Burger King in Waveney

I collected food this morning. There was two polite young lady’s Leah and Katie. Helped with any question I might have had and was very efficient.

Just went into burger king and the staff are so rude it's apporling as I'm a delivery driver and just checked a ticket on a order I got moaned at just by checking a receipt

Food was perfect and fast, staff were very polite

Staff care more about making sure delivery drivers have their food over actual customers in store, over half an hour wait just for 2 burgers and chips, absolutely ridiculous

Order was horrendously incorrect. Burgers used to be pretty big, now they look like McDonald's knockoffs...

Absolutely brilliant experience at Burger King! My order was prepared very promptly, and the food arrived hot, fresh, and delicious. The service was outstanding, the staff member who served me was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond. A solid 10 out of 10. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly. Best Burger King I’ve ever been to, will definitely be back!

The workers were very friendly and efficient, a nice atmosphere for lunch with the kids, and the burgers were good quality. Would come here again. Had a very lovely interaction with one member of staff named Stacey, helped me out with the menu a lot.

Staff were amazing as always, the manager on shift keeping everything together. Got my food freshly hot, no complaints, was amazing and so worth it! 100% would recommend, best fast food place

It was one of the best meals I've ever had, the texture on the meat for the Chicken Royale was delicious and the fries were amazing especially the cheesy bacon loaded fries. I also love the fact it's free refills, not many restaurants do that, and that you can do the cold/fizzy drinks yourself.

Good food always hot and always quick, very clean in seating area and lovely staff, toilets are always clean as well !!🫶🏻

Fast paced, quick service. The food is prepped well and to a high hygiene standard. Never had a problem with a single food order, no forgotten or wrong orders. The drive through is easy to use and staff are friendly. Would come again.

Chips were perfectly cooked- hot and crispy. Burger tasted fresh as well. Restaurant was clean and the staff were more than helpful when I was struggling to use to the self check out screen.

The best experience I have had in a long time within all local fast foods, staff were efficient, quick and lovely. The food was amazing and was a lovely atmosphere.

It was a Friday mid-day visit, unfortunately this wasn't a positive experience. I had used the computer screens to order my food on arrival and chose to pay cash in order to use my Defence Discount. With only two families seated on the restaurant and a few customers waiting before me for their food, I found myslef waiting (as did others) for their food. With only a young Megan handing over food at the counter there was nobody to ask or follow upwith. When I had the opportunity to ask where my order was as it didn't appear on the large screen, I was told it does not appear and nothing was prepared as it wasn't paid for yet..... I had been waiting over 20 minutes and nothing prepared as yet. The manager was summoned as I was over half way through my lunchbreak and frustration and hunger was evident. She apologised and set too in making my order. Part of the burger meat was cold, but I was beyond returning. Very disappointed in this visit. Being let down.

I really love burger king the food is always freshly made for each customer. The prices are very reasonable as well which I love. The staff are always friendly and happy.

Disgusting what I dealt with has seriously put me of from coming here, I actually work in a fast food establishment and girls are required to have their hair tied up and wearing a hat net these girls working today had there long hair down, no hair nets and one had the decency to play with her hair in front of customers and then proceed on making the food without washing her hands now to me that is very unhygienic, assistant manager was useless when spoken to about this even making a comment saying oh no there meant to have it up well im sorry your working with them and it takes not just me but other customers to point this out, please eho needs to now be informed because no wonder what they actually do before handling customers food, wouldn't suprise me if they go to washroom and not wash their hands, I just hope no one one finds a hair in their food, manager needs to put a stop to it

i dont know how you expect food to get from one end of abtown to the other on a e bike and when i was tracking it it looked like he did more than one drop off then ended up at the wrong adress as sat nav keeps getting our adress wrong its a joke.

Was busy but staff where super friendly, was nearly about 20 people and 4 staff, so understandable wait time, would recommend, food was hot and fresh 😊

Waited over 30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers

Food was nearly cold when it arrived, I had to reheat it. Happens nearly every time.

Missed part of the order again and the delivery said 20 minutes for an hour

Absolutely disgraceful had to drive back as they didn’t give the order we placed instead of burgers they gave us chips it’s was over a hour wait and we ended up having to drive back to complain

Missing the chilly cheese bites

Burger King is my favourite thing to eat and it’s saddening that this Burger King is my local one as it is so terrible here. They never put any napkins in the bags when you takeaway which should always be done even without the customer asking and they sometimes give me the complete opposite of what I’ve asked for and most the time they forget what I’ve asked for and don’t put it in the bag.

second time burger king has managed to forget to pack the burger, how hard can it be, it's literally in the name!

The Chertsey bacon fries were not as good as usual, as it was “hunt the cheese and bacon”

I went there for lunch, and food took 20 minutes. The chips were amazing. However, the burger was another story; taste was ok, but it looked squashed and not much salad or sauce.

my order contained loaded fries. however there was absolutely no cheese on my loaded fries. they were simply just fries. I took pictures expecting to be contacted after my complaint. but no contact, and no interest. won't be ordering again

Food almost cold when only 4 min drive away. Had to reheat in air fryer.

I don't think it counts as fast food when the order takes 20 mins to do even though my partner and me were only people in there. Didn't even start the fries until 12 mins after the order as was too busy getting other staff to sign someone's leaving card. Suffice to say the burgers were stone cold by the time we finally got them.

5 stars as food and delivery service very good. Unhappy as rarely I order takeaways but each time, items that I have ordered aren’t in the bag. So paying for items not delivered. Do better please.

Took ages to arrive and when did was cold

AVOID! More than half our order was missing. Called the branch and they blamed the driver and said, the driver messed up "Nothing to do with us". The branch didn't care.

The driver obviously had trouble finding us but didn't call us and walked around for ages with our food in a paper bag resulting in cold food

Usual good quality and ok value for money. Quite noisy inside with kids and background noise but not too bad.

Delivery came on time , but food was cold and we did not receive all of our order . We ordered 1 vanilla shake and 1 frozen fanta strawberry & raspberry drink. And did not get them . And my chips looked like there was half a portion in the box .

The food was cold and where I had ordered a bacon double cheeseburger XL meal with no bacon I actually received a regular (tiny) cheeseburger having paid for the XL and although I complained straight away I have since had a message saying I would not get a “refund” as it was over 24 hrs since delivery and it is not even 24 hrs since delivery now ???

delivery turned up , we opened the bags to discover our drinks,fries and onion rings where missing, the drinks we didget where wrong flavour and size, we got jalapeño bites which we didnt order. That was half our food gone. can't ring the store as they are now closed. Absolutely ridiculous. Waiting on a refund request which is going to take ages to get back.

first a simple meal first time to try it...its then late to when I originally ordered.So when it arrived cold..I had to stand at the door and try to remember the code..eventually going through my phone.I have been using just eat since it started..not anymore..takeaways are extremely expensive these days..especially delivery.The service ,timing ,everything about it was a pauling..never again

So fed up with just eat same problems cold late missing food need I go on, this time time change at least 7 times, when delivered no drink and this time not even a refund for missing drink absolutely appalling and robbery now trying to charge back so many problems

Visited recently, food and service was great.

Food was ok, but the tables, without exception, were absolutely bloody filthy. Food took an age to come out and staff seemed to be a triumph of attitude over ability.
