and tasted of soda water. What made me even angria was the fact there is no way of phoning to complain. I will never darken their doors again. Back to McDonalds for me.

£1.99 for a whopper on a Wednesday, much better than the McD’s alternative! The app is defo worth downloading.

Three of us went to this Burger King, and although only the drive through was open, and the queue of traffic was huge, it really didn't take us long to order. When we got our food, it was hot, and supremely tasty! We will be returning at the first opportunity! :-)

We had a voucher for two whopper meals for £7.99. We decided to grab it while we done some shopping on this retail park. We waited in queue for about 5-10 mins. (Not long from the queues I’ve seen) The food was as expected. Not bad for £7.99
