havent deliviered the right items

Over 2 hours late not happy as was waiting kids food

Order was completely wrong I didn’t like any of it so it all went in bin!!!

Shocking. Ordered a burger and some nuggets on a 20-30 minute delivery estimate. it took over 2 hours and arrived stone cold and parts of the order were wrong and missing. what an embarrassment this particular branch has become.

Really not happy, missed a burger off one of the meals. wasn't even a big order and give extra chips instead and all the food was cold. Honestly like they do it on purpose. 😞

Delivery was on time from the ADJUSTED time! Just eat said 15-30 minutes! However after ordering changed this to 45-60 minutes! Had you disclosed this before ordering I wouldn’t have ordered. Surely this is false adverts. Also food was wrong

All the food was cold and the chicken fries inedible as were rock hard!

Times kept changing and I ordered a frozen Fanta got a bottle of coke that costs less , I would have liked some kind of warning or at least refund it, they don't know if I like coke I could have not liked it and then just wasted 4 pound on a bottle of coke , when there only three , thanks burger king

driver waited in restaurant for 40mins whilst food was left on the side and is stone cold

i love burger king plus the toilets are very comfy by like mcdonald’s i found poo wiped on a seat there once and the food is very scrumptious at burger king

Staff were really polite and friendly :) Restaurant was clean and toilets were sanitary too. Food was good and came out nice and warm - parking is convenient too :)

Went on a Tuesday lunchtime. It was a little busy. The resturant was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They did however take a long time from point of ordering we waited just over 15minutes. However food was nice and warm. Plenty of parking outside and it does have a drive through.

Writing this just after coming out of BK. Genuinely the best burger I’ve had in recent times. We ordered two steakhouse and received shortly after. The burger was extremely juicy, loaded with crispy onions and a delicious cheese. The girls running it tonight (29/10 - 5:20~pm) were outstanding and have left a good impression on business.

most of the food was missing, What was there was cold and 1 of the burgers already had a bite taken out of it.only fit for the bin.

Excellent service! Food was the perfect temperature and delicious, staff were lovely and helpful. Couldn’t fault it. Parking outside is spacious and there’s a disabled parking area too, perfect tor when it’s busy, would 100% recommend!!

Good turned up late and stone cold. When you’re paying for a service it should be up to the standards. We don’t get to order out very often because of funds. But when we do and it comes and it’s absolutely terrible

The food was outstanding, 100% the best fast food I’ve ever eaten!!! The staff were so enthusiastic and helpful when deciding what to order, the dining area was tidy and clean, with workers regularly keeping up with the cleanliness. Best fast food meal I’ve had! With 10/10 service from the kind workers.

Service here is a joke! I paid extra for a milkshake with a kids meal. When the food arrived there was no milkshake because they ran out. I asked for a refund of the extra amount and they refused!!! No milkshake and no money back! They offered extra ketchup which is free anyway 🤯

Missing many items, normally a very good service, this time missing many items from across the order, no fries at all with any of the meals, no dips, no chilli bites, or onion rings. Unhappy with the order for once. What was received was the normal well cooked and warm on delivery.

Today the 8th of October 2024 I just bought Burger King from low stuff and the milkshake made my son fall ill, I am not happy I just hope it Has nothing to do with their hygiene

forget half my order £70 worth of food and half of the oder missing tried calling the restaurant and they won't answer the phone so th say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

3rd time of having a delivery from Burger King and yet again the food was cold especially the chips and sad thing is the restaurant is only a few roads away so technically the food should have been piping hot

3 hours late after saying the food was delivered at 6pm when food was not then delivery driver turned up later as i did not think i was going to get food delivered i had ate food at home, so refused the food as no warning it was coming

Why does just eat allow contracts with maccs and burger king MONEY, I've lost count of number of times I've complained of cold or wrong order items missing etc to never get a refund and told there onto it, then have ordasity to appolagise and ask for feedback

Great atmosphere here, really kind staff and the food was delivered quickly.

The Chicken Nuggets did not arrive. Then only the Chips were hot enough to eat. The Chicken Burger and the Beef Burger were lukewarm and were fed to the dog. I have complained but have been told that nothing can be done. Appalling service

who was the bright spark that put the ice cold bottle of water on top of the burger and fries, result: cold burger, cold chips, warmish water! Can the manager get a grip and train the staff!

sent wrong items. substituted a milk shake for a bottle of water. gave me 2 x small fudge ice-cream instead of a big one of cookie dough. they didn't have a big one so I went into the restaurant. they said that they didn't have any big ben and jerries but still they gave me the wrong flavour.

no burgers!!! a bag of chips and a bottle of water which I didn't even order!!

the loaded fries only came with cheese on not with bacon bits as stated and also had to pay extra for them and was a bit cold due to being second in line for delivery

Time for another review. But I think a snail just speedily past me. As the service is so slow 🐌. For a main burger king on big estate. The service is ridiculous. Only 5 staff member on a Saturday shift. Eating area not so clean. Far too warm in the restaurant, h eard a few complaints from customers while waiting . Approx 15mins and still waiting. Putting in a complaint now. Best to avoid if in a rush. When complained to staff they had attitude not really caring

I did not get my drink, very poor service, no number to contact and the main reason for ordering was because of the drink

Ordered burger with special dietary requirements only to be given a completely normal burger how is this seen as acceptable? Burger King won’t do anything and I can’t get a refund because Burger King repeatedly messes up my orders.

food was relatively cold, missing items and to make it better the delivery driver was puffing on a cigarette as he got out his car, very hygienic!

It’s just like the usual Burger Kings all over the UK. One of the best things is that they have a good space for parking and separate parking for disability. Service is very quick and we can order through self ordering system, but sometimes it doesn’t work for some reason. I like to go have a burger every now and then. This place is very easy to access. Their staffs are well behaved and helpful.

Meal missing from order with almost zero support from just eat and obviously no food for person to eat. Poor updates on progress via just eat while waiting. Delivery person hardly said a word at door. Appalling!!

Ordered a double whopper extra cheese got a single whopper a slice of cheese soggy no salad no sauce no anything else just the cheese 🤷‍♂️ just over a quarter box of chips. My advice just don’t bother with Burger King it really is going down hill

it was great! Came really hot too. After seeing rhe reviews I wasn't expecting it to be great, but it really was.
